Great amenities the lobby was huge and really nice.

Dirty room. Floors were sticky. Hairdryer was holiday. My wife could not use it. I was really disappointed in the overall hotels.

Pool table, Pillows They offered me a service via text message, but when I wrote back, nobody answered or helped me. When I arrived at the lobby, the receptionist seemed new; because I was in work clothes, she didn't even greet me, she just asked, "Do you have a reservation?" At breakfast, the woman in charge took a long time to refill the trays. When she finally brought the eggs, she was using tongs with her right hand, which had a glove on, but her left hand was bare. She was struggling to get the eggs out of the container with the tongs, so she ended up using her bare left hand to place them on the tray. It felt pretty unhygienic.

Location The air conditioning unit in our room woke us up in the middle of the night because it was making a vey loud noise like a siren or a jet taking off. They did not have maintenance on the property to fix it. Consequently, we did not get any further sleep.

The property was amazing. Everything was so well put together very very nice facility. The indoor pool for the girls breakfast on site and restaurants all around to choose from the location was perfect

I went to my room, the remote was not working I came out later to front desk and no one was there. I called out and a gentleman gave out from the back. I explained that my remote was not working, I gave it to me and he simple said under his breath that the batteries where dead. He than took another remote out of the desk and used those bateries. He then handed it back to me and said nothing. I said thank you and left. Not very friendly or personable. I felt like he was doing me a favor or I was bothering him. The next morning I was checking out and went to lobby for coffee and breakfast. Again no one at desk. The coffee was empty and no breakfast. Someone finally came out the back, and asked about breakfast and she sated that the breakfast lady was late and breakfast was going to be late with no time mentioned. Not very helpful. As someone who was in the hospitality business, I was very disappointed with the attitude of your staff, I would expect better from hilton. I had to leave and didn't have breakfast. Just thought you should know.

Before I go into the nasty, the manager at the desk went over and beyond to ensure our happiness. With that said, once in our room the floor was not clean, bodily hair in the shower, and no soap or shampoo. We were moved to a new room which was in much better shape than the previous. I do not think we will stay at this location again.

I only stayed one night on my way home, but the hotel was conveniently located, easy find, quiet and comfortable.

Third; the next room was also sanitized by us only to discover the air conditioner was broke. Being tired after attending college graduation for granddaughter, we could not move again. They lost my confirmation when l arrived at night but now l get a survey asking how it was??? What??? They didn’t have it at the desk and sent me away late at night because they were full but now they want me to rate it after they said l never booked!!! Say what??? Terrible service. This hotel was OK for a quick overnight stay. The staff was super friendly. The main living space was clean. However, the bathroom was very dusty, the back of the door had gray finger markings on it and the blow drier was in poor condition. Since we only were staying over night, I just dealt with it.

Room had no ice bucket, cups, glasses. Only one sitting chair. Two could not sit and eat.

Staff at front desk at check in seemed completely disinterested in helping . Parking was fine , room was lacking in simple amenities.

We enjoy the Lavazza coffee but upon arrival at 6 PM all the coffees and water were room temperature- couldn’t make coffee! The microwave was was very dirty with food spillage, needed to be wiped down!! Breakfast selection was good.

The only problem was that the electric vehicle charger was only for Teslas. If they installed a J1772 charger then all EVs could use it, even Teslas.

The breakfast was OK those eggs are disgusting. I don’t know why all of you hotels used the same type of eggs with all the peppers and onions and stuff. It’s gross. It should just be eggs plain.

I didn't get to check in nobody was working in the lobby i stayed there for 30 mins and didn't get my reservation serviced

The room was comfortable but just a bit compact. Not complaining just giving an assessment. The tv is n at least a 55 inch flat screen mounted on the wall at a good height above the desk.The bathroom was spacious enough and with a walk-in shower and plenty of lighting. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Listing says there’s a game room on property and there are microwaves in the rooms. Neither of those statements are true. My children were turned away for breakfast one morning 20 minutes before close. Attendant said she wanted to clean up and they could not eat. They closed the pool one night as we were walking in. No explanation, no apology. Very disappointed to have paid that much for stated amenities that were blatant lies. This was for my son’s 13th birthday and this mom is upset that his weekend didn’t go as planned.

Given the location, obvious wear & tear, and lack of detailed attention, I won't choose this one again and will think twice when booking a Tru elsewhere. Not as good as they used to be ... especially for the higher cost over your competitors.

This was the second time staying there. Love the location. New hotel. Great amenities. But my bedding was not clean this time. Very very disappointed and still grossed out about it. My first visit everything was clean and spotless.

The room was very tight. Bathroom door made lots of noise. Discount experience, poor pillows and bedding, bathroom supplies mediocre. Whole experience generally mediocre. Staff was absolutely fine but stay barely step above motel.

