The best hotel ever! It smelled amazing, great amenities and everyone was so kind and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Beach House Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My hotel was amazing and I am so happy I chose this hotel! I would 10000% stay again!

The only bad thing I can say about our stay is that the area rug in our suite was not clean. The people before us must have had a dog, because there was shedded hair all throughout the rug. This created dust bunnies and also stuck to my bare feet. See photo.

3 people my sister and nephew oceanfront room. Problem was next door was being painted and we smelled the paint in our room. There was no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch bed. We had to call for them. Remote in living room was not working. They replaced it. And the railing for the pool to hold on to was broken and loose. We told staff and they tried to fix it. I heard they got a new ownership. 2 years ago it was great. Had a good time no complaints.

I love the room, the hot tub the pool that it was right by the ocean. We had a wonderful view.

Everything was great. We only had an issue of the water leakage from the shower which created a puddle onto the bathroom floor. Also, I don't understand why the fire alarms are always blinking while you're trying to sleep. Do they not change the batteries??? Other than that, the property was clean and the customer service was top tier.

There was no business center or charger cords for cell phones.

The hotel is nice and well maintained. Front desk staff was friendly. Great location Really liked the s3 restaurant ans the rooftop bar was fun. The restaurant at the pool was terrible. Had breakfast for 2 people was over $100! Admit we each had a mimosa but $25 for a plate of eggs was insane. The worst part that ruined the entire experience was the bar service at the pool and the beach. It was impossible to get waited on. Ignored us like we weren't even there. If we did place an order it took more than 15 minutes to receive the order. At the beach no one came to see if we needed anything. We were there for over an hour. Our visit was for a weekend. It was Mon and I received a text from the hotel asking how my stat was going! Wtf

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Beach House and I would definitely stay again. The location is great and staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

The bell services and house keeping were not helpful at all. We asked a few questions to bell services and the gentleman gave us passive aggressive answers. After a long first night swimming and walking we came back to no bedding for the couch sleeper and had to request that ourselves. First morning, no housekeeping. Again, we had to request for towels. We frequently used the beach and dragged sand unintentionally into our suite. No housekeeping because the sand remained. We had to hand our trash over multiple times and request for toilet paper as well. Our kitchen had nothing not even a fork available. No coffee maker, just espresso. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign up either so we were taken back by the lack of housekeeping. The beach and pool staff were wonderful! The pool/beach gentleman we saw all week were the friendliest and most sincere workers there. The decor and atmosphere were beautiful and clean. The hotel smell was amazing. Location was perfect. Just not sure I’ll be back.

I want to live in this place. Good food all over. The rooms are like condos (jr suite was great). Wonderful views of the water and across the streeet from the beach with reserved seating. Everything was great.

Great location with an ocean view room for a family

The location is perefect for a resort getaway, loved pool area, good food options and walking distance to other food options.

We booked an ocean view 2-bedroom suite for $1,400 and you could catch a glimpse from one window. Absolutely not worth the money. You need to cross a busy street to get to the beach, which was filthy.

For a busy hotel the staff needs to up their game. Beach staff making customers wait while they stare at their phones is rude. The pool lets outside visitors in and does not prioritize guests but charges quite a “resort fee”. Housekeeping has a good staff and then a staff that does nothing. We had to call three times to get our garbage removed, bed made, and new towels. If you want to be in the “accommodating hotel” game you have to prioritize the guests at the hotel.

On several occasions I was in the lobby to get coffee at 6am , I was greeted by Diana who was very warm and friendly. Unfortunately the last night we were there before checking out we had a very strong smell of gas in our room , we immediately went to the front desk and the night manager changed our room without question. I was later contacted by a guest manager stating that it was caused by cleaning in the restaurant on the 6th floor when our room was on the 8th floor. Working for a utility company over 30 years I am aware of what gas smells like. This was an inconvenience changing rooms but it would not deter me from visiting again. As soon as you arrive you are greeted like royalty and the entire hotel is luxurious.

2nd time here and still loved everything about this resort

The staff is great. They work hard and have a great attitude. They need to do more to make the elevators work better and they were a little inconsistent with cleaning up the room on a regular schedule. We have stayed here 10 times over the last 3 years and we will be back.

Such a great beach hotel! Our room was beautiful and clean. Part of the amenities are beach service 2 chairs, 1 umbrella and towels. You do have to get there right when they open up at 9 if you want an umbrella, they run out quickly. Heather was amazing at check in, she was so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would do differently is that I would choose the package that includes breakfast.

The staff at the Beach House were super amicable and helpful. The amenities were superb as well (they provide beach bench and umbrella, but you have to be out there early). The pool area is also nice, it just gets very busy, so you should be patient when you order drinks or food. The only thing that bothered me was the valet. Besides having to pay $61.50+ tax every day, they took over 30 minutes to bring out the car even if you call ahead of time. Besides the valet parking, the hotel was in perfect location if you’re looking to be in-front of the beach! P.S. I highly recommend Erika at the Spa if you’re looking for a relaxed massage!!

The property was absolutely gorgeous!

The reception staff and concierge were incredibly helpful and friendly, welcoming us back whenever we returned to the hotel which was also a nice experience. Then pool and pool area was a good size and a beautiful view over the sea, but in the 6 days we were there on 2 occasions we could not get a sun bed which was unexpected. The room was a good size and the view of the ocean was stunning. The elevator situation is CRAZY - only 2 elevators worked, with 1 out of service and 1 reserved for the rooftop bar guests. Every day we would be waiting at least 5 minutes, most of the time it was more, for a free elevator with any room. One of the days we spent over 30 minutes waiting for lifts up-and-down to our room on the 23rd floor and nearly missed our restaurant reservation. We had a baby with us so this was our only option to get to-and-from our room and the situation was genuinely unacceptable. The cleaners did a good job, but most days the room would be cleaned around 4pm which is when we would be returning to the hotel to get ourselves ready for our evening out.

