Space was nice, good parking overall enjoyed amenities.

Clean room, reasonable price, close proximity to beach and airport.

We stayed here before departing on a cruise. It's nice enough, but is in the middle of nowhere and so there are not a lot of amenities around. There is also a fair amount of loud traffic. Some of the things in the room seemed like they were not particularly thought out when it was finished out. That said, it was affordable and convenient for getting to the cruise terminal. We would totally stay there again.

Personally, it wasn’t a bad stay but I rather pick another location…the amenities were outdated and there isn’t any front desk to talk to someone you have to call for everything and have to wait for towels and belongings until the following day. We also got the wrong room they wouldn’t change our room..

The place is very nice. Our room was comfy and clean. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. Location is great, it’s short distance from FLL airport and the Cruise terminals. I felt the area wasn’t within walking distance of much but finding uber rides wasn’t hard. I would definitely stay there again!

I specifically booked a room with a tub and did not get the room with the tub. The security gate code was the same code to our room which raised a security concern. The check in process was lengthy. We were able to get a code to the security gate after about 30 minutes, but we did not get our room number until 40 minutes after initially trying to check in. There’s no staff on site which was weird to me. The blinds don’t close all the way/there’s gaps so it felt like we had a little less privacy.

The property had no internet connection. They knowingly took my money and lied about getting right on the problem. After speaking with several guest, we discovered that none of the rooms had an internet connection. I think that they are running a scam. I will be pursuing legal counsel.

The downsides were we could hear our neighbors as if they were in our room. And the shower didn’t have anything labeled so I had no idea if I was washing my hair with shampoo or body wash. The property was nice and felt safe, and it was great being so close to Whole Foods!

It was an easy check in since it was remote check in. Room was great size and clean. My only complaint was that you had to Uber for food and attractions and that added up Property was great

Homey feeling, clean, and well stocked/maintained. Felt like my very own studio apt. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Quiet, enclosed gated property. Although there was no front desk, property manager provided necessary details to make my stay as seamless as possible. Also texted me to ensure I was have a great experience.

This was a basic room. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator and there was plenty of parking spaces. We felt the area was pretty safe and it was close to cruise terminals. The only concern was one of the front gates did not lock so it wasn’t as secure as it could have been.

We had everything we needed in the room. The bathroom was shabby due to peeling paint, other than that it was ok. We found it complicated with no proper instructions how to enter the building, once we understood it was quite easy, but nobody explained it well enough, we did help a number of other guests enter their room with the same complications.

This property was perfect for our one night before a cruise. Close to port, shops, and restaurants.

It was clean and comfortable bed. At night it's WAY TOO BRIGHT. There are no black out curtains, o ly blinds and the outside lights are extremely bright and inside the WAP for the internet on the ceiling has a blue ring of light which also very bright. Our room (#4) had a door that connected to another room (#3) and the neighbors we had Thursday and Friday night were VERY LOUD TALKERS. One of them even tried to open the connecting door several times the first night. These people also arrived at like 1130pm and woke us up.

The place worked for 1 night. There is no kitchen. The coffee machine is an espresso single serve. Very limited coffee additions (no cream, no utensils). Bathroom had hand and bath towels but no wash cloths. We did not need to park but the parking pass was inside as expected.

Definitely needs a little TLC! It was a real issue getting our codes for the resort! Finally got them and one was incorrect! email came as we were flying out to get to Fort Lauderdale with another set of codes! I think they area was great and the price was good!

This is a cross between an air b-n-b and a motel. No on-site management. When our room only had one bath towel for 2 people, the message response we received was that they would get it to us the next morning since housekeeping had left. We persisted and got the towel. The room was very small and without chair, desk, or place to open your suitcase. Great shower, great pre-cruise location, and good location for dining.

We loved the layout of the rooms. I enjoyed not having to get a key card due to our late arrival due to plane delays. It was so nice to be able to get to our room quickly. Nothing to complain about.

