Breakfast prep staff. beds comfortable reasonable rates pretty clean. there are some minor things that I noticed but I won't even mention them and the review because this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I can expect it to be extremely perfect each time I stay because there are different staff members or housekeeping Crews. I HATE the way we check in! So impersonal... no"human"interaction. PLEASE change that and allow a real person to be at the front desk. We need more humans. This check out robot is too loud....too cold... and the guy on the robot does not like his job. There were 2 different guys. One was great, the check IN guy, and one was not, the check OUT guy. Also the air was not on our was up too high in the room so it was stuffy. Thanks so much. God bless.

I checked in early- and I wasn’t a fan of the front desk being a computer screen with some person from who knows where. When I got to my room at 11am I noticed the door didn’t lock from the inside. I messaged the text thing that said respond if there is a problem. And I then texted repeatedly with no answer about the fact my door didn’t lock from the inside. After repeated texts and then going to the desk the man in the screen said he would send someone out to help. When the maintenance man arrived hours later I was told oh yeah the rooms don’t lock from the inside?! What? What do you mean the doors don’t lock from the inside? So then at 8pm I had to gather all my things and they moved me to an old gross room for the night.

The room I stayed in had bed bugs I thought it was mosquitoes bite but every night that i woke up I had bite marks and its in a straight pattern would not recommend this hotel to any one I had a horrible time.

The room was exceptional for the price we paid. Very clean and comfortable. There is a pool at the other side of the hotel we were unaware of because we didn't see it when we arrived. Very pleased with our stay. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient for what we desired. We will be returning to this property when we return.

I was very impressed with the service. I had a young man who helped me get my keys through the Kiosk. He also helped me for returning the keys. He was very helpful and pleasant. A woman made my husband's waffles at breakfast and brought it to our table. She too was pleasant. Not enough coffee pods.

The property was really nice. My room had a humidifier as well as the ac unit, which was appreciated. It was an interesting choice for the check-in process to be with a remote agent at a kiosk, with an associate standing next to the kiosk to tell people to wait in line instesd of also checking them in. The breakfast was tasty.

The breakfast menu is the basic and always the same, cereals, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, apple, waffles and breads. What make it special it’s not the food it’s the staff and Marie is a amazing person and wonderful employee who cares for the people with kindness and compassion she treats and cares for everyone.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everybody was helpful in answering any questions I had. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Employee in the breakfast area was friendly. The check-in and check out process went very smoothly using the kiosk. There was a human available if I ran into any issues with the kiosk.

The TV stations were limited and only a few news stations, could not watch any shows or movies at night. Thankfully I brought my laptop and was able to stream some shows. Though the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, no restaurants (other than cracker-barrel) were within walking distance. Probably would not stay at this hotel again for me, might be good economical choice for a family.

We were working in the area and needed a reasonably priced hotel for one night. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Check in was quick and easy using the kiosk. Hotel staff was available to assist with questions. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and very quiet. There was lots of parking available. The hotel is located within walking distance to cracker barrel, CVS with a Race Trac and Mobil gas stations close by as well. We didn't try the breakfast because we were in a rush at check out. We will definitely be staying again.

Soooo.... this was my first check in at a hotel done by computer, no humans in sight... only the face on the computer, I found it very odd and cold. We only stayed one night, but we didn't see a single staff person. The location is very convenient to the Fort Meyer airport, and there are several restaurants with in a short driving distance. It was not a terrible experience, but wouldn't stay again.

The property was fine, it was the lack of help. Our fire alarm was chirping at 10;30 pm and we called for help. They said they would send someone and never did. Automated check in is not fun and hard to understand the foreign accents. Breakfast ok, no hot eggs or meat. I do not like the trying to be all automated aspect of this hotel.

It was my first time using "kiosk check-in" with the desk attendant being in another country. This was smooth and efficient. It is a bummer b/c that attendant is likely making much less money than an in-person attendant would make here in the US, but that's part of how the price was so reasonable for the room. I like the fact that the room has no carpeting. Much easier to clean and less chance of bugs or contamination from carpets. The breakfast was ok and exactly what you would expect for a room at this price. I was OK with it.

