    Location and the opportunity to bring my service dog. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I expected. Upon check-in, the staff member who assisted me responded to my questions in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I requested an early check-in by thirty minutes, after driving for twelve hours, and was curtly informed that it was not possible. I also inquired about my service dog, to ensure that the reservation reflected this information, which had already been paid. The staff member not only said it was not noted, but also questioned whether it was a service dog—without seeing the animal—and asked questions regarding my medical history that were inappropriate and irrelevant. Upon entering the room, I found several issues affecting cleanliness and comfort: the shower contained short, curly hairs, the kitchen utensils were dirty and unusable, and when I went to bed, I discovered a candy wrapper on the mattress. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as these issues are concerning for both hygiene and guest service.     The breakfast was scheduled from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday. I arrived at the breakfast area at 9:00 am, but unfortunately, there was no breakfast available. I politely inquired with the breakfast staff about adding more egg, bacon, or sausage to my meal, hoping to at least enjoy a beagle. However, they refused to provide me with additional breakfast items. To make matters worse, the waffle batter was also quite disappointing.

    The first room half the lights did not work and ac would not turn on. The next room the towels were dirty and sink was clogged. The third room was missing items such as a drain stopper, the phone didn’t work. We also were awoke at 3 am due noise from the floor above. After a long trip and such an important family occasion, we expected a much smoother and more comfortable stay. The repeated room changes caused unnecessary stress and took away from what should have been a special weekend celebrating our daughter’s achievement. The staff member was polite, however it was only her with no help. The condition and readiness of the rooms were unacceptable. We expected much better from a Hilton property. Sadly, we would not choose to stay here again.

    I wish the entire unit was rug less, rugs felt dirty. Rooms could be updated, furniture is in need of some repair. Never seen a breakfast without eggs before, breakfast if thats what it was called was in need of an over haul.

    Not Much. To Whom It May Concern: Confirmation #97602080 My stay on the property - Home2 Suites Hilton property in Florence, SC - began on 4/5/2026 through 4/6/2026. On the morning of April 6, my family of 4 and I woke up to no running water in our room. This meant that we could not take a morning shower, use the toilet, brush our teeth, wash our hands or even have a drink of water. The situation quickly chaotic and unpleasant for all of us since we had 3 children in desperate need of a shower and were wanting to continue on our journey home to Maryland as quickly as possible. I spoke to a very nice person at the front desk who said that there was a water main break. With that in mind, I then asked to speak to the manager on duty who I was told was not available. We left the property totally discouraged, distressed and now forced to continue on without showers and normal hygiene care. I attempted to reach the manager again, and was told that he was still trying to figure out what to do for his guests. I ended up calling the Hilton Customer Service Support number and spoke to someone who said she was making a case and offered me 5,000 Hilton Honors points. As of today, no email has been received. I believe I should be compensated with a refund (full or at least partial) for my stay at this Hilton property because it did not include any water. Also, I was charged $4.95 for Premium Internet Acess - WiFi for which I never authorized. I understand that things happen that are out of anyone's control but running water is not an amenity for a hotel stay these dayw - it's a necessity, especially when traveling with children. I would appreciate a credit for my stay, as well as the WiFi charge of $4.95, refunded to my original form of payment. I would also appreciate either a phone call (443-604-9814 cell) or an email ([email protected]) regarding the situation and your comments on compensation for this unfortunate situation. Please read my above comments.

    The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The pillows were absolutely horrible. They were way too squishy and the bed a bit high and stiff. We had terrible sleep because of the bed and especially the pillows. The bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck and the drain plunger mechanism on the back of the faucet was broken off. So when you turned on the water it stayed in the sink because it could not drain out. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast bar-was a mess of waffle mix and they only had sausage and some ham left to eat which was overcooked but doable. We needed a place to stay for the night to get rest. Wish we could have. We got a little and it helped to get to our vacation.

    Liked the location. Check in was easy. HOWEVER.... Our room was given to an additional party who opened the door with their key and walked in on me while I was on the bed drying off from my shower. Needless to say that left me anxious and that my safety was not secure. I have a very hard time relaxing and sleeping to start with.... this resulted in a basically sleepless night for me. I had an 8 hr drive ahead of me so that really was not safe. When my husband went downstairs to speak with a manager, he was told that there were no managers available at night. To speak to them in the morning. The night clerk sent me 3 texts after that apologizing for their error. When my husband spoke to the manager the following morning, she was very nonchalant and said they couldn't do anything! We needed to contact Booking.com to file a complaint.

    The room was fantastic large and fit my family a five perfectly. The TV was in an odd place because only four of the five people stay in so one of the Queen beds and the sofa bed could see it fine the other Queen could not. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean.