We were told after waiting for hours in the lobby with our luggage that a food and drink voucher of $300 would be applied. The operations manager (Heather) was immature and rude to us after sitting in the lobby for hours telling us to go to our room and calm down. We stayed here a couple years ago under a different name, this hotel has gone down hill unfortunately and we will not be back. Remember that voucher? They never applied it and charged me for all the food and drinks, I had to call back and explain everything again even though they told me everything looks fine with payment. Don’t come here, we will not be back again. You will pay for luxury hotel and won’t get that experience. Hot tubs didn’t work one time in our week stay.

We ask to bring a some stuff that we need for our suite, we have to call 4 times. They come 5 hours later. We have to go to a convenient store to buy thing, that the hotel has supposed to provide us. When they came, the order was incomplete. The place was over crowded, we have to wait for the elevator for 10 or 15 minutes.

There is a 30 minute policy around the pool. If you leave your sun lounger for longer than 30 mins they would take away your items and towels. Whilst I understand this policy, it doesn’t even give you time to get lunch. Which means you have to pay for the very expensive food onsite.

The only thing I didn’t appreciate was all the children in the pool with very minimal parental supervision on Saturday. The pool should have a kid area roped off and an area just for adults who don’t want to get hit with footballs or splashed. The rooms, staff and outdoor areas were great.

Everything was superb. We particularly enjoyed that we could have complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach. Also the onsite coffee shop. Everything was excellent. There was nothing to dislike.

This was our 3rd stay here and after staying at others places in Fort Lauderdale, this will be our go to every time! Love it!

At check-in, we were told Pilates was offered daily at 9:30 AM. I even called the front desk the morning of to confirm and was told it was happening on the 6th floor, only to arrive and find out there was no class. The Pilates instructor informed us classes are only offered Friday–Sunday, not daily or weather permitting as we were later told by management. It became frustrating constantly receiving conflicting information depending on who we spoke with. There were several other disappointments during our stay: * The rooftop bar/music directly above our room created constant noise and banging late into the night. * Elevator wait times were extremely difficult, especially being on the 25th floor. * No ice machine on our floor. * The spa attempted to charge us more than the price we originally booked due to “dynamic pricing,” which was never disclosed until after our massage, completely ruining the relaxing experience. * We were also incorrectly charged at the bar and had an additional $423 in addition to the $750 security deposit hold placed on our account that we were never informed of during check in.  To their credit, the staff members themselves were generally kind and polite, the beds were very comfortable, and management did eventually remove two nights of resort fees and correct the extra account hold. The facility is extremely well kept, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurants on site offer great and diverse food options, the free bicycle rentals was a nice touch.

Not all staff were knowledgeable about the area regarding getting rides to other places. Had some confusing information. Hotel is going through some renovations and some hallways (not main lobby) have some construction going on. Makes the place seem not as clean. Room was clean, bathroom, specifically the shower, is old. Needs tiles replaced. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very attentive as was a Customer service person on text. Would stay there again.

The hotel was just ok. The location and the pool area were nice. The hallways of the hotel were extremely hot and humid - like no AC was on at all. The bathrooms all need to be renovated. The towels were very dingy and gross. We also were only given 2 towels. I requested more towels, and we were never given any more towels. I think overall the hotel was overpriced for what you actually get.

While staying at this hotel we encountered roaches. I brought to management, and they failed to acknowledge the situation. My husband and I were also extremely itchy (we searched for bedbugs but did not find any). However, it felt as if we were sleeping on previously used bedding. Management failed to accommodate us with this as well. Overall, my husband and I were extremely disappointed in this. I would stay at the pelican grand which is located about .5 miles from this hotel. They are accommodating and very kind.

I would not call this a luxury resort for its price. The pool is very small and everybody is always fighting for a chair. The add-on prices for everything are insane. You pay for literally everything that you thought you already paid for when you pay thousands for your stay. You will get charged for your breakfast you will get charged for the parking you will get charged for all of it so be prepared! The elevators are the worst part of the hotel. People were very upset. You literally spend half of your stay waiting for the elevators because the staff uses the same elevators as the guests so you can never catch an elevator and it’s 25 floors of people. I definitely would not go back to this hotel. on the positive side, the staff was very nice.

Valet parking was great but also easy to find street parking if you want to just pop in and out quickly but it’s not overnight. Lovely seating areas all around lobby. We had a room with a full kitchen which was great. A grill on the patio would be a wonderful addition. Daily housekeeping was great to have also.

Great property in prime location. The pool was nice but by mid day had booming DJ playing-not very relaxing. Also seats at pool are limited and always trying to get you to pay for "reserved' seats. Ran out of umbrellas on the beach with no clouds in sight. Property was very nice. Had to ask for housekeeping to clean our room. Will probably look elsewhere next time.

Nice hotel - staff was very helpful and polite, rooms were large and clean. Two issues - elevator service was way too slow for a hotel of this caliber. Had some very long waits trying to go either up or down. Also, we paid extra for an ocean view room - turned out we got a room towards the rear of the hotel and had an indirect view at best of the ocean. Very disappointing - was anticipating a full on view and that was definitely not what we received.