Check in was an issue for two reasons. First because the check in instructions aren't scheduled to be emailed to you until 24 hours before check in (and my check in instructions were not sent until just hours before check in) and, second, because I requested a check in two hours earlier than allowed. I had to purchase for $40 extra dollars that and when I followed the link to pay for that, the agents, due to a glitch in the system, were uninformed of that payment. The check in agents did not send me the check in instructions until like two hours before check in and when the check in instructions were finally emailed, they had the later check in time indicated, not the earlier time I had paid for. Finally, whoever drafted the check in instructions isn't very good at doing so. The key pad instructions need to be improved. They don't mention that after entering the code for entry, one has to also tap a √ mark on the keypad. Once all of that was behind me, the stay was excellent. I would stay again and perhaps the access codes will be more timely provided.

The location was great, parking was easy. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. They seem to have spent a lot on form and not function. The check-in process is very impersonal, ring cams and messaging, for a boutique hotel. The shower flooded the floor and there was only 2 towels, no bath mat. When requesting an extra towel, there’s no staff on site to assist with anything like that. There is nowhere to put your luggage, no chair or luggage rack and not one hook or hanger. The neighbor arrived at midnight and had difficulty getting access to his room. It was over 40 minutes of him trying to verify the door code, speak to an actual person. But the walls are so thin you hear and feel everything first hand. No device charging ports.

Location was great No people or staff other than cleaners. Our room smelled like weed and is the main complaint. Was hard to sleep even it smelled so bad, but we needed to be there. Friend in the hospital.

I enjoyed the control of the property and the prompt response. I was really clean! The face that I was put off by an uber driver at the wrong location as well as I was unable to use the code I was sent. Standing around late at night with luggage is very scary.

The room only had an AC unit, no heat or we weren't in control of the heat so that was not good. The floors were gritty with dirt (needed swept) and the smoke detector in the room was covered in light blue LED lights so the entire room lit up when the lights were out. If you need to sleep in total darkness, this was NOT the room for you. Otherwise it was a great place. They third party sub out all customer service, there is no check in desk or anything so if you want a place that has humans there to help, this isn't it.

Once we had the self check in information, the hotel was perfect for our needs. Completely modernized, clean and comfortable. Would also be suitable for longer stays, especially if you’re driving.

Location It wasn’t very clean. The towels and blankets have stains and the lights outside of the units make the room to bright to sleep.

The property was maintained meticulously clean. There was maximum privacy yet plenty of people around to feel safe. There was a bit of noise on the weekends but nothing that I was highly bothered by.

Obviously, we only incurred this additional, significant expense due to unlivable conditions in room 14-B, as outlined below. 1. Toilet; a. Upon arrival, the toilet contained urine. b. The inside and the outside of the toilet bowl showed fecal matter (see photos), the outside of which I had to clean off myself. c. After flushing, the toilet bowl water raised nearly to overflowing – such that we didn’t dare try using it again. We were forced to walk to the local McDonald’s. d. The toilet made a loud gurgling noise all night (video sent by separate email due to size). e. An intermittent whirring noise was heard this morning due to an apparent repairman at work on the plumbing. We heard other guests through the walls discussing the toilet. 2. The bathroom door did not close fully – impacting privacy (see attached). 3. The shower floor was dirty and covered with something unidentifiable (see attached). 4. When starting to make coffee, the coffee cup provided contained dead bugs (see attached). A partial refund of $240 requested. (Not received)

The location was superb, between the airport and cruise terminal, about $20 by Uber in each direction. The place was clean and spacious. They did not send us information about which room we had nor how to get into it. So at about 9 pm we were trying to communicate through booking[.com]. They did not answer their phone numbers. Messages through booking[.com] had links removed so the information in them was inaccessible. It took over an hour after arrival to actually get into a room. The room was always lighted: too much exterior light and blinds that didn't block any of it. The air conditioner and refrigerator were both noisy. We never figured out the TV.

We stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartments, they were perfect for all the 14 members of the family. Everything was clean, the communication with the staff was excellent. A Few minutes from Las oas boulevard where you can find restaurants, stores and the River Walk.