I said I would come down to the main desk to take care of the matter. When I got to the desk the staff wasn't aware of any problem. I suspect it was a scam in trying to get my card info over the phone.

    They sold my room to someone else I selected for a digital key then they only had one room left available and the key didn’t work. So the maintenance guy who was awesome spent a some time fixing it while we stood in the hall for 30 min at midnight after driving 9 hours. No sheets on the fold out then was told they didn’t have sheets to watch someone else get handed sheets and a blanket. Breakfast area was very messy and not very good. But the breakfast attendant was amazing a she did a great job doing what she could by herself. Felt bad she was on her own. Do not recommend.

    Overall it was a pleasant stay. The walls towards the hallway seemed to be thin I heard folks as they walked by but I was so tired it didn’t bother me to much. The room was very spacious and clean it was very comfortable. The breakfast looked like it would have been good I was late (9:45) getting there so selection was low but it was good.

    I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The staff obviously doesn’t pay attention to detail. The corners of the shower are dirty, there’s grime around the shower and sink faucets, the mirror wasn’t clean and the sink overflow hole was filthy. I would not stay here again or recommend this specific location.

    The hotel was clean and well kept. It is a newer hotel. Front desk staff was hard working on a very busy weekend with multiple event in the area. Manager worked hard to support his staff and make sure guests were supported. There was a slight issue with a room being ready at check in. When the manager saw us sitting he approached us and asked what the issue was. He quickly went over to the desk and worked with his staff to correct the issue. I will stay here again.

    This hotel is nice, it’s clean and comfortable. However, the pet policy did not mention an additional fee. It is one of the more expensive properties in the area when you are just looking for a travel stopover. Traveling with pets and finding one where the fee is included (like a Kimpton) was ideal. Upon check in I had to pay an additional 85 dollars for my small dog to stay too. I showed the policy page to the reception desk who would not provide any resolution or even able to explain why this fee is not written anywhere. The other area hotels with similar amenities clearly state the added fees if any. For this reason I probably will not stay again at this one.

    Turns out paying extra for a Hilton hotel doesn’t keep out the rif-raf. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the dishes were dirty, the sink drain above the garbage disposal was gross and has stuff growing in it, the floor had other people’s food left on it, and the shower was a little dirty. And the neighbors were insanely loud. We didn’t sleep much at all. It certainly wasn’t restful after a 9 hour drive

    Im upset with Home2Suites and Hotels.com. Home2Suites gave us a room that was not cleaned. Because we booked through a hotels.com they couldnt rebook us to a clean room. Hotels.com rep could not give us a refund since it was the day of the booking, despite that I was not canceling the booking, only needed to switch to a clean room. It was 1AM so I had to pay for another room. Im disgusted with the service of both entities and want my refund.

Not quite full-size refrigerator but big enough to keep things cold and had a freezer!!! Very room. You weren't bumping into or the bed when walking.     This was an amazing stay for the most part. Breakfast and the nearby restaurants and shopping is amazing, however the room we stayed in was poorly cleaned. There were soda stains on the floor, the trash wasn’t taken out from the previous family, the water pressure in the shower was mad low and the shower had hair and slight mold in the glass sliding doors. In my opinion all avoidable if the someone took the time to clean properly. Other than that, amazing!

    They stay was okay. The room was spacious however I couldn’t relax due to the family above our room. There was several children running and making a lot of noise.

    The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the ceiling had areas that we assumed were from water damage. We did call the front desk to let them know but the hotel was full and we couldn’t get another room. We kept assessing the area throughout the night so we concluded that it was probably an area that maintenance painted over. Overall the hotel was nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

    Well when we first got there we were unable to get to the door to unload due to personal conversations blocking the area. Then found out they did not have any key cards for the room. They had to let us in everytime we had to go back to the room. Whivh i made it very limited. The tv wasn't working, called was told they would be up. Hour later no one, then called again they had to talk to management, srill no tv after waiting maybe a hour. Went down not happy how things were going with our stay. Of course no action. Then had to get them to let me back in the room and got the tv going about 11pm. By this time i am tired and ready to relax and go to sleep. The next thing was the toilet set was moving due to it needed tighten. I happen to look and they have a ink pin trying to hold it in place. No joke. Smh. Water in the bathroom sink would hardly go down. Come to find out there was a bunch of nasty gunk in there behind the stopper. Gross stuff, even the toilet had crap around inside of the rim. After all that all i can could hear was noise and doors slamming most of the night. Very terrible experience.. would not allow me to lupload pics below.

    Won’t be staying here again. No remote for tv. Front desk staff provided new remote, cable was out on tv. Staff kinda shrugged their shoulders about it as if it was an “oh well” moment. Ok, we’ll just get online. Nope. That was not functioning either. Finished w that place!
