The next morning, we went down for the hot breakfast only to find there was none. Front desk said kitchen was down , they were waiting for part. We chose this place for those two amenities. Had we been informed, we would have stayed elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but was told no. Won’t be back.

Great stay!

Room was great, but the pool was closed and the oven was broken, so no eggs and bacon. Luckily there were lots of other options, like pancakes, cinnamon buns, oatmeal….The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately at check in we were told pool unavailable due to the county closing it down. Then the next morning we learned no hot breakfast available due to ovens down. This was unexpected and disappointing and wish we would have been told prior to check in so we could have made alternative sleeping arrangements on our trip. Wouldn't recommend.

I was a little nervous about the hotel selection, but in the end I was really impressed with everything: good cleanliness, a good breakfast, very friendly staff, and excellent service.. The gym is okay. Everything was well organized. The pool is very small. A little more attention to detail is needed around the edges of the bathrooms when it comes to cleanliness.

Toilet giving loud pinching sound whey flushed and refilled TV was not working Even with repeated requests they did not address the issue and did not service/clean the room inspite of several request!!

The property was in good condition. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel has removed in-room coffee makers, but they do offer coffee in the lobby. The front desk staff wasn't always readily available when needed and were often in other areas of the lobby/breakfast area in their phones. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't great. This hotel, as a lot of similar properties have gone to the large lighted mirrors, but the lighting is not good for putting on makeup. Also, it would have been nice if a firmer pillow option was provided for side sleepers, as an estimated 74% of adults typically sleep on their side. Location was convenient to highway, as well as dining and shopping options. Overall, I would recommend.

Great stay. Little tricky to find entrance.

The showers acrylic needed to be replaced or someone did a bad caulking job. We looked at 4 rooms and we still felt uncomfortable in the shower. Also, on of our beds had a hold on the mattress. The breakfast in the morning was good and the other amenities were nice.

Even though the pictures and room description said there was a coffeemaker in room (actually said Keurig in description and pictures)there was none. You have to go down to the lobby to fix a cup of coffee. I was traveling with my young grandson and needed to get to up and get going early. I couldn't leave him to go down four floors to get coffee in the morning. The TV was terrible to try and find a channel. The channel guide was not correct and you could not scroll through the channels. You had to go to the guide and click on each channel number to see what was on that channel. Was not a very relaxing stay.

Coffee maker was broken in the room, several outlets didn't work, and shower was a little dirty. Staff was awesome! Going through renovations so it was the best time to stay.

The bed was awful. There was a gigantic hole/dip in the queen bed that made it simply unmanageable to sleep in. The rooms were full, so we couldn't move. The strip lighting above the headboards would not stop flickering like a strobe light and the light switch would not turn it off. We had to roll up towels and place them along the headboard in order to sleep. The manager remedied these problems with offering rewards but I couldn't get my money back, which is all I really wanted. He said this is because it was booked through Expedia.

The hotel is really nice and clean. Elevator was broke. That was a little inconvenient. Bathroom shower could use some new caulking.

The room and bathroom were very clean, as expected. The breakfast area and breakfast were good, and although we arrived when it was almost closing time, the staff was patient and hospitable. Only one elevator was working when we arrived, but it also failed when we were ready to leave. It's hard for seniors to go down 3 flights with luggage. Working elevators are essential!

This worked well for our family of 5, which is hard to find.

Renovations were taking place which was evident on walls and hallways. One elevator was very slow and other one was not working. Had to change rooms after seeing it: dirty carpet and tub, broken toilet bowl that they had tried to cement together. Not a horrible stay but not great either. Beautiful area but will not stay here again.

Go a little further and stay at the rock hill one. There was a dumpster blocking half the driveway. A chain that had been across the driveway that looked like it had been run over as the poles were bent in. The woman who checked us in insisted on charging our credit card even though we had already paid on Expedia. The AC was loud and there was a ball of dark hair on the carpet when we got in the room. The woman at the front desk also told me she couldn’t find my rewards account so I had to go through extra steps to get them added

Had to switch rooms one night since the AC conked off. Understand it happens and was moved to another room. There is some remodeling being done so general cleaning is taking a hit. But hot breakfast and clean rooms made up

I love this location and the fact that it is so close to so many places we frequent when we visit the Fort Mill area. There is nothing I remember about this place that I did not like.

I like most things. Clean and nice staff. The beds are the only things that are horrible. Killed my back so bad i was up all night. We have been 2 times and same thing. Really need new matresses.

The service from the staff was super nice and fast. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was varied and well-balanced.The room was organized. Excellent service. What I didn’t like is that our stay was only for one night. The pool is outdoors.

Breakfast was terrific. Location was close to the medical facility which made life a lot easier. Loved having a choice of restaurants for dinner within walking distance. Room had a lot of mechanical noise. Bed was a bit on the soft side.

The cleanliness and location The staff was mean and horrible. There is an African American lady that works at the desk. She is always mean. No customer service skills at all. She had the cleaning crew to knock on my door like they were the police before checkout. Why would they do that. It was 10:45. I had just gotten out of the hospital with a stroke and I went there for rest and relaxation. I am a frequent customer but that lady is always mean. Something need to be done about her.

