We only had to stay for one night Room was disgusting. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Vending machine took our money and the guy at the front desk laughed and said try it again.

Cleanliness, prompt service, rates. Rooms are carpeted. No breakfast included. Other than that, the experience was very nice.

I had to leave for airport without breakfast . Was anything available before 4:00 AM? Maybe have a notice that a granola bar, bun or fruit could be picked up at desk the night before departure? Nothing was available at airport either. The staff were super friendly. I forgot to tell the front desk that the toilet seat was loose in room 163. Had to leave early so I didn't have the time to see if I could just tighten it myself.

The best value for the price. I stayed in a comparable hotel last year in the same vicinity around the same time and paid 30 more for not as nice of a room. My only complaint is the lack of outlets available, I had to sleep with my CPAP on the bed because it was the closest plug .

It was an OK property. It was two story and there was no elevator. You had to go up the stairs, which was a challenge. Also, the TV did not work when I asked the front dash clerk what I was supposed to do he had no clue he ended up watching Netflix on my phone.

The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. The property is old. The bed and pillows were horrible. There was no outlet neither with bed to plug in a cell phone or clock. The rooms needed to be updated.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times on business trips when we needed an overnight stay. The hotel is convenient and economical for this purpose. Note that it is a two-story hotel and there is no elevator. Price and location are the primary benefits of this property.

There were a few food options nearby. Parking was decent. Room felt like it needed an update. Old furniture. Bathroom and shower tiny. Curtains kept getting hung up in air conditioning. Didn't have anything to keep them held back unless you opened up the entire curtain and had no privacy.

Advertised as having a shuttle to the airport. There isn't any. Also no elevator to 2nd floor which wouldn't bother me if I were 20 years younger 😊

great staff... room dated and there were not a lot of electrical outlets. The outlet that was available was so old that the plug wouldnt stay in the oscket.

Very filthy, the carpet was nasty, mattress was from 1945 and the air conditioner made a lot of noise!! You should remove it from your list of hotels.

The facility itself is somewhat dated, but it was clean, the beds not too bad, and other than the old style room heater/fan/air conditioner it was fairly quiet. This hotel's price triples during peak visitation times. We stayed first week in March and it cost $180+ for two queen beds. For your dining.pleasure restaurants including Taco Bell, Denny's, McDonald's and Waffle House are easily walked to. Although it met our basic needs of a single night's stay near the RSW airport, we won't be repeating choice again.

It was a clean place to stay overnight. Friendly staff at checking in. Very dark and dreary. Dark brown room. AC difficult to regulate. Bug on the bathroom that was growing. Looked like a worm balled up maybe a snail that was growing or something.

Run down. Felt very unclean. The bed was TERRIBLE. Dark, dingy, outdated & the room was extremely small. Check in took forever, as the front desk clerk was working in slow motion. The TV in the lobby was blasting. The windows & walls did not cancel any noise & heard roadwork construction all night. Absolutely do not recommend.

My initial impression was so-so, but after a good night’s sleep, I’m very happy with my room, especially considering how inexpensive it was. Comfortable bed, excellent TV, nice hot water, clean, quiet, has a fridge, great staff, and very convenient. If they could replace the carpet, my initial impression would have been as good as my impression now.

1- the shower door in the bathroom had a hole unit due to what looked like a broken towel rack which was missing. 2- the sink did not drain properly. Needs plunging. 3- several ceiling light fixtures had burned out bulbs. 4- the electrical outlet on the wall closest to the door had the upper plug in unuseable. 5- the ironing board collapsed each time I tried to set it up. These were reported to the front desk attendant who was very courteous but she could not have any mechanic fix things since she said no one was available for the weekend. Our room was 171 on the 1st floor

We got in the property, I found 2 big bugs, and long hair in the pillows.. immediately went to ask for a different room, wich it was smelling like a cigar bar, right entry.. i asked for my reimbursement since I left immediately after this issues. And the property doesn’t want to give my money back!!

I am disappointed that Travelodge no longer has breakfast of any kind. The $100 security deposit is also a bit much .

