    nothing i can’t say enough bad things about you his place, looks NOTHING like the photos, the pool and “tiki bar” is condemned or needs to be, we asked the front desk 4 times for some towels and they where supposed to be delivered but never got there, woke up ate ip with bed bugs and when i called to make them aware they said they would pass the word along… It smelled awful.. save yourself the trouble and don’t go here!!

    My children and I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The room was clean and we slept well. The pool and tiki area were closed because they are in the middle of renovations. I do look forward to revisiting after renovations have been completed.

    Some of the staff was ok The room was messy, roaches were in the refrigerator, the tv didn't work the entire time I was there, and I couldn't access the WiFi when inside the room. Some things in the room didn't work like the hair dryer in the bathroom. The place didn't look clean and beautiful, as shown on the website. Its old and needs renovation. Its like a staying at a little ghetto town... wouldn't recommend it to anyone

    This place must have been nice. Fifty years ago. The chandelier and grand piano are still there, but they have seen better days. Dilapidated is the operative word. Yes, the a/c works and there's hot water, but everything else is a disappointment. Peeling paint, dingy walls and carpet. In the room, there are no curtains per se, just some shades that provide privacy but it won't darken the room. There was a refrigerator and a coffee maker, but no appointments whatsoever. Everything is sad and dim. There were tennis courts and a pool, but neither are useable and lots of people loitering around the tennis courts. There is a gym, but once again, pretty dilapidated. If price is your only requirement, this is a good choice--you won't get assaulted or harassed and I didn't see any bugs. However this is far from nice. Do not recommend. Don't do it, unless you're poor.

    There was nothing to like there. The hotel is a total dump. The hotel itself was nasty and dirty. Too many crackheads hanging outside of the hotel. The hallway smelled like weed. The room we were given was a disaster. The TV wasn't working, no cold water to take a shower, the AC wasn't working at all. We were in a hot room. For the they charged me it was worth it all. The need better management and employees.

    I had called that been asked them for a first floor with a walking shower 2 weeks before my trip and they put me on the fifth floor with a tub I was not happy about it but kept it went up to my room and no battery under the controller of the TV call them ask him for one and then never came I had to go to the store myself and get one I would not go back to that hotel.

    The guy at the front desk was rude instead of accommodating my stay because as soon as I discovered the bugs I let them know he didn’t let me get a different room he said there wasn’t any rooms available as I watched other people walk in and get rooms he then told us we couldn’t stay there to turn in the key and gave me my deposit but didn’t give the money back he said he refunded the room and never did we don’t have no where else to go and had to stay in our vehicle until the morning I showed him videos of the bugs and pictures There was bugs in the room I didn’t get my money back nothing was done very rude and very disrespectful

    I did not go for breakfast. I do not know if it was fully stock for the bar. Cleanliness was Zero-bathroom dirty Towels dirty with black spots, sheets with hairs on and spots on. furniture dirty with dust on, the room needs lighter it is too dark. need refrigerator, microwave, iron and iron board access. The smelling is too much in the hallways. They need to let air come in the hotel. The front of the hotel outside is nice and clean. The front desk is also clean. It will be good for the storage room close to the front desk to be a closed room. It is ugly because it diminished the value of the hotel After passing the lobby the bad smell hits anyone who enters the. Hotel. Something need to be done.

Really, that killed my one night stay. I know it was the least expensive option for me to stay there, like most families that I saw staying there, everyone's on a very tight budget, but honestly wasn't expecting live cockroaches. Until that gets taken care of, I wouldn't set foot in there again.

    This place is nasty as hell and should be removed from Expedia!!!! The place looks like a homeless shelter, there is a lobby if random people hanging out there! The same time I am checking in there was a disturbance and the cops were called! I finally got to the room and it was so bad I had to asked to be moved l left Togo get my son and when we came back we were sitting on the bed and there was a roach crawling between us! That’s not even the worst part!!! There were roaches playing a dance game on the floor!! There was roach in the toilet bowl! And the audacity of them to charge me for a night when I sat up in that nasty room all night as I couldn’t get anywhere else on short notice and was in a whole other country from home!!! There was strains on the sheets and pillows! The air conditioning system looks like an old run down back ally drain pipe!! This is not a hotel it is a run down extended stay property that is infested with all manner of nastiness! Shame on you Expedia for having all these photos that does not depict one ounce of the actual property!!!! If I could give zero score I would!!!

    The staff were great and friendly but this place is DECEIVING THE PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE. The room doors can barely close, hallways is sooo dirty, walls are dirty and paint coming off, the doors have gaps that people can peep in, and paint is off. Plenty of people roaming the hallways and seats there and are loud. Crackhead outside and prostitute too. Do yourself a favour don’t make the mistake I made. I checked in and checked once I got to my room. It’s not recommended and it’s not safe.