However, I did have a concerning experience at the pool area. I left my jacket on my chair with a towel for less than 30 minutes, and when I returned, both items were gone. The staff did try to help and looked around, but nothing was found. I was asked to file a claim with the hotel’s insurance, and I hope to be reimbursed, as the jacket was expensive. For a hotel at this price point, I would expect better security in shared areas like the pool. Aside from this incident, everything else was great, and the staff truly made a positive impression.

Otherwise I would definitely stay there again… the water pressure is great, the spa services were amazing!!!!!! Took a bath twice & the tubs have jets so that was great! They text you to check to see if you need anything daily.

This was me and my fiancé’s first Florida vacation together and when I tell you, They exceeded our expectations despite all the mixed reviews! From Nixon to pool guy, Mike to Patrice aka P everyone we met were truly amazing! The scenery was perfect. We had an ocean view suite and I loved the balcony. From the location to the hot tubs on the sixth floor all the way up to the rooftop bar, we had the time of our lives thank you for having us. I would highly recommend this place !

We got a suite that had a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room and bedroom. The suite was beautiful and clean. We had to request the kitchen to be stocked with plates, utensils, etc. which was a little odd. The last two days we were there the heated pool was ice-cold and the hot tubs were barely warm. They explained the system was broken and they had "an engineer working on it." We couldn't use those amenities but was still charged the resort fee. All the staff at the Beach House was kind and sweet.

Stayed for a quick girls weekend and the property beautiful with a friendly/welcoming staff. The location was great as we had lots of great food options within walkable distance. However, our floor was under construction/ maintenance so it wasn't the cleanest. We were at the end of the hallway and in the corners you can see an accumulation of dust/dirt. The shower was surprisingly small for the size of the bathroom and didn't have a seal on the door so at the end of your shower you would be stepping on a wet mat. Also, by 10/10:30am there were not enough umbrellas on the beach or anywhere to lay down by the pool except for the cabanas.

Staff everywhere was awesome and friendly. Great location with restaurants and attractions nearby. The pool and beach are well staffed and bathrooms are convenient. We'd stay there again!

Hotel and amenities were great. Location great. My only complaint is they have maybe 20 beach umbrellas for this massive hotel. You have to go on a waiting list to be able to get one for the beach. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The hotel was beautiful. My daughter and I felt very safe. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shopping. The beach was breath taking. We had an amazing stay.

A little noisy for a presidential suite, just know that if you book the presidential suite, they have 2 and they are both on the 2nd floor just over the boardwalk and main street. Fun to people watch, but a little noisy. The room was GREAT!

Example: only get two beach chairs daily even if you have more ppl staying in room that's all you get w paying $50+/day resort fee. Everything is additional charge..$60+\day parking. Beach is full of seaweed and due to rip currents ocean not accessible…would i stay here again?… probably not! Tampa Bay/St Pete offers so much more w/best beaches in all FL. sorry FLL i wasn’t impressed!

Prime location, professional and friendly staff , and rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Room was pretty standard. TV had good quality and good channels selection. Shower door was weird and shower was small. Water has an odd color to it. Limited food choices, especially for children. Check- in desks were in an odd place. Elevator was crowded and difficult to use at times due to security feature requiring key card to go to guest floors. People sometimes missed their floor stops because they could not get to the card reader due to crowded elevator.

The room was never cleaned. I had to call Hilton corporate help desk for assistance because the front desk kept promising while doing absolutely nothing. The place is poorly run and nobody cares

Loved the one bedroom oceanfront unit. Close to a lot of restaurants and some on site.

You have to pay a daily fee after you spend 5.5k for your stay. This fee covers beach, chairs/umbrellas, pool access, two bottles waters, and bicycles for 2 hours a day. He are hunting down staff for 2 waters just to not die of hydration, beach umbrellas were never available. Be prepared to stand in a 1/4 mile line at 8:30am to get an umbrella, no pool seats available ever. All taken. You can use the cabana for an extra $550 for that day. lol. Nothing is available but they charge you anyway. Your credit cards are charged and so is your room, very confusing to add up the bill at the end. Restaurants on top floor are denied access even if you’re wearing a 35k Rolex, you can’t get in because you’re not wearing a pink popes collar fake Gucci shirt. I hated it

Amazing place close to the beach and restaurant and bars

Elevators were an issue throughout the trip!! 10+ minutes at times. Every time we wanted towels at the pool we were told 30-45 mins before we got towels. The shower could only be described as violent. The bedding and towels in the room were inconsistent and ill fitting. This was our 3rd and FINAL stay at this hotel. It definitely isn't the same feeling from our first experiences.

I love everything about this hotel the only exception is their tvs have no ability to stream Netflix or any other service. Only downer for me and elevators could be a little more efficient but the hotel is great. Second time there this time I brought my whole family and it was amazing, we had an amazing time.

This location was extremely pleasant, felt very luxurious. I loved how easy it was to go to the beach across the street or go sit at the pool. Beach has complementary chairs, towels, and umbrellas, they also have a bar with full service that will bring drinks to you. The pool has a wonderful view overlooking the beach and ocean. The location is very walkable to local coffee shops and bars. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Will 100% be returning.

This hotel is vey nice and the staff is friendly and checks in frequently BUT for the amount of money we paid I’m remiss to book again because the property is under renovations and there is no apologies for this inconvenience of aesthetics. Half the floors are fully finished in regards to the hallways but our floor was not. Now the room was very clean and also the view was amazing it was 2511. Beach front view and terrace to die for honestly. So we will see but aside from the look of some areas being undone everyone was amazing. Room was comfortable …

Housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning my room. There were Cheerios in the rug from a previous guest’s stay. Also, there was lack of toilet paper rolls. Fingerprints all over the windows. And the room I was in was an expensive suite. No back up toilet paper rolls. Slow drains in the sinks. I notified the front desk about and it took 4 hrs to clean my room after multiple requests…even after I told them we had no toilet paper and clean towels. When I returned to the room after it was clean we had less towels than before and the fingerprints never got cleaned off the windows and the Cheerios were still on the rug.

