    First off the pictures was different on Expedia and when u go there omg smells like a mold hotel the bathroom smells like urine so we ask the girl at the front desk if there’s anyway we can get a credit bec we wanted to leave and go to another hotel she’s like no u can’t so then I ask for a manager she’s like there’s no manager on on duty like what like of hotel don’t have a manager every day and also EXPEDIA WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER WE LOT OUR NIGHT STAY BUT THATS OK I NO NOW WHAT TO BOOK ON EXPEDIA AND WHAT NOT TO BOOK …MATTER OF A FACT I WILL GIVE YOU EXPEDIA A BREAK AND BOOK WITH AND TRAVEL SITE!!

    This hotel is old and needs lots of upgrades, I didn't even want to stay outside at the pool. The grounds needs to be pressure wash. The staff were great, however the first night a woman across the hall from me screamed and slammed her door at 3am-almost until 5am. I left the following day because the next night she screamed almost every other hour start at 3am. Not sure if this hotel has a contract with an organization that helps substance abuse or families that lack houses but it so it should be mentioned. Because people that travel miles away don't want to be inconvenience they want to relax and rest pool side.

    This hotel was by far top 3 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets had either urine or blood stains on them, the dead bolt to the room did not work, when I tried to call the front desk the phone did not work, I was unable to go down to the front desk because there were unfavorable young people hanging right in of the elevators smoking marajauna. We had two cars with us we had to move my daughters car to the airport because she felt it was unsafe in the parking lot she drives a Camaro with lots of modifications on it we were in town for F1 racing, the parking lot was dark and again there were people hanging out in the parking lot and out front getting drunk and high. Because we checked in for three days and was stuck there the first night because there were no other hotels available all three of us slept in one bed due to the sheets being dirty and stained we work up with bites and itching all on our legs. Again one of the worst top 3 hotels we ever stayed at. I immediately called Expedia and I am awaiting to see the results and compensation I have documented and have pictures.

    Per the agent I spoke to the double bed room was booked and we had you go for a more expensive room with the kong size bed. But once check in we was given room 818 which had the double beds not the room we was forced to upgrade to. Pest problem shower

    Maintenance was horrible. I had to switch rooms not once not twice but three different times due to the cleanliness in the rooms they were filthy. First room all the white sheets had these gray gross stains on them second room had the same issue plus the second bed. The sheets were yellow, and the second room literally had actual shit on the door knob of the bathroom door and the third room was no better. The headboard was completely disgusting. If you know what I mean so I had to wait about 20 minutes for maintenance to come and clean my room. I will say that the staff was pretty attentive. After the second dirty room, the manager walked me upstairs to the third room and seen exactly what I was talking about when it came to the cleanliness so how does she resolve the problem? She had maintenance completely clean the third room and then she refunded me one of my nights. I stayed at that hotel for three nights and four days.

    Decent hotel for a short stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and the decor in the lobby is very nice. When it came to the room the bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room however, I felt kind of crammed in the shower. The balcony has a nice view but it’s a very small balcony and there’s no privacy with the other balcony’s next to you. Also, daily house keeping is on request for an additional charge. All in all, I would stay again but only for a short stay.

    There is no microwave in the room. There is a connecting door and you can hear everything in the other room; footsteps, tv, talking, door slams, everything. The overall stay is not bad if you need a quick place to stay. Apparently they are good for having events.

    It is not a 4 star. The room smelled strongly like bleach. Asked for an ice bucket the lid was rusted. The sheets may have been cleaned but were stained. The air conditioner was making very loud sounds. The floor was sticky.

    I’m not sure why nobody mentioned this in any review but THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE ANY LOCKS ON THE ROOMS. The deadbolt doesn’t even go into the wall. When i asked management, they stated all the rooms are like that, claimed to have someone walking around 24/7 but I never saw anyone doing that. I felt completely UNSAFE the entire trip. They lied about having a gym! It’s literally a room with two extremely old treadmills! Only 1 was working. I feel like this place this the epitome of human trafficking. It’s so big and spacious but empty like a ghost town. That spa they advertised, never opened, never saw anyone in there. This place just gave me a weird vibe and for the price i paid for two nights as well as deposit, i still felt safer sleeping in my rental car. I am actively trying to obtain a refund. Honestly it completely ruined my trip. Whoever listed this completely over exaggerated everything. The rooms don’t have a microwave, if you ask for one they only give if you’re there for more than 4 days, otherwise they have a microwave in the lobby. They do have a chill outside area and nice looking pool, 6ft deep. I wanted to take pics before i left but my phone was dead.

