Additionally, breakfast was frustrating. I booked through Hotels.com and had a breakfast pass included with my reservation, but getting breakfast each morning was more complicated than it should have been and required unnecessary back-and-forth. The staff was generally courteous, but these issues prevented the stay from meeting expectations. There is definitely room for improvement.

Room was nice and clean. However, we arrived at 5:30 p.m. and it was not ready. We were told that it would take 15 minutes to clean. We had a power outage in the room in the evening, which was found to be a breaker.

There was no parking on the premises for myself or my son and his family who were paying guests. We had to park over by a retail store in a public parking lot because all of the spots were gone. This was due to spot being used for global airport parking. I was extremely dissatisfied that I had to leave my rental car and some belongings in the vehicle overnight in an secured area. I also had to walk in a dark area to get back to the hotel premises. I would not recommend this hotel due to this major issue with parking

Staff was friendly. Shuttle driver was engaging and knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean and bathroom had all the necessities. The weather was warm so we also enjoyed the pool . Fabulous stay at the Courtyard Marriott.

I know the hotel is undergoing some construction but the parking situation was terrible. there was almost nowhere to park with all the garbage containers & containers taking up sooo many parking spaces…. also, the water pressure was weak, and the water barely got warm. For the rate of the room per night, I would still expect to be able to park without issues… & have decent shower.

Check-in was quick. However, the tv remote didn’t work and the outdoor (ground level) window was unlocked-as was the door to the adjoining room. We were only there for a quick overnight sleep, and in this regard I gave 4 stars because the beds were comfy, shower pressure was great, air conditioning worked great, and food was good.

I stayed for one night, and really enjoyed my stay. The property is very clean, ample of free parking and excellent, friendly and competent staff. Gulf Coast Town centre is a few steps away with tons of dining and shopping options. The AC unit in the room was quite noisy, plus busy lobby due to proximity to the university, but other than that a very good and safe hotel. I recommend it.

Hotel is in the middle of a shopping center. If you need to stay at a hotel to go shopping this place is for you. If you’re looking for anything else besides shopping go somewhere else.

The elevator button to my floor did not work in one of the two elevators available. The hose to the wand in the shower leaked. The thermostat in the room did not regulate the temperature.

No complementary breakfast, $400 a night and no breakfast. That's a rip off. Never going to stay there again. Rooms are average. Nothing spectacular about it. Not worth the price of stay

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. As a Marriott rewards member they allowed us to check in early and check out late. The only thing we disliked was that the coffee shop didn’t open until 5pm.

It took us 1 hour to locate booking.com customer service number and to speak with a representative. The number on the app is not a good working number for customer service. Once I finally spoke with a representative she was kind, thoughtful and very apologetic. Other then that a had a fabulous time

Outdoor pool, peaceful courtyard area and a seated fire pit section all available for enjoyment as well. Bar, restaurant and cook to order breakfast (w/surcharge) available, including 24 snack bar. We found this hotel had so much to offer and look forward to returning!

Clean big rooms

I would definitely recommend this hotels to others. It was had a very comfortable lounge area too which is always a plus in my mind.

Our room was located on the second floor, by a stairwell. With this location we had little to no noise coming from that area. What noise we did have was from the room above us. That we were not able to stay longer. Our stay was limited due to our family needs.

I loved the friendly faces and the comfy quiet atmosphere ? we will definitely be returning.

We went to visit our son who has recently moved to the area. The Town Center is a great place to visit with many stores, restaurants, and hotels. We chose a Marriott property as we always do. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Lobby is big. There is a small bar area and Starbucks in the lobby. I was even impressed to see all the spots to sit and watch a big screen tv while there. Hotel also has a gym and pool area with fire pit. We plan to stay there on our future visits.
