Everything was clean

As soon as you enter the premises, the parking lot is extremely dark and the little light found, comes from the sign of the business next door (Waffle House) which help to give a little brightness to one small section of the parking lot. This property extremely runned down, the poor cleaniness condition of the room, and comun areas, the towels in the rooms had holes and are super thin from all the chemicals to keep them white (almost feels like paper), the smell in that property is disgusting, like old wet carpet. Not to mention that the milk (almond milk) that was in a silver jug in the cooler, has not been cleaned for a while. The almond milk that was there had lumps and smell funny (like roten). I requested the staff the staff to get milk from the back and to check the expiration date from the carton. She got me fresh milk and I told her to wash the jug as the milk in the was totally roten. I've been booking all my stays thru EXPEDIA for many years and I never stayed in such a disgusting place as this property, which should not be consider a hotel but a MOTEL.

Everything was good in our staying

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and professional. My favorite was Mary, she was very helpful registering us, because we arrived early. There was a few restaurants in the area. We found a nice Caribbean restaurant nearby and the food was good. The hotel was a little dated, but it was comfortable.

Hotel was super clean and the staffs were kind. However, some amenities are old and broken. But the wifi connection was terrible. I couldn’t even complete my work on my computer.

Broken tiles, rust on everything, stains on carpet, bathroom door didn’t close. Strange smell in hallways, fridge in incorrect location, as soon as you enter, the sink is there? Sink not in bathroom. It’s just very worn

1star hotel… Very basic accommodations, clientele went from basic to shady..hotel not well identifiable from the main road ( we missed the entrance twice), ample parking lot but very dirty , smell of marijuana on my floor (2nd floor).. breakfast was basic , eggs and sausage were cold , frozen bagel to be toasted tasted like cardboard, coffee blahhhh.. hotel is next to a railroad and the train goes by from early morning to past midnight , our room was on that side , so sound from the passing train was super loud unless you have the ac on high.. we had a mobility accessible room, bathroom was large but they only gave us 2 large and 2 small towels..plus water from the shower head sprayed all over the floor while you’re taking a shower which causes a mini flood on the bathroom floor… bed was comfortable but pillows not so much … hotel is about 15 mns from FLL International Airport.. will I stay there again?.. nope, unless in case of an emergency, as it was in this case .. I should have paid attention to the “Inn” at the end of the “Best Western”.. it truly was closer to a shelter-like setting than a hotel .. very disappointed but it served the purpose of a 2-night stay .. what you see in the pictures online is not what you will see when you show up to check in .. beware .

Room was gross my mom got a rash from layin on your dirty beds, Curtains were falling Coffee maker was broken Tv didn’t work I even called front desk to have another room and he told me he couldn’t help me that oh well some rooms don’t have tv.

The breakfast was very good, except one morning the orange juice was not thoroughly mixed. The bathroom sink in room 212 is cracked and probably should be replaced. The closet door should be fixed as it doesn't close completely. The elevator broke down the morning we were leaving so we had to carry our bags down the stairs. We packed lightly so it wasn't too bad. We didn't have to call for assistance. The room was nice and clean, the AC was great, lighting was good and the tv was fine. The 6 cats in the parking lot were a joy. The parking lot wasn't crowded and seemed safe, and some shade was available.

The room was confortable and clean. The breakfast needs to be better. We have stayed at other Best Westerns and breakfast is much better.

The facilities need to be cleaned up and have some much needed maintenance.done. Rusty bed platforms and tubs. Holes in the walls repaired properly and painted. The hotel just needs some TLC.

BREAKFAST WAS FRESH AND GOOD, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN THE THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. CSTOMER SERVICE WAS A PLUS. SHE TRIED TO ACCOMIDATE ANY WAY THAT SHE COULD. I WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK TO STAY AGAIN.

Only bad experience, maid service removed my two unopened green and sweet tea drinks that I was saving for my second of three nights. Recommend giving the staff a roster of new customers vs departing guesting so they do not take this mistake with other new guests. When it rains, a huge and deep puddle is unable to drain on left side of hotel. If you love Waffle House, the hotel has one within walking distance of the front door. An added bonus. In addition, there are several restaurants, BJs, and other entertainment venues near by especially if you have a car.

