Excellent. One of the best stays ever.

My wife and I were in 1 room and another couple that went with us had their own room and when they were ready for bed last night they had ants crawling in the bed and they called the front desk to inform them about it and they had to be moved to a different room which was really an inconvenience since it was late at night. My wife said that when we checked into our room she could smell bug spray inside the room so I don’t know if they’re having an ant problem or not but I think they need to have an exterminator come in and spray their rooms. Other than that everything was fine including the cooked to order breakfast and the nightly evening reception. We usually stay here at least a couple of times a year because we like staying here but they’re going to have to get the ant issue resolved. My wife and I stayed in Room 724 and the couple that were with us stayed in Room 703 that had the ant problem.

We selected this place because it was a mile and a half from our in-laws place in Estero. We were surprised how great the breakfast was especially the omelette station that doesn’t cost extra. No issues whatsoever. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a nice addition to our vacation. We would definitely stay here again - highly recommend. 👍👍

They charged me, WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME, to park my car there. I asked the girl when I checked out if I owed anything, and she told me I had a zero balance. This hotel is nothing but a scam. Avoid this place!!!

The entire building reeked of marijuana on Saturday. The smell was so overpowering in our room and throughout all hallways and common areas that I became physically ill and nauseous. -Breakfast was so-so - Air conditioning would not cool below 75 degrees despite multiple attempts to adjust it - Someone attempted to enter our adjoining room during our stay, creating a serious safety concern - No luggage carts available, forcing us to carry all our belongings - Spa/hot tub was broken and non-operational - Elevator broke during our stay - Even if the spa had worked, it was overcrowded with unsupervised children - Extremely loud rock music from an event that went late into the evening - Children running wild throughout the property with no supervision or intervention While the front desk staff was polite and offered to move our room, this was pointless since the marijuana smell permeated the entire property. We were forced to leave on our wedding night and find alternative accommodations. Do not stay here. The property has serious maintenance issues, zero control over guest conduct, and fails to address illegal drug use.

What a pleasant surprise Embassy Suites was. Efficient check in, room was very nice, bed was comfortable and cozy, reasonably pieced, and free breakfast was good and had an omlet bar. I would definitely stay there again!

Made to order breakfast is a plus….managers happy hour was a welcomed event at the end of the day. I think the $7 a night parking is a money grab…..particularly when the lot is littered with signs that management accepts no responsibility or liability associated with your vehicle. Just bad form.

The only complaint is the sofa bed. It was like the old ones with the bar in your back. I made the most of it and used the 2 throw pillows under the mattress where the bar is and that helped very much. Other than that it was perfect! ?

Stay at Embassy’s often. I liked that this location wasn’t as large, less busy. Depending on what you’re looking for, plan to drive everywhere you want to go. I enjoyed my stay. I like these room layout better than other embassy’s. Bathroom not located in main bedroom. Instead in the living space.

The property with the renovations is very nice. However, they have a huge private parking lot and they are now charging guests for parking nightly. I am not happy about that!

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast, your complimentary drinks when you rent a room are limited to certain beverages, which neither my wife or myself consume, no Corona no crown Royal no Malibu. Pool wasn't at its best, but neither was the weather. And our room was changed without asking, apparently they couldn't clean the room in 5 and 1/2 hours. Otherwise okay.

Hot tub was cold, even with the jets on. Bed was very squeaky each time my husband or I rolled over. Three sinks in my room was nice, but pointless since there was only hand soap in the bathroom.

The staff was very nice, especially Carmel, at the front desk. Our bathroom faucet and bathtub need unclogging . There was also a strong chemical smell where the coffee area was. I strongly suggest they purchase new pillows, they were terrible. The people were kind but our room 608 needed upkeep.

The best Embassy Suites — rooms are updated and the entire hotel is gorgeous. Meticulously clean and pool area is kept very clean. We will stay there again! The entire staff is very nice and so helpful. We stayed with our small dog and they even have a pet area . Wonderful hotel!

Meaghan at the bar was outstanding. Wish the bar had more operating hours. Room was very clean and comfortable. After a long day they let us check in early with our flight being canceled. For hotel food it was absolutely delicious. Meaghan deserves a gold star, she was the shining star on our delayed trip home. Breakfast was also very good, not your traditional complimentary meal. The dinner menu is light but what we had was fantastic. We had the pappadelle pasta, fish and chips and the ribeye. The pasta was to die for with the creamy parmesean sauce.

We like the atrium style interior, extra large room, and custom omelette station at breakfast. The coffee station is shut down at 930am when breakfast ends. Most hotels leave a coffee station in the lobby open until check out time. Although there is a small coffee maker in the room — it’s just not my preference.

Breakfast omlets were super greasy. Scrambled eggs not fully cooked and slimy liquid. 2 customer service staff on Saturday evening and Sunday morning were very welcoming. The individual who checked us in on Friday evening and the individual who tended the desk Saturday morning were very extra and rude. Just "doing their job" and not welcoming.

The free breakfast and drinks during Happy Hour are a great bonus. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly. It’s also very conveniently located next to the highway that takes you all over Florida. I’ll be back!

I paid for a pool view corner room and they did not give me the room type or a reduced rate. Also, they are charging for parking now. The updates on the hotel are charging their concept. They are not honoring third party bookings with the same priority any longer. Not happy this time!

Our stay, while brief, was excellent. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was huge. And both the complimentary cocktail hour an complimentary breakfast were great. We had such a nice time and will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Estero.

In general, the hotel was good. Some improvement is needed with housekeeping. A pair of used socks was left under the bathroom sink/counter, which points to the bathroom not being thoroughly cleaned. The receptionist at the front desk gave us incorrect information regarding parking fees. She advised it was $25 per night when it was $7. The amount quoted was really a security deposit on the room. Other than that, our stay was good.