Pictures misleading, air didn’t work so it was awfully hot and stuffy. Had to get extra parking pass for $30 and still was hard to find a spot. Wouldn’t stay here again really. It was kind of dirty too.

I would never stay again. Could not get door code to work and having to stand in the rain for 30 minutes while we talked with someone on the phone was not ideal for first impressions. Had issues getting into the room because of the door locks and paid $40 more for a 2 hour early check in and the business still would not let us in till we snap shot where we paid the money. The loft unit had a dangerous staircase that u had to use all the time because the bathroom was upstairs. No lamps downstairs for lighting to watch TV. Furniture and accessories were all cheap and old. Would not recommend this hotel

The Jr. Suite was spacious and much better maintained, howere the AC was noisy and the unit was hot during periods of the night. The location is a perfect 5 minute walk from Broward Hospital so the area is perfect for us.

Receiving the code was not timely after several calls with no answer i received a call back and the code verbally given. The white towels are not clean and should be checked before leaving them in the unit. Unit #6 maintenance concerns are: paint flaking on lower wall area in front of the toilet . Faucet near the toilet wont turn on unless faucet by door was on. More sound proofing is needed could hear the neighbors conversation. While i love this property i believe some grace should have been given considering i never received the access codes after 4pm and dont appreciate being locked out prior to 12 noon.

Receiving the code was not timely after several calls with no answer i received a call back and the code verbally given. The white towels are not clean and should be checked before leaving them in the unit. Unit #6 maintenance concerns are: paint flaking on lower wall area in front of the toilet . Faucet near the toilet wont turn on unless faucet by door was on. More sound proofing is needed could hear the neighbors conversation. It was an enjoyable experience. We spent 5 days here and never had any issues. From check-in to check out, the entire process was smooth. The parking was easy and convenient and the location was exceptionally convenient, close to everything, especially if you're driving. Definitely recommend.

The area is quiet, and it felt secure. Dining options were within walking distance, including a 2-minute walk to Whole Foods. There was no front desk, but help was available at any time, and they provided a prompt response. I really like the room, the area, and the convenience, and would definitely stay there again.

The issue was the area did not seem safe for women coming and going at night. Also the code did not always work so I had to wait for someone to come and open the gate at night this was not okay and scary. The property was clean, I am not sure how often room service came because they did not clean my room once when I was there. I would not recommend this to friends.

Everything was fine except that the parking is exposed to the outside, but there is a gate separating the parking from the common area. So you need to park your car outside a gate and then use a code to get inside a walk in gate and a separate code for your hotel door, which makes check in and shopping a bit laborious.

Host was not accessible and did not address my issue. No blankets provided for sofa bed. Shower spills out to bathroom floor. Suited are connected and the walls are very thin, could clearly hear the neighbour plugging a charger into the wall and conversations.

This is a great little hotel, very safe and quiet. The rooms are upgraded with comfy beds, great kitchenettes and bathrooms. We even had an amazing mango tree providing fruit!

The are wasn’t too far from the beach or other things in town. The room was nice and my girls loved it! We never had to run into staff, and we maybe bumped into two people while there for five days!

The first time I stayed at this property I fell in love with my room & could not have been more happy. This visit though I was a bit dismayed. Paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, conditioner was not refilled, and I could hear everything coming from the adjoining room. Still a nice place but definitely not a great at my other room

This was a cool place to stay. However, the neighbors were a bit loud; once reached out to management— it was better afterwards with noise. Lastly, fire shower and cute room.

The fact that there is no front desk at first was kind of confusing, but at the end worked perfectly.

This hotel is beautiful & was perfect for my needs. I especially enjoyed the large soaking tub in my suite. Will book again for sure!

I had a friend pay for me for 2 days and then I paid the day before for a 3rd night but they never sent me a code and looked me out. I'm demanding a refund of the 3rd day since I was locked out more than 12 hours. They claimed that they didn't have a receipt even though they confirmed receiving the receipt and seeing it earlier that morning. I tried to add photos but your app isn't letting me. No service and they went in the room when I wasn't there and helped themselves to my things.

