It’s big The water in my room

Smelled of animal urine etc , smell something like crack in the hallways, workers smoking weed in plain sight , people obviously tenants long term on drugs fighting it out in rooms and hallways . Would never stay again in front of vending machines and other areas peel and stick tile completely lifted up and nothing done to replace safety hazards for sure , broken entryway glass doors

This was the most disgusting place ever. Im from ohio amd online it looked good. Don't waste your money. I booked for 3 nights. Both rooms we tried were bug ridden and smelled horrible. They hadn't been cleaned the sheets and blankets were dirty. It was disgusting. They said they would refund my money one for 100 the next day for the remaining amount. They refunded the whole amount that night then charged me again the full amount. I disputed the charges as I never stayed and have proof I never stayed and contacting the attorneys general since they dont want to give me mu money back for a stay I canceled.

It's a funny thing when on the surface, I wouldn't be giving a good review. The place is rundown, some repairs aren't even attempted. On the other hand, the staff was nice and helpful. My bed was actually comfortable. There were several places to sit! I've been in nicer places where you just couldn't sit anywhere! I wouldn't being my family, but I would go alone again

When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. There was a piece of corogated metal in place of a desk clerk. There was a piece of paper taped to it with a number to call for check-in or emergency. It was 12:30 when I arrived. I called the number and was told that there was no way to check me in. No one could help me. I was out the money I paid for the room and left looking for a nearby hotel at 1:00 AM. Frankly, it was probably good fortune that I didn't stay here. The place was dirty and had that "no-tell motel" vibe. I think the owners of this hotel do not realize they are in the hospitality business... You need to be present to be hospitable. Cleanliness is not optional. It doesn't cost a lot to clean. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but even modest hotels should be clean and treat their guests... LIKE GUEST!

everything was nice and clean, the front desk agent was quite helpful and really kind. The room was spacious and the AC was amazing for the florida hot weather, and it was close to 75 which made it easy to get around.

I will never stay there again ever. First of all, I got there late at night there was nobody at the front desk and I had to call a phone number for them to show up. Also, they gave me my room and the blinds were broken. Then they gave me another room and the blinds were broken in that room as well. Finally after four rooms I had a place to sleep. It would be great if they had blackout curtains or something to keep the light from coming through the window. Also to mention that some people that were living in their car in the parking lot mentioned to me that there are drugs being offered in this facility and that’s why they were sleeping in their car.

The place wasn’t the worst but it is rough around the edges. The elevator isn’t the cleanest and there’s some sketchy characters staying there. Unless you’re really trying to stay on budget, I recommend paying a little more and check the reviews.

The property is poorly maintained, with torn curtains, a bad smell, poor service, and everything being dirty and neglected. It's a disgrace that Stay Extender America allows its brand and identity to be portrayed so negatively to its customers.

My room deadbolt was broken and hanging, looked like someone had tried to break in once upon a time. There were no cups, not one spoon. Weed smoke filled my room, people were up all night running around upstairs.

The hotel was rundown, dirty, my window to my room was fully open without a screen and broken blinds, room was dirty, washcloth, and bar of soap in shower, bugs in the sink, only had a sheet to sleep with and just disgusting! Felt so unsafe.

Staff was horrible, entire property was dirty, rooms were nasty and not clean. They had to move me to different room multiple times in 5 days due to electricity going out, tv breaking and shower not working. And every time I had an issue, they were unapologetic and said “what are they supposed to do?”

Nothing. The rooms were dirty. The elevator was disgusting and hasn't been clean or maintained. The hallways smell of wet socks and smoke. Well, I did like that. I didn’t even stay there. I got there and it was closed down after a wedding. I’m in a different state with my husband drinking after a wedding and I have no place to sleep in the middle of the night at 12:30 because someone locked up and left never heard of that in my life so I went back the next day I got reimbursed and now I can’t get booking.com to even answer me. I also tried to call extended stay and the manager’s phone number is busy 24 seven What kind of hotel is this? I was disrespected had no way to sleep ruined my night. I got reimbursed but yet I still can’t get my money. It’s a bunch of bullshit.