The Wi-Fi was good. There was a stain in the bathtub.

Front desk gal when we checked in was rude and our room wasn’t ready but the room was a disaster. Everything was cobbed together and parts weren’t even finished

It wasn’t very clean and we had no idea there would be a train that woke us up due to the noise throughout the night. For $300+ it was too expensive for what it was worth. There were also few places to walk to in order to eat out. Streets were busy. Disappointed to say the least. Would not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom needs some attention. The bath in particular needs maintenance- the bath plug needs looking at and the bath vent below the faucet is missing which could allow water to leak under the bath and cause damage including mould.

Hole in the wall of the bathroom not done professionally to handle water pipes to toilet. Stain on bathtub walls. Air conditioner is on its last legs. Warm air blowing instead of cool air.

This place is an absolute garbage pail! It’s dirty and appears to be a homeless shelter. I was shocked. It should be illegal to advertise a hotel that is essentially a government funded shelter!

The absolute worst hotel experience. I don't advise anyone to even consider this hotel. The rooms are dirty, neglected and something as basic as internet doesn't work properly. Ignore the paid reviews which are saying this hotel is good. Never again

The outlets did not work. We called and they came and put an extension outlet but did not fix the other outlet we needed for the c-pap machine. It was old and paint was peeling off. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The area doesn't seem the greatest. While standing outside a guest approached me. He stated he was normally homeless, but staying with a friend in the hotel. He then proceeded to ask me for money. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and updated. But, it was a reasonable hotel for the money, and for staying one night quickly

The problems with this hotel are all facility problems. The water coming out of the faucets is yellow. The food is edible. The hotel needs a full gut job. The staff are great. They work very hard trying to take care of all the problems people are having. Now the beds are comfortable. That was the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are clean as well.

Most of the staff was nice and helpful. The people who checked us in and out were helpful. I asked the front desk person who checked us in about a hair dryer she went to the store room and nothing. This Hotel is very old and in Poor condition. I only needed one night stay, but the Room was Dirty, Coffee Pot was Moldy, Shower had no Pressure, and the Toilet did not flush. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Reception generally good and friendly. But some staff was very much a 2-star level. Pool sun loungers are probably 20 years old and very stained. Pool itself is decent. Good if you are saving money. Will prefer not to book at this location next time.

Called front desk for bug spray, she said they had none. so I asked if someone could come up with broom & knock the bug down & kill it She said no because she couldn't leave the desk, However, when I came right down for broom she was outside smoking.Dirty towels ugh... The hotel is outdated and needs work. The elevator stopped working! We were on the 4th floor and my husband had to take 5 trips up and down the stairs☹️ The bed was nice and firm with no dips😁 Not the best area but you can get to many places quickly from the location. Front staff helpful.

Wow. The amount of things I could say that were wrong with this hotel. Cockroaches, screaming/fighting customers, dirty floors, dirty linen, gross all around. Don’t walk barefoot or in socks on the carpet unless you want them to be stained black. Also don’t let free breakfast fool you. The only thing I felt safe eating was the bananas and they only had them on our last day staying there. We had to stay here bc NYE everything was booked but honestly I wish I would have slept in my car if I wasn’t worried about being robbed in their parking lot. Just don’t stay here. You will regret it. Also elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor so that was fun. The elevator also had an outdated inspection. The smell of this place should be your first sign. Might be growing Marijuana there too or the customer base.

First room given, tv was not working and didn’t have a phone in it, next room didn’t have a coffee maker, an Iron board, no fridge and the curtains were broken, not being able to close them.

The parking area, lobby and room was very clean, breakfast in the morning, the staff is very nice. They are renovating so I was in an upgraded room! The staff there are very nice. I called before booking because im severly allergic to mold and Vali ensured me there was no mold and Claudette helped me out by making sure my room was mold free as well. Thank you so much

The staff was excellent. Gave me good recommendations for dinner to be delivered. The breakfast options i enjoyed. Does more than just coffee and a bagel. The location is the reason why I gave an ok rating. Thankfully it just a tri rail train going by and not a freight train. The mattress in the room needs to be replaced. The life of the mattress is beyond up. Like sleeping on springs

The bathtub drain was clogged. Took them two days to clear. Bathroom renovations looked cheap. Tiles had no grout around some areas in the shower. The paint job also looked rushed and cheap. But I like the hotel and often stay there. Whoever is over seeing the renovations need to do a better job. The staff are usually pleasant. Other than that my stay was fine.