In fitness area equipment didn't work. There was NO EMPLOYEE behind the front desk to help during whole stay. EVERYTHING WAS DONE VIRTUALLY. Cleaning staff did a poor job--no wash clothes one day, Pool wasn't clean. A roll of carpet was left laying outside by the front door for at least the whole week that we stayed there.

It was odd not having a personal front desk receptionist to check you in. The front desk receptionist was in a remote location. Although he was pleasant during the check in process. I’d have concerns regarding safety. As a woman traveling alone, I’d have concerns. The front desk person is the first to trouble shoot for any potential problem. There is no one to police the lobby if any unwanted guest decides to come into the building and do harm.

Also, why pay to have staff present if all they are going to do is have you check in on a digital screen with a different staff member on a webcam? Don't get me wrong, it is a good thing physical staff exist. I would hope that a physical person is there at all times in the event security is needed. With 24/7 lobby access to the building, digital staff don't guarantee safety.

The pool was "heated" yet felt cold. There is a tv on the second level in the community type area -- I wanted to put on the ballgame. I asked one staff member who said the tv was too technical. I said I could easily get it to work. She deferred me to her boss who rudely told me, "I could watch the game in my room." Disappointing. It is a nice sitting area which is being underutilized. The only recommendation about breakfast is to offer some hot items as other local hotels offer eggs and sausage or bacon. This is strictly continental breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable - the bed/mattress was clean and comfy. The shower was awesome - hot with plenty of pressure and had the body wash, and shampoo readily available. We would definitely stay here again. Just a few minor items I called out.

Terrible Experience!! Attempted to check in late due to airline TSA chaos and other downstream issues and hotel had already decided to cancel my multi night stay “per policy”. They refused to work with me, told me their hands were tied because I booked through Hotels.com. When I contacted Hotels.com they also told me their hands were tied because hotel has to make the call. Complete runaround from both parties and ZERO help to resolve the issue, however they were very happy to pocket my prepaid stay of hundreds of dollars but when I needed customer service, there was none to be found and both lazily hid behind their “policies”. What a complete sham. Neither party even attempted to help. So time to move on from Hotels.com and Days Inn. Ironically I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years but that wasn’t considered either. A completely disgraceful experience all around.

I stayed here because I was seeing a game at Fenway South. Great location that is close to the ballpark. Clean hotel with nice pool and easy parking. Room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that there is no one at the front desk. You check in with a kiosk and there is no front desk staff. I had questions I wanted answered and there was no one to talk to in person. Overall, still a good experience and would stay again.

The staff attending breakfast was awesome. The staff cleaning rooms, I interacted with in the hallway, were very friendly. There is not a person at the front desk, there is a monitor with a dude on it welcoming guests to the hotel and doing “check in “. I had to talk to him again when my door would not open and he sent “a member of his staff” to change the battery after a new key didn’t work either. He was actively working on the door when we left. He was good. Before getting to the hotel I received 7 messages saying my reservation is confirmed. Two more after checking out. These were from the hotel itself. So just a few weird things, but comfy bed and room.

I was without Internet for the majority of my stay. When I talked with staff I was told my room was the only room without the Internet. I do not feel that I was taken seriously. Eventually they brought in someone else who had to change the service for all of the floors. I then had a extremely slow and Internet service. There was no staff at the front desk. When you walked in there was a computer screen and a man came up on video. He clearly didnt check us in 100% correctly because i got a call on my phone at 3am asking when we were checking in when we were already in the room trying to sleep. The elevator doesn’t sound promising to get you to the next floor maybe they should take all that money they’re saving on people’s salary and put it into the hotel. There is no lotion in the rooms. Our room was large and clean with plenty of seating space. Conveniently located by I-75, but not noisy. The blackout shades provided kept the room dark enough to sleep in a bit. Simple breakfast was provided, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice and muffins.

Room was okay but customer service was horrible. When we checked in the front desk guy was on the cell phone talking to someone and just pointing at the check in screen very rude. He kept looking at my child with attitude because my son was carrying his bike in the hotel. There was only 2 towels provided. We are always in this area due to our cycling events and we will never stay there again because of that particular guy.

The virtual help desk is a very weird and off putting experience, especially when there was an employee standing there the entire time. The machines weren’t properly working, creating a much longer check in experience. The room wasn’t fully clean either. Parking was good.