    The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. I arrived at the hotel at night to find a lot of loiterers in the parking lot, something you don’t really see at hotels. Almost felt more of a “hangout spot” for drug dealers and prostitution. Any ways, i walk into the lobby and immediately notice a room that a bunch of junk just piled up, almost ceiling high. I get to my room, and i have a hard time opening and closing the door because the bottom is completely dragging on the floor. I pull back the sheets on both beds to find black hairs in both. I check the bathroom, no wash clothes and a toilet that hardly worked. The ac worked excellent, however it was small roaches crawling all around it. The walls are paper think, and light comes right through the curtains. I don’t recommend!

The floors were dirty, the entire hotel smelled like rotten garbage and weed. The elevators smelled like chemicals cover in lemon scented spray. The room….the bed wasn’t even made, there were dirty towels in the towel rack, the walls were covered in some sort of funky green/brown stuff and the shower was nasty!

    The beds and the sleeping area were fine, the bathroom was atrocious. Didn't even feel comfortable showering in that bathroom. There were people outside blasting music and just hanging out. Didn't feel very safe there.

    Hood hotel.There's no arcade like the website says.The Tiki Bar is roped off. Our room had a T.V with no remote so got one from the front desk but it didn't work for that tv. Didn't feel like trying again. But the woman at the front desk and the head of housekeeping were very nice and even got us checked in early evwn though they were sold out for the weekend. Room was standard and sheets were clean. Son enjoyed the pool but was disappointed about the arcade lie lol. Not bad for a budget option, just good to know what its actually like before booking. Oh and there will be tweekers in the parking lot....so yeah...i saw some things i didn't need to 🙃 hope this review helps 😀

    First room I got the toilet was not working, staff was kind and change room. The second room had a damp smell through it. Within 3hours of being there, I had allergies type of conditions, check out and went to a different hotel

    This place is disgusting. Please do not stay here, the just walking in the hallway smells like Marijuana. The room was terrible, hair all over the sink, the bathtub was blacker than anything in this world. The beds were heavily rusted, the baseboards has mold growing and flourishing. It also comes with exposed and live wires from the outlets!!! I wish I was making this up. This place is a nightmare. When I left to get a refund because I was not staying here the lady at the front desk knew the condition and tried to offer me another room but I did not accept. This place is not safe, something fishy is going on at this hotel. Again, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

    The photos of the rooms, especially the lobby sitting area do not reflect the state of the hotel right now. It appears that the hotel may have been closed for a long time and the owners are in the process of fixing it back up. Our rooms were ok, but were very basic and seemed to be in a state of nearly finished with the renovation but not quite done. Good luck to them. I think in short time, it will look really nice. Staff was pleasant enough and we did not really have an issue with check-in or check-out but parking was an issue. 2 nights we came home around 10PM and it was difficult to find parking.

    Other than front desk person everything else was horrible. The safety safe in room was forcefully broken. The room door was warned out and bad shape. The wash basin had layers of paint and still visible cracks. The air conditioner system was provided wooden block support to keep it in place. Bed was clean enough so we decided to spend a night and leave early in morning. The worst thing happened after midnight when someone started playing loud music on swimming pool. Everyone in family was so scared.. we didn’t have courage to check outside. It stopped after some time. There are so many other things but i think i made my point clear. I will not prefer to stay in this property again even if it is free for year long.

    (ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES) A lot of reviews mentioned they are under renovation. From what I saw this is correct, but they are starting in the wrong areas. Lobby, and gift shop looks to be managements first stop in renovation however the rooms are HIGH questionable. Room details said NO smoking but the lobby, hallways, elevator and room smelled like a concoction of smoke, wet mop and mold. We were only there for a night for a concert and we arrived at check in and had no time to find another hotel or we would miss our concert. We slept on the bed, we did not wrap ourselves in the sheets, and we did not use the shower and brushed our teeth with bottled water. This room was something straight out of a horror movie. Not maintained, random patch jobs throughout, missing furniture, broken mirror, peeling sink, and everything was rusted but they did freshen it up with some paint tho. There was no communication at checkout, front desk look at me and told me to drop my key in the box and I was good to go.

    The room we were put in was dirty had roaches and the tub and sink had hair and were dirty as well, one of the beds were broken, the tiki bar wasn’t even open, the smoke detector in the room was going off the whole time. As far as staff goes they were not helpful they told me I couldn’t get a refund or switch rooms, some were rude when we asked for clean towels because the ones we had were stained and had pubic hair and they told us “we have to be considerate of other guest we just got there so we shouldn’t need new towels” and didn’t change the towels, also didn’t change the bed sheets that were dirty and had burn marks. My fiancé usually brings his own tv on trips because we have had issues in the past connecting the game to hotel tvs (he streams) I’m glad he decided to bring it this time as there was no tv in the room, I’m not proud of the fact that we had to get roaches off his game and tv. I couldn’t do the complete stay we ended up just leaving and cutting the trip short I was very uncomfortable, people would knock on our doors at all times and run and then smoke in their rooms which filled the hallways with smoke and a terrible smell. Oh and the hotel is connected to a night club that stays open until 5am so if I try to go anywhere after 10pm expect to spend and hour trying to find parking. And expect for people to fill the halls and for it to be loud

