It has potential but needs to remodeled and mold removed - many customer reviews note strong chemical smell … it is a chemical cleaner or deodorizer I feel they use to cover the strong musty mold odors - on the bright side the staff at the front desk was nice. Cleaning people are rude and will mow you down with their cleaning carts without any care for you, your luggage or service dog

I can not say enough about this hotel! Beautifully clean,staff was friendly and helpful and the suites are great featuring everything u need in the kitchen and dove products in the bathroom!I absolutely recommend this place!

We did not like the hotel, rooms, or the access to get in and out back to the main roads. The facility was definitely not as clean or as inviting as the website pictures. I told my Wife I thought we’d likely some bugs in the morning when we got up and we did. First, we were told it would cost $75.00 for 2 pets for 1-4 days. When we checked in they said no and that it would cost $30.00 each night for each dog. Rooms were not as clean as we thought they should be. And there was a cockroach in the room the next morning. Lastly, I asked if we could check out early and they said yes, but we would still have to pay the full price for each night. We checked out early anyways and paid for each night. And regarding cost, ridiculous. We checked in at the Embassy Suites nearby and paid less for the same number of nights that we did for your rooms. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. They only charged us the $75.00 for our pets for the same 2 nights and provided us with a nice breakfast buffet each morning. No comparison and you have a lot of room for some needed changes and improvements.

Kitchen I asked for handicap accessible and was told they do not have handicap accessible showers only handicap rooms with regular tub. Not convenient for the handicap that can not step over a tub. So the room was semi handicap. So change how you describe the rooms.

Staff is awesome! Very accommodating. There aren’t a lot of children here but that is an attribute, imo. The location is superb with Target & similar across the street, tons of restaurant within 5 mins, & a quarter mile from interstate. I definitely recommend 👍💯😘

Great location and staff was super friendly and helpful. The first room we stayed in had multiple cases of cockroaches, and the AC was leaking and making the carpet wet. We had complained about cockroaches in the room and they said they would clean it, we went out and came back and the room looked pretty clean, however we found more roaches later on. There was one inside of one of the towels I opened up right after showering, this was after they said they would clean the room. This might just be an anecdotal case, because the room they moved us to was much cleaner and we found no bugs.

The staff immediately greeted us upon arrival. The parking lot was full when we arrived but we had room for our car and bike trailer. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nothing to complain about honestly.

I reserved a room with a queen bed. And was told they had overbooked and only had double beds but there are 2 in the room.its like orderjnd a steak and getting a hamburger. I checked in at 4pm an hour after allowed. No compasation was offered.not good business

I’ve stayed a lot of places either traveling on vacation or for work and this place was very comfortable and clean. The free laundry pool, gym, and all the little extras were great. Great price great service actual shampoo conditioner body wash you want to use a fully stocked kitchen and grills. We were on our way to key west and had a day between travel that we had to stay somewhere and this was a very unexpected pleasant surprise especially for the price. We traveled with our little dog too and it was a $30 pet fee which is the cheapest we have had the whole trip! Exceptional experience!

No hot water in areas of the hotel. 2 of the 3 washers took 60 minutes to fill for wash cycle then another 60 minutes to rinse. 2 of 3 dryers took over 2 hours to dry clothes. Left multiple messages to speak with manager but never received call from management regarding issues!! The evening maintenance man tried multiple times to fix issue. Had to go to salon to have hair washed because not enough pressure to wash shampoo and conditioner from long hair. Offered another room which had the same issues. Toilets required multiple flushes (up to 7 times) in order to clear out all the waste. Traffic at this area is absolutely horrendous!!!!(This isn’t something they can can control but be prepared.) STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

I loved the full size fridge with icemaker. The hotel property has a lending cabinet that has waffle makers, toaster ovens, and even large crockpots for guests to borrow. They have full size washers and dryers for free use to guests and gas grills in the pool area for guests to use as well. I have no idea why the property details say that people who live within 70 miles cant rent a room because i did. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Staff was not attentive. Was given keys for an occupied room. there was no phone communication between room and front desk. room was cold but could not control the room temperature . was told to disconnect air conditioning unit.

