We were shown 3 rooms by a rude front desk employee which were dirty old and smelled of tobacco We never checked in however we were informed we would be charged for 1 night in reality we were charged for the entire stay. I would not check into anyplace as horrible as that hotel is.

It was a wonderful place to stay.

Expedia messed up our reservations. We stayed because it was convenient for where we needed to be.

This was the first time I had used a check in / check out kiosk. I did not find it difficult to use and there was a human available if there were any issues. Property was well maintained and clean. A/C was a little noisy but kept the room nice and cool.

Nice and clean. Staff very friendly. Room had a light odor coming from the sink but everything else was perfect.

The location was really close to about anything you could want. They had a tiki bar out back which sounded like people were happy. The picture shown was locked and not really a part of the property.

It was fairly clean, but very worn out. Defects in the bathtub, the sink, the walls. Shower barely worked. Supposedly breakfast is included, but basically help yourself do some cereal or bread to toast.

Ran out of some of the food like yogurt. Different people running breakfast. Apple juice was spoiled. Not enough hot breakfast eggs and ran out of yogurt and fruit There was no plug for either the tub or the sink that we could use them properly. The lock on the door caused us great frustration as it would not open the lock for many days. No place to sit down around the pool area and couldn't take chairs out of the dining room for that purpose

Pool was dirty. No pool deck furniture, no pool towels. Mineral spring smelt awful, from across the parking lot. Bar traffic made parking a challenge. The noise from the bar was quite loud on more than one occasion

Never got to stay, as they woudnt give me a voucher for the next night when my flight was cancelled so they took my money with no room in the inn. Expedia and the hotel footballed me back and forth, so i will NEVER book through Expedia for any travel again...jp

The room was relatively clean. There was no mirror above the sink or in the bathroom which made shaving a bit difficult. The mineral spring in the back looked pretty cool but the bottom was covered in algae and snails. I wasn't sure if that was normal so I opted to not go in. when i looked it up online, it said snails meant that it is a very healthy spring but IDK. They advertised a pool but it was empty. On a good note, The tiki bar in the back was much fun. the bar tenders were very friendly and the beverages were affordable.

This motel was renovated after Hurricane Ian. As a result, the rooms are updated, clean and a nice size. It advertises a complimentary breakfast but it consisted of a pan of scrambled eggs, breed and two kinds of cereal. They do not allow you to take food out of the ‘restaurant’ so you are forced to eat the food in a bleak abandoned room with a lady watching you with eagle eyes. It would be better if they didn’t offer any breakfast. McDonald’s is in walking distance. The Tiki bar out back was fun, rustic but it was ok. Overall, a good value. Ignore the breakfast.

This is not a resort; not even an average hotel. There were bright lights outside on all night with light coming in to keep the room a bit lighted. The pool furniture was broken or missing other than one chair. The restaurant was closed. The staff was somewhat friendly but not on top of details or repairs. The coffee pot was tiny and ran out after a half cup both mornings. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. The WiFi worked consistently only in the office and was spotty or off in the rooms. The feature of the resort was a mineral spring which was stinky and not used. The mattress was soft and the fitted sheets were not put on properly so I had to remake the bed. If you like a good friendly bar, the Tiki bar behind the hotel was hopping.

The TV did not work the food that was breakfast was old I woke up to bugs in my bed. We went to the front desk they tried to move us to another room that the lock was broken and basically told us someone had to be in the room to unlock the door for the other person. Then they try to move me to a second floor when I specifically told them I’m disabled and cannot go upstairs then they got upset and said they would give us a refund and go someplace else then ran back with a disabled room mind you I had a medical procedure to stay so I had to move three times in pain not one compensation was even offered when I checked out the man at the desk was nasty. I asked for the manager several times miraculously there’s no manager on site don’t ever go here.

03/20/2026 Expect an Econolodge not what this place advertises. The pool is not kept, one lounger w/ broken straps. Natural spring wading pool was at one time amazing. This entire area is unkept and run down. You are not wading in that dirty pool. What a shame because it looked like this area was awesome at one time. The tiki bar is beside the pool and if you were to use the pool you would not be tiki bar chilling with hotel guests. Instead you would be the entertainment for the loud mouth local drinking crew. I was in the pool for 10 minutes and there were construction workers drinking and yelling and swearing throwing corn hole 10' from me. My wife would not have lasted 1 minute out there. The room was actually clean. The shower looked dirty but I wiped the floor to check and the cloth stayed white. Ever seen a shower with zero shelf or place to put the soap? How about a room with no hooks or handing bar? How about no black out blinds? My room from the security lights was brighter at night than it was during the day because the blinds didn't block light. The security lights didn't help either. I was there 2 nights and the first night there were 7, yes 7 police cars so I couldn't get to the parking. Night #2 we woke up to screaming at 12:30. Breakfast was as expected at this point. A cabinet with a 10 pieces of bread for toasting, watery powdered eggs and a mini fridge with a few gallons of juice and some cups. This is not even a little exagerated.