    The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures as advertised! They say they are under new management and they do have a lot of remodeling going on but still… not the same! The front desk staff and security is friendly, housekeeping and maintenance take forever to respond to calls IF THEY RESPOND AT ALL. The rooms don’t have washcloths. I changed rooms 4 times, 3 of those a because of issues with my tv ( I couldn’t change the channel because of the remote or internet connection). The pool water is green and the tiki bar is taped off. The gym has 5 items in it, one of which doesn’t even have a plug to it and the sauna is out of order until further notice. The rooms are clean though and spacious. Most have a at least a microwave and some a fridge as well from what I can tell. They do sell dinners in the bar area and the gift shop is open sometimes.

    I felt extremely unsafe in this hotel. people hanging out in the hallways, sleeping on the couches in the hallways. People lingering outside. I truly believe security or police presence is needed. Throughout the night, my door kept getting knocked on and the excess door to the other room kept getting its knobbed jiggled. Very scary.     this place is absolutely terrible. I would rather sleep in my car. It smells of smoke and pee everywhere all the time. It doesn’t feel safe to be here alone as a woman. the locks and door handles aren’t secure. They blast loud party music next door until midnight. The phones are not real and do not plug into the wall!! and my curtains were torn so I had a little privacy. there were roaches everywhere I had to put cups over them thank God it was my last night.

    We shared our concerns with the receptionist. Credit to the receptionist, she was polite and courteous. She however acknowledged our plans for departure, advising that she would refund our deposits and for us to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Through a transparent discussion, I shared my observations of drug use, with this being the primary reason for our prompt departure. The receptionist acknowledged my concerns, sharing that she suspected that we wouldn’t stay, even whilst processing our check in. My suspicion would be that this hotel supports the local community in providing emergency social housing for those in need. Whilst I support this level of support for wider communities, this is definitely not a place for solo, business, family, leisure focused travellers within the FLL area Only through a tireless effort did we receive a full refund, despite the hotel reporting to Hotels.com that our experience/ observations were unfounded.

Hallways very dirty , food and paint chips all over the place. Our room door could bend in half literally. This should be a $30 room not what they charged us.     The bathroom door knob didn't work. There wasn't soap either. I went to the front desk to request some and they said there was NO SOAP and gave me some shampoo to use it as soap😡 Also it looks like they haven't finished working in the bathroom. It had a piece of wood on the toilet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't visit it again either AT ALL.

    The “No Smoking” signs posted all over the property were a joke; people were literally smoking in the hallways. It smelt and looked like a dumpster. I traveled with my two girls and they were scared; I had to demand an escort. It was just a layover, and after getting there, we should have stayed in the airport.

    This place shouldn’t even be considered a hotel…I wasn’t expecting anything more than a clean place to rest my head but that was too much to ask for. The hallways to the rooms had used wash rags and broken glass in the floor..I wasn’t in the room 2 minutes and saw roaches on the floor and dried piss on the bathroom walls. My fiancé and I left via the back stairwell that smelled like a port-a-potty just so we didn’t have to interact with the staff or other clientele. I think I’ve said enough. ZERO STARS.

    I'm only giving this 2 stars because the staff was very friendly. When we arrived, there were 5 police vehicles there to greet us. They were there to break up a fight and arrest someone for fighting and breaking glass in a common area of the hotel. Our room door was broken and the staff was very helpful in getting us another room. We had 2 rooms for our family, so we were in 3 total rooms counting the one with the broken door. The smell of marijuana was exceptionally potent throughout the hotel, including inside the rooms. We went to Walmart and purchased some room deodorizers that were not very effective. We got up before the sun and checked out. Avoid this hotel at all cost...

    After returning over an hour later with my children, the door was still not complete, and we were told to enter the room anyway while work continued. This created a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation, as we were expected to stay in a room with the door open and unknown individuals working inside. Despite multiple attempts to contact the front desk for assistance or a room change, no one answered. When I went down in person, the property was clearly understaffed and unable to assist. To make matters worse, the room itself was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The bedsheets contained visible feces,stains and hair, the floors were dirty with debris, and there was urine on the toilet seat. This is not just poor service—it is a serious failure in basic sanitation and guest safety standards. After enduring these conditions for hours with no resolution, my family and I ultimately left the hotel at 2:00 AM and went to the airport, as we could not safely or comfortably stay any longer.

