The property was in a good location and had plenty of parking spots (for a daily fee). Breakfast was included with the stay but by the time we would arrive around 9:30/10am all breakfast options were wiped out and not replenished. The room was adequate but the AC unit was loud. The hotel also had beach chairs for rent which was a positive. Overall a decent hotel to stay in in the Fort Lauderdale area

Nothing. No real reception area and no rest area for a supposedly 3 start hotel. The breakfast area was by the pool with just a small covered area with a few tables and chairs. The breakfast was the same every day and the food of low quality. There was nothing to like about this place.

Check in was easy and room was ready. Bed was comfortable. Shows some aging but not bad. The desk personnel helped us find a Thai restaurant within walking distance. Nice outside sitting area. Would stay here again. Continental breakfast was horrible not many options. Fruit, cereal and hard boiled eggs

I changed rooms three times. First room was not properly cleaned, including a dirty toilet and sticky stuff on the carpet; second room, the TV did not work; third room, the A/C was non-functional. Amenities were not that great, the distance to the beach is not that close, and the hotel is somewhat dated. I would not make a second trip to this hotel.

Well mixed opinion about it. Great location. Breakfast sucks… first day… did not serve breakfast until 9 am.. people waiting for 2 hrs and they did not know how to open the door. also we ask to use the pool table and they said we cant used it because its 830 pm. If I continue telling I will not finished.. well for sure I will not stay there again.

Muy buen hotel, tuve un percance con el aire de la habitación, pero rápidamente me cambiaron de habitación y me reembolsaron el fee del parqueo por el mal momento..El hotel muy limpio y el personal muy amable. The hotel was good. The beach is a bit far. The breaksfast was standard. My biggest issue was the parking. It was a mess. They charged us twice and I don't understand why the parking is not included. Overall it was good.

When you arrive, they offer you a complimentary drink, and at the tiki bar the promotion is buy one, get the second one free. Breakfast isn’t ready until after 9 a.m. and the quality is very poor. The pool table can’t be used after 7 p.m. Overall, I don’t recommend it.

Hotel/motel is not on the beach. It’s actually quite a walk to the beach. I was ok with that but my big complaint was that the TV in the room has no local stations. It’s internet stations only, so you have no local news and no CBS, NBC, or ABC programming.

Seems that the hotel was under new management and you can tell they take pride in their ownership. I definitely would stay here again when I visit the area. Kind staff and clean facilities

It is not a resort. It is a regular hotel. Breakfast is awful. Not a breakfast. Just some eggs, cereal, milk that’s it. And if you look at the photos on the Internet, it looks like it’s one of the ocean beach hotel across from the beach with that pretty white long S shaped but they apparently copied and paste to make it look like the hotel. Please don’t stay here you’re gonna be really upset the correct one’s. Are located at 505 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Fort Lauderdale Beach. Any of hotels are super nicer Those are the correct hotels that you see in those pictures. This are located in the hood if I knew this if I would have never obtain this location!

I have a service dog. He urinated outside and we went inside to grab cleaning supplies from the front desk to clean it up. The manager threatened to kick us out and tried to educate us on service dog laws and regulations. He had to make a point that he is the manager and he runs things. We had to leave early as we felt very uncomfortable. My fiancés birthday was ruined.

Dont be fooled by the photos. This place is small, dark, and there are additional fees that you will have to pay when you check-in that are not listed with Expedia. There is no continental breakfast, but if there was, I wouldnt eat it. The property is located close to the beach. The resort fee is a freaking joke. Parking fee is another scam that is paid by the day. I would not recommend this place nor will I be returning.

This hotel smelled nice, beds were comfortable, the room and facilities were very clean.The pool was amazing! The water was clean and warm. There were a lot of deck chairs to relax on.The staff even played music on Saturday while we swam. The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was the walking distance from the the hotel to the beach. It was about a 10min walk but we made it. McDonald's and other restaurants were very close by. We were even able to get Instacart delivered to our hotel and use the microwave and fridge to prepare our food. Overall it was a nice stay.