    Great property but needs rehab. Could be nice but not ready to be used. Under construction. Gym equipment all broken. Pool closed due to unsafe water. Golf course abandoned. Halls being spray painted while guests walk around. And no one tells you that when booking.

    Stay far away. No Golf, No Towels, remote didn't work, homeless people live there, lots of private parties downstairs, people sitting in the parking lot in their cars jamming their own music, weed smoke in the halls and on the balcony. Stay somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN

    There is a lot of history here. Seeing the archive displays and images of past guest and entertainers was great. The lobby is very aesthetically appealing. The staff was a nightmare, not organized at all. I got there early and check in was a mess. The woman claimed she had a wait list from the ppl that got there after me who all went before me. One was a male who rudely came in an hour after I asked to check in and was still accommodated, him not the staff had the decency to be courteous. It was rude and felt like it was intentional. I told the lady sorry didn’t know there was a list and did not get aggressive eventhough I was furious at the time just having a flight change because of the snow storms. I never wanted to be stuck there I just thought it was nice until it wasn’t. Then, what a coincidence somehow the management staff decided to occupy themselves in the next room beside me. After going on the balcony to relax somehow I’m then in violation of a rule and accused of smoking wrongfully. After seeing the signs plastered all over the elevator which is weird I marked at my bf to smoke in the car before he same in. This was some wild crazy stay. I will never be back. They just did all this out of spite and unprofessionalism. Deposit is $50 which they kept them proceeded to try and charge me $200 14 times before attempting to charge $20,000. Luckily I neverrrr use my credit cards or main banking cards for these little janky hotels still my bank also found this odd and as if someone was attempting theft. I have taken action personally with my counsel, bank, and booking agreed as well this was preposterous. I do not recommend. Feels like a nice jail with an off limits balcony.

    This was a last minute booking. I booked this place because my husband loves golf (even though we were not planning to golf and only was staying one evening) the photos looked like someone slapped a mid-century modern filter on a crime scene and called it boutique. FALSE ADVERTISING LEVEL: FELONY. There is no golf. The course is either dead, buried, or on strike. Probably unionized with the roaches. Checked in. Room smelled like despair and what i would expect a prison cell to smell like. Toilet seat? Broken like someone tried to murder it with their bare ass. TV? Possessed or simply deceased—wouldn’t turn on, just stared back at us like “bro I’ve seen things.” Countertop had what I can only describe as a crime-scene Rorschach test in dried crimson. Was it blood? Ketchup from the last guest who rage-quit? I don’t know. I don’t want to know. I just know I’ve never moved faster in my life to escape. The only staff member there was the girl at the front desk. I honestly felt terrible for her. She was juggling calls, handling a Jamaican Soccer Team while remaining optimistic. She either deserves a raise or a medal for working in those working conditions. This is no reflection of Hotels.com. Elevator. Oh swee

    This hotel was a decent last minute resolution but never again. Stayed for NYE because I worked not too far from there and the price worked for me. But besides hearing fireworks, there were a lot of gunshots in that area. The walls are thin so you hear everything in the hallways and other rooms. Didn’t realize how low the quality of service or people were going to be. I don’t understand why they have that thing in the room that isn’t even a couch. We didn’t realize it til the next morning when we were leaving but the white sheet underneath the top one had a bloody looking stain on it. The shower door kept sliding open while I showered. Only one elevator out of the 3 they have was working. The hotel decor looks nice but there’s nothing to back it up, not even music that fits the theme. It just wasn’t the best experience. If you can stay somewhere else, do it.

    The person who received me on january 1st on the front desk was rude, she didnt had manners and lacks of giving a guest a good service. Also, i got there 2 hours after the check in hour and 2 of the 3 rooms weren’t ready because the last guest supposedly payed for extra hours, but they staff didnt care to let me know in advance or even apologize, they treat me as they were making me a favor in giving me the rooms. Also only one elevator worked out of the three. And guest next to my room were loud, they throw the doors everytime no matter the hour! So dissappointed!

Also, i got there 2 hours after the check in hour and 2 of the 3 rooms weren’t ready because the last guest supposedly payed for extra hours, but they staff didnt care to let me know in advance or even apologize, they treat me as they were making me a favor in giving me the rooms. Also only one elevator worked out of the three. And guest next to my room were loud, they throw the doors everytime no matter the hour! So dissappointed!

    The first purpose of a hotel room is to have a place to sleep. If that’s what you need, don’t stay here. It’s so loud: from the hallways to the sliding, glass balcony doors, you will hear every word spoken and every footstep taken.