    I stay there for three days for Miami music week and on night two I had my room broken into and one of my bags stolen and the security did a little bit of help, but the front desk was really no help at all. They didn’t even let me see the footage or anything. I would not recommend this location to the average person. No complimentary breakfast no phone or anything in rooms was very unprofessional

    Room was big and roomy but had no refrigerator and no microwave and I thought thats just the way it was. But last night my last night staying here i saw on the website that there was refrigerators and tea/coffee makers in every room. So I immediately walked up to the front desk and asked about it and an hour later they brought me a refrigerator but by then it was to late to enjoy it!!     The state of the Hotel is horrendous. Room conditions need major attention from updates to cleaning. The hotel is not sound proof at all. You can hear everything from the connecting rooms and hallways. In addition the windows offer no sound proofing either. Everything from the parking lot below can be heard. One of our rooms booked the sink was damaged and actually had a section of the counter missing. To coffee machines can not be used because they don't not have the pod holder in any of them. They offered only toilet paper and shampoo in room had to ask for rest. Hotel also smells of pot and smoke. I do not recommend and wish I could get our money back. Non of us where able to get more than 3 hours of broken sleep. The place is very run down. The staff are inattentive and more focused of chatting among themselves. This property does not meet expectations of Expedia experience.

    As soon as you walk in the hotel has an unpleasant smell.The receptionist was very friendly. I had a weird feeling about checking in, but we did. There was a customer complaining about the room not having warm water. The receptionist told me this happens a lot there. As soon as we walked in the room we knew we weren’t going to sleep there not even one night. We went back to the receptionist and canceled our stay. He even mentioned he is only working there for his paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay in this hotel.

    They put me in a room + floor that looked deserted and everything was broken + the walls were falling apart and everything was dirty. They then moved me to another room and the security guard asked for my room # and said it really loud where men/workers were and it was just me in the room. I was also hit on by workers there and i did not feel safe. I was annoyed by everything that uneasy that I had to ask my cousin and her boyfriend to walk me to my room and the tv in my room wasnt working. Overall the stay was horrible.

    I felt like I was in a hourly rate motel, felt very unsafe. There’s shared doors with the room beside me. Not what I thought I was booking at all from the photos you see online. I left within 30 minutes and had another place booked. Do not go here alone or even at all! I went to checkout and no one was even at the desk! Also the blanket was a thin quilt, like I wasn’t meant to even sleep there. The beds so smashed in as soon as you sit and I’m all of 135lbs.

    I chose not to stay because when I arrived at the location there was people sitting outside the looked homeless. I walk into the lobby and it looked even worse. One side of the lobby had alot of stuff that looked like they just stored all the old furnitures so I left with checking in.

    This is definitely the scariest hotel I have ever stayed in, stay away from it, Place is so dirty trash everywhere dirty rooms, hallways sketchy people I couldn't sleep thinking someone was going to open my door. You can tell people come here to do extra activities for few hours and leave. Never felt safe and on top of it I pay my deposit in cash the guy at the front desk didn't give me the entire amount far from it because he said the resgiter was close he couldn't open it ask for my venmo (weird) that he will venmo me later that morning the rest he never did call the hotel never answer so lost half of the deposit I did cash, didn't felt secure at all please stay away from this hotel

    I checked in at 8:00 PM. Shortly after, I went to the front desk to request towels and was instructed to go to an employee room across from room 122. I went there twice, but no one was present. There was also no hairdryer available in the room, including after I showered. More concerning, I observed roaches in the room—on the coffee maker and several on the floor. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. I dealt with these problems continuously from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was time meant for rest after check-in.

    Room had no towels, the room was ok, kind of beat up. Our journey to the room was long with a lot of different unpleasant smells. We woke up with a roach climbing on the bed too. Hotel looks great on pictures but it really wasn’t it. I stayed for one night so overall it was alright.

    To get a refund. The pictures on your website aren’t of this hotel. There was garbage all outside hotel, broken tables, window blinds on hotel rooms most were broken, there were random people all hanging out around the hotel not sure if they were homeless. My husband did not feel safe getting my son out of the car so after taking a pics and a video and drivng around the hotel knew it was not in a safe neighborhood and those photos on Expedia are NOT of the inside of this hotel!

    Waited an hour and a half on line to check in. Got to room and the door looked like a battering ram had been used on it. Entire hotel smelled like weed. Bath tub had hair in.People partying in the hallway all night so we couldn’t sleep.

    This hotel is DISGUSTING! It is an extended stay for drug addicts and drug dealers. I am writing the corporate office to get a FULL REFUND. I only stayed one night of a 3-day rental. HORRIBLE rooms, holes in the walls, holes in the floors, old and dirty. CLOSE this hotel for guest and just rent to the addicts.

    After traveling, being left waiting indefinitely with no solution or contingency plan was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Common areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which did not inspire confidence in the condition of the rooms. Combined with the check-in issues, this made for an uncomfortable and stressful experience. Unfortunately, due to the lack of organization, communication, and cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel.