The pool and pool side cabanas were a nice touch. There was a $200 refundable deposit when you get there that I felt was pretty high, but I did receive it after a few days after check out. The main issue I had was on my 4 night stay the TV in the room was not working on day 3 and 4. I informed the staff and they said Comcast was down in the area. I did not receive any discount or compensation for this inconvenience. The other issue I had there was the chauffeur service. It is a $35 flat fee from a 3rd party one way! An uber is cheaper, but with no other amenities other than a pool you would think they would offer something like this for the guest. The staff was helpful otherwise and the beach is roughly a 10-minute walk. The picture they have is not a great depiction of what it looks like.

Probably driven by a new philosophy of management, but there were no amenities except upon request. Needs, such as towels was based upon exchange only. in other words, I could not get new towels unless I turned in the old ones. Everything required a security deposit. And we had noisy neighbors, and the room next to us, that fought every night. Very unlikely we would ever use this hotel again.

You are a good 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach and you need to cross a 4 lane road that can be busy. There will be extra charges when you check in including paying a daily fee to park at the hotel. The hotel is quite and clean and there is plenty of outdoor seating near the office and at the pool. The entrance is not marked very well (at all) and could be easily missed. The room we had was very nice, with a small kitchenette.

The photos on the website are not what you see when you get there ! It’s false advertisement if you ask me and the other guest that arrived ! It’s not off the beach heck the furniture in the lobby is not the same as the photos along with a lot of other things ! I’m disappointed because I expected what I saw or I could’ve stayed somewhere else!

The property location is close to the beach but access is restricted due to all beach front properties not allowing access through. We were given a voucher for a drink at Tiki bar on the beach but not easy to find. Felt like trespassing going though a hotel to access the beach.

The staff was always very friendly and the rooms were clean. However it felt like whole the rooms were updated they could use some work. Peeling paint on window seals, minor things like that. For me, the outdoor was more of the issue.

Small no thrills hotel. Good enough for the 7 hrs we slept and changed clothes there. Great location. I would probably shop around a little if I was staying in that area again.

When arriving in our room, there was hair in the bathtub so it clearly had not been cleaned very well. Towels were thin, but housekeeping staff was courteous and did provide us with extra towels when we requested. There was no smoke free outside area to sit. Both the front outside area, which actually was in the parking lot, And the pool area, were available to smokers. Would not stay here again.

Location - not really right across the street from beach. Quite a walk. Room Cleanliness - not the greatest. Carpet was dirty with crumbs and other stuff on it. Bathroom floor had a razor cap. Two towels were dirty with stains. Air conditioning worked on and off Overall was fine as we were gone most of the day but working in Housekeeping management Myself I thought it needed definitely some more attention. The location did not meet our expectations, and the overall experience was very poor. The main issue was the air conditioning unit: although it was working, it made a constant and very loud noise throughout the night. Even when it was turned off, it continued making noise. The unit is located right next to the bed, making it impossible to sleep. We were unable to rest during the night. It was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

This was a perfect spot away from the crowds, the beach is right across the street! You can plug in “Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar” on your gps and itll lead you right to the beach with drinks too! Youll have to walk into Ocean Manor Beach Resort :) great place to stay, everything was super clean and spacious! Would definitely come back.

Don’t Stay here! It’s filthy! The pictures are all fake. It’s filthy here. It reeks of mold. Our windows are covered in black mold. It’s the opposite side of the beach. It’s false advertising they have no airport shuttle. They have hidden resort fees. It’s so filthy here. Our first room had old wash clothes hanging over the shower. The furniture is gross. Nothing good about this place.

The property had an outside waiting area which was comfortable. We had issues with air conditioner(not working ) and with flush. I found their picture deceiving as they are not onlioking the beachfront.

Rooms were clean and spacious. You’re right across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The property has a pool, billiards, and air hockey. You can rent beach chairs for $5 for the entire day. Definitely staying again when I come back to FL.

