Good location with short walking distance stores/convenience/restaurants.

Came in very late and the night clerk was super helpful on our check-in! In the morning, the staff was very kind and had great food for breakfast--making sure everything was fresh and nice.

This is the second hotel we stay around Bonita beach and both breakfast are terrible.

Only stayed over night. Room was clean and very spacious. No complaints.

I have relatives close to here and I'll be staying here again - I like this hotel. Included breakfast is nice and handy. Everything was fine - seriously! Slept very well - nice big television - pool is nice as well - microwave and fridge and coffeemaker in the room. Excellent!

The services are very good comfortable beds and nice staff. The room is ok two beds good for a family with 2 kids. The breakfast is just ok like other hotels in US eggs oat juice potato. The bathroom are not clean the bathtub is very slippery not to much clean and does not have ventilation. The carpets are not clean just ok

Room was a bit cold for my liking but easily rectified. Wished there were usb-ports

Breakfast was basic waffles, eggs, meat & potato options - decent. A/C was loud. Hotel has 5 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor - located at the end of the building next to maintenance room that was always open, was awkward while they sat there. Considering I could’ve booked the Trianon which is much more upscale for the same price - I would recommend you weigh your options a before booking here.

The hotel is a little tired. I didn’t use the pool, but others were. The weight room is really small and limited to a treadmill and a bike and a few weights.

Everything was very comfortable. Wifi access was only issue. Front desk gave a more reliable code for aceess.

No all the shades were broken and the room was like a dark cave. I was in the room right next to the gym and heard constant noise. The bed was old and squeaky and for that room it was WAY overpriced. I’ll never stay there again

We reserved 3 rooms but the front desk accommodated us in 2 rooms. And he stated that only 2 rooms were charged. But, until now, i can see the charge for the 3 rooms and i don’t see any credit after that.

Great location, lots of restaurants near by. We love that there was a big outlet mall 5 mins away. It’s close to airport. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel 110%.

It was clean and the staff at the front desk were very polite and friendly. Ok found no shampoo, no conditioner and no lotion all three containers were empty n the bathroom. When I went to the front desk they were kind and gave me replacements for these.

The hotel is a little worn out. It had cheap features to begin with and not maintained. The workout room was the size of a janitor’s closet, barely enough room for one person to move around. The staff was nice and helpful. Would not stay again except for Convenient location.

Breakfast choices were limited. Few hot items were bland. Breakfast area, like all areas, was too cold. Inside temperature everywhere was too cold. and the AC was on blowing cold air while the outside temp was in the 50's. The room was set at 62 with the AC on! The TV guide was disabled - had to scan a QR code to only get a listing of the channels (which was inaccurate) and no actual program listings.

Morning breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed to be MIA whenever I needed them, but they were nice enough. No one in particular stands out in any way. Acceptable place to lay your head, but nothing beyond that. We were there for a concert. The best aspect was the location. We were less than a mile from the venue.

There was a Cheer Team at the hotel, and they got loud at various hours of the night and morning

When we came to check in around 4 pm on Saturday, October 11th Pete was the person we dealt with and he was fantastic!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. I am very glad he was the one checking us in. How the price was $217 for ONE night!! All we needed was a place to rest our head and it was so expensive in my opinion for just one night.

The hotel needs to go out and purchase brand new beds for all of the rooms. My room had a chemical smell and they moved me to the second room and the second room had a bed. It was horribly worn out that needed to be replaced. The gentleman on staff when I checked them was extremely nice. The breakfast was pedestrian

Everything was great. Except the room 301 has a TV on the side of the bed. Was almost impossible to watch from the bed comfortably.

We needed to switch rooms and went larger to smaller because there were no available same room types. Our TV was not working and maintenance was unavailable after 5pm when we got there.

We spilled water on the rug. We took a towel to soak it up and the rug was filthy. Also the breakfast was cold and no microwave to warm it up. Besides that, i liked where the hotel was located.

The room smelled like pee. I guess since you let animals in the room , the animals pee everywhere. That is something you all need to think about. It was a very smelly room.

However, our room was very dark and not enough lights. And we only had towels for one person. Otherwise, I liked it. Oh yes, and the lotion containers were empty.

The hotel was great, but the service provided by Hotels.com was not. My reservation was not transferred to the hotel, Hotels.com does not provide the hotels reservation number so they hotel cannot look it up, you cannot call anyone at hotels.com, you have to download an app just to communicate with anyone. In all it took 45 minutes to check in, 40 minutes was searching for the reservation and downloading an app to contact Hotels.com.

It was our first time at this location. Great service from morning and evening front desk staff. They were extremely professional and accommodating. Plenty towels in the bathroom, and spacious room with very comfortable beds. Miromar outlet is just on the other side of the expressway. Great for shopping. We will return to this property again for sure.

Property was well priced for as clean and well appointed it was. The area felt safe and there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. Also quite near the interstate which is a plus.

The shower head was replaced. Water pressure was still low but manageable. The refrigerator had no freezer area. The placement of our room was by a team of young hockey player that were running around the hall being loud and disruptive late at night. I had to call the front desk. We should have never been placed on that floor to begin with.

Just had a 10 day stay and couldn’t fault it. Room was perfect , had everything I needed! Breakfast was good, choices changed daily and a lot of options so could have something new everyday! Staff very friendly , walking distance to Miromar outlets and a few restaurants! Would reccomend and would stay again any time! Thanks!

I believe my bed sheets were clean as my towels and wash cloth was clean. I have stayed at cleaner Hampton’s and was my usual go too but the chain is going down hill to a regular motel 6, days inn or comfort suite. I’m sad to say this about this chain after all the many years of my #1 go too will now be at lot lower on my list. The staff was very friendly and nice to speak with but the chain as a whole is poor!

Really enjoyed this place but not the bed. Mattress was hard as a rock to overly firm and pillows like nothing. For price of room why be cheap on pillows and mattress? Other than those to things which are important to a travelers after a long drive or flight you want a good night's sleep not wake up to backaches. Everything else was perfect and especially their breakfast was over the top .