The Room Was Beautiful. It Was Beyond Our Expectations And We Definitely DID Book Again. 10/10 We Would Recommend.

We liked the uniqueness of the room & private entry. Not a fan of the shower door because water splash on the floor. It was definitely worth the cost. We would stay there again. The Cons: Parking is only for 1 car. I don’t like you have to pay $39 for an additional car & late checkout for an extra hour there’s a charge.

Dirty, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and a horrible perfumy smell in the room u could not get rid off and string.

When I called back (around noon), I was told early check-in requires an extra fee. This was never mentioned during the earlier call. After explaining the situation, they offered me a “complimentary” 3 PM check-in — which, at that point, was only two hours away. It’s 1 PM, I’m here with my luggage, and they’re acting like this is some kind of generous gesture? What’s worse is there’s been no real ownership of the mistake. The team clearly miscommunicated, and rather than take responsibility and make it right, they’re just deflecting.

The Lauderdale Boutique was just what we were looking for! It had a very relaxing vibe to it and was conveniently located with a short drive to the airport and port. There is a dunkin close by that we walked to in the morning for a coffee. There is also a Whole foods that is close by. We also walked to Kubo Asian Fusion restaurant which was so delicious! Overall we were satisfied with our short stay!

Awful. We walked out within 45 mins. Disgusting. Food strewn across the floor, crumbs and dirt IN the bed. Someone left their poop in the toilet.....disgusting. refund is expected

I’m not a bot or scammer . A lot of the comments discouraged me from booking but took a chance . To track down the code to the gate and the room was a hassle but once I got that information everything was fine . It was quiet and clean . I stayed for 4 days and it served its purpose. I used the laundry service and it was free . Would stay again

Airco was very loud and the window blinds let a lot of light in the room. At night outside lights are on, which is good, but inside the room it the light isn't blind out. To much illumination for sleeping.

The only issue was trying to do an early check in- the website they use since it’s a no staff/ check in set up. It was tough.

We checked in for 4 people. We barely had towels for 3 people, called the staff, took them 2 days and numerous phone calls to deliver another set of towels. The extendable couch was terible, is the worst-case we've seen in any hotel! Overpriced for what they offer in terms of services and conditions. We'll never stay there again!

The sheets were clean and smelled fresh out the dryer. The room looked just like the photo. I only slept for one night but I slept better there than I do at home.

When we arrived it was dark and I was scared to stay the night. I was looking for other options. Then the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, fan was moments away from falling out the ceiling. All communication said they would send gate and room code the day before, I needed to hunt it down, never sent until I called their emergency line and someone told me how to get in touch with the hotel. I got it and no additional locks on the door so I just hoped all night no one else walked into our room. This meant we also never saw an employee- we may have in the morning there was a friendly man asking about our uber- maybe he was staff, no way to know. He was friendly whoever he was. They say they give breakfast, where?! We couldn’t even find a place to buy water. My issue was how dishonest and no one to help.

The room was a bit small, no flat surfaces or drawers. Our adjoining walls were not noise insulted, consequently you could here noisy people. Parking was limited, the security was adequate being gated with pass code. The ice machine was out of order for the 2 nights we stayed. An attendant was very responsive to replace our defective coffee machine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, perfect for introverts. The thoughtful touch of providing umbrellas for rainy days was a delightful surprise. Parking was convenient, and entry was seamless. Plus, the shower was top notch! Highly recommend!

We arrived close to 11pm at the property and the gate code did not work in the front so we had to walk around to another entrance to enter. Upon arrival to our room it was obvious that it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The bed was not made, the nightstands were messy and used towels hanging all over the bathroom. We immediately called the only customer service line who said they will address it right away. After a couple of follow up calls they no longer answered the phone. Instead they responded by email with the same party line for the next 2 hours. Ultimately, we booked another hotel at 2am for a few hours sleep before our cruise. The following day they did issue a refund.