The outside is out dated but our kitchenette was amazing! The staff was so attentive and nice! We didn't need housekeeping but as far as more towels etc.... they were on it! Would recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Housekeeping would only come upon request, that was a minor because we stayed for 2 nights and Didn’t get clean towels unless we requested it and the night front desk stadf was rude, when we arrived he didn’t even greet us and let us feel welcome.

This felt more like a motel than a hotel. No frills. Booking.com categorized them as having a shuttle to the airport. Technically true, I guess, but you had to book it, pay for it in cash, and it stopped by a number of other motels on the way to the airport.

Bathroom did not have basic stuff like body wash and had to go to lobby to request. Staff did come up and delivered to the door a small bottle though.

The poolside was comfortable with chairs and cabanas. Ice is available on one floor only. I paid $5 for a beach chair and it was full of sand and a dirty Kleenex stuffed in a pocket. The toilet looked like it was never flushed. I don't know if the water stained it or if it was dirty. They do have a nice area to sit outside with a few games, i.e., foosball. The front desk mostly confused me.

This hotel was clean and perfect for our family getaway! The staff were kind and the hotel is convenient to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for!

The room itself was dreary. This hotel is good for those trying to save money or have a stay for cheap. It does have a pool and even a small gym. Real laid back vibe which i liked. The room just looked like it was never changed from 1970. The room just didn't look or feel clean. The coffee maker looked like it was used several times and never cleaned, lots of dried up coffee residue left over. Again, great if ur trying to save money and not a lot of expectations.

The television, didn't work properly the whole week I was there. The bathtub, was stopped up the whole week, it was disgusting taking a shower in standing water.. The room was old and in bad shape!!!!!

Recently renovated and very clean

Amazing and friendly staff in the hotel. The rooms, pool, lobby area very clean and nice. I was under the impression beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach were included, but they were not. The company that the hotel works with for transportation to and from the airport was an addition $35 cash and was 15 minutes late pucking us up from the airport and never showed up to take us to the airport. (I was standing in front of the hotel front desk person when they called and confirmed they would be there the next morning to take us back to the airport)

Ocean Beach Club was located perfectly. Grocery Store, dining options, view, and a spacious room for the price! Every area had a theme to it and created a relaxing vibe for us after our half-marathon! Staff was friendly and helpful to all guests :).

Had to have them replace the sheet upon arrival due to stains on them. Just wanted to be sure. The pool was nice and warm(heated) but it could have been cleaned more often due to the debris from the trees. Over all the staff was nice even about the sheet change. Have a positive attitude. The hotel was in a convenient area close to a lot of things restaurants and stores and the strip. Didn’t have to travel more than 15 mins. I would definitely go back.

So close to the beach

Check in girl not friendly either. She made sure to reinforce about paying for parking and “resort fees” and wanted DL of *both* people checking in. Never heard of that before. Usually it’s the person whose name is on the reservation. We are not young spring breakers either. As soon as I walked in the room I thought the window was open but in reality the window didn’t shut all the way. The couch was sunk in and old looking and looked like something from the 80’s. I wouldn’t sit on it. The bed also sunk in the middle. Flimsy pillows. Worst nights sleep of the whole vacation. After paying almost $300 then you pay in addition a “resort fee” and parking which is ludicrous as they have a parking lot and what do you get for the “resort fee?” Certainly not coffee in the lobby. A tired coffee machine that looks like from a gas station that you have to pay for coffee. It is a money grab. What happened to hotel stays including amenities and parking? And the amenities were a pool which we didn’t use anyway. Shouldn’t “amenities” be included in the price? Across the street the resort on the beach was the same price and beautiful! To think we paid a lot for a tired old 80’s version of a hotel with subpar rooms and not friendly staff with a horrible night sleep is a huge bummer. I do not recommend this place at all.

If u are looking for a small run facility locally ran facility this is good. When we first got here our room had a weird smell and the staff change our room. Super nice guy and our next room was perfect. You can tell it's ran on a small budget older building and rooms. Just about 2 min from the board walk and beach.

