The room was beautiful and clean. I have stayed at hotels where the colors and decor were not pleasant to look at. The room was clean and simple. The staff was amazing and always fulfilled every request. The airport shuttle was awesome, and the drivers were my kind of guys, super friendly and wanting to help. The shuttle even took me to my doctor's appt. which was so helpful. We ate at the restaurant within the hotel and found the food good. The waiter was again very friendly and wanting to do whatever it took to make out stay special.

We stayed on the 4th floor, when we got off of the elevator there was a musky odor. Then we got to our room and opened the door, there was a mildew smell, they had the A/C on 70 degrees, my thought is to keep the smell down as much as possible. The smell was very prevalent. When we first arrived the initial person at the counter was like every other young person in this day and age, unable to communicate with people, such as I ask how is your day, and get nothing in return. The more experienced person took notice of the interaction, her name was Favi, she then stepped over and was very nice and helpful. The initial person continued to stand there and remain with a blunted affect, while not speaking. I understand the times that we live in, but we need to manage our expectations and employees in a better manner, someone with no people skills probably should be in a position where they have no or minimal interaction with people.

We've stayed at this hotel many times because our son attends FGCU. Usually everything is quite well. But Saturday night they had an social event downstairs and there was no parking. I mentioned a transport van had taken up 5 parking spaces. They said that he'd paid for those spaces, and we don't pay for parking. Our only option was to park at a restaurant across the street and we are on our own. To say the least I told them I disagreed with their point of view.

Having a full bar in the lobby was terrific to continue our FGCU grad!

Everyone there was very professional, welcoming and nice. The room was clean and everything in it worked well. The gym and pool were excellent as well. The bartenders are awesome as well.

My stay at the Garden inn was perfect. From the moment I entered the lobby I was greeted by staff. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean, quiet and had a very comfortable bed. The location was a short walk the gulf coast plaza. I would definitely recommend.

Property was clean. Several eating options in the area. Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle. Only downside was they lost power in the morning when getting ready to leave. A slight inconvenience but I don’t think it was their fault. Would stay again.

My flight was cancelled at midnight and I was transferred to another flight the next day in the afternoon. Had to book an airport hotel in the last minute to stay the night. So glad I chose Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport. Dania who helped me check in was very sympathetic towards my bad experience with the flight cancellation and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite and a breakfast voucher to help me rest well and wake up to a good breakfast before heading back to the airport. Dania made my stay very comfortable. I would choose Hilton again when I’m back in the area.

We needed an early shuttle, plus somewhere to eat, and have a drink. Bingo!!! had it all!! We did have an issue with the gal at the counter later in the day. My friend asked about the shuttle and the gal was very rude to her.

Aside from construction at hotel everything was great! Booked on Booking.com and Hilton never had reservation. Never again just use hotel’s website!!!!!

They do not do wake-up calls, but stress they are an airport Hotel. (We needed to be up by 3:30am) charges me $2.00 for a bottle of water that was in my refrigerator.

It was fine. I tried to add a day into my reservation. I called the hotel. I called booking.com. I called the hotel again. I left a message attached to the booking a has to make to please use the same room. Instead, nope I had to check out of my room after the first night and after work check into a different room. So all of my belongings sat out in my vehicle all day in the heat. Was very frustrating. I spent over an hour and a half on phone calls trying to avoid this. Completely ridiculous!

Two times when I called from the airport requesting a shuttle the person who answered the phone said hello and I asked if this was the Hilton they said yes and then just hung up third time was a charm. I want to believe that this person was new in this position. Maybe a staff orientation meeting or something should be held with the staff.

Front desk was amazing especially “momma Mia” :) bartenders were amazing I have never had a more enjoyable stay somewhere. Pool and hot tub are also exceptional. Absolutely nothing

I liked everything except the shower which ruined my stay. The shower. This useless shower negated all the other good things about the hotel. Without a shower I can actually get warm and clean in, what good is my stay? I couldn’t believe my eyes with the maximum water pressure being a matter of 5 little streams of water skin to dollar tres squirt guns trickling out of the old fixed water head. It didn’t matter if the water was hot because barely any water was falling on me. It took ten times longer than the average shower to ensure I was thoroughly rinsed off and was cold the entire time. Never mind stepping out to a flooded bathroom despite both shower doors being closed all the way. I wasted so much time trying to get clean in that miserable shower and it’s disgusting that it’s not enough water to even rinse the dirty soap scum that builds up toward the back of the shower down the drain. By the time you are done you’re still stepping in shampoo suds from the far end of shower floor. I’ve stayed in 50 dollar a night motels with better showers. I can’t believe a Hilton brand hotel now holds the record for the worst one of my life.

