I don’t recommend to any body this hotel is worse , smell smoke inside de room

Our room was never serviced and we had to request towels on multiple occasions. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and not fluffy, and the bedsheets were substandard in that they were thin.

The room was completely dirty. I didn't take photos but I took a video but it will not allow you to upload. There was many people outside my door all night yelling and fighting I would not be surprised if there was escort services in this hotel because when I checked out it seemed to be a prostitute checking in. I did take some screenshots of the video but it doesn't do it justice

Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very run down. No towels or toilet paper so I had to go to the front office to request those. Some of the furniture was broken. Everything just looked old. They really definitely need some renovations and maybe it can be a better place to stay.

We booked this room last minute through Expedia. We did not expect much. We just needed a clean, safe place to spend the night before our cruise. When we arrived, we knew immediately this wasn't clean or safe. A drug deal was taking place in the very dark parking lot. There was a half dressed, high or intoxicated woman dancing in the open window of the downstairs room. We looked in one of the open windows and it was definitely not clean. We did not stay here. We were out the price of the room (which was way over-priced) but there was no way we could stay at a place like this.

We did not stay with the manager saying we would receive a full refund which still has yet to happen. We're seeking an an attorney to shut the hotel down

A lady had all her belongings on the steps to get to the room blocking the path panhandling for money. The owner doesn’t care.

The staff and Housekeeping were fabulous but the room was a 1 it's small,very old and out of date and the bed was like a concrete slab. BUT IT WAS CHEAP!!!

It was everything I expected and was grateful for a place to lay my head. So many people complain about how it’s not what they expected….its a 125 hotel room in South Florida…..they well exceeded my expectations. If you come down here to our beautiful area, and are thinking you can save money and still have some nice place to stay…..you’re wrong.

If you need a place between flight connections, maybe, otherwise avoid this place. From the nasty mattress, holes in the walls, disgusting fridge in the room, the WiFi not working/nor was my cell service inside the room. It’s like there was a block on both. The Staff was GREAT! The room was clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bed pillows were FLAT. So flat they looked like a sheet. I thought they were a little sheet at first glance. The air wasn’t central. It was a portable unit AC inside which didn’t cool the room at all. Overall a terrible place to stay.

This hotel is disgusting and needs to be shut down.... They charge high price for a smoke filled , room, outdated furniture, stained sheets and towels, holes in walls, and the type of people that live there are what's making the hotel worse.

It was very dirty, the room was missing the light bulbs also the sink was broken the toilet didn't flush I talk to the front desk and they told me they were busy and they didn't have any rooms available

Did not leave the car to check in upon arrival due to homeless people in parking lot.

It was like we were checking into the homeless shelter ! It seemed to be very unsafe because even when we were checking in the desk clerk had the doors locked and service us from a window We weren’t there no longer than 20 minutes they didn’t refund us

This place should not be offered, and if so the online photos should be updated to how it really look, the door lock was broken, rooms are very worn as well as the outside of the building, I felt afraid for my safety, the door barely worked with the key.

Only thing really good was location to an event i was attending. Room was...ok. There was no trash can in the room, not even the bathroom, The $183 price wasn't reflective on what it turned out to be.

The people staying at this place were residents and long term renters living there full time, not traveling or area guests. The room was not ready, waited nearly 2 hours for the bed to be made. Not clean. Bugs. Bed was old and beat up.

There was never any house keeping provide. Room was supposed to be none smoking but smelled of stale tobacco. A large portion of this property in rented out long-term and people are coming and going and yelling and screaming all night long. Disgraceful place and management!

Shower was cold. No covers on light switches/plug outlets,electrical problems w/lamps cuts electrical cord. Half through night,NO electricity all. call staff about it they charged me with damaging their property. Remove this property immediately from list

I rented a room for me, my wife, and kids for one night walked in and immediately asked for a refund it’s very run down and sketchy I would never recommend anyone to stay there even one night I was told they would refund my money no problem and never did and when Expedia calls them they lie and say there isn’t a manager there to process refund please no one rent a room from these people it is so so bad

This was the worst most disgraceful property I have ever had to stay. And the reviews have been the same for six years – drug activity, cockroach infestation, prostitution, filthy old mattresses. We refused to even sleep in the bed. We laid a towel over the covers and slept in our clothes. We left at daylight.

This property is in an unsafe location! The room was filthy (used bandages, dirt, old food on the floor) and several broken items, including the deadbolt which was necessary in this area! The staff was uncooperative and actually hung up the phone when confronted with these issues. Additionally, trying to speak to a manager was impossible. We were told he would be on duty at 4p and when we called and 4:10p were told he had left for the day!!! This was truly THE WORST “hotel” experience we’ve ever had and we travel A LOT!