No amenities

Pizza place Beach access is only on a public beach, which the night we were there was shut off and with all the condos you cant get through anywhere else.. The hotel is on the opposite side of the street than the beach is. Where the night life is is a good 20-30 min walk. They advertise they have an airport shuttle, they do not. That consist of you getting your own ride.

Overall we did not have an incredible experience at this hotel, and we would most likely not stay here again. You get what you pay for - i probably shouldn't even complain when the price is this low in peak season!

It was clean. Rooms were basic but dreary and dark. Staff were pleasant and nice. No complaints here. The biggest complaint is the location. The ad on booking said beach access. This is far from the truth. No beach access at all. It’s across from the water but you can’t access this area of beaches. Very misleading. The hotel is old. Although it says it’s renovated, it’s not or it’s cheaply done. But it’s reflected in the price. It’s not an expensive place to stay. So you get what you pay for. Pool is very rugged and old.

The front desk check in was extremely slow! It has never taken me 50mins after arrival to be checked in a room. However, the room was very clean and comfortable ❤️

The elevator was very shaky and seemed as though you were gonna fall through. The mini fridge was not working and had no freezing component. The inside was warm and the panels were sweating. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but I was so uncomfortable, I had to checkout early.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice they answered any of my questions or concerns. The property is due for some updates but its clean and sufficient for the price. Its near everything but far enough where you dont hear all the noise. Definitely would stay again.

No beach view. Also no towel changes or room tidy-up unless you request it. No one tells you that at check in so you find out too late after you spent the day out and come home ready for a shower. Also, they only have 1 staff in the front answering phone calls, taking reservations, checking you in or out, so you could be waiting for 15-20 min to talk to someone.

There were things on the carpet that should have been vacuumed and stains in the shower. Beach access isn’t as close as it seems. No USB charging ports for phones. Dingy dark fake grass hanging everywhere. The pool is foul. The ice machine looks like it hasn't been serviced in years. Our room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom is so tiny with one little mirror. The lighting is horrible. The air in the room is disgusting, very dirty, The walls, the rug the windows. The TV horrible the picture quality, so bad from a dinosaur TV, No coffee in the lobby , they offer nothing! I am so disappointed with this place. This place needs a complete renovation. I definitely do not recommend. DO NOT STAY HERE

I would never stay here again. Dirty hotel .only lobby looks like its upscale,sheets had hair and stains on them, couch in room stained and old,windows look ancient,i requested towels they never came called 2 more times they finally came. I couldn't leave soon enough.

They have a chill area outside i was impressed with some pool table and fuz ball and some chairs outside. Close walk to mcdonald, dunkin donuts. Cloae to a grovery store and cvs. Useful. Thats what i liked. I was very happy and impressed with the hotel. Its simple. Yes needs some work in washrooms but rooms clean and beds and pillows super comfy very impressed with the 3 star. We were on 3rd floor insode the building. And i liked the stay. Was good 4 days. Didnt mind plus we were out beach all day or out town soending day. 👍👍

They change $38 to use the amenities, when there ate none except a small pool. What do you pay for, walking on they spaces. Not worth it, would not recommend it.

The hotel was walking distance to beautiful Lauderdale by the sea, as well as a short distance to the beach. The convenience of renting the beach chairs and towels was great.

There is NO access to beach across the street not sure why they show ocean pics at all. The photos do not truly depict the property, the lobby is the size of a small bedroom. Extremely basic rooms without a single dresser. $70 deposit to use two dirty beach chairs for the day on top of the daily resort fee - clearly not a resort. Photos are very misleading which creates a big letdown upon arrival. Fine if you're looking for the most basic place to stay. Gives motel vibes.

All the bad reviews aren't warranted. Yes you have to pay for parking and a security deposit but that's not uncommon. The rooms are a little outdated but it was clean , had a good size fridge and vanity area

Exceptionally clean room and corridors! The heated pool is wonderful along with the available poolside seating. Comfortable beds and our room/ bathroom was beautifully updated. If there are any negatives, it’s the slowest check-in ever. Couldn’t find our reservation even with my ID in hand.

