Enjoyed our stay at Fort Myers - had a problem with the air con after a power cut but after contacting reception a member of staff attended and re-set all was done fairly quickly. Got busy at breakfast as there were a number of sports teams staying at the hotel but breakfast was good and we managed to find seating.

Hotel was comfortable Rooms are spacious with kitchen. Pool was nice, breakfast had good options like eggs and sausage even chía overnight oats, hot tub was hot and well maintained. Best part was that it wasnt too crowded and it felt like we had the Pool to ourselves. The negatives are the breakfast was closed by 9am seemed way too early especially on vacation. The other things was the gym was way too hot IT discourged us from using it and room 133 bathroom smelled moldy. Also another disappointment was the Bell tower shops and movie theater nearby Technically not hotels fault but it looked sort of abandon they did have a Dave and busters which was nice but you do have to drive not too far to other locations for restaurants. Overall good experience.

The only real issue for me was the breakfast. I did not enjoy the breakfast options and felt there should have been more variety. Next time I would probably just stop at Walmart and get groceries instead. I also did not like that there only seemed to be one elevator on one side of the hotel. If there was another elevator, I was never made aware of it. Another thing that would really help is providing dishwashing soap and sponges. If the room has a sink and dishwasher, those items should be included. It was also a little frustrating trying to figure out how to use the dishwasher because there were no directions provided. Other than those few things, I truly loved my stay and would absolutely come back.

We found 2 bugs in our room. We killed them and I reported it to the front desk. It was late at night when we arrived, so we were too tired to switch rooms. I was told they room would be comped and the hotel took care of that on their end. I haven't heard anything about a refund from Hotels.com.

I booked a room with two queens and when checked it; I was told it was overbooked. I was told that the manager was going to contact me and pro avise sone kind of compensation. No communication at all.

Wonderful Stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Myers – Highly Recommended! We had a really enjoyable stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Fort Myers. The property was clean, the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, and the amenities made for a comfortable visit. We had reserved two pool-view rooms and appreciated that the team placed us right next to each other. While connecting rooms with a joint door would have been ideal, having adjacent rooms was still very convenient. One room had sheets that looked a bit dingy when we arrived, but the staff sent someone right away to replace them with fresh ones. The second room was spotless. We also loved having extra pillows brought up quickly when we requested them. The rooms were nicely appointed with a convenient kitchenette and a practical layout. Breakfast was excellent — plenty of options and everything tasted good. A standout feature was the 24-hour beverage station offering iced water, regular and decaf coffee, hot water with tea bags, and a nice selection of creamers. It was a thoughtful touch that we used multiple times. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. My only suggestion would be for the pool:hot tub to stay open a later in the evening (closed at 10p). Check-in/out were smooth and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to security, were warm, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it.

The accommodations were notably spacious and impeccably maintained. The breakfast service consistently offered an outstanding selection of diverse options daily. The inclusion of a pool and hot tub further enhanced the guest experience.

For the last 6 years, I come down to Fort Meyers to visit a friend and stay at this location while there. I have noticed that the floors in my room are dirty the last couple of years? Disappointed…it would only take a few minutes of effort to make it right? The rest of my room has been fine. It’s pretty obvious. I like the location and the breakfast arrangement is pretty good.

Power went out at 3pm, came back on at 3am. Something wrong in the Hotel power. No A/C some of the lights did not work internet out etc. no communication from staff

Staff was amazing, hotel was extremely clean and the security guard Austin made my group of friends feel safe knowing he was patrolling the premises to ensure we all would be safe. This place was amazing!

Breakfast menu more diverse than usual American hotels. Suite have anything you need, although not very spacious if you are using the extensible double couch. View is ok, except for some rooms that face the lower level roof only. Room clean on arrival but public hallway had crumbles that were not vacuumed for the entire week we stayed there. The day we left they restricted the offer at breakfast because it was too busy. Far from the beach but lots of things to do around, also grocery stores and pharmacies in very close distance. Overall very good experience though , we would stay there again.

