Clean! No musty odors. Great room! Comfy bed! Polite staff.

The rooms was very clean but they was renovating when we stayed and we had to change rooms because of the noise but front desk staff was very helpful with that

The location is convenient. The parking, shower water pressure, shampoo/lotion and coffee are great. However, the water temperature, cleanliness and hotel in general needs improvement. Looking forward to the upgrades currently underway during our next stay.

We did not like the leak in the bathroom. When my husband took a shower, a large amount of water leaked from the wall in the bathroom through the hallway. It took two thousand soak it up. When I told the front desk person she said, oh, we know about that... And I said, well, you shouldn't be renting your room out then.. she was terrible. The rooms were not clean and the bed was not comfortable, but the pillows were okay. I am a Hilton honor member but doubt I will be staying here unless I hear from corporate and get some satisfaction.

The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay.

The location was good and convenient. Room was spacious and relatively clean. The night staff accommodated our requests really well. The kitchen staff was rude and we were disappointed. We came to the breakfast buffet (which was included in our booking) about 10 minutes before closing. The waiter told us to take something from the buffet and get seated at the table for order. Buffet was almost empty and we overheard her telling kitchen staff that she is not going to take our order, we were shocked and disappointed. She did not even offer flask of coffee, asked us to get it from the lobby machines. We travelled with 3 kids (2,4,6 yo). We expected to get them fed before our long ride back and we had to stop outside to buy breakfast. One of the other waiters was kind enough to come take our order later when we complained but we were not happy to sit around.

Lovely, non-problematic, nice and quiet last minute overnight stop

The staff is amazing at this hotel. They are friendly and helpful. We had take out omelets with fresh spinach , mushrooms and red peppers with potatoes as part of our stay. Fresh and delicious. The breakfast staff made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and large. The lobby is bright with plenty of comfortable seating. We were on the 7th floor which was a quiet spot. We have two well behaved dogs who were welcomed here. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our one-night stop - allowed our dog, had a charger for our car, room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and attentive, our yogurt bowls for breakfast and free coffee/tea station in the lobby were perfect before we hit the road again.

I WANT TO MENTION THAT THE KITCHEN STAFF AND ESPECIALY THE LADY COOK, WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ACOMMADATE ME. SUPER NICE. TILE FLOORS IN THE ROOMS. NO RUGS.

The elevator would not come when called: the staff was very helpful, they sent up the elevator when called. Then they assigned someone to the 6 th floor who was there when I needed an elevator. I hadn’t thought to ask for a toilet with an adult commode, mine was very low and I am handicapped, so it was difficult because it was a child sized commode! The restaurant was open late, until 10pm, terrific because I arrived late due to very bad road construction traffic. Overall the staff performed their duties, but I wonder why they acted like they didn’t particularly like their job. I would advise welcoming training, interpersonal skills. I should’ve asked for a handicapped room. The sixth floor elevator wasn’t responding to calls. A noisy hotel, kids running up and down the floor. Based on the food I had at the restaurant I chose not to pay for their breakfast. A better deal was found at the next exit on 95, Waffle House. Really good, great friendly service and a bargain!

What is the worst experience I ever had the pool was down green my kids could not use any amenities doors. Rusted staff was unhelpful paid top dollar for no amenities. Want a refund looking to get my lawyer involved for my refund after I paid top dollar with no amenities and they would not cancel or refund me at the location. Please help and refund me my money. I checked out only two hours after I checked in. Pool was green no hot tub no amenities top dollar staff in willing to help bad experience

Hilton Garden Inn was a confortable stay. We stayed over night on a trip home from visiting family in Florida. The room was spacious and comfortable. In addition, the fitness center was adequate for a morning work out. It had come to our attention the hotel is being renovated, so I would like to suggest add a door to the one bedroom suite so it can be utilized better.

We frequently travel back and forth from New England to Florida and Florence is where we often end up stopping. We have stayed many different places there but this was the best for us. The service was incredible. The room had everything you could want and the bathroom had a night light. The hotel has charging stations and we have a plugin. So this gave us 40 miles without using gas.

Was told they would have a room but I went through 3rd party so I had to wait for just that room and said they wouldn’t recommend using 3rd party so you could be treated just like everyone that checked in while we sat like street people till ours was ready 😡 Then didn’t even get the room choice I chose DISCUSTING!!!

It was perfect for a quick overnight where we could get dinner and drinks on the premises. For a hotel restaurant it offered a good variety of food. Full Service was at your table and prompt. The staff friendly and helpful. Just an overall good experience.

Shower had phenomenal pressure with plenty of hot water but the shower shampoo did not have a working pump. The neighbors alarm went off at 6:00 am (we were already awake) and continued for a time so we turned on our TV to drown out the sound. We were back on the road very early the next morning. Overall, a good place to stop close to the interstate with lots of gas and food options nearby.

I signed up and paid for breakfast but there was nothing in the buffet. Eggs were dried to the pan and no meat. The potatoes were all I got out of the buffet. My waitress was wonderful though and tried hard to take care of me. When I asked the manager if there was more food she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. As an Honors Member I am entitled to cold bottled water (2 bottles) and none were offered. Elevator was dirty like a NYC street. On Sunday morning at 6 AM, a bedside alarm clock went on, obviously set by a prior guest. Carpets were not clean and on Sunday morning I found out that breakfast is not free and they wanted to charge me $18.00. I will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Prior experiences in others were similar. And I travel.extensively. stay away.

My room was Very dusty and dirty. I run it the hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t work. I was not pleased that it said room room service breakfast but they didn’t do it.

The only thing I was upset about was I thought there was a free breakfast buffet but I was told it was $14.95 !! I would recommend this hotel, everything else outweigh the breakfast

Very clean comfortable king size bed elevator was very slow

Booked through expedia with breakfast included. Arrive at breakfast buffet in the morning, had two plates served with food only to be told my stay didn’t include breakfast. Showed girl at front desk my itinerary, an email from Hilton listing “breakfast buffet” under my included amenities but was told to call Expedia. Called Expedia and confirmed with them I had breakfast included. Front desk still wouldn’t honor it. Two full plates of food thrown out and gone to waste because the girl at the front wanted to be rude and difficult. Her name was Nikki. Terrible experience and false advertising.
