Large variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. Staff was attentive. Room was clean but could use some furniture upgrades. Air conditioning in room was extremely loud. Overall this Residence Inn could use some upgrades as it seems to be getting old.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. However a guest spilled french fries on the stairs leading down to the lobby (I was on 3rd floor) and they were there from the time I checked in on Saturday night till I checked out on Tuesday. It didn't leave a good impression. Other than that, my stay was fine

Eggs were cold both mornings, but otherwise it was nice and a bit interesting.

Big cockroaches found alive in room. Called front desk they sent housekeeper to see also. And advised me to contact Expedia for room credit. Beds are hard also the queen felt really small

The ladies at the front desk were awesome and sold us on it....the place is ok but it is Ft Meyers so you can't expect too much .....our room was clean and honestly more that what I was expecting. Not a lot if any amenities but it's ok because it was just a one night stay....odd smell in the hallways but the room didn't smell like that .

The rooms were pretty clean, house keeping is very friendly. There is 1 elevator so it can take a minute or two to get to where you’re going sometimes. There was a new person on desk that initially scared me and told me my reservation was canceled and there wasn’t anything she could do about it and that I’d need to call Expedia. Even after I told her I had already prepaid for the room and had the receipt; it took a senior front desk agent to correct her and show her my booking that was valid. Overall I’d stay here again.

No ice machine must turn on in your frig. Breakfast was not replenished at least for last hour.

The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed.

It was nice but had a musty smell when we walked in Musty smell and the couch smelled like ass so bad. We covered it but so strong. We did tell them when we checked out. But the inconvenience of not having a couch to sit on was sucky. The fire pit ran out of gas about 5 min in use but the staff was good

The hotel room was well stocked with a kitchennette and a good layout for someone with limited mobility.

I had a problem with the AC in my room. I had left my room and told the manager I would be gone for the majority of the day so when I return I need to change rooms. He then agreed. When I stopped by my room to pick something up that I had forgotten, a maintenance man was in my room without my permission. I then said to him. WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY ROOM???? He spoke no English!!! Then proceeded to leave my room. He was acting like he was checking my AC. This was so UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have stayed in this hotel before because it is close to my family. I will be looking for a new establishment for my next trip.

Great location for the purpose of my visit. The room was spotless; the bed and bed linens were comfy and the breakfast was plentiful. However, the room temperature was not cold enough for me. Thermostat said 70 but it didn’t feel that cool. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

The room that we were in was good size and nicely appointed The hotel does not keep enough incidentals on hand to handle all of the guests. If they are fully booked, we had a large dog on our floor that barked constantly the front desk staff was useless and helping we had people above us on the second floor who had kids who were constantly jumping up and down and yelling, and we received no help.

Residence Inn was great from start to finish. Check in was easy. The property was clean and in a great location. I love that they offer such a wide variety of breakfast options. The biggest selling point for me though was that check in was earlier than most other hotels while on the flip side checkout was later than most other hotels which is how all hotels should be! Breakfast! What a jip! Breakfast was horrible. I don't know if some of the problems were due to lack of water after the hurricane, but generally, this kind of sorry effort came close to making the room overpriced. Grainy eggs will not cut it.

Room quite user friendly with small kitchen, sitting area and very comfortable bed. In need of a decor update imho but very clean. Easy check in, check out. Small pool- will bring suit next time. Right near Starbucks, close to Page Field Airpor, plenty of good restaurants nearby. I will definetly come back here for the spacious room.

As soon as we came into the lobby and were taken care of by a really nice lady, I knew this was the right place to be. Our room was fitted with all the facilities we needed & was quite large. Overall the hotel satisfied our needs. Air conditioner was somewhat loud & not super affective

We did not get that Welcome Feeling. It was like we were bothering the person when we checked in. We knew that we needed to check out @ 7am and asked if there might be something that we could grab n go for breakfast since it didn’t open until 7. The man said no…He could have offered us a muffin or something. The elevator is on its last leg. The pool needed to be cleaned. Needless to say…we will not be returning.

Very clean. They upgraded our room to a two-bedroom suite, we were very thankful. The entire place was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was very good and had several options. Friendly staff. It was close to an airport so you could see the planes fly very close over you, but you couldn't hear them inside. Hair dryer was filthy (we notified the desk upon checking out and the staff member made a note to replace it) Ended up buying one locally. We also tried to use the computer and print a couple items, but all during the stay, the staff indicated that a change was being made to the software and therefore we could not print anything.

The room was a decent size for 5 people and it had all the things in the room to cook in-suite if we wanted and had we stayed longer we probably would have used it. Masks weren’t required or if they were nothing was reinforced but there was no signage around the building or lobby entrances. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Great room, with couch and full kitchen that included every amenity. If only it followed through. Boiling hot at night, and when the AC did come on it was EXTREMELY loud, then had a series of metallic clanking noises when it shut off. Needless to say, I got no sleep. No hot water in the morning, either.

Stayed here for the City of Palms basketball tournament. The location was decent and the hotel was clean. Reception wasn't really that friendly or helpful with a few basic requests, like room location and late check-out. They could really do better. The suite layout didn't make much sense, as the bathroom was located inside the bedroom area. Not good if you have people staying on the sofa bed in the living room area. 3 stars because it was clean and the location. But I won't ever be back.

Residence Inn was immaculate. Couldn’t ask for a cleaner facility. Inside and outside were both beautifully maintained.

Ashley was a great hostess at check in. She helped us with driving instruction to the food store and recommended a fine restaurant.

Staff was pleasant and the facilities were good. My only disappointment was the extent of the evening receptions. They we not what I have experienced at other Residence Inns. One evening the food choice was grilled cauliflower, hummus and fritos.

A very nice, clean and spacious room. Unfortunately, the breakfast area is very small and gets crowded fast, so if you get there during the morning rush hour, it's difficult to get to the food. I didn't like the coffee, but the odd sour taste may have been caused by the local water.

Property was very clean and the room has everything you need away from home. They have a fire pit outside which was great with this weather. The swimming pool was a bit cold but after a while it was better with the heat. It wasn’t crowded and you can enjoy the amenities without having to wait on anyone. Breakfast was well planned and it was different each day so you won’t have the same thing over again. I’ll definitely book again!!