    DO NOT stay here! You will fear for your safety, hotel rooms aren’t fit for animals. Smoke alarms ripped out so people can smoke weed in them, walls stained yellow, carpets and floors filthy as well as bathroom tubs and sinks, people partying in their rooms ALL night long screaming and shouting and loud music booming outside in parking lot of “hotel. Unsure why the health department hasn’t shut this place down there were multiple health and safety concerns at this property. I will be filing multiple complaints.

    This place was not clean. TV did not work. Ice machine not working. Hair dryer broke. No food/restaurant as stated. Check in took at least 40 min because only one clerk. No coffee in room and none available. I cannot image the price we had to pay. Our flight was canceled. Some refund should be considered!!!

    The room is old and outdated and so is the furniture, their were all sorts of illegal activities going on in and around the building but the biggest was prostitution, paint peeling from the walls, furniture smell old and like mold, it was not a good experience and for $203 per night I expected a little better.

    I wouldn't recommended it at all. All the paint is over sprayed on doors and walls. Bath tubs in bad condition, safe rusty. Only thing nice was the location across Publix, restaurant, gyms. The elevator closest to lobby was broken, apparently a couple got into a fight, so I had to pull my 2 pieces of luggage across to the other end of the building over carpet which made it very difficult. Its approximately $30 to get to Port Everglades.

    I was charged for 3 days and was refused a refund. The last time I did stay here the pictures did not match the actual rooms nor the hotel. Sad to say the parking was cleaner than the actual hotel rooms. There’s roaches inside of the rooms to accompany you if you’re lonely. It smells like smoke inside of the hotel. The pool was inaccessible. The staff there never answers the phone so there’s no way for anyone to get through to the front desk.

    Dresser drawer was broken , shower temperature was variable from warm to cold, the top sheets were missing. We had to flip the comforter over to use the sheet they had on top of it.     We were not able to check is as the hotel staff informed us there is no more rooms and when we said our room is already paid for she replied that the hotel is overbooked and we had to return back to the airport and spend the night at the airport as it was too late for us to find any where to stay. Additionally we spent about 100 dollar in taxi fare to go back and forth.

    Breakfast fast was nit included in the charge & they charged an additional fee outside of the hotel fee of $38 daily service fee. The room i got looked like a scene out of a crack house movie. I had it changed & there was not a big difference but we were so tired, we took it. They should shut this place down until after it's been completely renovated. Would nit recommend. One good thing. They're pillows & beds r usually comfortable.

    One of the worst hotel. Saying it worst is an understatement to say the least. Highly unsafe and unhealthy environment. The whole hotel smells terrible. The photo put up online is unrealistic and the reality is completely opposite. I booked a non-refundable room and had to walk away when I saw my room and the kind of other occupants, and the kind of folks walking in and out of the hotel. Motels are much much better than this place. Stay away!

    Staff is the worst of them all. I have been calling them since Dec. 10 about my deposit of $100 that is still til this day on hold. Every time I call they don’t answer the phones, staff is nasty and have an attitude, it must be coming from the manager, cause she also has a nasty attitude.     This hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures in this listing! the hotel I checked into did not match the listing on Hotels.com in any meaningful way. I encountered: • Strong, pervasive odors throughout the building • Carpet deodorizer visibly sprinkled in hallways to mask the smell • A room with visible mold • No towels provided • Staff informing another guest that cleaning is done only weekly • A front desk that was unprofessional, failed to communicate mandatory fees, and did not properly check me in. Additionally, I want to emphasize that I did not stay at this property. Because of the unacceptable and unsafe conditions.

    They didn't have but 1 cart for 259 rooms and we had to make 3 trips to 5th floor at the very back of the hotel, just to take our stuff out. No hand towels, washcloths. Only thing in room was bed, dresser and very small table to hold microwave. No lamps or place to sit. 5 nights there and had to lay in bed to see TV. No curtains. Just a thin shade that covered window and let light in all night. Too many all night parties to keep us awake.. Phone didn't work. Wuld not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

    I was assigned a room that wasn't operational. I had to go to the front desk three times to get the issue resolved. The hotel had a weird smell as well that lingered throughout the entire building. Additionally, I still haven't been refunded my security deposit from the hotel. It has been 28 days since my stay and they are still holding my deposit. I do not recommend this hotel.

    I ended up checking out within minutes. The hotel does not look the same a the photos. The hallways are extremely scathe and everything is patched tighter. Very old looking hotel hiring amateurs to do patchwork. There is also a lot traffic at the hotel. When we arrived to the room there was urine in the toilet and the toilet was broken

    The hotel was extremely dirty and rundown, with a neglected feel and lots of in and out activity. The photos were very deceiving. The shower head was moldy, the table in the room was dirty, and the carpet was nasty—not to mention the strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout the hotel. The only bright spot was Anna at the front desk, who was amazing. I would not stay here again, thankfully it was just for one night.

