This property is conveniently located right off Highway 77. It’s always clean and the staff is wonderful.

This is a no fuss hotel. Clean, safe, convenient but in a shopping plaza. The pool area and pool needed a little clean up but the back patio and grill area was very comfortable. Great breakfast.

There was some mold in the bathroom, and the carpet in our room was wet when we arrived. This made the initial experience less comfortable than expected.

Overall cleanliness, comfortable bed, great location, and a fantastic breakfast. Chick-fil-A is on the same block. The only thing we didn't like was that the TV was on the right side of the bed.

Room changed without notice after I selected in app. Front desk staff doesn’t acknowledge guests as they come in. Shear Curtains in room ripped and blackout curtains would not open all the way for natural light.

All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The front desk staff recommended nearby restaurants. The gentleman, who worked in the breakfast area suggested good sights to visit. And the cleaning staff were polite and seemed genuinely happy to be working there.

Why I did not give five stars. When animals are allowed on property they need to be controlled. A barking dog on a Saturday morning in the hall for over an hour is not restful. We will not use this facility again. Will read more carefully if dogs are allowed.

There were complications with our reservation due to the room that we had reserved being destroyed the night before. The hotel was accommodating and found another option that would work for the size of our party with no additional cost. It was a great experience.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns for 20+ years. At Hampton Inn & Suites Ft Mill, breakfast was consistently very good all three mornings. Lobby, elevators, and hallways were clean and fresh. Rooms were below our expectations. We stayed at this same inn a few years ago. It was nicer back then. This time, first room did not have strong exhaust for bathroom. Second room did not either. After a poo and even room spray, it was unpleasant to be in the room. First room was two queens with tub-shower and advertised as mobility accessible. My husband is a senior architect and explained the bathroom did not meet ADA accessibility standards. Second room was king with roll-in shower and advertised as mobility accessible. It was closer to meeting ADA accessibility standards. However when you use the shower, water ends up covering a third of the bathroom floor, which is a fall hazard. I used the bath mat towel to wipe up the water, and the towel became dark and dirty. The mattresses in both rooms seemed less comfortable as well. We will stay in a different hotel next time.

This place is run down and dirty. The floors are sticky from walking in the lobby to the elevator and even in the 2 rooms I booked. The rooms are all dirty. The lighting fixtures are broken and falling apart and the bathrooms are not clean. The faucet is broken and falling apart and the shower has no pressure. Not worth the money.

I returned to the desk to have the issue fixed, and although they made some adjustments, the keys still didn’t work when I tried again. I went back to the front desk, requesting that someone accompany me to ensure the keys worked, but they refused to help and told me to leave the hotel. They also refused to refund the payment. Never staying again here.

After waiting for the front desk staff to iron out an issue, I was finally checked into my room. It was a great room with lots of space. The bed, however, was a bit disappointing…not super comfortable and given four pillows the size of marshmallows didn’t help. It was quiet and clean and for that I am thankful.

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was they barely had anything available as far as soft drinks or snacks and we'd been on the road all day and didn't feel like having to go out at night and find a convenience store.

The property was fine. Our check-in with the woman working that evening ... we arrived after 10 p.m. ... was smooth and she was personable and professional despite the lateness of the hour and our checking in just prior to her workday ending.

When we got to our room, we noticed one of the lamps had a broken arm that had been repaired with what looked like duct tape. No big deal, but we all had a laugh. I go to soak in the bath & there is no stopper. Annoying, but I just stuffed a washcloth in the drain & made do. Plenty of hot water & good shower pressure. My daughter goes to climb in her bed and realizes 2 of her pillows & her comforter are visibly stained. We strip the bed and call the front desk. No answer, probably bc there is only one staff member working, and she is busy. My husband takes the dirty linens downstairs and the agent tells him that there isn’t any housekeeping available and she will just switch us to a new room. Without being asked, she upgraded us to a suite. Absolutely no complaints with the suite. Beds are comfortable and the room is quiet. The free breakfast was not good (sausage was cold & omelet was burned). I would have gotten a different one, but there was only that one and a half of another left. Waffle machine worked fine. The dining room had dirty & tattered furniture. This place definitely needs a refub, but the front desk staff is top notch.

