I did not eat the breakfast provided because you had to order from a menu. I wanted to get an early start to finish my trip. Menu options were limited selection and some of the items on that were on the menu were unavailable. But what choose was very good.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. We were able to call ahead to check.

My stay started off good! I was awaken several time by loud banging and running from the floor above! It was so hard and loud it shook two of the circle lates in the ceiling loose, they are no longer snug In the ceiling! I was offered an extra hour for late check by the front desk!

The hotel is very pleasant. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. There was a leak from the ceiling in the hallway the entire time we stayed. And it was not pleasant when leaving the room.

I had issues with the TV but when I attempted to call the desk I was left on hold 3 times and no one ever came to the phone. I didn't want to put clothes back on and go back downstairs. I had JUST saw the clerk when I purchased something, so I knew she was at the desk. I ended up figuring out the television for myself. I was more upset about being ignored. I could have been calling for something extremely important for all she knew.

The bar only had white wine and no red wine, although fortunately we wanted white for that night.

To make matters worse, the toilet in my room wasn’t working. It was completely clogged and wouldn’t flush. By 11 PM, I had no choice but to check out. When I informed the front desk about everything, the response I received was just a casual “sorry about that,” with no real effort to resolve the situation. I reached out to Expedia the very next day, and they assured me multiple times that I would receive a refund or at least an update within 24 hours. It has now been over 72 hours, and I have heard absolutely nothing from either the hotel or Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given my condition, and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend staying here.

Our room (212) was wonderful! Bed was comfortable, shower was great, charging outlets were plentiful, microwave & fridge were a plus, and the electric blinds were awesome. Overall, it was a great stay and we will be back.

Breakfast was simple and well-priced. Staff serving was not consistent (one forgot to give us utensils and forgot one order, but another newbie (blond woman) was over the top great and helpful. The Fitness Center, while spacious and usually wonderful, is consistently set warmer than it should be (60-65 degree F is normal for a gym) so finding Mitch/Justin to adjust the settings is always required. Also 2 out of 3 of the treadmills were out of order the week we stayed. Otherwise, good selection of equipment, including the new Peloton cycle.

The location was nice. The barn door to the bathroom wouldn’t move when trying to open it from within the bathroom. It took my two teenage sons to lift it and slid it over for me to be able to get out of the bathroom.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! And the room had a darkening blind so room could be darkened sufficiently. With a bar and restaurant inside the hotel, no need to travel elsewhere to eat or drink. Very convenient, and breakfast was delicious. There was no hand bar soap at the sink. When we made an inquiry, we were told they didnt have any! There was only pump lotion soap in the shower.

Efficient room layout with all the amenities---coffee, safe, microwave, desk and power outlets at all convenient locations. Bathrooms spacious and Fitness Center is ample and well appointed. The coffee could be better (stronger) and we've had to ask staff to lower the air temps in the Fitness Center a number of times---some have been helpful, some resistant and pushed back (no maintenance on staff, don't know how, etc...). When the staff was able to do so, it was great. The Fitness Center and friendly staff sets this hotel apart from competitors in the area.

The restaurant is the reason I'll never return and why you probably lose at lot of repeat customers. I have to place an review about this hotel and contact corporate. Firstly the room was great ,clean and decently priced. The desk staff was great . But the restaurant was beyond horrible..I ordered two flat steaks Beyond no taste the green beans raw..then this morning when on the out bought pancakes..which we as bad as the steaks .. then I ordered over easy eggs and grits with bacon ..I received no grits no bacon and eggs scrambled.

We stayed overnight for a staycation. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, and the staff was amazing! We really enjoyed the bartenders, David and Deb! We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our family and friends.

Great accommodations. Close to both Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC. One small thing I noticed, apparently cleaning services did not come to tidy our room, make bed or give us fresh towels and wash cloths while we were out. Perhaps it's no longer a thing.

This was probably the best hotel around that area that we were able to stay at for just passing through town, that I didn't really find anything wrong with the place. Between all of the staff and how friendly they all were, to the nice room and comfortable bed, I can say that we would stay at this hotel again!

Nice and quiet. Only complaints I have are the AC running in the hallways on the second floor when it was in the 40s outside and the soap tray in the shower was dirty with somebodies hair on it.

Very modern and clean. Went to the fox hole and the food and service were great. There was a wedding and the music was loud in my room on the 2nd floor. Went on to about 9pm. Overall very pleased.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Nights 1 and 2 were relatively quiet. On Day 3, the WiFi went out for several hours. The staff didn’t notify the guest when it was fixed. There were loud kids on our floor on Day 3 banging on things and running up and down the hallway. This made it difficult to sleep at night. In addition, we decided to dine at the restaurant on our last day. After closing out our tab, we decided to visit the market to get tums. They didn’t have any tums so we started walking towards the elevator and the African American woman flagged us down asking us to pay for the food we got from the market. We explained we didn’t get anything from the market. We already paid over $167 for food and drinks at the bar. Another guest at the hotel explained that she ran from behind the counter to accuse us and had rushed him through his check in to try to “catch us”. He also found it odd and uncomfortable. I came back down to grab some dessert I had ordered from uber eats and she was still staring at me and it made me ready to leave as if she didn’t believe me. I have no reason to steal anything. Overall, this ruined my experience here. Front desk was overzealous.

The overall modern look and decor were very nice. The amenities in the room were also good. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! The bed was also very comfortable! The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need. It is set back from the main road so you don't hear any traffic noise. I stayed in the handicapped-accessible room. The only thing I would have liked to see differently is that the tub/shower combo was difficult to get into. I think hotels should invest in units with a walk-in, no curb entrance, and a door that allows the unit to be a tub or shower. And I would have liked a shower and a body sprayer instead of just a sprayer. The bathroom has only one electrical outlet, and the mirror partially covers it. So, you can only have one appliance plugged in at a time. Overall, the room is spacious and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel I will stay at when I am in the area!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The bed I will say was the best that I’ve ever slept in and the pillows were so incredible. I didn’t ever wanna leave my bed in the morning. The staff was so friendly, so accommodating and just went above and beyond. I loved everything about this hotel. It was super cute, very comfortable and everything was in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice property, spacious room, but the room could have been cleaned better saw crumbs and a few hairs in the shower. Also there was this beeping noise of some kind of alarm going off the entire night of my stay.

Couples getaway. Nice room. Brick walls in photos is wallpaper, not actual brick. But nice. Restaurant downstairs breakfast staff was a ghost town; but I’m not sure how closely it is affiliated with hotel.

The property was well-maintained. I’m not exactly a fan of the decor of Cambria. Also, the Wi-Fi did not work and no one was able to correct it during the time that I was there. I was given the runaround about speaking with someone on the Internet and they were not able to help either, I would not go back to this hotel.