Offerings for hot breakfast were scrambled eggs only.

It was a very noisy place due to people from the Tiki bar taking up all the parking spaces. And, then congregating in the lot after the bar closed

They held a $100 deposit and did not respond to any inquiries. I had to file a dispute through my bank, as there was no other way to resolve the issue.

The girl at our check out was very sweet. Other than that nothing . When checking in man was rude and condescending . He wanted cash deposit . When we asked why he became angry and said we couldn’t have room without deposit. We had a woman next to us that kept us up all night with music and going in and out of room . We called up front and phone was never answered. Sink in am water would not go down . Dirty .

Clean, bed was comfortable, sheets were nice and soft, quiet even with a popular bar just feet away from my room. Aging a bit. Towel bar missing, another falling off wall. I would have like a little more variety of food at breakfast.

Room was very clean, fridge worked great and it was nice to have a bar right in the back but the restaurant they advertise was non existent. The pool was dirty and there were only two ripped and dirty pool chairs available to sit on beside the pool. It’s a nice place but could be a great place with a little effort.

Clean rooms but some things were not in the best condition. Curtains were a little broken, but worked. Walls are thin. Staff is friendly. AC worked great. Showers were clean, but lacked any frills, no water pressure and not accommodating for a 6'3" guy, but most aren't. I'd recommend for an inexpensive stay if you're not going to be needing anything fancy.

Outdated would have been ok, but the linens weren't clean and the chair had a lot of stains.

For a property that is Wyndham approved it was dis appointing. There are a lot of maintenance issues in the rooms and the property. In my room the toilet was semi functional. The shower tiles need improvement, and the hot water took 10 minutes to arrive once turned on. The "free" breakfast was a joke. Honest to god, you just need to go there and see what it is to understand this comment. The rooms are very clean. When I see the name "Wyndham", this is not what I expect.

Other offerings include two cereals, white and wheat bread for toast, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffe(e) spelled with one missing"e", and ice cold pats of butter that will never spread on your toast. Parking is limited with no assigned spots. To make matters worse, they have a long term resident that didn't move his car for 4 days while taking up two spots! Management is aware of the problem and does nothing to solve even though they get multiple complaints everyday

Well it's not the Ritz Carlton but the staff makes you feel as if it is and the room inside layout is quite impressive I have not one complaint from check in to check out.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast options, and unfortunately, a male staff member working on the morning of Feb 2, 2025, was quite rude, leaving a negative impression. Despite this, other aspects of my stay were pleasant. I hope you can address these issues to improve guest experiences, as it led me to decide not to recommend your resort.

Older motel but in nice condition, clean and quiet. Restaurant and tiki bar on property. Counter guy seems a little grumpy. Stayed in area and decided to come back for another night but nobody to check us in for another night just a sign on counter that they would be back.. went somewhere else

No cups, no clock. Bare min towels. No extra roll of toilet paper.. the property was loaded with litter. . The pool was right up to an outdoor biker bar. No one used the pool because there were tables and lo7d patronsnright there. Not atmosphere; just sleazy and dirty. The 'natural spring' was loaded with dirt. Surely never cleaned. The 'breakfast' was literally white bread, a toaster, a tub of peanut butter, two quarts of milk, froot loops and raisin bran. If uou want coffee, you have to jaul over to the lobby. No coffee pot in the rooms.

I stay here occasionally when I’m having work done on my home nearby. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the rooms are quite large. The property see,s well maintained. The person at the front desk seems a bit cold and unfriendly but he is efficient. It’s great to have a reasonably priced hotel near my home.

What breakfast??? Three items to choose from dry eggs, toast and cereal. Charged me a deposit at check-in and I still have not received the credit back yet. I stayed Nov 6th and this is the 12th. Money was probably deposited into an interest account to make money on my deposit.

