Love staying here- can’t wait to come back!

The only issue needed to be discussed is that the property management lacks communication. Don’t expect to hear from them until the day before check in. Nobody answers the telephone. Now, the cleaning lady was super helpful and friendly during my stay. She deserves a raise. Thank you.

The woman that owns this unit owns another and stays on the property so she can keep an eye on her rental. If you dont like being watched I'd avoid this one. She walked in in us rudely accusing us of smoking weed in her apartment. "I OWN THIS UNIT WHATS GOING ON HERE" Im sorry Karen but we politely walk off property to smoke the really stinky pot we love so much. This place is changing quickly to all Airbnb and rares are skyrocketing. Enjoy your stay ;)

We so enjoyed our stay at Holiday Isles Yacht Club. The property is very well maintained. We were in Apartment #4 and it was very comfortable for 4 adults. The pool was very nice & inviting. The staff we very accommodating and friendly. It's a great location right on the water. The outdoor seating space was wonderful I would highly recommend staying there.

We loved the location right on the canal you can just sit there and watch the boats go by. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and area was nice and clean.

I would day the condo is "Florida clean." TV's need to be upgraded, but a really nice place otherwise.

Pool was great everyone there friendly. Especially enjoyed Joselyn she was great and so accommodating! Our flight came in late she ensured everything on kitchen table and left a light on for us. The kitchen would have used a few more plates otherwise everything was GREAT! I hope we get the opportunity to stay again here !

So close of the beach, the view is great and it is really quiet. I love that the kids had their own bedroom and shower.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was really clean and it was so nice. The pool area and the canal sitting area were perfect as well. The staff made check in really easy for us. They were not going to be there at our time of arrival, so they gave us a code for the condo and left a key and parking pass on the table in the condo. They left us beach towels, which was nice. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded while we were there, and the water was so beautiful, and so was the beach. We would love to start there again.

Condo didn’t seem as though it was cleaned before our arrival, and was outdated. Location was great, just 2.5 blocks to the beach. Others staying at the property were very friendly.

Just such a beautiful relaxed holiday. Everyone so freindly. Jocelyne the manageress is an absolute diamond and a credit to the place. A beautiful location. Nothing better than sitting on the waters edge in the morining and watching the Manitee glide past with the tide. . Already planing next years return Leaving

Holiday Isle Yacht Club was perfect. It’s a beautiful place nestled on the channel providing wonderful aesthetic views of the resort, water, and sunsets. It was also nice and quiet compared to other spots in the area and within walking distances from the beautiful beaches, coffee, and restaurants. Definitely would book again!

This place was absolutely perfect for us!! We LOVED being on the intercostal seeing the ships go by! Super clean, great pool! We would absolutely book again here!!!

It was about a 40 minute walk to a grocery store and we ended up walking a lot but that was ok as it gave us exercise. The beach was about a 10 minute walk but there aren’t public restrooms at the beach as far as we could find.

This is an older property---but unpretentious---friendly staff and very helpful. It location is THE best---right on the Intercoastal and a 7 minute walk to the ocean. I have booked a month for next year already!

Not as nice as pictures. Unit had roaches. One bed was in a closet. Sheets and towels are worn and in need of replacement. Patio was great and unit was well equipped. Easy walk to beach. Staff are very nice. Pool was ok

There is only 100 percent praise for the holiday Yacht Club Everything about this place is fantastic Jocelyn the manager was beyond amazing,we lost our keys on a Sunday her one day off and she came in especially to give us a replacement ❤️ We could have stayed longer

Made my own breakfast. The grounds are great. You'll never get closer to some of these Yachts that go by unless you are lucky enough to own one.. The elevator was out of service but I was told of this before I arrived and could of changed units. Thankfully I didn't.

Great view of the boats going up and down the river it was very peaceful and private. The property was in excellent condition and very well-maintained and beautifully landscaped. This is an old Florida property that is really charming. The rooms are nice and well stocked with kitchen items for eating and cooking. The view is the best. You can sit on waterfront area and watch beautiful boats and yachts pass by and is really a nice view being right on the water. The pool is heated and there is a grill for cooking. It’s just really a nice place. No crowds like in a large hotel and affordable.

The location was great. The room was beautiful. You can't beat the water view from the room. The additional outdoor furniture was wonderful. My complaint is the second room was a closet with no ac or working fan. Also, the towels were substandard.

This place was great! My family had a great time. Perfect little get away, apartment 10 was in a good spot. We had a good time sitting on the dock side on our patio area.Kids had a good time in the pool. Very nice inside. Would stay there again!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay and the staff was so nice! We would definitely go back! The ONLY negative thing to say is the beds weren’t so comfy but everything else was absolutely amazing!!

We loved everything about the property and staff. We were close enough to walk(about 5 minutes) to ocean for sunrises. The facility is directly on a waterway so we saw many beautiful yachts. The Water Taxi will pick you up at the 'dock of the property. Josephine and Tammy were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been happier with our stay! We didn't like having to go home.

The property is located on the intercoastal waterway with plenty of room for sunning oneself, catching a water taxi or grilling out. There are different sized apartments. I did not like to have to pay to park. The cost is $10 a day. The walk to the beach is seven-tenths of a mile. Great exercise and allows for a quieter surrounding by not being located on the beach.

My only quibble is that Reception closes at 2.00. There isn't always someone there during opening hours. The one time I called the number after-hours, I got no answer.

The hotel is located right on the causeway and boats go through. It's beautiful. The service was warm and friendly. The staff let us check in hours early and hours late, and were extremely accommodating. The pool area is very nice and the rooms are essentially suites.

No chest of drawers or dresser to store clothing. Spent 10 days out of suitcase. Six blocks to walk before we could catch th trolley to eat. Nice swimming pool. It was heated.

Just back from a lovely two week break for Christmas and New Year 2014/2015 at the HIYC. The apartment was very comfortable with every convenience that you would associate with home. The grounds are well kept and the swimming pool is heated. There are two sun decks that overlook the intercoastal and watching the super boats go by whilst sipping a glass of wine is very relaxing and just makes you think what a great location the HIYC has.

The room # 4 was dirty/old/ worn out tub/towels and sheets pillow with stains and hair - pros: spacious rooms/kitchen all what you need.- CONS: cleanliness is most important to me and I was very disappointed - during weekends there is no housekeeper - NOT ALL THE ROOOMS ARE THE SAME (we saw through window better ones) so talk to the manager (lady who is very pleasant) before you go to find out what you"ll get!