Check in was easy, front desk was very friendly. Our first room, we had a flood situation in the bathroom from the vent in the ceiling. We were moved to another room immediately. Second room had a strange smell and the floor was very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on it.

I didn’t even stay the entire night there, the 4th floor smelled like black and mild laced marijuana. The smell was penetrated into the room. Bathroom was gross, I could not stay there so I left close to midnight. I have asthma and I was not going to risk my health for a cheap stay. Since there was no staff available to check out early, I had to drive back there around 9:30am to check out the next day.

We didnt even stay. I checked in and went to the room (it was so dirty) and requested for a new room. The new room was the same. The atmosphere; the environment was very unclean. Construction was being performed on the first floor, where we were assigned, so we had to walk thru dusty halls. Would never stay here, not even for 1 night. Avoid if you have children with you.

Very tired property. The faux leather couch was peeling big time, no lamps anywhere, no dishes/ silverware to be found, no shampoo only a bar of soap. Elevator was dirty and the paint was chipped and peeling. The front door was not secured allowing access into the building.

She completely interrupted our stay and I wonder if I hadn't opened the door if she would have just walked in. Check out is not until 11, and when I confirmed it with her, she just looked at me and walked away. Rude and unsafe. I paid for a full night and should not be rudely interrupted early for no reason. I will not return.

I was told by the front desk that I had to wash them myself. I paid $131.00 a night, and have to launder the hotels towels? I am on the road about 200 nights a year and will not be staying in an Extended Stay for more than 2 nights at a time.

I had to clean the bathroom, there were urine stains around the base of the toilet, the mirror was filthy, the counter top in the bathroom, kitchen were dirty and greasy. The desktop was dirty I am not sure the room was even cleaned before I moved in. The floor was so dirty it turned my feet black and the socks I wore. This place needs lots of work, but it is cheap.

Couldn't check into the room ans there was literally no help. When we fibally got some help from the 1-800 number and we got into our room. Get ready for this..... it smelt like literal piss. Unexpectly had to pay $100 deposit to stay there, and didnt notice any improvements for the fee. Had to call ESA hotline noisy neighbors late at night. My last stay there a few weeks ago I forgot my computer and whoever cleaned the room didnt report finding my computer.

We checked in on Friday April 5th and we was given keys to a room that was dirty when we open the door to the room, Cause it was marked in the system as clean BUT Wasn’t clean.. So had to go back to the front desk and get keys to another room.. And the hotel is extremely noisy…

First, I arrived at 10:10pm and the lobby was locked down. Using a phone on the wall and dialing 500, as instructed, I got the reservation, where I waited online about 5 minutes. The person said they would notify the hotel to "come down and get me checked in." While I was waiting another 2 folks arrived. Check in was painless after that, except that the clerk never opened the metal gate at the counter more than an inch, making it difficult to hear her. Once in my room, of the 5 lights, only one worked (the bathroom). The one at the entrance did not work, the light over the two-burner stove did not work, the light over the bed did not work, nor the light by the tv. Speaking of the tv, that did not work either. The bed had no headboard or foot board and was very soft. I was so tired from my day, I was not about to change rooms, but for over $100, this was, by far, the worse room I ever stayed in...

I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place was nappy, stinky, dirty, sketchy, noisy, the furnishings were so run down despite saying the building was “redone in August 2020”. The lady at check in was so sweet which was the only pleasant experience. Upon walking into the elevator I was greeted by the stench of marijuana and the sight of an early 2000’s horror film. The hallways were giving “high school hallways after lunch hour” vibes. My bowels had just been destroyed by the Chipotle eaten earlier that day. I had finished my business and went to wash my hands. No soap??? Sweet. I then peeked into the tub to find that the faucet was leaking and it looked NASTY. I’m talking 4 hour foot bleach bath or bi-lateral foot amputations if they touched the ground. I opted for putting plastic bags on the dogs instead. All in all, I’m disappointed but mainly grossed out. If you want your life, sanity, and piece of mind “extended”, do not stay at the Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fort Myers.