Beautiful property but elevators down for our whole stay- literally 30min wait every time we had to go anywhere. Staff also not very friendly / hospitable. 22% gratuity automatically added to everything.

Cons: The extremely slow elevators, dirty, dusty floors in my room, and check in time rarely being on time. They do not provide room service. Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were spacious and tidy (Albeit not throughly clean), beach was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.

Revamped and beautifully beachy. love the new look, and have always loved their pool and hot tub deck w glass view over beach. Fantastic morning daily yoga w instructor Stephanie, and water aerobics was fun for all ages too w her. Cool rooftop bar. So appreciate that this hotel was not hung up on checkout time and made things easy both to transfer rooms and when departing. Just wish it was not so expensive, but BeachHouse provided a lot for resort fee which most do not.

Very clean property. Loved that the pool area offered spa water and sunscreen. The only real issue we had was with housekeeping. We were a party of 5 and they would only bring us 2 towels. No hand towels or wash cloths either. Beware that the little bar on the beach will charge you more for drinks than at the pool bar/restaurant. Overall, friendly staff and pleasant stay.

We honestly had such an awesome time at the Beach House. The location is premier and the weather was phenomenal each day. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating & we have zero complaints. This was our 18 month old’s first vacation and she had a blast, everything you need being within close proximity was a huge plus for us given our schedule with naps etc. Overall a vacation we won’t forget!

Well the booking.com website said under room amenities. Hot tub. Then under bathroom amenities it said spa tub. So I only booked the room because there was a hot tub in it. Then when I arrived there was only a spa tub in the bathroom. I called the front desk and talked to Lou. He said there is no hot tubs in any rooms. And that he would switch us to a different room. This was sat morning about 11am. He said he would get back to me. Then we took a walk on the beach. On our way out at 230 we stopped at the desk and talked to a lady about switching rooms. She went in back and confirmed with lou that this move was in progress. So we walked on the beach. Then went back to the room. I had my phone with me all day just in case he called. Then Sunday at about 11am I called the front desk again. Lou said he had tried to call me twice the day before and that the room was ready. So about 1pm we switched rooms on Sunday. My other half was leaving that day after we went to Boca Raton to visit a friend. So then I came back spent the night in the new room which had much better views on the 16th floor. But it was just ridiculous that we never really got to spend any time in that room as I was also leaving early the next day. Bottom line is I didn't enjoy the 1st room as it only had a partial ocean view and was just on the 7th floor which was just one floor above the pool floor without a pool view. We had a view of the four seasons hotel just across the terrace. I only booked the room in the 1st place because it had a hot tub. So that made me upset to begin with... It was not advertised correctly. I looked all over so many websites to find one with a hot tub in the room. It made the little mini vacation much less relaxing than it could have been. Also the car rental place I booked was horrible. It was so cheap I was suspecting there might have been a catch. $64 dollars total when I booked it. Then when I arrived.

I’m not quite sure how this resort gets such a high rating. We experienced numerous issues upon arrival. The room looked nothing like it did in the photos. The two bedroom was two separate rooms connected. The toilet was broken, cleaning service would walk in without knocking since the rooms were in its own hallway (I wasn’t dressed one of the times). The elevators were terrible…it would take 30 minutes just to wait for one. Be prepared to be late to any reservation you have. The valet app was down which no one told us until we went down to the car (missed another reservation). They were also renovating the room next to us and jack hammering tiles. I took a video of the noise (I wish I could add it to this review). When I called to complain to Guest Services, I was told that I can’t expect them not to use a perfectly fine room because of construction next door. The service manager was rude and unsympathetic to the situation. She told me the noise would continue but they could move me to a one bedroom (I paid for a two). You could hear the noise through the phone. Terrible, terrible stay. The manager above that one called and gave me some credits and will discount a future stay. However, I will never return. I travel to the area frequently….plenty of better places to stay in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Elevator!!!! Why would you only have 2 elevators running for the 100s of residents and guest at this hotel. The elevator took forever and everyone was squished like sardines. Very unpleasant

No coffee maker. Too big. Too expensive. Pool unheated. Is it an adult resort or family? Unsure. Impossible to get chairs or service. Beach access is additional money. No late check out. No Ubers to front doors. Never would I spend such money on a hotel that is suppose to be awesome. It was not.

The issue comes with the hotel struggling to service guests at full capactiy. When my eife and I stayed, we experienced" - 10 minute waits for an elevator jncluding witnessing one break down forcing fire and rescue to come on site and rapel someone out of the shaft - 45 minute waits for takeout at the beach side restaurant (the bartender advised we get our food ourselves as he would take even longer) - the need to get to the beach at 9am when they open in order to get an umbrella - terrible staff at the desk that told us we couldn't have the room which we reserved (full king suite) as they were at capacity and we booked through Expedia so there was nothing they could do. The manager's only solution was to "book through Hilton instead next time" Very disappointing as there were a number of things outside of the hotel's control which I can empathize with but the opportunities they had to make things right, they did not seize. There is room for improvement but the facility and location is nice as mentioned before. In contrast, I went for a coffee down the road at the Westin Starbucks and one of the staff there saw me in the long line. He then offered to take me up to their Lavazza cafe upstairs and eacorted me there himself... customer service!