We replaced on the first floor the room that was literally next to where I guess breakfast is prepared daily so at 4 AM we were woke up both mornings by cabinet slamming items moving around literally could hear people talking while they prepared for breakfast not the stay, I was looking for at all not happy and nobody should ever have to stay in this room. Definitely let the next person that does stay know that they’re gonna be woke up at 4 AM by the staff.

A few things I found noticeable were ultra clean lobby and room, comfortable bed, custom window shades to control light, friendly staff, fresh brewed coffee / tea 24/7, worthy breakfast, and convenient location in Fort Mill.

Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful. This will be our “go to” when we visit that area.

This hotel is in need of some updates. There was mold on the baseboards in my room and in the lampshades by my bed. The furniture in the lobby is worn down. The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly but I won’t be staying here again.

Bathroom had no baseboard, I killed to bugs and there was mold on the celing of the shower.

This is a great hotel. It's clean and has a good, hot breakfast. The staff has always been nice. It's location is very convenient as it's just minutes from local restaurants, stores, and supermarkets. I stay here every time I visit Fort Mill! :)

I thought the rooms had a strange smell. Otherwise the stay was great. I liked the upgraded bathroom with showers instead of a tub/shower combo. Located in an active area with a lot of options for food. Close access to Hwy as well.

The place was nice and restaurants were within walking distance. Apple Maps gives the wrong entrance directions but called and they instructed us to enter at the light by Lowe’s and we were there.

Front desk manager recommended a great restaurant for dinner and we loved it.

The only drawback was even with air conditioning, all clothing, carpet etc had a damp or humid feel to it.

Water pressure was HORRIBLE!! Couldnt wash our hair because it took 10 days to rinse with that pressure. Staff was great and accommodating.

The carpeting in our room had dirty spots that could have been cleaned or replaced. The tile areas definitely could have been swept better. The room smelled like smelly feet & the lobby area had an odd odor to it as well. The bed was comfortable.

Staff- especially Kelly- were lovely! We do wish the pool was a little cleaner when we went for a dip in the early afternoon and the toilet had a burn mark on the seat, but all in all a great stay and bang for your buck!

Very modern and clean, breakfast offered a variety of options. My biggest let down was booking a double queen room and having one of the beds feel broken (made loud spring noise that you could feel, for ref I'm only 122 lbs.) and no bathtub. WHAT!? Yes, every travelers dream to drive for 9 hours with back and ankle problems and NOT have a nice hot bath to soak in. Nothing was stated on the booking site that it was shower only and staff stated they are random rooms with tubs that they didn't know which rooms had tubs for me to be able to switch. The guest snack bar area needed more options especially in water choices other than cheap purified dirt Disani water. So, a hard PASS and NO THANKS to the overnight worker who said that I could get water from the fountain by the pool, instead of selling me a mini-Deer Park that was in the guest area! So, no thanks to the germ-infested slobber Covid dispenser, I drank water from the tap in the room, it was gross, tasted like chemical city water. I don't know if it was our room location at the end, but we could hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING going on from doors to elevators, people talking, water/pipes, cars etc. all through the night. The second night was not like that. Other than that, the hotel appearance was very nice, and I made sure to bring back spring water of my own the next afternoon. I would stay again as we travel there each year but ONLY if it is a room with a tub!!

I’ve stayed in many hotels across the country, but this was by far the most disgusting and disturbing experience I’ve ever had. What we walked into was not just dirty — it was unsafe, unsanitary, and outright unacceptable. 🔴 Blood stains on the sheets — not just in one bed, but also in the pull-out mattress. 🪳 Dead roaches sealed inside picture frames — in the lobby and the rooms. 🚿 No caulking around the shower, leaving open cracks and grime that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. 🛏️ Crumbs, stains, and filth all over the second room they moved us to after the first one was unlivable. And as if that wasn’t enough, the front desk staff made it all 10x worse. Roxanne — if that’s even her real name — was one of the most rude, dismissive, condescending employees I’ve ever dealt with. When I calmly asked for a resolution, she talked down to me, ignored me while helping other guests, and offered no help beyond switching me to yet another dirty room. This would’ve been the third one. Clearly this property has serious cleanliness and staff training issues from the top down. We paid almost $200 a night for blood-stained beds and bugs in the décor. There’s nothing about this stay that reflects hospitality. Roxanne’s behavior was beyond concerning — zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. If you care about your health, safety, and basic dignity, DO NOT stay here.

Staff was very friendly. Night shift guy doesn’t leave his post all night and very helpful.

The hotel was very nice, but there was a lot of noise coming from one of the rooms. I should have called the front desk, but did not.

The only thing that was frustrating is that the washers/dryers only accepted quarters, no Credit Cards. Also, the front desk is unable to charge the fee for washing to the room.

Check in was not a welcoming experience. This was my first time encountering an offensive receptionist. Their back park lot was roped off w no entry- so I parked my car in the street and walked over the rope to inquire how to get in. Room was larger than expected. Bed very comfortable. Cable TV difficult to navigate. Breakfast was good. I inquired why I was charged an extra $25- she said it was for incidentals and that it would come off my bill once it cleared. It never did. I wont book thru Hotels.com next time.
