    I enjoy my visit every time that I’m in town , it wasn’t get to my destination when I leave the hotel. This time the breakfast was not good to me and it was not clean like it use to be but hen I stayed in the past.

    My friend and I just traveled for a milestone birthday getaway and had the best stay! The hotel was clean & the staff was extremely helpful! They were able to give us recommendations to make our trip great. The breakfast was amazing. So many options and everything was hot and fresh. The pool area was quiet and clean. Pool temperature was on point! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Customer service was excellent and pool area clean beautiful hotel. I didn't like that i was already wet and there were no towels outside the pool area . I had to go inside and askt it was cold. I was told I had to wait tell someone go outside and bring them they took too long people already complaining they do that every day they should have towels out there at least go check to see if they're gone. Evening after 6pm .

    This property is highly recommended. The Staff are all amazing, friendly, and competent. The front desk staff, the breakfast staff, the housekeeping staff are ALL amazing here in Cypress Creek. The pool and hot tub were marvellous. Our cruise terminal is a mere 20min uber drive, the same with the Lakewood shopping mall in Margate. We will stay here again hands down. We have a fat boy diner with a 5 minute west of here. All great stuff. Jackie Valdez and Tamara Gammage were 2 talented front desk staff we need to mention.

    The guy that checked us in michael was friendly and helpful gave great info about the hotel and hyped up the free breakfast that was pretty good the room was nice and clean but the toilet did not flush we kept trying but it would not flush all the way the bed was not comfortable at all but other than that we enjoyed our stay was not bad at all well stay again.

    The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of some attention. Mold under sink rim. Hair stick to shower wall and sever flooding, no matter the position of the sliding doors. We had to use all our towels to soak up the flood on the floor.

    We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the tv was so old, it had just a few channels, none appropriate for kids, and a very blurry picture/screen. The next room, within an hour, 4 cockroach’s were climbing over our suitcases, coming from the cabinet. Very inconvenient and disturbing, and I had 2 little kids with me….this was hard picking up and moving twice. Really disappointed since Hampton Inn has always been our go to hotel.

    We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the tv was so old, it had just a few channels, none appropriate for kids, and a very blurry picture/screen. The next room, within an hour, 4 cockroach’s were climbing over our suitcases, coming from the cabinet. Very inconvenient and disturbing, and I had 2 little kids with me….this was hard picking up and moving twice. Really disappointed since Hampton Inn has always been our go to hotel.

    To their credit the fixed the shower curtain and door hook as soon as I reported it. They said the thermostat is a known issue that needs to be addressed but the maintenance man could not do it. The breakfast was fine. Powdered scrambled eggs,, white, wheat bread, plain bagels, cereal, sausage, hard boiled eggs, muffins, butter, margarine, cream cheese, jelly, 2 different kinds of DIY Waffles, bananas, coffee, juices, yogurt...pretty much Hampton standard fare. The pool was very clean as was the jacuzzi. They have towels at the pool. Beds were comfortable full size each with 4 pillows There's only one small waste basket in the bathroom. During our stay the hilton reservation system went down and stayed down for 2 days. It was a big inconvenience for people checking in. No one could get checked in and no room keys could be granted. Overall it was overpriced for what we got, but I don't know that other hotel chains in the local area were any better. I would not stay there again for multiple days.

    I will never recommend this Hampton location and will never stay there again!! Extremely disappointed, also the door was not working properly because it was difficult to open and when you were outside- you couldn’t get in! Totally ridiculous.

    The staff is absolutely amazing and are so sweet and welcoming. I can't say enough good about them! But unfortunately, I had to remove some stars because of how rundown the place is. the pool was old and crumbling, one of the elevators was out of service the entire time I was there and there was roaches in my room, and in some of the other guest rooms of my friends.

    I called on my way there & was told I did not have reservations, sat on side of road to make calls to Expedia & Hampton to straighten out. Room was definitely not good. Wall AC was help up by wood which had mold and was rotted. Furniture very old and bathroom had mold.

    Great hotel and friendly staff! Close to I95, clean rooms, plenty of parking, and great amenities. The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition. Breakfast had a lot of options (sprinkles and chocolate chips, yes please!) and was replenished promptly by Alexis.     We used Hilton Honors and Hotels.com points to book this stay for a family gathering, not a vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Room 431 had mold around the A/C and bathroom, peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, a lumpy bed, and damp flooring. Breakfast was inedible due to baby roaches crawling near the food. The property felt neglected and not up to Hilton standards. The only positive was the helpful staff member, Terry. Location is convenient to I-95, but overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

    Everything was good with the hotel in itself. We have stayed at this hotel before. Only complaint is more with hotels.com. We booked a king bed and when we got to our room, we had a queen with handicap assessments. When I went to front desk, the manager informed me that 3rd party booking sites will automatically give you the next thing available when the others are sold out, even though the confirmation said we were getting a king bed. The manager made it right the next day and got us a king bed.