We had a girls softball tournament also staying while I was there. Saying they availed the themselves of all hotel amenities would be understatement. The pool area was loaded up & very crowded & gangs of adults, children & teens, had many coolers & created much garbage, & there no seats present at pool to very late in the night (open night had party) so we did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. They also had a 'schedule' to keep so the lobby was crowded & although 'good' kids & decent parents..... Traversing the main area & getting breakfast wasn't as polite or orderly as it could have been. The hotel employees kept up tho & still managed to be personable to meeting individual needs. These kids weren't rude or bad at all, it was just a bit overwhelming for those staying that were not involved.

We enjoyed using the pool and the variety of breakfast. Our room was small for 5, but comfy. Sofa bed was good. Very nice bathroom area. Small kitchen, but was useful for us. The windows were small and our view overlooked a building site, but we booked this accommodation as a base not for the view, so was ok.

The grounds are beautiful, except for the back area. My suggestion would be to have that area match up the beauty of the rest of the property. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was clean but the carpet was somewhat worn. It was nice to have the room cleaned and the bed made daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The big issues were the very low water pressure to the point that we had a problem showering. We asked to change rooms but were told the hotel was full. The shower head was changed but it didn’t help. Also after they changed the aerator on the kitchen sink to improve the water pressure, we had a black substance in the water from both the kitchen & bathroom sinks. It appeared to resolve after running the water for a while. They changed the aerators on both sinks again but we would not drink the water in the room. We had to ask for bottled water.

Breakfast had more options than other hotel’s continental breakfast and had a very inviting presentation. The furniture in the rooms was “tired” and needed an update! The hinge on the cabinet door under the sink was broken and the door hung crazy. The curtains needed to be attached to the rod in several places. A little attention to detail would go a long way!

Hard mattress and Jacuzzi was not working.

This property is in desperate need of updating. Our unit had cracked windows, old uncomfortable furniture, and extremely low water pressure. It was conveniently located, but we opted to leave a day earlier than planned because the living room furniture was so uncomfortable that both my husband and myself were suffering from back aches. For a Hilton property, I was extremely disappointed.

Loved that the pool area was kinda nestled between the two buildings with a very tropical vibe. It felt secluded, and not in the middle of the parking lot. The breakfast was surprisingly good loved the tacos for breakfast over the typical waffle!! All the food was fresh and yummy! My absolute favorite thing was the shower, love love how clean the bathroom was, the shower had terrific pressure, plenty of hot water, everything worked well!! My husband and I want to know where they got those amazing pillows, they were absolutely dreamy! Lots of restaurants in the area, shopping as well, we came for the beaches and the hotel is a short drive from the island.It was a great stay and a brand we will put into rotation!

Had an accident in bathtub. Handicap chair felt down and injured my back. Maintenance came but didn’t do nothing. He will contact supervisor to come next morning but never happen and I check out. Planning yo contact my lawyer because of that injury

I went to Fort Myers for business, and I found this hotel very reasonable price and a good value. The rooms are super comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living room and a super comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The bathroom may have been renovated lately because it looks very modern. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of healthy options , such as overnight oatmeal and chia, plus plenty of fresh fruit (I hate when hotels just put muffins and bagels). Parking is plenty. The hotel is located in a nice shopping mall (Bell Tower) with many restaurants and shops, where you can walk. I chose this hotel because it is a few minutes from Barnes and Noble, I always like to go for a coffee with cheesecake and to read a good book after work when I am traveling. The only reason i do not rate them 5 stars is because neither of the two Peloton bikes where working, and there was not other type of bike at the gym.

The hotel is OK, good breakfast and fitness room. The problem is they take extra money for check in before 16:00 hrs. Is insane

This was my second stay here in a month. It is a great hotel with very accommodating staff. My suite was very clean. I would definitely come back a third time if I’m in the area.

The Customer Satisfaction was outstanding! Towels were refreshed and trash emptied daily. Beds were changed after the 2nd night of our 4-night stay! Staff was extremely friendly!

Nice hotel and kind staff. Breakfast is really good. Very convenient location. Rooms are big and comfortable, there is a bit lack of natural light due to the window size. But overall I would stay again.