The room appeared clean, however when I turned the floor lamp on it was covered with cobwebs and little bugs were caught up in that. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was clean and very comfortable as was the rest of the room and bathroom. There wasn't a place to hang clothes at all so had to drape everything over the one chair in the room. There were two bath towels but no hand towels for the bathroom.When I requested hand towels, they were provided but my washcloth was removed and not replaced. There was no coffee service in the room and the coffee in the lobby was cold at 6:30 in the morning so we went to McDonalds for coffee. Overall, not a great experience. Would not recommend

He initialed the paper I had in my hand that I was reporting the mirror and threw it on the bed and walked out without words. This manager is utmost rude! I can say that I will never go back there ever again even if it's the last room ever available, despite of the cheap costs as utilizing hotels as a travel nurse. Don't let the cheap room fool you especially if a female traveling alone! They take 200 $ damage deposit and they say they return it back but you have to call through loop holes to get it back! I don't therewent down

Leaving the motel, we turned jn our room keys with assurance we would get the $100 deposit back. It has been over 24 hours and we are still waiting. If you don't mind a cheap motel and staying one night, this could be a consideration. But after a 16hr drive, I wanted to relax and swim, it never happened. Will not be staying at that motel or another Days Inn anytime soon. If ever.

Leaving the motel, we turned jn our room keys with assurance we would get the $100 deposit back. It has been over 24 hours and we are still waiting. If you don't mind a cheap motel and staying one night, this could be a consideration. But after a 16hr drive, I wanted to relax and swim, it never happened. Will not be staying at that motel or another Days Inn anytime soon. If ever.

First room i was given smelled like straight mold and then the next one still smelled like mold in the fridge and there was tissue paper shoved between the bath tub and the wall. There was tissue paper also shoved in the toilet valve going into the wall and the toilet paper holder was broken.

Nicely updated "traditional" motel. Along with a regular pool there is a mineral springs pool on property, one of the few in the country, which was a great healthy soak.

I had my service animal with me and all of her paperwork and the man running the desk assigned me to a room and then saw my dog, and assigned me to a different room because they were not pet friendly. I gave the man all of her paperwork and he still made me go into a different room with a TV that was broken. I went to the front desk and told him that the TV was broken and he said "you have a dog so you get the room with no TV." I was too tired to find a new hotel after traveling for over 14 hours so I stayed. However, I would never stay again and wish I could give a worse rating.

Office staff was very rude when checking in. Pool area and pool was not inviting to use. No closet or dresser in the room. Room was clean. Breakfast consisted of fruit loops and water down orange juice. Restaurant was good Mexican food. I feel this hotel guest is mostly out of town labor workers…not family friendly.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a let down, scrambled egg and toast was the only option both days we were there. Plenty of other options around the corner. We found out the Florida mineral springs smell of sulphur! Great location for days out. Would recommend for a comfortable couple of nights

First of all, they put me in a room with a busted up tv & then said they had no rooms available with a working tv. They came to my room at 11pm wanting to charge my cards again. They will not give me my $100 deposit back even tho I did not charge anything.

Toast for breakfast, no coffeemaker in room, door to bathroom wouldn't open. Old hotel and looked it. Grounds were more weeds than grass.

The stay was pleasant parts in bathroom were missing towel holder toilet paper holder otherwise it was a decent stay. Breakfast was nothing to brag about a bowl of eggs or cereal no meats etc. didn’t consider it breakfast at all.

Hotel was as described. Tiki bar was great!

We were busy this trip and really only used the room to sleep. Which was about all this place was good . Beds were good. Bathroom was old and worn out. TV was old and kind of blurry. Breakfast was not what I expected. Cereal , toast and some scary looking eggs. We went out for breakfast. Pool looked unusable. For our trip the location was perfect. Think they spray some Fabreeze or something. Very strong “fresh” scent was a bit overwhelming. Not sure what odor they were hiding.

The rooms were clean, beds were fine. Restaurant on site with good food. Also a Tiki Bar right next to it. The outside of establishment and were area were dirty and not clean. Did not use pool

My first impression was the smell at the registration desk; it was not good. I looked around and everything seemed to be worn. The place was in need of a remodel; it was just old and worn. Whatever cleanser they are using (if they are using one) should be one that gives a pleasant odor. When I opened the door to the room, the first impression I had was reinforced. The bathroom needs to be painted, the furniture was old and not matching. The room was clean enough but just not plesant.

Let’s just say, I will never book a room here ever again. Booked 2 nights for a work trip and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m not a picky person and the room was decent enough for me, but the crowd of partiers there? The continental breakfast is the worst ever there was a pot of scrambled what they called eggs but I don’t know what it was with two choices of bread with a toaster in the middle on a napkin, no cream for the horrible coffee, a plastic jar of peanut butter, packets of jelly and that was pretty much it. The grounds were not kept up and it’s a shame because it could be beautiful. Do not be deceived by these pictures. The Front Desk guy was not too friendly either and the parking was horrible. Just a very weary, feeling there.

