Bed had stained bed cover. Slept in my clothes with jacket on for 3 hours. Kitchen drawer missing. Exterior fridge had gunk running on the sides. One chair only was not chaired. It was extreme

This was perfect for what I needed - close to I95, nice quiet location, in almost new condition. The manager (Mike) went out of his way to help me with late arrival. The room was spartan not luxurious but completely fine for a one-night stay. The suite included a clean small kitchen with a large fridge, little microwave and (unusually) a noisy dehumidifier (which I had to turn off ). HVAC unit was quiet, the bed comfy, parking very convenient, rate was low.

Yes everything was near by. The parking was really good i have no complaints everything was excellent I will return for another stay very soon.

Parking was great and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean. I just noticed the tub may have needed a wipe down. Other than it was a fine place for a quick night to rest.

Surprisingly impressed with the hotel. Room was dated but clean, bed was ok. Full sized refrigerator was a plus. Area was very quiet. Property needs some repair, concrete stairs leading up to 2nd floor were crumbling in spots. Would stay here again.

For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure.

Everything worked as it should. Michael was very polite. He called before we arrived to make sure our arrival would go smoothly. He provided enough towels and wash clothes for our entire stay on day one.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I checked in at the front desk. I found my room to be clean and comfortable. The hotel is located conveniently near the convention center and mall. Overall, it was exactly what I needed for my trip.

We got 3 tiny pillows for 2 adults which wasn't great and the bed wasn't very comfortable but would have been made much more comfy with normal sized pillows and if there had been enough provided for each of us to have 2.

Nice suite for a very good price! Note that there is no breakfast and no coffee provided, although a coffee pot and microwave and refrigerator are provided in the room. Off the beaten path.

The office staff! Completely wonderful folks! Neighbors a bit noisy but it wasnt the worst by any means.

Room had baby roaches in small areas. While not a major problem, it was unexpected. Also, stovetop burners but no oven. Only a small microwave. Room was also located next to an occupant with a barking dog.

Affordable Suites was convenient to the area we needed to be. The room was clean, neat, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and actually called to let us know that our room was ready and we could check in earlier than we planned. I would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Suites Florence to anyone in the area.

Mike in the office was excellent. Rooms are a B- . Clean. Room was good - kitchen stuff was great. Way too basic - no Kleenex - no front office contact after 6:00 - It seems like you need to watch out who is around - I understand that you get what you pay for but it would add a touch of comfort with a few changes. It is uncomfortable to think that after 6:00 you are on your own - if there is a problem with the room your are out of luck. If there is a problem with other people - noise or whatever - you are on your own again - or call 911. That sucks and is enough that I would pay more to feel more secure.

This is a nice extended stay hotel that has good customer service from the manager Mike. The furniture and the dinining area are nice additions for those who want more than just a bed to sleep. The tv has many channels for extended stayers but i could not find local channels This property checks all boxes but don't expect anything fancy.

Location was great. Very quiet! Very old & outdated. They need new everything! Mike the manager was super great! Very nice. Even though it’s old, it worked for us. A bit of billing discrepancy with booking.com, so hoping that gets straightened out!

I was thoroughly pleased with my choice of Affordable Suites Florence! I was coming in from out of town and Mike initiated the call with me to ensure that my check in process went smooth. Despite arriving after office hours, I was able to get my room key without issue. My daughter and I walked in to basically see a 1 bedroom apartment- as there was a full front room with a regular stovetop and oven in the kitchen along with dishes and utensils, then the bedroom separate in the back with the restroom in the hallway. Considering the price, this property definitely overachieved in my opinion. Truly appreciative!

But there were a few scary-looking bugs (to be expected if you are staying on the first level of a place where your room door goes outside instead of into a hallway). One down side was the humidifier notification woke us up at 5:00 a.m. because the bucket was full. But again I wasn't expecting luxury at that cost.

This was my 4th stay and I already booked 5 more days in November ! I absolutley love being able to cook my own meals I save so much money.

This was my first time staying at Affordable Suites in Florence. The outside of the building is beautiful and well kept. The check in process was so great. Nancy was a fantastic and sweet person. Once we went in the room the smell of clean just smacks you in the face. We were sooo pleased with our room. Our room was on the side of the building in front of a woodsy area and it was beautiful. The AC works wonders. The bathroom was very clean as well. Definitely recommend this place! Not bad at all. Very happy!!

We came down to explore the area to build a home. The gal that was the Desk Manager, the Maid, the Security & among many other jobs was AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful. The Oreo's & the Cheetos made our day. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality. Hope to see you soon

This place is fantastic. The rooms were clean and showed the care the staff puts into the facilities. The full size fridge gave us the option of bringing our food for our trip. The location is close to everything and quiet for being so close to the interstate. Next time I am in the area I will be staying again. The only issue was the stiffness of the bed.

The room was absolutely spotless, clean sheets, clean towels, clean floor bathroom had no mold in it whatsoever and very hot water in the shower. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love this place and its the only place I will stay when in South Carolina . I LOVE the kitchen so I can prepare and cook my own meals .I save so much money not eating out !! Everything you need is stocked clean and Ready for you ! Just pick up your food and enjoy cooking fresh hot meals .
