    Stopped over on a drive down from NY to FL. Was a nice place to stop - clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. Room was on the smaller size and not in the best location (first floor with a lot of activity in the AM - probably a luck of the draw). Would stay there again on my next trip.

    All wooden surfaces in the roo9m were sticky, departure staff said it could be the wax they use... For the charge of #133.00 including tax my wife and I were disappointed in the room. Breakfast was OK, nothing to brag about, coffee was weak, egg and potato's were just warm . Have had much better at other hotels. For a Hilton property we were disappointed Bill McILwraith

    The property is centrally located in front of the shopping center and next to the highway entrance. The staffs are very friendly and nice. We spend the night before continuing our journey to Orlando. The parking on the side of the hotel needs to be properly regulated. There are few guests cars that parked taking up to two parking spaces.

    Staff was super friendly and helpful. Front desk check-in staff was absolutely amazing and engaging. Everyone spoke and greeted me, and I loved the premade to-go breakfast bags they had for guests! Breakfast was delicious and stocked even up to the last 30 minutes with no staff rushing to shut down, and it was available until 10 am on a weekday! Could have one more bathroom on the first floor, as one was being serviced and I had already checked out.

Once in my room, temp was 74. Though I turned it down, the temp hadn’t changed even after several hours, so I couldn’t sleep. Tried cooling off in shower, no bath mat so floor was all wet. Later, A maintenance man came, who was very nice and tried to help but all they could do was provide one of those industrial floor drying fans to try and cool the room off for sleep. There were no other rooms available (they said).

    The room was just sparce of anything to make it feel welcoming. Yess, it's a suite but there were no pictures on the walls, no flowers (fake or real) on the table. No pillows on the sofa. When you travel you want to feel comfy, a home away from home. This just felt like a hotel room. Not worth the proce I paid (for 2 suites!?!).

    We experienced a strong foul odor upon opening the room door similar to a moldy carpet or a wet dog. I called the front desk right away and asked the overnight attendant for a different room. She offered to look for one and call me back. While waiting for her call, I went to use the restroom. When I turned on the light in the bathroom a roach scurried under a baseboard. At that point I knew we could not stay in any room at that hotel. The toilet and trash can were dirty. I was so turned off, I didn’t even use the bathroom. I called my husband who had gone to park our car and told him about what I saw. Instead of accepting keys to the other room we informed the attendant why we could not stay there at all. She did not have the authority to issue a refund so she provided us with the business card of the guest service director who we could follow up with for a refund. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites numerous times and this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this. Such a treat after 10 hours on the road!

Even worse, the mattress and padding were heavily stained with large, unidentifiable marks and appeared extremely worn and unhygienic. The second room bathroom faucet was leaking, which led to water pooling on the floor. During the night, a member of our party slipped and fell while trying to use the restroom. Thankfully, the injury was not severe. While the manager on duty initially apologized and attributed the poor conditions to “new staff,” she later denied any knowledge of these issues. We’ve always trusted Hilton properties to offer clean, safe, and professionally managed accommodations, but this experience was not only below standards- it was disturbing and unsafe.

    The property was located in a complex with many other hotels right off 95. Very convenient and safe. The room was basic, the bed was very comfortable. We did have a roach in our bathroom which happens but is not fun. Breakfast was mediocre, the coffee was weak, the oatmeal was bland and the fruit was canned. I’m not sure how this hotel got rated as high as it was. Overall not worth the $159 we paid.

    I booked with Hotels.com and was added a fee for my pet which Hotels did not show on thier site. The hotel said they could do nothing as they have no control over the 3rd party bookings. The hot tub was closed and filthy and the pool was open with some item floating in the bottom of it. There was also lifted metal rails around the decking of the pool area. Furthermore, the picture listed with Hotel.com was of an indoor pool which they did not have. It was a $300 stay; checked in at 6:30pm and checked out 12 hours later thank goodness!

    When we entered the hotel the hallways smelled very badly. It proceeded to still be a problem when we entered our room, 335. Floors were very damp and wet to the touch. The room also smelled very badly. It was unfortunate that we got there so late because if we have gotten there earlier I would have asked change rooms but we were too tired and needed to sleep cuz we had been on the road for 12 hours. We were extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the room. Given that ratings online were very high, the room definitely did not represent that. The room was actually so bad we think we should have a refund. We definitely will tell others not to stay there.

    Great staff! Loved the hotel and especially every staff member. Only complaint is we had a beautiful suite with beautiful sliding barn doors. But because of that, we couldn’t lock the bathroom or bedroom door. Perfect for a honeymooning couple, but uncomfortable for a family with children. Even taking a shower undisturbed was difficult. Would have been amazing if we were just a couple!