The property is ok, but it looks unattended. They don’t make enough breakfast for the people staying there so if you don’t go early enough to eat you will not find any food. The rooms are a little dirty, and the A/C doesn’t cool down the room.

Inexpensive for a reason. Dirt parking lot made vehicle very dirty. Pillows aren’t full size. Room was clean overall. Missing fire extinguishers in hallways, not sure of codes here.

We paid extra for a "View" room upgrade which the staff told us they do not have - all the rooms overlook parking lots - but they would not refund the extra; they need to alter their website to remove upgrades they do not have. They have been remodeling rooms which is nicely done with several exceptions; there is no place to hang any clothes, no dresser and no suitcase stand. They have a very nice desk with lamp but no power outlets - no light, no place to plug in a laptop or charger. They have a what could be a very nice outdoor area with some TLC; the fountain was filled with a putrid green slime, the springs pool has not seen a pool brush or vacuum in a long time, people use the tables for ashtrays and the fencing needs repair and paint.

We asked for a coffee pot, it wasn’t there.

It was a Saturday night and there was an outdoor bar close by and we were worried about the rowdies keeping us up. There were none, we had a very peaceful night. On site there was an actual hot spring that was large in my opinion, which was sperate from the pool area, which was nice. The place was clean.

The place was recently remodeled, on the surface, but it was very dirty and had a bad smell in the room. We checked into the room and checked out / cancelled within 10 minutes. I originally booked through Expedia. When we checked in the hotel said they would put a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals and damages. I thought this was standard. They charged my card $100 even though we were only there for 10 minutes (not a hold on my credit card). I would not stay at this place.

What more could you want!! Rooms are better after drinks at the bar.

My husband and my siblings stayed here for 5 nights. We checked in very late flying in from Alaska and were able to check in at nearly midnight. There was always parking, the desk staff were very nice and accommodating (even when I lost my card twice in the same day…) and the pool in the back was awesome for our “chill day.” In the back, there was a tiki bar that was also AMAZING. The music was good and bumping and the drinks were even better. The food thats connected with the Inn was mediocre, definitely had the “bar food” vibe to it. But, it was convenient. Over all, I’d absolutely stay here again. It was just what we needed.

Our reservation was cancelled. Our flight got cancelled thursday night. We got stuck in Charlotte, NC. I called Days Inn as soon as i found out. We got there to check in on Friday and they told us we were a no show and charged us for the first night and cancelled the rest of the stay. We told them the night before that our flight was cancelled and that we would check in friday and they still cancelled us. I would like a refund.

I had an issue with the fact they gave someone a key to my room without them being registered to my room and without identification. I talked to the person at front desk who assured me the manager would contact me yet no one has

The breakfast was horrible. The girl there could have cared less to stock anything. Everything was empty and it was only 8 am. I had to go to the front desk to go get coffee cups for coffee in the restaurant.

I was totally disgusted with the service, had to buy my own floor swifter, toilet paper and if i didn't ask for new sheets or towels i would not receive any. Not friendly at all. Not english, no mannerisms. Overall i will never ever stay at one of these again. After hearing there was a shooting there a year ago i made sure i carried. Big thumbs down.

Booked two rooms double bed for business trip. The AC didn’t work on one of the rooms. The tubs are slippery, my father almost slipped. There is no house keeping. You get what you pay for. No issues with the staff, they answered all my questions. If you need to communicate with them you are better off calling them directly.

The area around the pool and hotel is under renovations. It will look and feel much better when it is all complete.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Pool was filthy and not maintained but we still used it to cool off on those humid Florida days. Breakfast was bare minimum, very disappointing. Location was good.

This place looked so bad , we didn’t go in. We canceled and took the loss. Tried to have money refunded because of it but didn’t. It’s ok we found a nice place closer to the beach and will take the loss

Desk clerk did not even get off the phone to check me in. Didn’t even bother to give me the Wi-Fi password. Room was grungy, curtains didn’t close all the way, walls were paper thin and you could hear people on the catwalk and road noise.

Not bad for the price.

We were not allowed to check in because we had a trailer with us. All attempts at a compromise in parking were rejected and the employee demanded that we leave the premises. In 30 years of traveling for work I have never experienced such incredibly horrible customer service. We didn’t get a refund until we called head office to complain.