It's a little disappointing that there's never a front desk person and one night when we needed towels we had to wait several hours just to get them also it was obvious by the smell that the person in the room across from ours was smoking marijuana and of course we had no one we could tell or call. The breakfast was a little disappointing too as it was all just dry goods never any eggs or bacon or pancakes or anything like that

The room itself was great - quiet and comfortable. The internet is HORRIBLE - very slow, dropped frequently, wouldn't work from the bed, and we were told we were in the "best" room for internet. That was the deal-breaker, and only reason we'll never return. Also, there are no human beings working at the front desk - it's a screen where a person is seen and can see you (like Facetime or Zoom). Very bizarre.

The chexk in and chexk out was different as it was via a monitor but still effective. The room was nice as well as clean. The breakfast was ok, some hot options like eggs and a meat or something would have been better but otherwise it was good. The breakfast service was excellent, the lady working was very attentive and even waited for us before cleaning up for the day.

check in is by a zoom type call. Room had an aweful smell, asked to change which they nicely did without a problem, but put us in the next door over. Still had a aweful smell but nothing as strong as prior room. Room was clean. There was no please don't disturb sign, so when we left they came in the room which we didn't want, nor expect as we only stayed 2 nights. But I guess it's fine, they did clean up. It was super close to airport, but not sure I'd stay again, the smell was bad and there were humidifiers in both rooms so it seems as they are covering up mold or something.

Super humid, i hate to imagine how much mold is growing; our room had a dehumidifier that wasnt running because the bucket was full. I emptied it and it filled in less than 16 hrs. No front desk staff just kiosks with bad audio quality and trying to talk to someone in another country.

There was no live agent on site, only a kiosk, and the repeated messages made me feel as though my prepaid room might be sold out from under me. This created unnecessary stress and felt extremely unprofessional. Additionally, housekeeping entered the room despite the Do Not Disturb sign being displayed, and the breakfast was below expectations. The only positive takeaway was that the bed itself was comfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards.

I was there on a business trip for two days. I left at 6:30 am and when I returned 12 hrs later, the door to my room was ajar. Someone had entered while I was away and left the door open all day. Anyone could have entered at any time. Someone removed my towels, but did not replace them. I'm sure it was Housekeeping, but I was so stressed out and worried and unable to sleep.

I would not stay here again. While I definitely booked on price because it was last minute for a work trip and am not a huge stickler. This was just bad. The check in process is a guy on video telecom. I felt a lack of security not having an actual attendant at the front door. Anyone could walk in at any point. The guy on the screen was clearly just sitting on his phone not staring at the entrance every second, which I don't blame him & would expect a person physically there to do the same. The difference though is its easier for someone to come in entirely undetected while he is on his phone vs on his phone in person. It felt silly, impersonable and cheap. But again this is a cheap hotel so I guess that fits... They are remodeling so some things are new. They have HEAVY fragrance in the lobby and it wafts into the halls and into the rooms. I was able to adjust to the room scent but WOW was the lobby and halls strong. The windows do not even open an inch. I really wanted to air my room out. There was a dehumidifier in the room, I am not sure if this is in every room. It was extremely loud and I turned it off. This was honestly really hard on smell and sound senses between the two. I immediately regretted my decision when I got up to my room. If there had been a person actually at the front desk I would have gone down stairs and asked to cancel my reservation. The water for the shower was warmish, not hot. Breakfast fell flat not offering eggs, bacon or sausage.

Exceptional hotel facility by Dayss Inn and Wyndham! By far, especially for the pricepoint, this was the best hotel experience I've shared with my family in quite some time. From the nice, very clean exterior of the building tp the walking inside to the lobby to our rooms, everything was exceptionally clean, well designed, and very, very comfortable! The area was very quiet. Far enough from the heavy traffic, but close enough to grest restaurants, eateries, and shopping centers. For us, it was only about 8 minutes from the Hertz Arena for our daughter's hockey tournament. Last, but not least, service and dtaff were exceptional from the moment we checked in to the time we left. We will definitely be back and will definitely HIGHLY recommend to our family and friends.