We typically stay at this location when visiting family. This was the first unpleasant experience, however, we did not mention it to the staff. The staff was very friendly as usual. The room, suite 302, was not it though. Moldy shower curtains, the two regular beds make so much noise with the slightest movement it was almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was not strong and hot water was lacking. One of the restrooms did have a musky odor.

Walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor(elevator broken) was dirty, peeling paint and dark! No hot water…only slightly warm! Very, very disappointing for a Best Western! The place needs a lot of help! The reception people ere great!

OK, place to stay if you’re wanting to be close to the stadium or airport. Nothing special and the breakfast is not appealing.

Close to Chase stadium. Great value for a quick night to catch the Inter Miami C game

The room was not clean, the gym equipment was broken and no air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly. There was gross sluggy water in the keurig. I would NEVER stay here again.

The entire property is under remodel. There are boxes eveywhere, in the lobby, outside and in all the hallways. I reserved a king room and got 2 doubles. The room was so hot and turning down the air took hours. Its was a mess all the way around. Thank goodness i only needed it for 1 night.

This property is trying to get updated but during the process, the contractors are doing quick work. No pride in their work. Fast, fast, fast within no attention to detail. Numerous things aren’t touched. Switched don’t have covers, shower curtains are ripped etc. The front desk and maintenance workers try their best but contractors need to be properly supervised to complete the job 100% not 70%.

Everything there was up to par, my only fault was there was no hot water, i had just got off work doing a ground ruff in plumbing. I was sandy, dirty, muddy, and sweaty, and i could not take a shower.

Not a great stay for many reasons. The bedding was completely ripped and this wasn't discovered until late at night (the housekeepers should've spotted this before it was made), the curtains hanging off the rails, the toilet wouldn't flush and most of the gym equipment didn't work. No safe and wasn't told about breakfast. Only good thing was the location for Chase stadium.

Our room wasn’t ready upon check in. While we waited cops showed up for a screaming/drunk woman who refused to leave. We had our child with us and he was very disturbed. Once our room was ready we unlocked it only to find it was occupied and people were undressed. We walked right out and left the property.

The towels came with hairs tangled in it. The staff came knocking on the door 10 mins before checkout time to remind us it’s time to leave. Not nice at all.

Can not stay in a place with roaches

Before I share my review it should be noted that they understand renevation so some things can be overlooked. The internet was very weak at best. Surprised to see only one elevator. Exposed wire harness to ac in wall behind floor board. Toilet needed to be fixed. Red spots on sheets. Now the plus. Excellent staff ready to take care of our needs. Supper cold AC great for the wife.

The Worst Hotel, its a GHETTO DUMP, its like a cheap motel from 80's movies.

Needed a hotel nearby work related, reasonable cost. Clean and nice, entrance was hidden as semi parked in front of sign and the entrance to hotel. Busy area. Check in fine, hotel lobby and staff nice. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok, coffee was outstanding.

Quick service, nice people, comfy pillows, average to freezing cold ac, pool needs to be cleaned everyday, the cobble stone area by the shower should be redone because there are a few raised pieces that could realllllllllly hurt people at the pool if tripped on or over.... Comfy beds wonderful breakfast, great amenities....washing machine /dryer did great...kids loved all the vending machines..front desk staff is amazing!!!! No matter whom was on duty.... I went three different times on different nights and I got a new person every time and each person was so pleasant .. give them a raise even if it's a dollar ...good help is so hard to find... We ask for room service even though we weren't on the board and they were so delighted to help and give extra towels for our room and for by the pool

I loved my stay

What didn't like was the hot water would only stay hot. If you turned the knob to the clod side it would shut off. The chair at the desk is missing a wheel i almost fell. And the cleaning people did not put new towls the next day.