Only one ice machine. Thats in the lobby. Level 3 button stopped working in elevator. Reported it, had it fixed in about 2 hours. Broke again a few hours later. Has lights outside ained directly at buildong and into windows on third floor. Shades blocked most light but not all. Not a quiet atmosphere at night at all. Was decent for the price

The room was without any safety rugs for traction. I fell while there and still have pain in my neck, and where my head hit the bed. The chair I sat down in was on rollers on laminate flooring. The chair had no locks on the wheels. The head of housekeeping said she would bring me an ice pack for my head, but she did not. Also, the mattress sits on a base that moves away when you sit down. No safety rugs between the beds to give you traction.

Everything was FANTASTIC. Clean, spacious room, nice decor, games in the lobby and outside a big connect four board. Lots of fun available. Breakfast had something unique and INCREDIBLE. They had a vanilla yogurt machine dispensing farm fresh yogurt that tasted incredible!!!! I WILL be back!!! Oh- the bed was wonderful as well

Overall stay was satisfactory and meet basic needs; bathroom walls could use a scrub; but the shower pressure was amazing; breakfast pancake machine was out the second day which was unfortunate since it was operating the day before and a great add to the breakfast selection.

The front desk attendant was excellent. Her name is Stevie and she was very sweet. She Offered my dog a treat but when I told her he doesn't eat those snacks only bananas or broccoli... She went and got him a banana from the breakfast bar. She made our stay special. Thanks Stevie!

Stayed overnight on our way down to Florida. Hotel served its purpose for a one night stay. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue would be the pillows, but we were able to sleep well.

Second Room AC did not work So during a day with heat advisory alerts slept in a sweltering room

Only thing wrong was the air conditioner, lights on it didn’t work so we couldn’t tell the setting on it. So air turned self off at night it was warm in room. Can sleep like that.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. But the room has no information about places to eat nearby. And when we went down for complimentary breakfast, we found coffee urns were empty and scrambled eggs we empty.

Room could have used a little more cleaning but the rest of the stay and property was excellent!! I recommend Tru hotels

The staff was great but the room was so dirty, there was spills of liquid all over and sticky! The bed looked like it had been wet multiple times, sheets were dirty! The shower was pink around the bottom which is a sign of mold and the house keeper not even cleaning! As much as this cost and to be so disgusting I will never recommend this place!

Nice room, good customer service. Only one working electric charger which was occupied by another guest. The point of booking this hotel was based on being able to charge at the hotel.

The ice machine was not working in the middle of the summer. We were not told how long it would be before repairs were made.

My stay at the Tru Hilton was a good one and the front desk was very friendly. The room and the lounge was very clean. It was my first time ever staying at the hotel and it was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and it was quite.

My family of 4 ans I had a great stay. The staff's customer service was great. The environment waa modern fun and clean. The walls are a little thin so you heard other people on the top floor/outside the room door. Even though it was a pet friendly hotel we did not have any tracea of a pet in our room. The laundry machine could be cleaned though but having that amenity is a plus. Breakfast is more than continental with hot food options. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay! The evening reception was rude, the person ignored me until they were done with whatever they were doing on the computer and outright asked “last name?” And nothing else. So the welcome was lacking but the morning ladies were very nice.

The guest that stays in this hotel is extremely racist. The staff is as well. Depending on the time of check in will determine the quality of service you receive. They have king sized beds in small rooms too.

Loved the room - Basic but very comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely professional and helpful. The pillows were the best - even beats the Ritz Carlton pillows!!! Imagine that with a superb price!

Room was small and bed not comfortable, ac was really loud and did not keep up, 1/2 the tv channels did not work. Expected more for nearly $200/night.

I decided to give it another chance and the front desk person this time was chatting with a co-worker or friend and ignored me when I was checking in. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her I will not stay there again

Very clean and modern. The refrigerator did not have a freezer and there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. It was a bit more expensive than the Comfort Suites next door, which does have these items. We stayed at Tru on a drive south to Florida and had ice packs we were using for food-hence why we were disappointed no freezer. Otherwise, the beds were SUPER comfortable!!!!

My only complaint was the floor was dirty. I was wiping a little water. I spilled on the floor and the towel was dirty so therefore, I knew the floor was dirty. I would say it needs a good scrubbing.

Quick stop in Florence on the way home!

We stoped there for a night in the middle of our trip. The hotel looked nice and clean. The staff was polite and checked us in very quickly. The room was nice and comfortable . We had dinner nearby. There were many options. The breakfast was good and included in the price. We had a resting night!

The room was nice and the night was quiet until a fire alarm went off around 7. No fault of the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Everything seemed old and the staff seemed less than thrilled to be there. Numerous things ran out while the staff chatted at the front desk.

I’ve stayed at 12-20 hotels a year for 30 years and never had the front of the hotel uncovered. It was a miserable start to the stay. The room was tiny, but otherwise OK. Internet was spotty.

Breakfast was subpar. Low quality eggs and sausage. Poor selection.

The air conditioning in our room was soooo loud when it turned on that it woke us up every time. Not a good rest after a 12 hour drive. We have stayed at TRU several times along our east coast drives with no issues at all. I think our room was 325 in Fayetteville SC
