Not our greatest stay, but it gets the job done. We only slept there and didn't make use of anything else.

We were visiting my grandfather at Gulf Coast hospital, we we able to visit with him and have plenty of food options, plus FMB is only 20 mins away so we were able to go to beach also.

This is an older hotel that has gone through some renovations. It was well-maintained & clean with great staff. It's in a great location near restaurants & stores. I recommend that they consider replacing the heavy carpet & installing wood plank flooring. My room smelled very musty & was humid, although the a/c worked well. Carpets hold germs, bacteria, etc & it's not healthy, particularly for people with allergies & other health concerns.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was easy to get to, short distance from the airport. Friendly staff especially at the breakfast area. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with many healthy options available. Very nice rooms, comfy bed, very clean. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. Cookies were also a nice feature.

The only suggestion I can make is I wish they had high toilets. We are an older couple and choice the bathroom with a shower a higher toilet would have been very helpful.

Subtracted one star because there were a couple of very small maintenance issues. Not enough to affect my decision to stay there. Perfection would raise the price considerably.

This was a quick overnight stay for us. We didn't use the pool, gym, etc. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Parking was readily available.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very accommodating and able to get us checked in early, which we truly appreciated after traveling. Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the pool area was also well maintained and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely stay here again!

We liked the breakfast, the pool, and the space in the room. We originally booked with adjoining rooms but when we got there they hadn't fulfilled our request. They moved us after one night to the adjoining room which was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. They were always friendly and accommodating. The beds were not as comfortable as we would've liked.

We have had few good experiences since the end of the Covid. The Fairfield was excellent. Front desk staff were all pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Room was in clean and good condition. We'd go back in a flash.

Staff was friendly. Hotel needs upgrades. Expedia booked a handicapped room, which we did not request. The bathroom had a small sink with no place to set even a toothbrush. Beds were low and uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly but not a great experience overall. The tight lobby and very small elevator made check in difficult, with people accumulating waiting for next elevator. And at one point the elevator wasn’t working. And do not stay on the back side of the hotel. One morning we were awakened at 5am by lawn crews revving up their trucks. Another morning, garbage trucks were loading/unloading dumpsters at 5am. And the halls were very noisy with soccer players at midnight. Maid service was only on request and one morning our room just didn’t get cleaned after we asked.

1st room was not what I paid for, very nice woman at the desk was able to change my room. The shower was not thought out very well, as you can't turn on water without getting a cold shower first. The 3 hanging bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, were either empty or near empty. Breakfast was sad. The bacon was greasy and fatty. The turkey sausage was dry and under cooked. The room otherwise was clean and updated. Parking is easy and staff were friendly.

Could have done without the 4.30 am 'wakeup call' of garbage pickup in front of my room (at adjoining property). I'd recommend asking for a room AWAY from that spot !

Good but there was 2 bugs in the bathroom they were not roaches though we killed them and didn’t see anymore after that… we let them know about it so they can look into it. We stayed the whole week and no issues, staff was nice and house keeping very polite ladies.

This is my go to hotel in ft Myers for value and comfort. Great, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable premises. Quiet, comfortable room. Easy parking. Good free cookies and breakfast. Close to everything ( but by car). Excellent value.

I’ve stayed at many Fairfield Inn & Suites, and this was by-far the worst! Elevator was broken, upon arrival, so I had to lug my suitcase upstairs. Pool was drained/out of order, much to my son’s dismay. The safe in our room didn’t work. All of that can be forgiven, but what really made me angry… housekeeping left our room open and unlocked, after cleaning it. We returned after a day of activities to find our room had been cleaned but left open, with the latch between the door frame. Thankfully, nothing was taken but it easily could have been (especially with a non-functioning safe)!! The only saving grace were the young front desk girl (long eyelashes) and the woman running the breakfast. Both were very sweet and friendly.

Staff were exceptionally nice. Tania was very helpful as were others. Only negative was that the pool was out of order.

Stayed overnight for my grandson's gymnastics competitions. Pros: Hotel was clean easy check in and one of the best free breakfasts with lots of choices. Cons: awoken by some kind of truck maybe a garbage truck banging a garbage container and couldn't get back to sleep. Also had a man sneezing very loudly and continually so couldn't relax.

Overall it was good. But the air conditiones was so LOUD it was very uncomfortable

The front desk and staff were good. The mattress sagged to the middle. We were awakened on our first night stay at 3: am by a noise that sounded like dumpsters being dragged and emptied. This noise went on for more than an hour. Upon request, the next day, we were moved to a room to avoid the noise. It was an accessible room located across the hall. That room had another sagging mattress, a shower that was not fully functional and a broken toilet handle, but the noise was not noticed until 6:00 am and not as loud as the first room.

Adequate breakfast meal, mixed hot and or cold. Spacious room with many accommodations. A quiet hotel during day and night. Great Checkout time: 1200. As far as 'needs improvement': Room key kept becoming deactivated, had to go to front desk twice for it. Breakfast menu changes throughout the time period and, the contents may run out before it shuts down at 0900. Never received 'room service.' Had to go to the front desk for fresh towels for our 2nd day. Bed was rather uncomfortable (too soft) Fairfield Inn & Suites seems to accommodating and relaxing, however, minor issues that were mentioned above should be rectified asap. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Myers Beach, area dining, shopping and dolphin tours. Loved the area and ease of getting around town. Was here about 10 yrs ago and love Ft. Myers area of Florida.

The property was everything I wanted

Only complaint, requested a standard room, was given a handicap or wheelchair room. Bathroom waits no vanity or countertop inconvenient.

The rooms were very clean and the employees were friendly and personable.

Just an "OK" place to stay. Needs some TLC.

The combination of smoking and socializing in the parking lot, resulting in excessive noise in the hallways, did not meet my expectations.