Evening staff include, but not overwhelmingly noisy or rowdy. ice machine in refrigerator does not work, at least in my room and in another persons room, so we got ice at the front desk. loved the free washing machine and dryer. sadly, the worst part of this stay was something they have no control over, the traffic and road construction near the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend it to others with the understanding of these conditions.

Me To this property. It was super easy to get to from I75, lots of parking, close to everything, was super comfortable, had plenty of hot water! I couldn’t ask for more especially at the price point! I will be using this property for when ever I have to stay in town

When you walk into the hotel it smells amazing like aloe vera lotion. Check in was fine, we had an issue with our first room on the second night so they switched us over to a room on the second floor. Much more content after being moved to a better unit, much better climate control system and a cleaner kitchen. The service was also very nice, all the staff were very courteous and accommodating to our needs. The laundry facility was quite handy and the machines worked really well. Parking was a little tough, I wasn’t used to staying at a hotel where the police drive in the parking lot frequently, some shady cars are also in the lot, so finding the correct spot to park is key at this specific property. Convenience store in the hotel was quite handy, always well stocked and lots of options. There is a gym and a pool although we didn’t use either, others were content using them. No this isn’t a luxury hotel, it’s an extended stay hotel, so don’t mistake it with Hilton or Sheraton. I’d recommend if you need a hotel with a kitchen and a decent size bathroom.

It was a clean room, property. It was inexpensive and what i need for one night.

Terrible cigarette and marihuana smell in the room that should have been caught by housekeeping. We changed rooms because of the smell. Went out to dinner and when we came back and turned on the light there were 3-4 little roaches on the floor of the entrance. I stepped on all of them. but the scene repeated it self at 2 am when I needed to use the restroom. In the morning when we walked outside to get on the car and leave there was a strong marihuana smell in the parking lot. I don't know what kind of crow this hotel attracts, but I definitely wont be back to find out.

Pets are allowed here and most areas either smelled like pets or smelled like jacked-up detergent/air freshener. Our toilet was broken and the worker behind the desk suggested I fix it myself, which I did after receiving toilet parts from him, but no apology or discount or thank you or anything. This place being an 8.0 rating has to be some sort of mistake. It's truly terrible.

Near Forum shopping and dining. That was a plus. Convenient location. Carpet was dirty in the room. Bathroom could use a facelift, but it served it's purpose.

Overall, a great place to stay. Could have used a King sized bed but spacious room and convenient to I-75 and surrounding area.

Only concern was some of the items in the room did not work properly- microwave a/c defective mattress

I booked through you at Hotels.com but they still run my card. I can understand that for incidentals. Then when I went to checkout, the clerk told me my bill was through 3rd party and was already done. I got my statement and Candlewood Suites has charged me $127. The manager was suppose to call me back yesterday and did not.

I wish there was a couple stores, cafes within walking distance.

The room was clean and quiet.

The water was off in the whole building I could take a shower or wash my face brush my teeth eat Sanitize nothing

It took extremely long to check in due to network issues. Once we finally did get in after a long day the shower did not work. Had to go to front desk, they tried to give us another room that smelled so bad. We eventually settled on the third room. For $120 per night are you kidding me, awful place!

The suites are perfect for short or long stays. Rooms are very comfortable in size and have everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is lovely in decor and has everything you need to cook up and server a meal anytime, with all modern appliances. The pillows are AMAZING. I wanted to know where they purchase them. It is a wonderful place to stay with furry love bundles and kids.

The room was clean and adequate, however, the water pressure (4th floor) was very weak. The a/c took hours to get below 75. We checked in just after 9pm and it was muggy until middle of the night.

It was a great stay for the price. My wife and I were pleased with the cleanliness and how nice the room was. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I loved the room and the amenities. It felt more like a studio apartment with its comfortable recliner chair, desk/dining table and chairs, functional kitchen, full sized refrigerator, stove top, microwave, frying pan, pots, toaster, silverware/utensils, glassware, etc. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. This enjoyably was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Overall clean place..I would definitely stay again