The amenities, facilities, and the staff were all great! We upgraded our room and had a great ocean view. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the use of beach chairs and the pool. We will definitely be back to stay at the hotel!

Good beach. Check in was sketchy. Room was mediocre. Food snd restaurants were mediocre. Rugs were dirty. My room overlooked a dumpster. Elevators did not work properly. No air conditioning in 7th fl hallway until last day. Only had housekeeping 3 days.

this hotel is breathtaking beautiful and very beachy was so clean and staff was very friendly and on point with anything you need would definitely recommend and will come back again. Also excellent location with amazing restaurants upstairs and downstairs

Unfortunately, upon arrival our room (although clean) had an extreme cleaning odor that made breathing difficult. To your credit, housekeeping did try to make it right. By the end of our trip, it seemed the previous odor was an attempt to cover up something. In addition, it was terrifying waiting to see if we would be stuck in an elevator as they kept breaking down. Sometimes the wait for an elevator was 20 minutes as you were down to one elevator and they would be packed.Not the relaxing experience we hoped for. Finally, for the price we paid per night, the lobby should provide coffee; not espresso pods.

My room was great and the location is great. The main challenge is the elevators. If you’re on the middle or lower floors, good luck getting an elevator to the 1st floor. INSANE. People were waiting 20+ minutes and had 4 to 6 elevators stop and continue because there wasn’t room to get on. 25 stories tall. So plan elevator time into your schedule and plan accordingly during busy days and times.

The staff on the premise were very attentive and polite in most areas. However, I felt the beach and pool service staff were lacking. The bedding was not too comfortable, after a week’s stay we left feeling a little stiff. The maids were very clean and on top of making sure we had plenty of clean linens and our daily water bottles. Would like to mention the weekends got quite busy and they ran out of space / umbrellas on the beach so you’ll have to get up early for that. Definitely think some things could be improved considering the cost, but it was not terrible.

We did not get the room that was booked that was 370 square feet. This room was much smaller. We had to valet the car the fee was 61.50 per day which was outrageous. Was not informed of this fee. Also a 58.00 a day fee for pool and beach. Also outrageous. The cost is much higher because of there fees and they also tried to make us pay for the whole stay. It was pre paid though your service. This was embarrassing.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is top notch. Our oceanfront room definitely did not disappoint. This is my second stay here in as many months. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip down in a few months.

The private beach and location. But we paid $700 a night. Was not worth it! Pool ran out of towels, room was not cleaned sufficiently and we got non stop ridiculous texts asking how everything was, when I told them, canned response, if there's anything we can do, I told them, nothing.

Silly that they don’t provide any kitchen supplies unless you call. How expensive is it to leave some silverware in the room with a beautiful kitchen? Or a couple of dishes. Took a couple calls to get the basics. But then nothing to clean them with.

The room didn't seem particularly clean. The doors were "sticky". The kitchen didn't have any utensils/glasses/bowls/cutlery so you could actually use the kitchen. The toilets constantly were not working and the WiFi wasn't working on Tues, Wed, and half of Friday. I was staying and working at the hotel from Tuesday to Friday early am...which made it very difficult and frustrating.

They didn’t clean our room for 4 days…even after we stopped by to complain about…they said it was a do not disturb on the door which it wasn’t…so told them that they have out authorization to enter the room…didn’t provide towels ….the room didn’t have the kitchen items that it was to come with asked for plate, cups and spoons and forks…several times…final a housekeeper that we saw in the hall said they didn’t have any available….we went and bought those items from the store….they gave us a refund for the resort fee for the 4 days they didn’t clean the room but that was it….this isn’t enough to compensate us for the inconvenience or for the services we paid for….I would like to speak with someone about this….

It had a club med feel with some folks walking around in the hotel shirtless and without shoes Your team were inattentive with drink and food orders when we were sitting by the pool I requested the sofa bed be made up ahead of us arriving, which you confirmed it would be. It wasn't. It then took numerous follows up once I arrived to get the bed made up. This wasn't completed until 5 hours after I arrived. The elevator situation was not acceptable. We had to plan for a several minute wait to get up or down to our floor. Sometimes only 2 elevators of the 4 were available to us with one being reserved for Nube and for some reason another one being stuck on the first floor For two days our shower was barely warm so we were forced to take cold showers

Rooms barely got cleaned. Had a bad smell in room advised front desk nothing was done had to go buy my own cleaning products. No towels at beach or pool available when we would go. Tried to over charge for a beach cabana.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed the facilities were amazing and beautiful, and every single person on the staff from Bellmen to servers and housekeeping were above and beyond

They put us on the second floor, even though we paid for an oceanfront suite. While it was technically a suite, it was right over a busy street and it was loud all night. You couldn’t sleep until the crowds died down around 1am each night. Plus they kept running out of towels at the pool and the beach.

Lacked recreational activities.

The valet, concierge, and bell staff was incredible across the board. The front desk and housekeeping were mixed. Some were great and others not. (We were never acknowledged as Hilton Honors members which I know you always ask.) We loved our rooms although based on the website description we expected a full kitchen but it was a tiny barely functional kitchenette. We used the spa and the women's bathroom was subpar - there were only two showers, one of which was completely broken and the other had no soap, was moldy and no water pressure. We were told repeatedly that we were paying a resort fee to give us two chairs at the beach per room but on busy days there were no chairs for us. The pool staff was also great across the board.

We loved our stay! The suite was amazing, you can’t get better views of the ocean! My only congestive comment was the pool area could’ve been power washed but that’s about it!!!