We walked into the hotel expecting to speak to someone at the front desk to check in, so we wait and wait and then we realize they don’t have a front desk staff member, they have a kiosk to do a virtual check in, you had to scan your picture id on the copier then look into the camera then I had to insert cash to pay for my deposit like a atm machine and it spit us out our cards…we get to our room and I decide I want to take a nice hot bubble bath after travelling on day and we have no hot water, we contact the number on the paper and he said he would have someone come to check it out. We wait and wait it’s finally midnight so we go to bed. We went to check water to relax after flying all day

The property is very clean and the room was newly renovated and very fresh. The front desk check-in was really strange because there was nobody there and check-in was done via a video kiosk at the front desk with a virtual check-in clerk. I was a little concerned about security of the building as there were never any staff in the lobby, front desk or anywhere on the main floor at any time that I was walking through. No phones in the room to reach hotel staff should you have a question or concern.

The check was virtual. Although no one at the desk there was usually other staff on grounds including in the evenings. Facilities are adequate. Had a decent night's sleep. We stayed for 8 days. The only thing hot for breakfast was the waffles. There was cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, variety of danishes, fruit, and assorted juice and there beverages available to name a few. Staff was friendly but there was a language barrier at times. Any issues we had were handled promptly. We would stay again.

I did not use the laundry room because I just stayed one night. The room was excellent very large clean and not a typical room I would've expected for the price. I expected a smaller room than God. The staff was friendly and courteous, but I was not fond of the kiosk at the front desk, I would preferred to speak to a person personally not checking in and checking out through a TV screen with the person setting in the other room it would've been easily for them to have stepped out and spoke face-to-face.

First the reservation for two queen beds when I checked in, he gave me smaller beds so I had to bring my family downstairs and then by the time we checked in was after midnight the front desk did not offer anything other than saying, sorry which is acceptable but during my stay, I found a cockroach coming from behind the fridge, those water in the bottom of the fridge The vent in the bathroom was almost falling, and I have a piece of paper that holding it in place so after my experience with the front desk during the check-in, I didn’t bother to say anything to anybody. Oh, I also found some stain on the bed cover.

3 night stay.. first night was good. Second day room began to smell like cigarette smoke (I don't smoke), later in the evening the lightning hit so hard that the fire alarms were going off and it went off for about an hour before they shut off. And the morning of my checkout there was a (live) roach on the bathroom floor. That was first I had seen my entire stay and I assume it came from the drain in the floor but I was very grossed out to the point I had to empty all of my bags and repack to ensure I had no unwanted passengers coming home with me. Also, if you want an actual human person checking you in, this is not the place. They have a computer screen with a live agent to help you check in, I personally didn't care for it. Especially since I was traveling alone (young female) and the volume on the computer was very loud and when he asked how many guests in the room, he repeated very loudly that I was alone. I didn't appreciate that. And because of that interaction, I went out and bought an extra security device to secure the door

Very nice hotel , room was big and beautiful everything was great but the AC. That AC was so loud making all kinds of noise , I was in room 230, if it wasn’t for that AC everything would of been perfect

Hotel is lovely and very close to airport and gas stations if you've rented a car. The rooms are clean and renovated and the pool was great. I would definitely stay here again every time I travel out of RSW.

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very friendly. What I didn’t like is the fact the WiFi connection sucks, couldn’t really watch any good shows or movie because of the remote, there’s no YouTube or Netflix connected to the tv. It would be more enjoyable if we’re able to watch YouTube or Netflix. Another thing is breakfast. There were t many options to eat. Just waffles and apples, muffins. No boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

Very clean/ updated rooms. One weird thing is the check in/out process. You have to talk to someone over a computer which takes longer and is awkward vs having someone at the desk

I didnt like that the microwave didnt work had to get another and my keys didnt work until a new battery was replaced. Staff was accomadating to getting the issues fixed. I would stay again if traveling in the area.

I contacted the hotel in prior to my arrival to make sure once I got there (11pm) everything was set to go and they told me it was , when I arrived they told me my room had yet to be ready and they made me pay again when I had asked them about deposits and they were very unclear as to the holds on my cards , whatever we paid we get the keys go up to our room and the keys didn’t work go back and get another set and the second set still didn’t work we had to have a worker come and open the door for us I would say overall my experience was horrible the hotel it’s self was in good condition.

We had to use a kiosk to check in. Guy behind the desk wouldn't talk just told us to use the kiosk. Was it AI? Who knows to me that is not customer service seemed kind of creepy

I wasn't fond of the video check in. It seems so impersonal. The person that was there did a great job, but I would rather see them in person.