Super cute, quaint hotel. Comfy beds and very nice showers with lots of features. In room coffee was good but no creamer & I can’t do black coffee. Parking was close to rooms & easy to haul luggage since it is all ground floor. Our room key did not work at 1:30 AM when we arrived so we had to call to reset. They answered the phone & did it right away. Tried to stay again in a 2 bedroom but they were booked up. Convenient to cruise port but this day several events were going on & it took 2 hours to get to the cruise port even though it is close. Watch your phones for those events & traffic!

This place has a ton of potential but overall it was just ok. The mini Mart is 3 vending machines, one broken, and a broken ice machine. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything, and I mean everything going on in the room next to us.

The room had mold in it. Among various other issues with the property and service. I had to get a hotel room for two days at another resort. And I was still charged for one of the remaining two days left at the boutique. I understand that the decision to leave was after check out time but dues to the circumstances we felt like we should had been compensated for the dis service. It would also had been nice if someone chould had reach out via phone “a real human”. Instead of the email threads and automated responses.

The place is very musty and needs a dehumidifier. The shower has a terrible design; has no door, so the floor gets flooded. The railing was falling apart. Although, modern looking, it was missing polls and the bottom railing was wobbly. Very thin walls. We could hear every word from the neighbors, leaving us feeling without privacy. Also, they really need to allow for one guest parking space for visitors. They charge $35 for a parking pass, just to even visit once. It’s ridiculous! Wouldn’t stay here again. On a positive note we loved the art figurines on the wall! The owners/managers were very responsive to our messages.

Very good place in relation to the price

My friend and I went to Florida 1 day early, as we waited for our cruise day, we stayed here it was very clean, shower was awesome and very serene. We sat out on the deck late at night with beautiful surroundings. I love how the condiment dispenser had deodorant and shampoo instead of junk food. Very brilliant idea.

No hot water for the shower. It didn’t matter if I was the first or second to shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique hotel. The loft area was cozy and charming, and the entire place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Adorable little room. It’s very clean and quaint. It’s an easy one mile walk down to the river walk area.

This property is minutes away from the airport, a whole foods store and some fast food places are nearby and a short ride to Regal Theater and othe shopping The only thing is that there are a lot of homeless people in the area..there were small maintenance concerns that i hope they address prior to staying again

One thing I did not realize is that there is no office and the check in is remote. You have to confirm your ID online before your room number and code is sent to you. I booked this the day of and didn't read directions sent to my email or phone (so that was on me) but this would have been super convenient if I had booked sooner! I had to call the customer service line after verifying my ID to get my room number and code and I was in my room within 5 minutes. Highly recommend staying here!

Request for mkre towels was never met. Neighboring room has no sound proofing what so ever. And there were bad scuffmarks all over every wall. Items were missing in room, that were in the one photo for this particular room

This property is listed as a boutique hotel. It is certainly not a hotel, more of a motel. No reception, at all. Electronic check in was much less than convenient. Not a hotel. Expedia should re name the location in their description.

It was a cool spot and continent for most things but the room was in terrible condition, everything broken and holes in the walls. We had no ac the first night

They had no towels and rags in the room. Aslo did not send me my access codes since it was a self assisted check in. I called and verified i was good to go they said yes and when i got there late i should add ready to go to sleep i couldn't access the property. Had to jump through hoops to get what i paid for at 1am Waste of time. But it was nice just service just fell short.

I will warn you that the check in process is different and you must prepare. I did not get the codes the day before my arrival, so I had to call to get them. They sent them right away. The were only two towels in the room, but I had to use one on the floor because of the design of the shower (it could be a safety hazard with a wet bathroom floor.). If I stay there again, I will make sure I bring other bath linen. I felt safe with all the lighting, but one of the lights shone directly on my window at night and it lit up my room all night. I had read the reviews about the noise and was ready, but not a problem this stay.The only disappointment was that the ice machine was not working.

The property was nice, cute aet up, cozy. The room was very clean and modern. The gate was a bit of an inconvenience as my code was not working, but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and simple. Clean and warm, with beautiful showers and liked the court yard. We will go back when in town. Very close to cruise terminals if you are planning a cruise.