    If I could rate this place a 0 I would.What they advertise is not what is presented.The rooms are filthy with mold and mildew on the tiles. The water is cold, there is a water heater that “maintenance” had to rig for WARM water. And when the water came out it dripped out.They only gave you one sheet, not a blanket. We had to ask for sheets and towels multiple times. There was no housekeeping, no room service, nothing.They advertise a private beach! It’s all a lie, you have to go down the street into an alley way to get to a beach. Z E R O STARS !

    Between the foul smell of the place and the attitude of the staff, I don't know which was worse. Starting from when I was checked in, the door won't open even though the access light on the lock showed green, meaning it is supposed to open. I had to be moved to a different room. I walk into the room, turned the light on and one of the lamps started sparking at the wall plug-in. I took the risk and quickly pulled it out, to make sure there was no fire. I became curious and decided to turn on each device. It turned out that TV is broke, the microwave remains on luck no matter how many times you try to unlock it. The coffee maker won't work at all. The entire floor seems musty wet and when I checked my socks, it was the dirtiest I've seen. I went down to report the issues and got the nastiest attitude I've ever experienced from especially the light skin lady that works at the front desk there. I had to report this issue for several days for them to send out a technician. The technician is the only person there that treats you like a human being. That TV was replaced, the microwave was taken away and never returned, the lamp was not replaced. And again the smell of that place stays with you. Stay away.

    Honestly this the worst hotel I have used, dirty all arround, staind sheets. In the morning some one from the hotel tried to get in without knoking or asking.     Upon entering the hotel, you are welcomed by the scent of what I can only describe as cockroach repellant spray, like when you fumigate a house. The scent is so thick that it coats your skin and clothes. I’m worried that a tomato juice bath won’t get this smell off of me, my wife, and our daughter. If that’s not enough, you’ll likely see 10-15 people just hanging around in the parking lot, lobby, “gift shop”, and in your hallway. Don’t expect to feel safe staying here. The front desk staff was friendly. That’s about the only positive. No, that is the only positive. Upon arriving to our room, we first noticed a few dead cockroaches on the floor. Not a great start but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. We left for a few hours to do some shopping/grab some food. When we returned and opened the door, I saw a cockroach running away from the bed. I killed it and thought that might be it. Unfortunately, as I rounded the corner of the bed, two more cockroaches were scurrying away. I killed both of them and grabbed our suitcases and we left. I’ve requested a refund but we’ll see what happens. Please take caution when booking this place. I promise you you’re better off spending $100 more to stay at any other place.

    He never does his work properly according to his colleagues that spoke poorly of him in my presence and I experienced it at a particular time while dealing with him. It's just a lack of professionalism when you don't know how to speak to the guest. Maybe More training can be had at this particular Hotel, in General. One person that I was very impressed with was the light skin lady who is in charge of house keeping. She's great at her work, She maybe needs to be in charge of the Hotel. Very professional and helpful. I must say that about her, can't remember her name, but very guest friendly. Creepy Manager.

    Well it started out great! I walked in and the lobby was nice, it smelled great! There were a few weird rules that I had to agree too but nothing too crazy. Every rule has a reason so I figured they might have dealt with unruly customers in the past so they had to be very specific on paper. I booked a king bed room and when I checked in they put me in a double queen. When I asked if it was a mistake they dismissed it and said it was and upgrade because I got moved to a "renovated" room. I agreed, accepting the upgrade and headed towards my room. Immediately after the lobby/gift shop area, the atmosphere changed. The carpets were dirty, the lighting was creepy and the pleasant smell was replaced by one of old furniture. The "renovated" room was worse. There were paint splatters and stains on every surface and the beds consisted of a mattress, still in the shipping plastic, on top of makeshift plywood bed frames painted black with a single sheet on the bed. There were no sign of bugs and was relatively clean aside from the terrible remodel job. The water pressure and heat were great which can be rare in cheap hotels. All in all you get what you pay for and this was the cheapest hotel on the list.

    The hotel was in very poor condition and looked nothing like the photos on the website. The walls had holes, and the room overall was in extremely bad shape. We didn’t stay even one night. As soon as we saw the room, we asked the front desk staff to cancel our reservation because we were going to another hotel, but they told us we had to do it through Hotels.com. Very disappointing

    I waited in line for almost an hour to check in. The gentleman at the front desk that was working on the key reader was extremely rude to several guests. I booked online and all taxes and fees said they were included. After i checked out I was charged 42$ for a resort fee for the amenities which I did not use. This was non refundable and not included in the price when booking as it was stated. I had to go to the airport at 4am and apparently there was a night club or atleast a big party in the same building . Its 4 am and people were out in the parking lot dancing singing and carrying on . I was trying to back out of my parking spot and cars were speeding around the parking lot and cars were parked on the side of the building . I had to eventually ask 2 security guards who were standing out side to help me get out of my parking spot, which ultimately took almost 20 minutes just to back out with all the traffic at 4am. I absolutely would not stay here agian. And would not recommend it.