Their TV sets are the worst we ever had in a first class hotel: they have only 62 channels, there is neither Netflix nor Prime and we cannot add any app to these TVs (not a smart TVs). We are subscribed to Directv and we were not able to download the Directv app because these TVs do not have that option. Once again, only a fixed 62 channels. We were surprised that on the beach that there is an additional surcharge to get an umbrella, even though we pay nice fee services. The card they gave us when checking in (indicating the services), it was written that we only get a beach chair per person. Another surprise was parking: a price per day equivalent to a nice lunch or dinner with my wife. The shower, was only a shower head. No additional hand held shower. Again, is not typical of a prime hotel. On the departing day, we wanted to stay an additional 1 to 2 hours more and they told us that we have to pay an additional price for each additional hour because we reserved with Expedia and not directly with the Hilton (I am Hilton HHonors member). They also informed us that there was no discount for Hilton HHonors members for any of the above services (e.g. parking, umbrella, etc.), even if we would’ve booked directly with them.

I enjoy everything

Room was nicely appointed. Room service was quick and courteous. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet was quick with getting my car, anytime I needed it.

We stayed as a family for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The suite was spotless and spacious. Everyone from check-in to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful with our requests. I appreciate that guest services checked in with texts during our stay.The oceanview from the balcony was beautiful too (almost resembled a postcard). Special shout-out to Petrone who served us during our breakfast stop at Ilios! She was very outgoing and welcoming and paid extra attention to our orders ensuring they were allergy-free. We all had a wonderful experience and would love to visit again soon.

The room that was advertised 650 square feet was hardly true. The room was very dirty , not working toilet flushing, terrible mattresses , felt like you are going to fall off. Bed had no sheet that came with bed spread . So that bedspread was used by everyone.terrible experience. Price they charge is way up which is truly not worthed at all. The room has 2 locked doors that when we ask front desk they said owner keep things in those closet. Terrible.

Our room was amazing. A full kitchen, living room and 2 full bathrooms. We also had a very large balcony with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the pool. We cannot wait to visit again soon

The best way to summarize the one nights stay is dingy. Everything from walking in the door to the lobby floor, furniture gross and disgusting wouldn’t even give it away. The front desk staff bitj upon checkin and check out were on their phones while trying to service me. The room itself was really, really dingy. The white/yellow towels had hair bound up in them as well as additional hair on the countertop in the bathroom. There was black mold along the caulk in the shower. The room smelled every time the air conditioner clicked on. The hallway were extremely loud and every time another door shot something rattled in our room. Even though we didn’t use the pool, we could see the view from our fifth floor, and it was full of algae and green around all the drains I wouldn’t have gotten in even if time allowed. I would’ve rather slept in the airport after my experience there I also utilized my hotel.com points, which was a total waste.

Well i was not aware of 60.a day for parking and 47.00 a day additional after paying fees upfront and card fee also the room was small.

Of my 4 days in this hotel they only cleaned the room 1 day and were rather unprofessional about these issues when I raised them. In addition the bathroom was not very modern and when they did clean the room it was the bare minimum (did not clean or replace cups, etc.)

The only issue and concern is about Starbucks, if it’s part of the hotel, they need to be aware that the staff and service was very poor.

Everything was very accommodating, beautiful room, clean, loved the robes. One thing we were not satisfied with was not having a smart TV that we would have the ability to connect to Netflix or YouTube.

Quiet, clean room. Exceptional staff (friendly, knowledgeable and professional). The pool (not deep) and exercise room were nice. Restaurant options inside the hotel were nice. Great location close to other restaurants, shopping, and things to do.

We had to wait in reception for nearly an hour after travelling all day from the UK (and we are over 70 years old. We were then told off by the customer service manager (Heather) for booking through a third party rather than directly with the hotel as this had caused the problem. The reservations manager called the next day to apologise and offered us a small credit towards food and beverage (not even enough for one meal in their restaurant). Although the room seemed clean and well serviced, clothes had been left in drawers by previous guests showing that these had not been cleaned.

Bad service. Gave us a smallest of the suites. Cleaning service kept missing our room cleaning despite reminding them multiple times. Used to be a good hotel where we have stayed many times over the years. Now after the revocation the quality of service is appalling. At check out, the agent did not even ask how our stay was which is a standard ask when you check out. Seems like the staff just don’t care anymore. Problems like this usually start with the mgmt. We won’t be staying here anymore

First time I've been charged early check in fee..this while the staff kept thanking me for being a Hilton member, which made the fee even more annoying. The room had balcony but couldn't enjoy due to the loud noise. Even with balcony door closed, outside noise was loud at night. Beds were too soft, uncomfortable. Ocean view is partial ocean view.

Valet staff was short but did their job. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great location. Now the suite we got …. The floors were dirty food and crumbs all over. The bath tub water was brown ( no literally) I asked and was told that’s normal?!! The remotes were sticky from what appeared to be old food left on them. When I mentioned the staff about the room being unclean I was told to wait until the morning and a manager would be back on and tell them. So no help as we are leaving early in the AM.

Clean room and great staff

Our room and all common areas were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained! Even the air ventilation vents were free of built up dust and debris. We were in Room 813. It had a full kitchen, barstool seating area, living room with plentiful seating, a full bedroom and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub and spacious shower with great water pressure and a perfect shower head. The extra half bathroom off the entryway was very welcome too! The balcony was accessible from the living room and bedroom, making it a nice spot! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The management level folks were always present and did everything possible to help people! We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Service was v good, the room was dark, 2 bulbs not working and the coffee machine inside the closet, the lobby and restaurants in the hotel was awesome luxurious and clean, their service is great.