Overpriced for one night stay. Building was secure. I didn't see any insects. Very few amenities. Furniture was a step above Wal Mart quality.

No front desk person to check you in. Have to call a number who calls someone else to come down to give you your room key. Hotel is old, dirty and worn out. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair in the sink. “Guests” were yelling in the hallway all night. They were slamming doors and appearing to do their own construction projects after midnight. Pillows were not pillows. Uncomfortable bed. No front desk in the morning to check out. I will never stay here again and neither should you.

The room I had was not cleaned very good as there was garbage still under the bed . TV remote did not function. Shower water was uncomfortable on the cool side. No soap or shampoo. Toilet paper ran out. Not worth the price.

Too many smokers, the hallways smelled like smoke and or marijuana. The window had no curtains only window blind and it was kinda bright at night, i like dark rooms to sleep

Once again this place is missing it ! We needed an extended stay that had everything and what got wasn. No trash can, plates sileverware, pots pans, coffee pit. All those have to be purchased separately. The desk told me it was extended stay and that was normal. I have stayed in other extended stay that had every thing and much cleaner

Place is like a rooming house.

This was beyond what I can describe in words. Pet hair everywhere, I had to leave immediately, suspicious transactions in the corner of the hotel. And As i was going in just for checking, a car got broken into and the customer was of course upset. Horrible area, Hotel, service, urine was still in the toilet without flushing. It was terrible.

Property was very dirty, had an awful smell in the room and hallway, dead roach under the bed, and it doesn’t look or feel comfortable. We checked in, walked into the room, then walked right out to book another hotel. Save your money and go else where.

There was kleenex shoved in a hole in the ceiling, the bathroom was not cleaned before we got there (in the middle of a pandemic yet), the floors werent swept and were filthy. The area around the hotel is covered in trash and cigarettes. The stairwells smelled like pee and pot. It was horrible. The only good thing was the night attendent. She was so kind and funny. Kudos to her !!!

HORRIBLE! Extremely outdated photos. It’s a VERY run down hotel that appears to thrive off the weekly/monthly occupants. Our room didn’t even have a bathroom door. DO NOT BOOK!

The place is dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower dripped. The AC unit was so loud that I had trouble sleeping. It was an extended stay efficiency, but there were no dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker. There was no comfortable chair.

The employees are very friendly & the hotel was very clean & comfortable.

There was no lamp by the bed only a ceiling light, the bathroom had tarnished chrome fixtures, rust on the hood over the kitchen stove and the worst part when I opened the drawer of the dresser there was a dead roach in the drawer.

Extended stay guests had dogs and birds that I could hear all night. Front desk gave a room key to a new guest for my room because they didn’t enter my information in their system, and he walked in while I was there. Only good thing was bed was comfortable.

This hotel was completely full as it had the lowest price in the area. That said....it was filled with families who were on vacation. LOUD FAMILIES! I was across the hall from a family with a baby that never stopped crying...asked to change rooms, but no vacancy in the entire hotel. The shower was pitiful...3 streams of water came out so I had to stand directly in front of the faucet to shower. NEVER AGAIN!!!

horrible!!!! my room was not ready until after 5 pm. There is no manager on sight to help with any issues that arise. The bathrooms are nasty! the towels had pubic hair attached to them! never again. THE WHOLE STAY WAS ATROCIOUS!! and on top of that hotels.com is advertising smoking rooms when in fact the whole hotel is nonsmoking! but i guess the saying is true! you get what you paid for!

Dirty and gross. Entire places smells like smoke. Bugs everywhere. Staff never at front desk. This needs to be removed from Expedia. I stayed here one night and left early because I was so grossed out and felt unsafe. Angry I spent money on this.