I am OK with that, but the front desk advertising comdoms for sale is way over the top!

Everything was okay, not great, not bad. One front desk girl wasn’t very hospitable and the elevator was broken. Wasn’t the end of the world but make for a workout to get all the luggage from the 3rd floor.

The staff was amazing! Our first room had a few issues and the staff made things right by switching our room. They even went out of their way to decorate the bed for my birthday with some towel swans and turtles.

The room was in good condition, but the outside does not match the description or the picture on the website, the outside of the place could use a little update.

I felt like once they get your money they are done with you. I asked about beach access and was told to walk across the street and go through other resort while carrying your beach chair that you have to rent extra.

Wow! Amazing location, easy access to the beach about a 3 min walk. I was also in walking distance to a grocery store Winn Dixie, and a cvs pharmacy. Both sell wine. On the way there it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts mc Donald’s and wine and spritz’s store. Hotel was very clean staff were very courteous and pool was heated. The pictures didn’t do the hotel justice it’s very modern and updated. The walls have bronze tile not black. The lobby is beautiful. I recommend the beach club rather the palace. I will be returning to stay here on my next vacation. The hotel has beach chair rentals for $5. The hotel fee once arrived was $11 but a $50 deposit. Parking was $24 which wasn’t bad. Space is limited but overall great stay. I was indecisive and wanted something budget friendly. This was above my expectations.

Convenient to the beach which was the whole reason we booked here, but the inside is a little outdated with the carpeting & the bathroom was a bit tight in size. Also, no full length mirror in the rooms. Friendly staff, made check-in easy. :)

The place was not as nice as the pictures depicted, not even close. In addition, this is more of a motel than hotel.

The hotel looks dingy for the price we paid. The bed had a big yellow stain and hair on it. We had to call for housekeeping and they weren’t even going to clean (because they were short staffed) until we told them about the stain. Florida weather were in the 30s so it was cold. We didn’t have heat in the room we called and they gave us an electric heater. We were watching TV and all of a sudden it died on us. We called at night about it and they said tomorrow they’ll fix it. Tomorrow came and they didn’t fix it at all. There is a lack of communication amongst the staff and it’s ridiculous. Had to call several times and never got a solution. When speaking to a staff from other shift they never got the memo. It was truly frustrating. The day of checkout we spoke to manager Angela and she wasted our time trying to debate us of the time we called or didn’t call. Her boss came out upset cause apparently we were being rude (mind you we have a flight to catch) which we told them and she took her sweet time to give us a parking refund to make it all better (which by the way they don’t tell you before hand- this is what you call hidden fees). This hotel could do better on cleanliness and staff communication or adjust the prices to reflect the cheap motel vibes it gives. DO BETTER!

It's my second time staying there. Staff, room, and amenities were nice. It's budget-friendly and definitely recommended.

Had to police my own floor as a couple who had too much to drink were threatening violence upon each other. No fault to the hotel, can not control people. It was very concerning how loud, the threats of violence were so audible through their closed door, the hallway and our room. Unsettling to hear a woman screaming "get away from me." Repeatedly.

Room had no issues with cleanliness. Plumbing had a light yellowish tint in all the water, outsideif that everything was nice.

This is just what we needed. The staff was very friendly. The bed was firm but good and the showers were hot after a long day on the beach. The heated pool was a bonus! The little things like the hotel proving basic amenities which we didn’t have to pack and as many clean beach towels that’s included in the resort tax.

The room s a/c wasn’t working. When I brought it to the staff s attention, it was fixed promptly. The soda machine was basically empty and it never showed it. I put in $2, pressed multiple buttons all, sold out. It only returned $1. The desk was so busy, I was unable to get it back. Not enough staff that morning.