Check-in went quickly, but the person working didn’t seem to like their job. Got into the room and were immediately hit with a pungent smell. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say the carpets and furniture are all original to when this place was built like 50 years ago. Just gross! The bed linens were stained so I asked to have them changed and they put us in another room instead because there were no staff to change sheets. New room would be upstairs, and there’s no elevator! This sucked because I was playing a gig, and I had to lug all my equipment up the stairs to the new room. Walked into the new room, same damn smell. The place was so old and run down, we seriously checked for bedbugs before we’d get into the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the a/c unit was obnoxiously loud. Got hardly any sleep. Got up early and left as fast as we could. We had zero interest in trying out the shower. Ish! The whole point of getting a room here was to keep my costs down as musicians don’t make that much to begin with, and to save myself a 4 hour drive in the wee hours of the morning. I’ll drive next time before I stay in ANY Travelodge. This place should be demo’d or gutted and remodeled. It’s a company embarrassment!

The hotel itself was fine. Staff was friendly. But they charged me a $100 deposit that wasn't reversed and no one will answer the phone for me to ask about it! Extremely frustrating.

It was good just make sure you have a $100 deposit if you pay with cash even if you are long way from home. Motels aren't supposed to charge a $100 deposit when you are so far from home but they did me and I'm from NC but overall it was decent I loved the shower

This was a clean hotel, very good for the cost! The bathroom sliding door didn't lock, but it was pretty clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable too. It’s a little outdated and there’s no elevator, but a really wonderful place to stay for the amount of money spent! Highly recommend!

They shut down the system at midnight and even though they had our reservation, were not letting us in to a room - Even suggested we go elsewhere. Our clerk spent about a half hour on the phone to get us into our reserved room!

Well let's see had a reservation with the room fully paid checked in and omg I had a chime debit card they don't take that I said um the rooms paid oh no I must go to an ATM and get 100 bucks it's always these cheap nasty chains that want you to fork over security deposit so I had no hotel had to wait for an Uber to come get me and missed my zz top concert stay somewhere else oh and the topper fox propaganda was on pass

Rooms not all that well maintained. No amenities on property unlike most of their competitors.

Gentleman at front desk was obnoxious, smart mouth, degrading. He has no business dealing with the public. I’m sure you’ll read this and not take any action of inquire about his behavior.

Since we were traveling a light breakfast would have been very nice. The facility was very, very clean and I would stay there again

Smell in the room was disgusting. The carpets were old and dirty two of the walls had quarter size holes. And the AC worked but smelled as if an animal had passed away in it. Front count service was extremely slow and unpleasant.

The only downside: the place could use new windows! We could hear so much noise from the outside (freeway, other vehicles & outdoor conversations). The windows were clearly quite dated. Otherwise, the property was well kept.

Boos on side of mattress , flimsy mattress pad only on top not sides. Filter dirty on air conditioning unit. I have mold and dust allergies , this room worsened it to the point we left early. Old place needing upgrades. Would not recommend

Motel is very clean, well run, and excellent overall despite the bed being worn out. I was told the motel is aware and they are gradually replacing the old beds over time. James the front desk clerk is outstanding!

It was good for an overnight stay for an early flight. We would stay there again for the same circumstance. Too bad we won’t be back to the US for 4 years.

After a few days at another Travelodge location, I must say this one is spectacular. Both have nice staff, but the other location is a quintessential seedy motel, whereas this one at the Airport location is a very well maintained hotel deserving of the corporate support.

The room had a bad smell - we didn’t stay even if we couldn’t get our money back.

Check in process was a bit cumbersome, tv didn't work, pillows are half size, sheets were scratchy and when I asked for a late check I was told they are sold out and it was possible. However I was able to find available rooms on the app. There are probably better places in the same price range.

While the staff worked hard and did excellent work keeping my room clean. This facility hasn’t seen an upgrade or improvement in over 30 years. Lumpy mattress, worn furniture, carpet, and blinds. There is a distinct smell in certain areas as well. This property is in need of a major overhaul to get up to expectations for the average traveler.

Bed wasn't very comfortable and the quality of the TV reception was awful-felt like I was watching TV from the 1980s. And no CNN or MSNBC, just Fox News.