    I was having difficulties checking in because your front desk staff with glasses and dark skinned gave me a hard time for 2 hours because my physical id was stolen but couldn’t check in still. My mother had to come check me in just for the other front desk worker to say the worker with the glasses could’ve been checked me in and not gave me a hard time. I arrive to my room, no working phone to contact the front desk, no working remote, no blow dryer and my mom been requested a microwave to the point where I went downstairs and waited a other hour just for me not to receive a microwave and my food having to be heated up by someone at the front desk. When I was asking for what microwave I requested I was getting ignored. It was a lady that helped me at the front desk throughout this whole process. Fast forward to the room, after I was done eating my food it was roaches crawling on the floor, and I didn’t wanna be a bother to the hotel because I was already having problems before so I dealt with it and tried to lay down and go to sleep as I’m going to sleep. I wake up out of my sleep and see a roach crawling on the bed where I’m sleeping at . I had a double room so I ended up sleeping on the other bed under the covers until morning time. Next morning I went to the front desk and told them about the issue. I still didn’t receive a microwave but the person at the front desk working at the time upgrade in my room but still didn’t have a working blow dryer. Roach crawling on stairs.

    Hotel is in very poor conditions, but the main problem was at the check in they charge a nightly surcharge of 38$ plus the room already paid in expedia, so I ended up paying a lot more. And I couldn’t cancel the reservation because it was non refundable, expedia couldn’t do anything to help me either. So what you see in expedia is not the final price for this hotel! Not recommended

    First off the woman,Candace, who check us in was amazing.That was the only nice thing about this teip.We got into the room and it stunk,pubic hair and long hair was all under the bathroom sink and around the toilet.There was hair on the toilet seat.The floor in the room was sticky and hadnt been swept or mopped.Then we saw a German roach.I decided to go up to the office and complain,Candace was very helpful and gave us a new room.That room was alot cleaner and smelt better but after we fell asleep and woke up,we found 2 more german roaches in that room.The pictures do not look like thw actual rooms,they need to be updated on every hotel app.And noone is allowed to check in till 4:00 so the line was out the door,we didnt get to our room till about 7:00 that night.Horrible expierence, do not stay there.

    The surrounding area is not safe, homeless roam in and out of the lobby and camp around the outside of the front. The inside is under renovation, smells like chlorine and obnoxious air fresheners. The hallway carpets are moldy and smells like something died. Room doors are flimsy. Got the wrong room, 2 queen beds, and it was bare. Crappy 40” tv with no remote, only a sheet on the bed no extra blankets as seen in pictures. Smelled musty and there were dead roaches in the windowsill. Bathroom was in the middle of being remodeled and was dirty, paint stains on sink counter and toilet, towels were absolutely disgusting. Plumbing under the sink was exposed with a massive hole in the drywall. Front desk attendants were in training, so no blame on them. The manager is rude and dismissive. Had to sign several waivers and sheets, was a very strange thing to be greeted with. Booked for 5 nights, didnt stay more than 30 min. Getting a refund from Expedia was one of the worst experiences out of this. This hotel listing needs to be removed until the hotel remodel is complete and the surrounding area is safer. I will also no longer be using Expedia after the customer service experience I had with trying to get a refund. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    Rooms were not clean, strong smell of smoke, cockroaches. I initially booked for 2 weeks. I had to check out very next day due to several problems. Hotel staff try to enter the room with their key without calling. I was told the room assigned to me was not supposed to given to any staff.     From the room key not working, it was changed more than 3 times before they finally just switched our room. There was an unexpected deposit 3 times more than what we paid for the room. The rooms were dirty, beds had hair on it still. Splattered paint on the floor and furniture, no microwave in the rooms, they needed to be requested and even at that, they found it hard to get. Again, bless the staff, they remained kind and patient although you can tell they were having a rough time! I hope and pray they can accomplish the vision they have for this hotel as expressed multiple times during our visit!

    No television service. Toilet flushing bad. Bed uncomfortable. Not enough room lights. Dirty face towel. Only one hand towel. For the price might be ok. At sign in front desk personnel mention a hidden fee of $43,with that added I would be able to stay at the LaQuinta at 3800 Commercial Blvd, better accommondation with breakfast. From desk personnel I believe has waiver the $43 additional fee. Anyway you get what you pay for at times. Not my first bad experience of lodging at this hotel. Finance is tight. The staff is a 50 50 as for friendliness.

    It is the true definition of "you get what you pay for" and in my opinion, i paid too much. There were roaches everywhere, mold, dust and dirt. They were renovating by just covering up all imperfections, not actually fixing anything. They charge resort fees and say their for amenities like breakfast but still charge for breakfast.     The pictures of the property were beautiful and reminded me of home. The actual property was very disappointing to say the least, and there was big water but waiting to greet me in front of the bed. The person that knocked on my door for house keeping was rude. Overall I was very disappointed and had to check out early. The person I spoke to was no help and didn’t offer any complimentary service, just said there was nothing he could do because I booked my reservation through a third party. Horrible!!!