    The experience at this hotel is not good and I’m surprised Expedia partners with such a terrible hotel. Nothing at this hotel works. Also, people staying there since August told us the hotel rents out to people to live there so it’s not just a hotel. There’s no spa, no restaurants, I am not sure what I was charged a resort fee for if what resort do they offer ? The phones in rooms don’t work. My floors were sticky and dirty. They clean the rooms with a dirty mop. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Employees don’t seem happy there. They explained the owner refuses to invest in anything . They are always short on supplies and staff.

    During my 3-night stay, I only received room service once. I had to ask multiple times just to get towels. The TV never worked the entire stay, and the bathroom sink made loud, constant noises. There’s no microwave in the room and only ONE mirror. When I asked for spoons and forks, they couldn’t even provide basic eating utensils. The elevators were a complete nightmare. I requested a top-floor room and quickly regretted it because only one elevator was working, and the wait time was ridiculous. The mini mart never had anything stocked. They only have sunscreen and medicine. No sodas, chips nothing. The pool wasn’t open. The water pressure in the room SUCKED. Parking was horrible. Super far from the entrance. All the amenities closed at 7. We only used the resort to sleep and shower at this point. The bed was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. One guest found a roach in her bed. Another guest had someone else checked into her room by mistake. Yet another guest tried to check in with a confirmed reservation and was told there were no rooms available because they were fully booked. Staff seemed extremely unorganized. Honestly, the only good thing about this place was the view from our balcony. Staying at a local motel would’ve been a better experience!!!!!!

    This hotel brings you back in time with their retro vibe and it's done really well. The entry and loby is a nod to the many famous patrons of the past. The rooms are very clean and spacious and contine the retro theme with the deco.The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again!

    They literally have nothing there, it was most likely the place to be in the 60s &70s, the golf course is abandoned, no restaurant , no bar / lounge, i mean the spaces are there but no activity abandoned, I walked in on a Saturday to a celebration of life event in there event space, what this place really is is a flop house, for everybody that can’t afford someplace to live in the ghetto unbelievably enough. I had gone there with my girlfriend, and I was told no less than three times that I was making too much noise on vacation. I only stayed there because it was a couple minutes away from her residence so I’d be close to her. I was told I need to be quiet because the woman’s kids needed to go to school the next day so families are living in these hotel rooms. The elevators don’t work. It also may very well be haunted very strange things happen there. I literally had to get in the car to drive down the street to get a cup of coffee. so if you’re into rural living with the Homies, this is just a place for you on a Saturday night. You can go down to the front desk and hang out with beer and hoop it up whatever a awful place.

    Floors were disgusting everywhere. Everything was broken in the fitness center. Two different types of hair in my bed. Coffee pot broken. Not much interaction with the staff but they seemed ok. Building/facility was absolutely NOT what I expected. Completely run down.

    Tive muito problema com os trabalhadores em especial na recepção todos e gerente geral e a gerente da noite. Infelizmente por falta de comunicação foi horrível sair cheia de traumas e fui tratada como um lixo o tempo todo fui manda a saia do quarto.     The room was a fairly good size, it was clean but a bit rundown. The bed was comfortable There are resort fees which this place should not get to charge the resort must have been from 49 years ago. This is no resort if that is what you expect. It is clean and cheap.

    First off , checking in I was sceptical since the Lobby was full of a lot of loud people . I checked in anyways and when I got to my room I noticed my TV was missing from the wall but the remote was still on the dresser. There was a Simon says (seriously) on my nightstand for entertainment… as I was trying to relax in my room with no tv , a family of 5 opened my door because they had the same key and room number ?? They said I was in their room but I showed them my keycard & we realized we had been given the same room. I was there first so they went away, I had plans that evening and at that time decided I didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in my room . I took my stuff downstairs & tried to find something that would make this hotel doable, unfortunately I found more trains to leave . Very run down and it’s in a bad area I ended up checking out after 2hrs and got a new room elsewhere where I was happy .

    The mattresses were very hard. They need to look into changing them out. Also maybe look into looking into putting carpet in the rooms, as it was noisy.. We could hear everything going on in floors below and above us. The hallways were super noisy. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

Las Olas blvd is like 14 mns and 45 from Miami(not at pick times) The pool and the backyard area was clean and it was inviting. Bring your toiletries as the hotel provides the minimum and its not of good quality.

    The hotel charges 14.99 a night resort fee for amenities you can not use. The pool was full of debris. The retro theme on the property is great. This hotel is noisy. The tiki bar on the main floor blasts music you can hear late into the night, even on the 6th floor. Our deadbolt would not work on the door because it wasn't lined up. I am pretty sure people are living here full time. Walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors clearly. The front desk people are indifferent and unwelcoming.

