Very nice! I stay here couple times a year when I’m in town visiting family.

No coffee / breakfast

For a roadside motel kind of in the middle of nowhere this place has been updated and maintained very nicely. Clean, modern and directly across the street from a decent restaurant. A little puzzling why there are no coffee makers in the room or available in the office—really a standard expectation.

It was clean and a nice area

Great customer service. Room looked just like the pictures. Very clean and very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was great! Great parking!

This place is great. In a quiet area. Decent restaurant across the street. Every time I go to CMP I stay here. Highly recommend.

All was good, except no tissue box (had to use TP) and a single waste basket.

Room was very clean and updated. The A/C unit worked ok. Pop machine and ice machine on site. No breakfast. My bed was comfortable. It was not a lot of noise from the roadway. Wifi was ok but i could have just been far from the router. I called and added an additional night stay due to plan changes and they accommodated with no issues!

The rooms were very new and modern despite what the motel looks like on the outside. I only gave 4 stars because there was no hair dryer and no coffee maker and coffee in the room. That was an error on my part. I didn’t read the description very well. We stayed there because we were going to a wedding close by and it was convenient. I would stay there again if needed and I’ll bring my own hairdryer and coffee stuff next time. Thank goodness Walmart was not far down the road!

We loved staying at Landsford in. The check-in was quick and easy, and the room was as if we were the first ones to ever stay in it.

The room was nice, but the air conditioning left a lot to be desired. Sounds like a B27 reving up to take off. They need to update the system to something a lot more quiet.

Housekeeping did an awesome job as well. I asked for a coffee maker and easy impressed to see it in my room when I got back from the store.

My main issue was the internet was terrible and cell service not much better in the area. This was frustrating trying to do work in the evening. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

The place is clean and what I liked the most was convenient access from my car to the room. Parking in front of the room door, that is. The place is not directly on the Interstate, which makes it quiter for a rest on a long journey like mine was. It is on a road paralell to the Interstate. It is maybe 20 minutes drive from it. I noticed nice scenary around, there was some big lake or reservoir in the vicinity.

Property was clean and room was spacious and appeared newly renovated. Staff were friendly. There is a popular local restaurant across the street. Although we ended up here because othere properties were full, we were pleasantly surprised.

For being in somewhat of a random location, it's a solid facility. Rooms are quite nice actually. The staff is SUPER nice there too. They do a great job. Not by much, but you have what you need. I took a short little walk to the Marathon gas station for drinks and snacks and had Sunday Brunch at the Wagon Wheel - right across the street, which was a cool old spot, also reasonable and very good (and I didn't have to eat for a day, lol). First time there, but would stay again for sure.

Our room had been recently renovated as i guess all of the rooms were. The room was very nicely appointed and was very clean. I was disappointed that the bath/shower did not have any grab rails, ADA compliance. That was my only complaint.

This property is in the process of being remodeled. We recieved a newly remodeled room and it was lovely. We noticed ants going across the threshold and the owner was very quick to resolve the issue. He was so sweet and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Of course you may have to kill a few bugs because you’re close to outside, but they clean the rooms every day until you leave. I would definitely go again.

Absolutely spotless room. Looks like it was just renovated in a building that’s fine and a parking lot that could be repaved. Slept great, although could hear traffic from the nearby road, but it was not busy at night. Shower in the tub had no grab bars and the floor could be slippery if not careful. Only ours and 3 other rooms were occupied on a Saturday night in March. Desk could have been friendlier, and they did charge an extra $100 security deposit which they said would be refunded immediately if all was ok with the room. At checkout, my receipt immediately showed the refund but not yet at my bank. Would stay again pending actually getting the refund.

Actually only guest at the time. It was an emergency stay for me. Another vehicle there when I left in the morning. Friendly young man checked me in. So quiet, clean and comfortable stay.

This is an older motel, which previously allowed smoking, it would appear. Cigarette stains are still present. Today, the owner does his best to keep it clean, however, the old carpeting and condition of the motel has taken on a chemical smell, which is objectionable to one’s sinuses. Not much can be done except to refurbish the place.

The property is a bit long in the tooth...but it is very clean. It is a "motel" type property, with vehicle parking right outside your door, which can be very convenient. I was a bit light on outlets, and the internet was just OK, so it you travel with a fair amount of tech, and need to do work online, it might become a bit of an issue. One thing that I found a bit annoying, however, is that the fridge was unplugged when I arrived, and I had items in a cooler that needed to be put in the fridge fairly quickly, and it took a fair bit of time to cool down. One other issue was that when I was gone, the cleaning staff turned off the A/C - heater unit, so I got back to a room that was uncomfortably warm after spending a day outside in the warmth. That was an unpleasant surprise. But, again, the people that worked the front office were very kind and most helpful!!!

Very clean, no-frills motor lodge in small town. Loved parking right outside my door. Felt safe in the area. Room was basic but adequate. Did not like plastic cover on mattress; I understand the rationale for it but the crinkling sound woke me frequently in the night and it made me sweat (which is unusual since I'm usually chilly.)

It was a very nice, clean hotel. Staff was nice and accommodating. Restaurant across road was an added bonus. Food was very good.

This property is clean and orderly in its setup and layout. Staff was very professional and courteous. Room was very clean from floor to walls. In fact it was exact to the photos in all detail. At the price point offered, this was a great purchase. Quiet and centrally located, this is the place to stay in this particular area.

This place had a bed and a door so I guess it qualifies as a room. I paid $82 and feel like they owe me some change. This place is not a $80 hotel. More like a $40 motel, or by the hour.

The motel had a comfortable bed. It was clean. When we arrived the water to the toilet was turned off. When we turned it on we realized why it had been turned off ... the toilet continued to run after flushing. So we had to turn it on to use it and off to sleep. There was no hair dryer in the unit. There were cigarette burn stains on the bathroom countertop and bathtub. It was fine for an overnight stay, but it didn't live up to a superb rating in our opinion.

Hotel room was mostly clean, but old and in need of updates. Carpet was permanently stained and bed was uncomfortable with a plastic matress cover.

I was there for business. The room was very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I have no complaints at all for this motel. I will most definitely stay here again.

This is an older strip motel but is in very good shape. The Wagon Wheel restaurant across the street was good. Cash only.