    The hotel was dirty, smelly and had roaches. There was a broken safe in my room. There was no dining, no vending machines. The smell walking through the hotel was disgusting. It needs to be shut down and renovated the girl at the front desk was pleasant though she made it worth taking the loss. The customer service representative at Expedia was not helpful and was rushing me to get off the phone, which made it even more of a disaster and made me not want to do business with Expedia ever again. I took matters into my own hands and just paid directly through the hotel because Expedia customer service representative seemed like she didn’t want to do her job when I called about my reservation. My overall trip went well, though the main issues were booking through Expedia and arriving to an unpleasant hotel.

    First off there are hidden amenities that were not online like being charged $20 per car per day. Microwave and fridge use is 15$. The next problem was how the hotel looks like it is falling apart. - The paint on my door was peeled off, looks like it was bashed in. - The floor looks like it’s dusty and moldy. - There is no phone to call the front desk and I had no blanket. It was already 2:30 in the morning and I was not going downstairs. - The room smelled of paint and mold. - The bathtub shows clear signs of mold because you can clearly see an impression of the bathmat. So where the mat was is white while the rest of the tub has orange dots everywhere.

    Hotel appeared to be primarily used as a low-income housing building or maybe a homeless shelter? Many permanent residence that get into loud fights (police visited the property at least twice during our 3 day stay). Broken vehicles in parking lot, many doors to rooms broken, etc. We only stayed there because of location and the other nearby hotels were sold out. Would rather have driven further to stay somewhere else had we known of the condition & environment.

    The photos on the website do not accurately represent the reality of the place. The building is run down. My first impression when I opened the door was that there was no clothing closet to hang our wedding attire. My partner noticed that while I was checking in, the people in the lobby were prostitutes.     The experience was horrible. Housekeeping never showed up for the days that I was there for I had to constantly go to the front desk for service and all I got was that they were short staff and I had to wait. I booked this hotel for the pool and it was out of order for the entire time I was there. The trip was to celebrate a birthday and it was the worse experience I encountered. The service was not provided and the stay was not comfortable at all. Because of this I had to spent extra money going to another pool and beach.

    This property was a disappointment. First there were bed bugs, second I was given a 2 queen bed even through King was preferred, and last there was a foul odor in the halls and rooms.

    Location wasn't bad but property is not what you see in the pictures. I had roach infestation since first hour. Had to throw out all my fruits because they were covered in roaches. Disgusting

    First thing the hotel only had 1 roll of toilet paper and when I asked for another one they were completely out so I had to door dash some to the hotel that's crazy, no phones in the room to call front desk

    This is a real and un personal review this hotel had Roaches are everywhere also insect infected like spiders . the building is very old it needs to be renovated! The pictures that is on the website are Catfish in other words not how it seems once you get to the hotel & I also requested a refund and it was so infested with roaches that I didn’t even spend the night there I slept in my car I don’t recommend but take a chance at your own risk !!!!

    Their communication is terrible. I tried multiple times to contact them to cancel my reservations and receive a refund, but they did not pick up once. Expedia even reached out to the hotel multiple times but was also unable to reach them. I am still yet to hear back or receive any sort of update. Do not recommend.

    No tiki bar as advertised. And the outdoor grounds with the pool and garden closed. Otherwise it is ok for a one night, glad I did not stay for multiple days tho as it has limited amenities. Front desk staff very kind. I would come back for another travel stop, just not for extended stay

    2.) The workout center was not open, although both were advertised as available. 3.) I never received housekeeping for the 4 nights I stayed there. 4.) I had bugs in my room. 5.) Entry doors were closed after 9.00 PM. My room was at the end of the hotel, so I was required to totally walk around the building to get in the front lobby. 6.) I asked for coffee, and housekeeping didn't have any cream or sweetener. I had to buy my own cream. 7.) Front office phone was never answered. I called to asked how late I could sign in, and I called a number of times about the condition of my room (bugs and housekeeping). Terrible stay. Expedia should reconsider promoting the hotel

    Check in is at 4pm but be prepared to wait in line for checkin because it takes a long time. There is a 50.00 extra fee for late check out. There is a 100.00 deposit. There were only 2 elevators working for the entire hotel. The hallway carpets have lumps in them. There is a candy lady but she is cash only. The bed was comfortable. The pillows are small. There is only the one sunblock curtain and it is outdated and warped. They have nice sized Philips TVs so that was a plus. There was an iron, ironing board, microwave and mini fridge in my room so another plus. There was a couple fighting and chasing each other down the stairs screaming. The location is great to stores in the plaza across the street. The furniture is definitely run down and out dated. The sheets and towels were the dirtiest I’ve seen. The room doors seem like they have expanded so opening and closing is a hassle.