The staff member that assisted me was really great. I wish I remembered her name. She gave me 5 star service. The room was very spacious.

Disappointed that the pool was not open. Chose this hotel specifically because it had a pool. The weather was in the mid nineties. Ice makers didn't work well either. The breakfast was bad even for a hotel breakfast. I chose to have just cold cereal and the milk was warm. The coffee was so weak it was like dirty water. Overall, not worthy of the Hilton name.

The hotel is aged and showing it. US Flag out front is faded, half the lights out on the sign at top of the building. Benches and tables in breakfast area are banged up and peeling. Finished are old, couch in room is saggy. Was told at the front desk pool was open until 10 but it was closed and green (so hadn’t been operational for a while). This was frustrating because it was a reason we chose the hotel and found the price to be acceptable. Front desk staff was helpful and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

We were only driving through but check in was easy and the room was clean. The breakfast was one of the best with a large variety of options.

I think it would’ve been a much better stay if the management understood the importance of a clean pool in the summer, especially 4th of July. Employees were nice enough but didn’t know anything if I had a question or problem. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Only one wash cloth and two towels for 3 people in a 2 bedroom. I probably would’ve given this place another chance if anyone would’ve cared about how disgusting the pool was.

The only issue we had was there were no towels available when we went to the pool and we had to wait for them to finish drying. Such a minor inconvenience that it isn’t worth deducting a star for :)

It was a wonderful experience. Our air conditioning was out at our house so we just needed a cool room for the night. Front desk staff was wonderful. The room was clean and nice and cold. The breakfast was delightful. The pool area was clean with a nice deck and grill. We enjoy the experience

Service was great, employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but adequate. Biggest issue was road noise, my room faced the interstate and noise kept me awake. Room was clean but shower drained slowly which was gross. Oh, and I hated the linens, there was something scratchy about the comforter/bedspread.

The overall room was fine but I had three light bulbs not working in my bathroom and when I got into the shower to wash my hair, there was no shampoo in the shampoo bottle. Also, as a single woman, I didn't really like that there wasn't a second "deadbolt" on the door

Traveling all day it was a relief to be able to check in with Dylan at a the front desk. He was professional and pleasant. Our room was what we had asked for, and even better. Breakfast the next morning was good. The excellence of the Hampton got us on the road feeling relaxed and well rested.

I was VERY disappointed to call the hotel to ask about checking in early and they said that I would have to pay $25 to check in early. First of all, I have never heard of having to pay to check in anywhere early and to be a Hilton honors member but still have to pay this fee. Also, for some reason the hot water in the lobby was always lukewarm every time we wanted to get some tea—-not sure why though. Last thing, our sink was clogged with something & we had to get the front desk lady to come up to unclog it. It was really disgusting to see stuff coming up out of the drain floating in the sink—YUCK!!

This particular one was a little difficult to find because it's hidden back behind a Lowes.

My stay was quite comfortable.

I like how the front desk, Javarus, assisted me with everything I requested. He made sure my stay was very comfortable and pleasing. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. And I will be back to visit!

Newer property, clean, nice breakfast, bed was decent, lots of TV channels, nice bathroom. Rooms that face the interstate can hear big trucks all night. There is no constant fan setting on the thermostat to drown out the noise, so recommend bringing a white noise machine. There is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms to move steam out, or to drown out other noises.

It was clean and quiet. I liked the outdoor seating area.

Coffee in lobby when we checked in was cold and desk person said he doesn’t make coffee. A little disappointed.

Seemed like the walls were paper-thin. We could hear the people across the hall from us All Night as well as the traffic outside. Otherwise clean.

This is our stay place in this area. Great after a long day road trip

Nice area clean friendly

Lovely, helpful lady at the front desk. Very nice array of breakfast food and good size dining area. Friendly staff. Large room. Only problem was the phone kept ringing; the staff couldn’t fix it although they said they called the phone guy & he didn’t show up. We just unplugged it.