Top notch place to stay, i would definantly recommend this Inn to anyone whom is going to be in the area. The convenience to not only the Airport, but the rental car place i used as well as plenty of dining and shopping options all right there.

I must say that everyone treated me with respect. Front desk at my arrival was grest. Also John the shuttle driver was the best with all the great information provided. Helped on & off the van. The driver that took me to the airport didn't even help me with my bags. I would have liked for someone else to take me. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn.

The air conditioner was very noisy and maintenance had to come fix it.

I love everything about this Hilton. I choose this specific location because I’m never disappointed in the services. Everyone is friendly, always smiling and happy to make my stay comfortable. House keeping makes sure the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfy and smells good. My super kool bartender, serving drinks, conversations and sharing places to visit. I met a very pleasant, professional and welcoming waitress at breakfast. Let’s not forget about the front desk, everyone is professional and always amazing. I’ve dealt with Sharlyn on most check-in. She’s friendly and helpful, always making sure that I’m happy with the service and she always checks in. I saw new furniture in one of the rooms I stayed, loved it!! Will stay here again!

The room is very clean and I love the new furniture that was in there. The new decor looks great and definitely more user friendly in comparison to wood furniture. Don’t have to worry about putting my drinks on marble!

This place was okay. I come from a small town where there isnt a publix so ye this hotel was okay for us. If you are coming just to sleep and be out and and about this ppace is nice. The bed wasnt as comfortable and the pool was dirty. Also if you want a cold shower after a hot day than you wont get that. The water is so hot but if you like hot showers this place is for you. If you want a high end hotel dont go to this one but if you want a cheap place just to just sleep in this place is good. Dont expect a high end hotel.

The front desk check in was quick and friendly; we were given two nice bottles of water as a courtesy. Stayed for a night while traveling and loved the convenience of the free airport shuttle!

The only issue was the marijuana smoke in the hallway at night. It was very strong. However, the room and the staff were excellent!

Nice and clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was the bed was a little firm, and the water pressure was really low. The shower head needs to be repaired or replaced. If you adjust the water setting it hits the ceiling and could cause damage.

Attitude of breakfast server very positive Place looked tiered with ragged flooring. One elevator out- not so good if not on first floor. No attendent on arrival at 11:15 PM , Not fresh or clean looking like my previous experience with Garden Inns.

There was no clear protocol. The front desk staff stood by without giving any information or instructions. No announcements were made, and guests were left confused. There was no communication from management. The next day, I spoke with the front desk (supervisor). She gave a dismissive response, saying it wasn’t their fault and that the fire department had to clear it. She also said no manager was on duty over the weekend. There was no apology, no concern for the disruption to our sleep, and no effort to please or make it up to us. I told her I chose Hilton for its reputation, but the service I received felt more like a low-end motel. If I could attach a video, I would — it speaks for itself.

Stayed at hotel near ft Myers airport. Very close, clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like being awakened by a fire alarm at 1 am walking down several flights of stairs barefoot into a parking lot. None of the staff was even visible. The firemen never said a word to any of us. Then the lady at the front desk was shocked that I wanted a refund.

There is no cohesion with this team. It's sad. Water goes out for way too long, tv remotes don't work, ice machines are down, no coffee available after 10 am??

I originally booked this hotel to be close to the Airport the night before my early morning flight but loved it so much I extended my stay! Beautiful modern and clean hotel across the street from huge shopping complex with many restaurants. The hotel offers free shuttle service so no need to extend my car rental. I'll definitely be back!

We stayed the one night after leaving our condo on Sanibel. The staff was very helpful. The hotel and grounds were very well maintained. Lots of options for dinner and shop shopping. Would definitely recommend.

It was close to the airport, had a shuttle, and restaurants around the corner. Had a great pool, nice seating areas, a bar, and welcoming staff. It’s a half hour from the beach ?

Quick check in right off 75s. Great breakfast.