Room was dirty,outside room was worse !The cheapest pillows I have ever seen !Electric outlets with no covers Bathroom ceiling fan no cover with wires hanging down!No towel racks,only 2 towels,no shampoo or conditioner,no coffee or supplies! Deplorable!!!

My door didn't have a real lock, the bed had burn holes on confider. The outlets didn’t have covers. My a/c couldn’t cool my room at all. There was blood on my pillow. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall. Stains EVERYWHERE. Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever seen and at $150 per night? I couldn’t stay there. I tried to get my money back. Even for the night I didn’t use. Nothing. I hope I can share pictures. This hotel needs condemned! Crack house!

This hotel needs to be shut down!! The room was very dirty with no towels or soap. We arrived at 2:30am and the front desk associate was very rude and gave us a hard time. The bed frame was unsafe and cut one of my family members ankle because it was sticking out.. it wasn’t even a standard frame.. it looked like a piece of a car that was modified in some way.. refrigerator didn’t work and couldn’t get the TV to work.. this place is a dump!! Drug deals going on outside of our room. Security issues. This wasn’t our 1st choice because our other hotel room got canceled without notifications to us so we had to pick another one in a hurry. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Overall it was ok I booked last minute so got what I paid for but not really. At first glance the hotel is decent but the longer I was there the more I noticed. I stayed 4 nights upon entry there was 1 towel and half roll of toilet tissue. Two days later the custodian asked if we needed room service we told them we just need towels and toilet tissue and never received it.

In the 20 minutes we were waiting for our room to become available we observed the following: maid service took the bed linens from one room and used them in the room for us. There appeared to be prostitution also happening by the conversation that took place next to our vehicle. A women who tried to leave a room repeatedly and was pushed back into the room by a poorly dressed man. We were in fear of our safety and told the desk that we did not feel safe & would not stay there, returning the card keys. As we were driving around the back of the building to leave we observed three individuals who appeared to be doing some kind of drugs. We are making a report to the police department as soon as we can get in touch with them.

filthy crack house, room hadn't been cleaned, no sheets on bed, noisy and disgusting

The room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to request clean towels and sheets. They sent the maintenance guy to my room to lecture me about requesting my room to be cleaned only in the mornings. That they cannot guarantee it will be cleaned if I complain at night. Baffling. The place is very loud at night especially. Lots of going ons in that property. Except cleaning rooms obviously. There is Loud music from cars parked and sketchy people walking in the parking lot. It is not a safe place to stay. Even after I complained to Expedia and the manager contacted me directly about getting my room cleaned, they never did show up. It was a filthy mess. If you have a family and young kids, stay away from this property. There is not even a telephone in the room in case of an emergency. No hangers for your clothes either. Not surprisingly, the place reeks of marijuana. I had to cover my nose to get to my room. Not a pleasant smell unless you like that. This was never a beautiful place before, but at least it was clean. And they cared about the property. For me it was too late to move to another place. I had already paid in full. Don’t make the same mistake. I will be surprised if this place stays open one more year. They just don’t care. Neither do I.

There was never any maid service and I stayed four nights

The toilet did not flush. I was on the bottom level and the door did not lock. My entire suitcase of clothes reeked of smoke after I left. I was happy to leave.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Would recommend that no one in their right mind stay here.

This MOTEL was riddled with people smoking and drinking outside this hotel. People waiting in cars for things to be delivered to their car. A man just walked in to my room to hand me the remote to our hotel room. It was a very scary place to be at night and we left immediately without getting our money back. We walked into a room that was filled with smoke, broken lights and terrible conditions. This hotel should be condemned and the police should be brought in.

This hotel is disgusting. First off upon entering the room I found a used wash cloth on the bathroom counter and the toilet had urine in it. There were no towels in the room and I had to make two trips to the front desk to get towels. After taking a shower I walked from the bathtub to the bed only to discover my feet were black on the bottom because the floor was so dirty. The bed was badly stained uncomfortable and the sheets and comforter have seen better days. Overall this place on a scale of 1-5 is a 0.

The microwave could not be plugged in in its designated space so we had to carry it into the bathroom to use it. The staff was very nice but the neighborhood is a bit rough and the door did not shut or lock properly.

Bed feels like you are sleeping on a workout balloon. DO NOT STAY HERE. People are sketchy and in everyone's business.