Window on the third floor duct taped but still would open when door closed. Did not make bed or clean room the second day.

Front desk was really great. She accommodated us with a different room since there was a baseball team there. Very clean. Close to every where we wanted to go. This will be my go to hotel for fort myers. I will be staying there again.

The was clean and staff was super friendly...our complaints were 1) the pillows were small and flat.they weren't even comfortable using 2...and the air conditioner was in the living room area so it was very comfortable but the bedroom was hot. If we turned the air down more then the living area got super cold but the bedroom was still not comfortable.

The place was clean the staff was friendly and it was quiet. The construction areas in the parking lot was part of upkeep was not to bad. Overall we will be back on another day.

This was our second time staying here. Our experience the first time was great and this time again as well. Breakfast is ok options, it's the same stuff as all continental breakfasts. The rooms are really spacious and nice, overall a great hotel to stay.

Lots of great options for breakfast, quiet location and plenty of shopping nearby. Will definitely return to Homewood Suites when in Ft Myers again! Only stayed 1 night...wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool, it looked nice and refreshing.

My daughter and I did a girls trip and had the absolute best time here. We both can’t wait to go back! Staff was wonderful, food was amazing and room/hotel was kept clean.

So clean/well mantained. Slight noise issue at night with people being loud around the pool, but otherwise wonderful.

The foam beds are the only thing I don’t like about the property, everything else is great.

It was clean, quiet and had all the amenities - including a hot tub!

They were able to accomodate a minor room request our party needed for our stay and this made a huge difference, thank you! We hope to stay here in the summer on our next visit to Ft Myers.

Front desk staff on check in was not helpful when asked about things to do in the area.

We stayed in a king room with an ocean view. We loved how large the room was and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The hotel was a bit run down, but everything was functional. Breakfast was disappointing; everything was a packaged item (no fresh waffles, bacon, bagels, toast, or eggs, etc.). The hotel staff were enjoyable to interact with.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.

I found a lot of Black Mold underneath the kitchen sink. I reported to the front desk and they moved me out to a different room across the hall. This leak had been happening for months, why had housekeepers been cleaning the room and missed the mold, a garbage can that they emptied daily was under the sink sitting in leaking water.

It’s clean and quiet, I would say again.

The only issue was the pool. The water was very murky and dirty. We asked the front desk and they didn't know when it was last cleaned but said people were complaining. They finally closed it and had people working on it. Not sure when it opened back up because we had to leave .Other than the pool, which we were looking forward to, everything else was very nice.

Excellent breakfast! Very high quality, tons of options for both standard american stuff as well as a burrito bar, chia pudding, and a fruit salad bar. Great staff too!

Everything was clean and smoke free

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was a bit dated in terms of decor, but was very comfortable and quiet. Cleaning staff did a lovely job of refreshing everything quickly and quietly. There was plenty of parking available, and lots of food and entertainment options nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything was good but shower could of been one tile wider but wider people and there could of been dish soap to wash the dishes by hand, but otherwise it was great. oh, by the way some one should of clean the pool before letting people is it flooding hairs and lint and other stuff.

Was woken up on a Saturday at 7:55am to the room shaking. They were talking up the sidewalk with a jackhammer next to my room. Very unpleasant.

Friendly staff and clean. Lobby is inviting. A/C was loud in our specific room, but not terrible. Small things like wobbly fixtures and knobs need updated, but doesn't deter us from staying again. Would recommend.

Poor water pressure. Ruined pair of swim trunks due to grease on shower rollers. Was told by staff to use dawn and it should help.

Breakfast was amazing

Everyone on the staff would go out of their way to wait on the guests. The service was the best that I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Our room was directly across the hall from housekeeping, so if we needed clean towels, I could just walk over and ask them for clean towels, and they would give them to me. Once the housekeeper walked way down the hall to where the cart was to get me towels. That wasn’t even necessary.

I like that this hotel was only 3 stories. I loved the layout of the hotel and pool courtyard area.
