Great location for a quieter stay in Fort Lauderdale. Easy walk to the more hectic areas. Great places to eat close by. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Pools are nice and not crowded. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Not a thing, great value for money

Location was great! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen was great, and so was the large closet with tons of hangers to be able to hang up wet/damp towels, swimsuits, etc. the beach is a 2 min walk away, and we walked most evenings anywhere we needed to go. Great stay! The bed could have been comfier.

Enjoyed how close it was to the beach for the price. Room was rather condensed. Getting to a convenience store was always a 10-15 minute walk there and back.

Location hard to beat. Parked my car and didn't use it again for 2 days. Beach is a 5-8 min walk. Good bakery and smoothie place on the next street over or can walk to one of the many hotel restaurants nearby. Also, basically a full kitchen, so cooking is an option. Two water taxi locations nearby. One about 1/2 mile (10-12 min walk) another across the bridge about a mile maybe. Having a bike is helpful as well, no need to worry about traffic or parking. Angela was great, extremely friendly and helpful with the check-in and any questions I had.

The staff was fantastic—super friendly and helpful—and overall, I was happy with what I got for what I paid. That said, if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t your spot. The room had two beds, a small TV, and a basic, tiny shower. No hot tubs, no fancy bathroom, just very simple. It was perfect for a solo trip when I was just out having fun, but not for anyone hoping for a luxurious experience or Instagram-worthy shots. If you want simple, affordable, and friendly, though, it’s a great little place. The shower was tiny. Literally just big enough for 1 person. No tub.

I recently stayed at the Napoli Belmar Resort in Fort Lauderdale, and I have to say, for the price, it was really solid. I spent about $520 for three nights, and I think that’s a great deal. The resort is split between two buildings, and the one I stayed in was a bit less modern—definitely not fancy—but it had a certain charm. It felt homey and had its own pool and outdoor space, which was sweet. The staff was fantastic—super friendly and helpful—and overall, I was happy with what I got for what I paid. Amazing owners and staff. Cleaned daily both our room and the grounds. But the POOLS are the best feature in my mind. 3 pools, super clean and warm! What a great stay. Didn't like that we couldn't stay longer!

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're on a budget but want to be walking distance from the beach. It's basic, budget-friendly and family-owned - everyone who works here is so kind and genuinely wants to make sure that you have a great stay. They do a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean, especially given the age of the building. The area around the hotel is fantastic as well - great coffee, smoothies, and a lovely little market with everything you need are just a block away.

Very close to the beach 500-1000 ft, close to restuarants in the neighborhood and resort restaurants on AIA. AC worked great and bathroom was clean and modern.

This hotel is super cute, amazingly clean, just one block from the beach. We had a fridge and stove in our room, and everything we would need to cook while we were there. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is a small hotel and we felt extremely safe. Amazing choice for an amazing price! Nothing, it was great!