    Pool was wonderful. Warm pool great workout room great customer service and receptionist. My best compliment is to Lukas at the complimentary breakfast and Michael at the front desk. And a young lady I did not get her name but she worked the afternoon shift. She has long braids she was also amazing.

    1st room the a/c was apart room 87° fan on floor blowing. 2nd room the a/c would not blow with power and temperture stayed at 75° and smelled moldy So tired slept no sheet ,no blanket ,nothing. Elevator seems like a up and coming death trap. Property should be kept better. Shame because the staff was very accommodating. Also its ridiculous they take no cash for any drinks ,soda ,water ,chips you van purchase in lobby.

    This was my second time staying here and I had to go but cleaning supplies to clean the whole bathroom. There was hair in the bed and the room had a funny smell to it. The elevator had a chicken bone in the light fixture/ ceiling.

    The overall stay was good. The staff made the stay. They were kind, welcoming, respectful, responsive nothing to negative to say about them. My comment is for the actual Hampton inn company. I guess i got what i paid for because the hotel looks like it need major renovations (elevator, tiling, paint… you name it). I have never stayed at hampton inn but seeing that it was in the hilton group i was expecting a certain standard. But that’s my lesson. The staff make the hotel. They work hard to maintain it. But they are things they cnt do nothing about! The one cleaning staff kept cleaning to ensure it was spotless. Thank you to you guys! So again hampton inn do better.

    The room was uncleaned. The carpet in the room was smelly and sticky with some muddy agent. The bathroom was not kept well. One should be careful not to put your butt on the toilet bowl without some form of cover. The room hygiene was really poor. The cleaning crew must be retrained.

    Not a Hampton Inn I'm a fan of. Clean, but hotel is old, elevator button missing in elevator #1, whirlpool/jacuzzi cold and only one working jet, coffee lukewarm in morning, and luggage carts incredibly noisy. Felt sorry for folks on 1st floor. Staff great. Tv in room cantankerous. Decent location, tho, but not worth $200 /night!

    The staff were very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great hotel definitely good value. Unfortunately the 4th floor smelled of pot so badly in the hallway that I woke up choking at 2am one morning.

    Clean room, but too small. The hot tub does not work, please take note of that…and it was not fixed even after I brought it to the attention of the staff. I appreciate they accommodated my wife, who had an injury, but if you are coming for a property that has a hot tub, this is not one.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful!! We arrived much earlier than check in and the front desk staff was more than happy to hold our luggage and worked with the housekeeping staff to get us our room as early as possible. During our wait the pool and common area was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

    Front desk guy Micheal was very friendly and gave us great information on restaurants and activities near by, pool area was quite and nice beds in rooms probably need to be replaced they were worn and sunk in. Breakfast was normal as in most hotels. Rooms are extra small but all in all I would give that hotel a 7

    We were able to check in a couple hours early which was great! The staff and that process was easy! Several things in our room were dirty though so I was no pleased with that.

    Hot tub was not working, pool was dirty, breakfast limited space for dining, I called about a light not working and the people who came to fix it just one knock and immediately barged in! I could have been changing my clothes! That was so unprofessional!

    Stayed here for one night. The walls were paper thin. The room next to us was having a party at 2am. We called the front desk to complain and nothing was done. At 3:30 am heard a large argument next door and someone banging on our door. This went on for at least 30 minutes. Again called front desk and nothing was done. Finally went down to request another room. Got a room that had wet floors, smelt like vomit and AC did not work. Slept for a total of 2 hours. Absolute nightmare. We're not ones to complain but this was next level nonsense. We intend on contacting Hotels.com to receive a full refund as front desk said they could do nothing.

    Room was very tight. About 2 feet from bed to tv /fridge furniture. Looked like the room had flooding issues from floor above at the bathroom and was not repaired as nicely as it should have been. Patching on ceiling was clear and wallpaper was damaged. Just dried out, not replaced. I’m assuming it is almost time to re-do rooms and certain things around the hotel. Staff was wonderful.

    I'm not sure how, but I know that my son ended with food poisoning after breakfast there . And I say this, as a former GM of a restaurant, I know the symptoms. If the next question you ask is why am I just reporting this, I was a little preoccupied with my autistic son being so sick.

    Back entry door was broken, so you had to always walk around to the front to enter despite parking being in the rear. The breakfast at Hampton Inn isn't as good as I remember it used to be. Clean room and nice bed. Cramped bathroom

    The rooms were neat and clean and the pool was enjoyable and the breakfast ample. The immediate neighbourhood appears a bit sketchy for walking although we had no issues walking in daylight. Hotels & amenities West of I-95 seemed more inviting & safe. There was an issue with a smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night in the room and there was no one on site to fix. Was told to remove battery or disconnect alarm which was not that assuring.