The rooms (we had 3 Junior Suites) were worn and tired looking. Not as clean as I expected, especially for the price. I guess the great location is what they're pushing because there is a lack of high quality when you see the rooms, halls and elevators. They gave me no choice but to leave my rental car with valet when I asked where to park. They said there is no other place to park. Of course... it costs $60.00 + tax per day for them to park the car. They are friendly but that's only the book-cover. I had to call for the room to be made up which they did not do. I had to call that day to request towels. One day I had to call again for the room to be cleaned and made up; and for toilet paper. Just not a high-quality Hilton hotel.

However, there are so many hidden fees. In additional to Expedia prices, there is a $47 daily resort fee, and hotel parking is $60 a night. Taxes are not included in the Expedia prices either. If you want to use the beach front property, the beach umbrella is not included. You would pay an additional $35 for that. Expect an average of around $150-$200 in daily hidden fees.

Pretty clean. Could use some minor touch ups. Hidden charges when you get there. I paid an extra $335 for hidden charges for two nights. If you bring a car you will pay Hilton $60 a night for use of their garage and there is only metered 4 hour parking around. It’s a nice place, just expect to pay more once you get there

The star of this property is the employees. Welcoming, friendly, responsive and eager to help. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. Nice views from the ocean view rooms. I can only imagine how great the oceanfront views are. My only complaint is that the towels at the pool area are flimsy and where they looked liked they tried to save some money. However, that didn't diminish my experience. This hotel is beautiful and has such a vibe and Instagram worthy photo opportunities. Stay here!

With the hot tub in the room the water came out brown… other than great property

Overall a great stay. Would def stay again. Room was awesome, pool was gorg, room service and concierge were on point. Complimentary drink specials upon check in. The only drawbacks were no garage parking unless you paid $60 per day valet. You have to find parking around the property that allows paid overnight parking that has to be paid for. 2nd night we found a spot that we didnt have to pay for parking.

The room was very spacious, I stayed in the junior suite! The kitchenette was as fantastic, it was great that I was able to keep additional beverages cold and reheat leftovers. A bit of a walk to most of the restaurants but otherwise a great stay!

Our room was less than expected- we were in the second room of a suite I believe- super small no view of the ocean as expected- seemed like we were sharing a room with the main suite - not what we wanted or expected

I will NEVER stay at another Hilton property.8 days of pure craziness.ranging from not enough blankets,beds had no sheets.different charges then listed.they threw dentures away.breakfast was prepaid but had to pay cash,run from 8th floor to lobby to get told go get reimbursed every day.i could go on and on

I only received hair wash, body wash, cream rinse and toilet paper on the first day of my visit. I had to call on the fourth day to get more. I was out of toilet paper.Is this the policy of the hotel? Also, my wife misplaced her phone in the lobby. Someone handed it in to bell service. I and my daughter called the phone several times and no one answered. I called security, the front desk and the restaurant. No one knew about the phone. My wife happened to ask the bell service rep and he said that he had it. Why didn't he answer the phone when we called or turned it in to security. It took us many hours to finally locate the phone.

Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. Loved the view from our balcony . The coffee maker in the room was amazing, I may end up buying one. I loved walking across the street and walking the beach in the morning. Located next to great restaurants. We will be back.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room suite was just as advertised in the photos and the rooftop lunch was amazing. Great quality food all around and the view was immaculate.

We did enjoy this resort it was beautiful and everyone was extremely friendly. We had access to the beach area in front of the resort. My one complaint was that we were charged 32. 00 for the use of an umbrella while on the beach. I think the Starbucks in the resort also has unusually high prices as well.

The staff was very helpful and even switched my room when needed. The location is great with easy beach access, but the extra fees and prices felt high for what the resort offered. The beach wasn’t as nice as expected, so consider the costs before booking.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel. I enjoyed my room, the staff was friendly and pleasant as well as very helpful. The dinning options are endless, the food was amazing and everything was within walking distance just in case you wanted to take a stroll. You accessible to the beach and a lot of other amenities within the area. It is definitely a must try. The resort is absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained.

There is some maintenance problems in the property. The front door missed a frame, the bath cabinet was outdated and one lamp was not working and had to be replaced during our stay. Unlike other hotels of similar category, this hotel still places small plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and mosturizer, which is not very environmentally sustainable.

I was very pleased with the staff. I walked in during a crisis, was clearly disheveled and the receptionist showed me great compassion. Truly a kind human and helped me feel a little better when I was so far from home.

The customer service the staff provided was beyond outstanding, especially Patrice in the front desk…Nothing but professional, informative and attentive. The amenities on the property is incredible, the junior suite had a stunning view, and the restaurants on the actual property is a 5 + stars. One of the best experience as a traveler was to stay in this hotel. I will certainly be back.

The properties amenities are amazing! The restaurants on site are delicious and the staff are all amazing, even the valet, front desk, elevator attendants, and housekeepers..all super nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing time, just what we needed.

Hubby and I decided to go on a weekend gateway. Very busy hotel. 4 elevators which at least three of them stop working at the same time. In the middle of the night the AC in our room stop working, when I called them in the morning I was told I was supposed to call them at that time (2 am?) no thank you.

Beautiful hotel with the perfect location right across from the beach. The only issues were the hidden cost and the customer service from the housekeeping. I made my reservation and payment through Expedia but once I got there I had to pay an additional $234 for parking, resort fee and taxes on top of the roughly $800 paid for 2 nights and then another $300 for security. There was a stain on the bed sheets and also the towels were quite dingy. I kindly asked housekeeping if she could provide me with sheets she was unable to communicate clearly with me due to language barrier. She spoke very little English. After she picked up several different items asking if this is what I desired. she final picked up bedding and instead of handing it to me she said okay and never brought the sheets to my room. As I walked away she mumbled the sheets are dirty as if she clearly understood. I then had to contact customer service to bring up extra bedding. There were a few dings in the bathroom counter looks like I may have gotten an older room. Overall I had a good experience!