It was a very nice hotel. Happy hour was very good. Parking was easy. Breakfast was amazing. Workout room very modern. Housekeeping. Great job. Pool is a little dated. If you need beach umbrellas or chairs they have donations from guests in a back closet. Just ask ! We donated all our stuff.

We stay at this Embassy Suites every year because of how nice it is. We also like how close it is to i75 without being so close you can hear traffic. Best of all it only minutes from shopping centers & great food options.

Nice Hotel, and location. My only issue was I was charged for parking twice for everyday of my stay. The parking is only 7.00 a day, so it makes me wonder if it was deliberate. I did make them aware, and they corrected it right away.

The property was extremely clean, the staff were friendly. They had a happy hour offer for members staying at the hotel that allowed them to get 2 free drinks between certain times. The outdoor space was nice. Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t mind staying again.

We came exhausted after checking my son in to university. The bar tender was full of energy and kind conversation. She made us feel so at home.

Room was cleaned everyday expect the laat day we stayed. Staff was friendly, complementary breakfast was good and drinks fair.

OK, the Cable TV was out most all the time we were there. It took forever for the cable people to come and fix it the first time and then it went out again and it didn’t come back on until Sunday morning when we were getting ready to leave it wasn’t.

Beds and pillows were so comfy and wait staff / housekeeping were very accomodating 10/10 😊

Great place to stay very clean and quiet

The night staff was awesome. We had an issue with the room next to us blasting music all night and the front desk woman moved us immediately no hesitation.

We have been to this location several times and it’s why we keep returning. The staff is amazing and the bartender Meagan is the best we’ve ever had! She’s amazing and cordial and keeps up with the crowds she gets at happy hour!

Antonio went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect

The front desk was helpful but unfortunately we encountered bed bugs in our room and left with itchy bumps. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning. We also found leftover items from previous clients stay when we entered the room. The property is nice and renovated but needs to pay attention to the cleanliness of the beds and pullout couches.

Always a great relaxing stay. The hotel is super clean friendly staff and lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Very close proximity to shopping and plenty of dining options around. This hotel was also in a great location for our baseball tournament.

Property was very clean. Staff was extremely nice. Love that gym was kept clean and that pool had plenty of towels available. Breakfast was always fresh and service of staff was great. Location also a huge plus as it is super close to some great outlet shopping and lots of restaurants.

Everything was excellent

I stayed here 4 days and 3 nights. The Hotel was so quite, clean interior, food was really good from down stairs(the exciting part) , drinks at the bar was 10/10 highly recommend(complimentary) . Staff was very informative about things in the area. Bed was comfy, pillow were soft. The only thing I didn't like was the pressure of the shower but overall the stay was soo satisfying. I definitely will be returning especially to get in the pool and hot tub. A perfect getaway that was gifted for me for my birthday. Trust you will not regret it.

I love love this hotel! My review is based on what I want and like in a quick overnight stay at any hotel; clean room, comfy bed, clean bathroom WITH COUNTER SPACE, access to ice, walking distance to venue, breakfast and safety. The lobby, lounge and reception area are perfect! The design is very modern and sleek with many places to sit and chat. The FREE breakfast was amazing!!!! The chef prepared custom omelettes while you grazed over other delicious items. The room had 3 sinks, a super large living room and wonderful beds. The only reason I did not give a five star, which is petty I know, but we drove five hours to get there and after checking in we walked to the lounge for our complimentary beverages.We arrived at 6:25 and sat at a table, no service; went to sit at the bar, no service, when the server finally came back it was 6:35 and she said I'm sorry we stopped servicing your complimentary beverage at 6:30. I told her the circumstances and she said it wasn't true. After we left, I watched someone walk up and she served them their complimentary beverage so she took my last star on my review. Overall, I will go back but will avoid the server!

I loved this hotel! SUPER CLEAN. You can smell it from the moment you walked in the room. The parking area was good. The room was very large and spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast was very good - made to order eggs for breakfast if you want. I really loved staying here. I was not expecting this experience.

Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find around 20 mins crom Bonita Beach Park. Service was excellent front desk, dinning area and housekeeping. Place is spotless clean. Will return

We stayed for a concert… everything was amazing! Staff was great, easy and quick check-in, we got voucher for two complementary drinks at the bar, breakfast was ok and parking was accessible and a lot of spaces available. We 100% recommend it.

Antonio always checking if everything was ok with us , the jacuzzi was fixed and made our daughter’s day . The breakfast was amazing , so many options and they make it right there . They also give you two complimentary drinks around 5 to 6:30pm everyday and basic snacks. The bartender was pleasant as well. We will go back !!!! Thank you for everything

Great hotel

Coconut Point mall is a 12-minute drive and it’s beautiful. Plenty to see and lots of restaurants including Cheesecake Factory.

Clean, comfortable rooms, and bed. Excellent breakfast. Love their happy hour, complimentary drinks and snacks for the family. Pool and jacuzzi always clean and great temp. Perfect location near food and stores!

Very disappointed booked there for the spa and was never told at any point it was broken.Very disappointed

Otherwise, we enjoy staying here.

We paid extra for a room with a pool view. When we got to our room it had a view of the roof one story below us with vents etc. When we went back to the lobby the woman host told us she would give us a room on the next floor so we could look over the roof down onto the pool. We told her that we wanted to look directly down onto the pool as the room pictures showed when we booked. She move us to another room looking directly down on the pool. Our previous room WAS on the other side of the building with no possibility of ever seeing the pool.

Easy access to the hi way

I always stay at this Embassy Suites when I'm on the west coast. Always clean and staff polite. Convenient to interstate and shops.

The rooms could use a good cleaning and a refresher. I waa hoping the social hour and breakfast would have improved, but sadly no.