    This hotel is a complete catfish. The photos of the property are nothing like what it looks like in person. The room was clean yes, but the area was not safe feeling or looking, beat down cars in the parking lot, loud music people smoking certain things, the pool area was run down and not classy, the hallways are not classy, I was expecting more from the photos and I travel for work a lot. I was disappointed so I checked out 10 minutes later, as a single woman I would def not stay here.

    this "resort" is not much of a resort. The room did not have a clean feeling, lacked comfort / cozy feeling. Meager supplies. Felt more like a hospital room. Large size room but empty. Lots of noise at midnight from families / children running down the hallway. Could not sleep. Good part was it was close to where we had to be and we only had booked for one night.

    This hotel is the bare minimum. The elevator is very slow. The hotel is very noisy as you can hear people down the hall shutting their doors. This was rated as 9.2 and exceptional. Do not believe that at all. Thankfully it was just 1 night and I’d never go back here again.

    The resort was very different than advertised. The hotel was much less fancy than the pictures and descriptions. There were a number of things that did not work in the room, including the light fixtures, mini-fridge, record player, tv remote, and an entire outlet was unusable. Some surfaces were dusty and the walls in the bathroom were damaged. Some of the buttons to call elevators were broken and some of the wall tiles around the hotel were missing or broken. The rooms had no carpet which made them very echoey and loud, and you could hear footsteps and clanging from upstairs. On the upside, there was 24/7 front desk staff and daily housekeeping, the hotel is located in a popular area, and everything was relatively clean. All around an average stay, but generally very underwhelming.

    The all outlook of hotel is not look good. Service was poor. I left a credit at the desk every day they charged my credit card for no reason.     I wish I could give a negative rating. I booked this property based on the reviews, but my experience was completely the opposite. They never provided cleaning service for 5 days. I complained every day, and the property management said they would clean after 3 days, but no action was taken. The towels and blankets were not clean either. I had to request towels multiple times and finally received 2 towels after several requests. The same issue occurred with bathroom tissue. Additionally, people made noise until 4 AM, making it impossible for others to have a peaceful sleep. Overall, I wasted my vacation at this negative property.

    Each bed had 3 small pillows. Definitely would have preferred 2 normal size pillows. Hallways are not carpeted. With nothing to absorb sound, you'll hear anyone doing anything in the hall anywhere on your floor. My room has a door to ajoin to the room next door, with a 1" gap at the bottom so you can hear everything going on in the next room. Tv was a roku tv, and every channel i attempted to watch would stutter and buffer. Their was an Amazon Echo dot up and running on the room, for what purpose, I have no idea, but I noticed only the next day. It did respond to an Alexa command so it was on and listening the entire time. We were woken up multiple times from loud noises on our floor in the hallway. I would not stay here again.

    We picked this “resort” because of their entertainment options — free bike rentals, pool, basketball court and a pool table. In fact they tacked a daily 14.99 resort fee because of the amenities. There was also a parking fee The bikes were all broken and the pool was shut down by the state due to licensing issues. We spent a lot of time playing basketball and using the pool table. Not what we were hoping for. They also charged $45 for early check-in - something I have never experienced. So, there were extra fees we didn’t expect. We could have stayed at a bigger hotel on the ocean for the same total price. The staff was very nice and the place was clean and within walking distance of strip malls. Island Sips, one of their two on-site restaurants, provided tasty and healthy options at an affordable price.

    The room was nice, but we reserved the room for 3 people but there was only two of everything, towels, slippers, etc. We were out on the balcony in the late evening enjoying the cool night air when our neighbors (one room and two rooms down) decided to smoke weed, cigarettes, and a pipe. The Oder became so bad that we had to retreat to our room. The staff at the desk told us there was no smoking in the hotel, and there was a notice in the elevator that banned smoking on the balconies. Very disappointed. I wish their rule were enforced. But I understand that there are those that will always try to break the rules for their benefit.

    Do not stay here unless you’re a youngling looking to party. Nothing about this place is comfortable, pleasant or peaceful. Bedding and sheets were dingy and stained. The room smelled like old/musty cigarettes. They hold events at this facility with no real end time meaning they will continue until 3am. This hotel does not enforce quiet hours. They make it evident they could give two craps about guests and their experiences hence other reviews mentioning the same issues. Permanent residents live on the property. Doors don’t lock. I wouldn’t step foot back here. Look elsewhere, anywhere.

    Stayed here few years ago. It’s a hotel that looks like they are trying to revive but not that successful. Has a dark Erie feeling to it. Pics looks better online then in person. Sheets were stained/dirty along with towels. Changed rooms but tv didn’t work. I was told it needed reset bc of previous occupants info on tv. They did reset but previous occupants info was still logged in and saved. Sheets in 2nd room were stained as well. Just Erie feeling to this property.