Responsive to requests. Comfortable room with refrig, microwave, stove top and assorted dishes. Win-Dixie grocery store and McDonalds within walking distance for folks on a budget. Lightweight beach chairs can rented for $5/ day and can be carried to public beach access about 7 minute walk. We took Uber from FLL to location and used their shuttle driver ($35)for trip back to airport. You do not need a car to enjoy some fun in the sun.

The hotel is OLD and defiantly OVERPRICED the rooms are sparse and gives 1986 no water or any type of convivence snacks were available for purchase nor as a welcome gift. the hotel is 90% marble which means it gets cold NO heat available in the entire hotel. we had to boil pots of water and turn on the oven in the penthouse to keep us warm as they were only able to provide blankets. There were no phones in the rooms or hallways even in the penthouse! Forcing you to go to the desk for everything, no over night staff so please do not need anything after hours, you will need to wait until 7am the following morning. The price tag even on a discount site was not worth the money. The only truly wonderful thing about the hotel was the Italian restaurant, the food was actually very good and service was impeccable. The tiki hut was a nice vibe and drinks were good the food from the tiki bar was given Gordon Food Services. The beach access was nice the cabanas at this hotel were also disappointing, as they do not give quick pool access nor a view of the beach. I do not think I would ever stay here again at this price point. Also if there was an airport shuttle I didn't see it.

Staff was nice, room was basic but that’s what we expected. Hotel pool is right next to busy roadway and sun goes behind peak of building around 2p so pool area was shaded. This may be good for a lot of the year but it was a cool stretch of high 60s when we visited so the sun was needed or it was too cold to lay by the pool. You’ll he trigger

Very basic outdated motel room at best. Charges $10 per night "resort fee" for 2 tiny pool access etc. Access to beach and dining etc all take longer walk or some drive. Carefully check its location before booking, the Fort Lauderdale beach picture shown is 3 miles or so away!

Spent 5 nights here. Small but clean. A tad far from the beach - but for the price and proximity it was worth the 10 minute walk. No wow factor but it was perfect for our low key last minute Florida vacation. Would definitely book again. Staff was great.

I’m a big fan of this place! Be mindful you get what you pay for! Very close to the beach well managed - been here several times. Front desk ppl don’t play- I wouldn’t either - they appear to to be able to handle a lot all times ive been. Could use some updates- They do a good job at cleaning: overall a good place!

The Ocean Beach Club hotel is a quaint place to stay. It was clean with many amenities within walking distance. We stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise…what a great location and very affordable.

Really great experience, and were great at helping us get things set up for our next day travel.

Staff was friendly, the pool area was nice, but there is definitely no hot tub if that is important. The walk to the beach is a good 10 minutes. However, the hotel is on the main road where people drive loud vehicles so pool experience and sleeping on street side can be annoying. Also the hotel has not been kept up giving it a feeling of being 'run-down '. And it is quite a drive from airport.

I did not have a kitchen. Parking was okay for me but not for people visiting me.

The room and overall building is an old, decrepit building. Sure, there were some nice upgrades with a cute lobby and nice tile work in the bathroom, but the carpets were old and ugly, our sheets were stained, and the pool (not the one in photos) was run-down and ugly.

Room was clean and it had 2 pools. Only a couple blocks from the ocean which was amazing.

He wanted me to give him a confirmation number. I went into my Hotel.com account and did not find the reservation. I then looked under Expedia but nothing there as well, by this time I was frustrated, tired as we had been traveling for several hours. Was looking forward to getting to our room and relaxing for a few hours till we had to get up and do the last leg of our travel. Another staff member came out I explained to him what was going on, he asked for my name and pulled up the reservation. He looked over at the other staff member and asked if he looked under my name he said no. Will not stay at this hotel again. I do have a reservation for November 16th that I will be canceling. The room was ok nothing special. The hotel is the first that we have stayed at that had one coffee pod, no tea selection.