Not a nice place to stay

I stayed there a couple nights ago for an overnight stay and the experience was terrible. Once I got there I had to wait 40 minutes to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk, my family of 4 had to share 1 towel because none of the towels were washed for the whole hotel, the “free WiFi” was not working, and the restroom was not cleaned.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The property needs to be updated, does not smell good, the couches in the waiting area are really dirty, the room has dirty curtain, AC making too much noise, train making noise. I can NEVER stay at this property again.

Staff at front desk was friendly. We were in the area visiting family for the evening. AC in room barely kept room cool enough to be comfortable. Bed was lumpy. Hallway was dim. Signs everywhere state they are remodeling. Sketchy characters in parking lot and around hotel.

Even though upon check in we were notified of fines for smoking any type of substance, there was a strong odor in elevator and hallways

Pool was nice but could’ve been cleaner, closet door wouldn’t shut, hallway smelled like marijuana, pool towels were so tiny, breakfast was good, coffee was good, people were friendly…

On site laundry was a bit steep. The breakfast staff was always on point refilling the hot food.Kathy and Joe at front desk were vsry helpful and polite. Garcia from houskeeping kept the room clean and smelling fresh. Thanks Best Western staff made me feel welcome.

The room smells even with designated nonsmoking ; the bed squeaks with noise. The hotel is right next to highway with big road noise, couldn’t sleep well. No coffee maker in the room even there’s coffee pod on the table

This hotel was clean, the room was available when we arrived late and the staff was friendly enough Best of all they had a very decent breakfast layout in the morning which was a welcome surprise!

Priced to high for convenience of anything to do or even eat. Breakfast bar almost non existing. Not a Best Western I wiĺ ever use again.

The rooms were clean and the air freshner in the lobby and hallways were a very nice touch.

The property was really dirty with a very particular smell in the rooms, bathroom and sink were clogged. One of the drawers was open all the time, the furniture has damaged I will never stay there again. Supper disappointed.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. Management very nice. Very old hotel and is undergoing renovation. It served our purpose due to proximity to I-95, but not likely to return. Issues with toilet, water temperature and pressure in shower.

Lobby smelled musty. Clerk was great. Hallway smelled of fresh paint. All doors had wet paint signs. Room smelled musty. Breakfast in morning had no butter or cream cheese for bagels or toast. No hard boiled eggs. Prepared eggs had peppers and whatever else in them..not ever eats that.

The property smells horrible and I coughed the whole time whilst staying in the room as the ac was dusty and smells awful. The room felt stuffy and they were no windows to open to let some fresh air in. Horrible experience

We booked for 2 queen beds and turned out they were only double. Too late to cancel as we had to pay prior to seeing the rooms. Want a refund. Breakfast was picked over and gross, also. Staff at least were friendly.

Firmest bed I’ve ever slept on— honestly a bit hard to fall asleep. Front desk staff was super relaxed and friendly which is just what I needed after arriving at 1am, after a 4 hour drive. Room has seen better days, location must be much older than first thought. Had that ‘old beach hotel’ feeling.

This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. In three of the seven nights I stayed there, housekeeping did not clean my room until I complained and/or brought it to the attention of the front desk. The hallway carpeting leading to my room was severely worn and dingy. The upholstered chair in my room was similarly worn beyond what it should be. Even the tv remote felt almost sticky to the touch.This facility is in need of major upgrades to its physical appearance, carpeting and room furniture. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will never stay there again.

Terrible smell everywhere

Room was in ok condition. Drawer wouldn't close on dresser. Work is being done on the building. Door directly off elevator on. 3rd floor looked really bad. First impression miss.

Dirty, noisy, run down

The room had a very musty smell as soon as we walked in, tried to get a different room but they said there were non available, the bedding was clean but it’s a very old and run down hotel which surprised us because of it being a Best Western they usually are very nice to stay in.

We were placed in a room right next to the train tracks. Trains ran all night long. The room was average and had no countertop in the bathroom, and no place to put our toiletries. Breakfast was included but had limited seating and limited choices for breakfast. Did not get much rest and only had some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Will not stay here again. Need updated