My boyfriend and I are at a loss of words with how great this resort is. Every staff member greeted us and treated us with so much kindness and respect. The food here is AMAZING. We really didn’t even need to leave the resort. The room was absolutely breath taking. The only complaint I have is that all of the outlets didn’t work in the bathrooms and the jets in the hot tub in the bathroom did not work. Not a deal breaker at all. We could’ve called maintenance and I’m sure they would have resolved it in a timely manner but we just didn’t think it was necessary. Overall we will certainly be back here soon!

Loved the location, amenities, staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive. The property itself was very nice with nice pool, jacuzzi, and poolside restaurant/bar and a rooftop bar and restaurant with delicious food and drinks. The area is walkable to may other restaurants and bars also. The view was amazing and the beach amenities provided by the hotel were great as well. Other than one issue, this hotel is top notch and i would definitely visit this property again when in the area. I truly enjoyed my stay and cant wait to visit again!

My wife and I celebrated our birthdays here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was truly top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Our room featured a partial ocean view that we loved waking up to each morning. The pool area was beautiful, complete with two hot tubs and comfortable cabanas, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere and was the perfect spot to wind down in the evening.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that there was a problem with the elevators, resulting in excessive wait times and crowded conditions. The issue was not managed well by the hotel.

Beautiful property and amazing staff

I booked through Expedia for an oceanfront room with balcony but was given the wrong room (oceanview, 2nd floor). Staff first claimed nothing higher was available, then suddenly “found” an 8th-floor room after I complained. They blamed Expedia for the mix-up and treated me like a second-class guest. The tub jets spewed trash, housekeeping never cleaned it, and my repeated requests for water, a wine opener, and room service were ignored. I called multiple times with no response. Even after requesting cleaning in the morning, the room was untouched 8 hours later. Staff made excuses, one even pretended to be a manager, and though they promised to refund charges, I never received a dime. Texts from staff (Rochelle, Agheema, Kevan, Naejha) sounded polite but were meaningless, none of my issues were ever resolved. This was one of the worst Hilton stays I’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel, especially if booking through Expedia.

Charging a Resort Fee when there is no resort to utilize is theft. I’ve opened a Dispute with Citi. The room was not as clean as it should have been. The rug in the Jr. Suite was simply filthy. OMG! This hotel should be ashamed to be open. My concerns went unanswered. Super slow elevators, key card problems, housekeeping saying they are coming and simply do not. Complaint at the Front Desk went unanswered. They only pretended to care. Simply poor services.

I liked very much but the rooftop restaurant . a disaster!! poor Service treated me like excrement Still wanted to charge me a service charge. I refused it. They took it off all because of one German hostess waitress, garbage garbage I had to leave. It was an awful experience just at that restaurant.

I loved this property, the staff were extremely nice, the place is super clean. The pool area is fun. The dining options were amazing. The one negative thing I have to speak about this hotel is the elevators were horrible. I literally waited one time 15 minutes for an elevator and decided to take the stairs. The other guests complained about the elevators as well. They always take forever to come.

Overall nice location, right across from the beach. They only offer valet parking for $60 a day, valet staff were so rude, very inpatient, if we had another option I would do it but unfortunately there is no parking spots near the hotel. After we checked in there was a huge line waiting for the elevator which we learned later that most of them were broken, any time using elevators going up or down average wait was 15-20 minutes, which was a nightmare specially if you have kids. Room service didn’t show up, we had to call to get some clean towels. To be fair they offered to give us credit for one night resort fees, but overall it was a horrible experience, I would never go back.

I like how friendly the staff was and many things to do around the area. Everything close by walkable really nice. I wasn't too pleased with the cleanliness of the shower. There was black dirt and grime on the shower floor and walls. It was not clean very disappointed. The cleaning staff need to do a much better job at cleaning these rooms. The air kept going out in our room and the coffee maker did not work.

Hotel was constantly out of service which caused many delays for everyone including a handicap lady.

Property is beautiful, though when I booked it didn’t state valet parking only at $60 a day, and when I asked where else I could park, “ let me find out for you” needless to say no one found out for me. Plus tipping valet daily. Beds hard as a rock, house keeping is stretched then so they do minimal. I would do better research next time.

Enjoyed stay

This hotel pool is large and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. If you’re an early bird like myself, you can catch the sunrise from the pool area or the beach.

Valley parking is completely unreasonable at $60 per night. My room was dirty from the previous reservation. Food left in my refrigerator coffee pot didn’t work housekeeping didn’t come daily constantly had to call for towels. They credited me $120 although I would have expected more than that.

Great breakfast at Ilios. Great Happy Hour food and drinks, specifically the Yuzu Ginger Mule, at S3. The staff were very nice, especially Patrone, Jada, and Nicole. The cleaning staff were great, making sure I had everything I needed. Across the street from the beach.

The location was perfect if you want the resort feeling with beach vibes. Everything was a walking distance and would definitely stay there again.

Room wasn’t the cleanest as the couch cushions were stained: the tub was scratched up and appeared dirty( just an observation I don’t use public tubs); the caulk in the sink bowl was peeling off: and there appeared to be mildew around the bottom of the shower; previous guest stuffed tissue in the smoke detector and that wasn’t removed; but staff at pool were very nice and as well as the front desk.