Angela and staff were amazing and very accommodating! Me and my wife just got married and decided on this hotel for pur honeymoon because it was very unique and affordable for our budget! I firgot to call to say the reason for vacation, but when I mentioned it the staff work very hard to get the room ready, because my wife was in the car and was ready to go into our room. It was a great experience the staff was wonderful we enjoyed our time there The last minute did a nice arrangement on the bed for our anniversary for my wife made it look very beautiful The rooms are comfy the bathroom needs to be a little bit bigger and some more lighting That's about it the facilities are great oh and mirrors the women care about mirrors!

The entire hotel smelled like mold, the sheets smelled. The shower and toilet water was brown. The maids stole my food and water that was in the refrigerator. Water advertised in the vending machine was not the same, was some off brand I never heard of. Do not stay here. It’s close to the beach but not worth it. Nasty place.

I know you can't control the people sitting outside, but it seemed like someone was always smoking pot when we walked by. Once we walked through a huge cloud of smoke. We started parking on the other end to avoid it.

Great location not on beach but public beach not too far good price.

We started for three days, two nights while waiting to board our cruise. We enjoyed our stay. Although we didn’t use the amenities, the hotel offered a gym, pool, giant chess, giant connect 4, cabanas, and a hang out area with foosball, air hockey, pool, and tvs. The hotel was very local to coffee, pizza, shopping (food & other), breakfast/lunch/dinner options, and beach options.

It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, and I love the staff they are soo kind. Will be back plenty more times. I love how nice and cozy it feels. It honestly feels like home.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a certain level of service, but was disappointed to find not even a single bottle of water in the room. In most hotels around the world—even budget ones—at least two bottles of water are provided as a basic courtesy. It’s not about the cost; it’s about guest care. Saving on such a small gesture feels cheap and unwelcoming. And they charged for parking.

The pictures on your site were very deserving, my room was nothing like the pictures I viewed! It was a dump and I had to walk a mile to get to my room. Not to mention? I was charged $48 for resort fees and parking when I checked in, on top of the fees that were supposed to be paid for by Expedia ! When booking, the room, the resort fee and taxes were supposed to be included. This place was very sketchy and I felt unsafe that. Unfortunately once you book it with a Expedia, there was no refund. Faults advertisement for sure. I’m very disappointed in this company!

The hotel was great for our large group and the staff was very friendly. The only thing is the picture makes it look like the beach is accessible from the front of the hotel but you actually have to walk a block and the boardwalk is not at the hotel like the picture shows.

Nice clean hotel, but i didn't see the point of the resort fees. There was nothing resort like. The pool was very small.

The location is not great. Even though it was close to the beach, there was no clear path to it. I had to go through another hotel lobby to reach it. Had to have them change my room due to the cleanliness during my stay. There was a gentleman in the front desk Diego who was very good. He had excellent customer service skill and handled my questions very well. (Give him a raise).

Wonderful spot. Super clean rooms & the pool was great. The manager that I continuously ran into is representing this hotel quite beautifully with her engagement with the guests and staff. Sadly I failed to get her name but she is treasure and the hotel is extremely lucky to have her. From the frequent security personnel and the comfortable rooms and great amenities they are in the thick of all of the action and the beach is literally not even a block away. Thankfully we only stayed here for one night. This is nothing about the staff...they were very polite and professional. The hotel is as basic as you can get...very old rooms and needs a huge facelift. I was fooled by the expedia photos on line and am just grateful we only stayed the one night.

Hotel is dated. High price for what you get. Definitely do not believe the picture on the site - very disingenuous. It is not near the beach as shown. It's actually on A1A and very very noisy. I do not understand why there charge a resort fee and worse yet, a parking fee of $12 per day. I won't be going back there.

The pool area is quite clean with new beach chairs and new comfortable cabanas. The rooms are dated and it looks like it's time to get rid of the old love seat and carpet. The water in the tub took awhile to drain after showering but the hotel is getting older. It would be helpful to have a second mirror. The kitchenette was pretty good, no complains. I liked that the manager, Erick, was visible, available and just present making sure things run smoothly. All staff were pleasant.

Just stayed there before heading to key west. The staff was very friendly. The floors a little sticky inside the room but we got a good night sleep on the comfortable beds.
