    Location was good One reason we stayed here was because website advertised pool and spa. Spa was removed 2 years ago without updating itself. Pool was dirty and had slimy feeling on floor. All in all not what was expected of a Marriot Bonvoy chain hotel. Room insulation poor hearing door slamming all night. Broken bathtub, etc. Room setup was nice but rundown. Enough said.

    My only complaint was that the sink was stopped up at the mini bar refrigerator area. The refrigerator wasn’t level so whenever I put water in it, it would tip forward. You can definitely tell that that hotel hasn’t been renovated in awhile. Unfortunately, I was roomed right next to the elevator in 411 in the elevator is extremely loud. The air conditioner was also loud, but it worked really really well to keep the room pulled off, which I was grateful for. Overall, it was a really good stay again. I’ve stayed there before and will continue to stay there.

    The breakfast was amazing as well as the staff Big ups to Crystal at the front desk so very pleasant The tubs were very dirty and slippery which confirms the tubs are not being cleaned properly and the swimming pool was not open work is why I chose Spring Hill

    A lot of the things that the hotel need to be updated such as the bathroom. There was a really strong bleach smell in both of the rooms that we had. This smell did not go away

    The stay was ok overall. I booked a double bed but was told only kings were left when I arrived and was told that it was due going through Expedia. Then I was given a room key to an occupied room, which I found out after walking in on the guests. The staff did the best that they could and apologized.

    This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in. The room was not clean and has a bad smell I think it’s coming from the carpet. Mold in the bathroom is very visible. Asked for another room, the front desk was very helpful she gave us another room but the condition of the room was the same from the first one it’s just the bad smell was less. The rooms needed an update and better housekeeping.

    Location , staff at check in was friendly. Dated property compared to other Spring Hill Suites/Marriott properties we have stayed at, below average water pressure of shower and toilet. Floor in front of couch in guest room was wet. On check out, staff refused to share what my stay cost was (said they couldn’t because I booked through a 3rd party), and they didn’t disclose they were adding a $20 surcharge for amenities.

    Facilities were nice, everything was clean and tidy. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water at check in. Room was a little small but not too small. The lighting in the vanity area around the sink wasn’t very good or bright. An over head light option would be great in addition to the lighting around the mirror.

The kids enjoyed themselves at the indoor pool,while I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym next to the pool.My only gripe is that,the sink by the bathroom had a slow drain.I loved the location of the property also,near the Mall and restaurants.I will definitely recommend this hotel.

    Friday night staff was non-existent. One poor woman was left to take care of the entire hotel. Dirty sheets, broken shower head, running toilet, long lines- Horrible experience. The one woman at the desk did the best she could (not her fault), but extremely disappointed for the price and service. Would not return.

    Place is run down. In need of general maintenance, deep cleaning and fresh paint. Hall carpets are stained, bathrooms have damage that needs replacing and repairing. Needs deep cleaning. I feel as though Marriott needs to do a site inspection. Very disappointed.

    The check-in was quick, the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. Our refrigerator was not working when we checked in, however, when we left and returned. It had been corrected and was working fine. The staff got right on the issue. My vacation wasn't long enough. We were actually traveling for a funeral and not an actual vacation. The stay was very comfortable based on the reason for the visit.

    The hotel did not have my reservation from booking.com. I provided the email reservation but they had to complete another request. They charged me $20 more than the rate I was quoted and said the additional $20 would be refunded in about 9 days. My card was charged $20 more and the next day I received another $20 pending charge. What kind of Mumgo jumbo is this? Now I have to watch my credit card to ensure I only pay $122.08 (and not $162.08)… This is very unsettling. The rest of the stay was great.

    We arrived at 10 pm at night after driving since 9 am. The front desk attendance was very nice but immediately told us we must have made our reservations in the last hour or so (we had made it 4 hours earlier). We were informed that Expedia had "double-booked" our room and there was no room available for us, and that there were no rooms available in any hotel in the whole area, but that we could try driving 45 minutes south and we might find something. We were too tired to drive further so I imagined sleeping in the car in the parking lot! When I searched online there was one hotel with rooms available in Florence, so we stayed there for the night, even though rooms were $100 more expensive.

    This was our first time ever staying at Springhill Suites. This hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. The staff greeted us before we arrived to the desk. The rooms were clean and fresh. Although, our reason for our visit to Florence was to attend my mother-n-law funeral. It was nice to have a good night rest. The breakfast was very good. We will be booking with Springhill Suites again. Great customer services.

    We’ve stayed here several times in the heat 3 years. This least stay the breakfast was disappointing. Grey pork sausage and runny eggs were the hot bar foods. I usually look forward to the hot foods because my gluten and corn allergies rule most other items. The hot oatmeal and toppings were very good.

    The room was surprisingly very spacious. My family of 4 (2 adults, 10yr old & 1yr old) stayed in a king room with sofa bed. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Bed was not made up, stains were all over the couch, hairs was on the sheets and pillows. Also the bathroom floor was sticky and there was a dead roach on the floor so clearly floor had not been vacuumed.

    Stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott recently. The hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was boarded up, which wasn’t ideal. But the room was super clean and comfy, and breakfast was actually pretty good. The area has tons of restaurants, so that was a big plus. Overall, a solid stay despite the construction!

    I was there for my church conference. From setting up my stay to letting me leave late by couple of hours, the staff was great. Ms. Mahogany, Julia, Krystal, Crystal and one person on late night front desk duty were all so awesome. My brother had to stay in the room while i was there, but he was comfortable the whole time. The shower was great and easy for him to use. I can't say enough about everyone. I am truly for grateful to your whole staff. Thank you for everything. See you sooner than later.

    Front of motel entrance was being remodeled and we needed to use rear doors. It was difficult because of our age and handicap. I suggested a discount or support with our belongings. Nothing was offered. Also, during our two night stay we never had our room cleaned. We never saw anyone to replace towels or straighten the room. We will not be using your facility again.

    Would not stay here. Management in transition. Lost our reservation, couldn't make-up. Employee trying, but didn't even know the hotel phone number. Heard other guests making complaints while waited 45 minutes for them to not help us. Would NOT recommend staying here, plenty of other hotels in the area. Clearly this place is not ready for guests and so much turnover in management and help, makes it even worse.

    I stayed here for three nights while I was in town for a tennis tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room I had was decent and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel itself was dirty and there was trash in the elevators and in the hallway. There was a piece of trash in front of the room next to mine all three nights I was there. Also, a big pile of dirty laundry was left in the hall overnight. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade and better care taken if you are going to charge what they do for a room.
