Everything was clean, and in working order. I wish the hair dryer had been mounted on the wall as it is a bit awkward using it with the wall Mount laying on the counter. The fridge worked great but a small freezer compartment would’ve been very useful to refreeze me freezer packs. Other than that, it was perfect.

Normal breakfast The building is run down. Floor pieces sticking up or soft spots on floors. Had holes in our ceiling. Elevator sounds like your going to fall on the 3rd floor. When someone in another room showers it sounds like your in there with them.

We called and the lady working was super helpful and was able to explain to the manager so that my money could be refunded, although it was last minute. The breakfast was terrible, the same things were served every day. one of the days there was no scramble eggs just over cooked sausage and whole fried eggs. the bananas had bad spots on them. the iron in the room cut off on its own i believe there was a shortage in the cord, this caused water to come out while ironing putting spots on our clothes. The hospitality was terrible, when we arrived we were not greeted with a smile,we went out and came back in there was always eye contact i guess to make sure we belonged there, but nothing said. the attendant always looked like she had no personality so the hospitality needs improvement.

Loki at the front desk was very helpful, professional, competent and friendly. He is an asset to your organization. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathtub drain didn't function well. Perhaps people with dogs should be asked to not leave their dogs alone too long so that the dogs don't bark.

I never even stayed at the room. I was on day 3 stick in Asheville due to the winter storm. I was trying to book a last minute room after waiting 10 hours in the airport. My reservations weren’t processing. I ended up having to book a different hotel through another app. Well the reservation did go through once I left the airport. They are refusing to refund even though I never stayed in the room and wasn’t even aware that it went through. To charge people for something they didn’t use during a storm is greedy. What a joke.

Canceled the room but still receiving emails from this hotel. My brother had a seizure and is in a coma so we had to cancel our family holiday. Hotel refused to refund. We will not ever rebook with this hotel.

The stay was acceptable, but not in line with the price. The room was somewhat dirty upon arrival, and the hotel overall looks quite old and outdated. The first impression was not great considering the cost. The location is convenient, but there are better options nearby for the same price or even less.

The lobby had 2 pleasant fireside seating areas and ample dining seating for the breakfast which included both hot meal and continental breakfast items (no fresh fruit except bananas). The location was great for access to I-26 and the Asheville Airport, and there is a large choice of fast food and dine-in restaurants within walking distance. A great value.

We enjoyed staying at the comfort inn on Airport Road in Arden. Stayed at a king suite and had a sofa. I like the fact that they except dogs with no size restriction. I have another stay again and look forward to this hotel.

This is not a five star property, however, it was very clean and staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is situated such that it’s easy to get to all surrounding areas for visiting different areas of Asheville and Hendersonville.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Fletcher for 4 nights. It has been renovated so it looks nice. We found the bed to be very flat/uncomfortable. They need new thick mattress. The sleeper sofa which we used as extra seating was very hard. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The price was right. It was quiet!

We were assigned 2 other rooms across from each other and when trying to enter one of the rooms we found another guest was already assigned the room. (Both our keys and the other guest keys worked for the same room). Once we had that room we came back from my family’s with the children and found the lights to enter the room were blinking like a strobe light. The floor in the bathroom was warped so you had to push the bathroom door over the hump to get it closed. The beds were very hard. The sheet had a black stain on them, and the trucks beeping to back up in the morning were loud. I will never stay here again when we come back to visit family.

We visited to attend the Apple Festival in Hendersonville this was a 15 minute ride further up the road but we had no issues. Front desk staff was super helpful, room was clean and we will for sure keep in mind for any other stays in the area!

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, and the fact that it is pet friendly. This was meant to be a quick in and out trip. The first room we checked into smelled and had a broken bathroom door. The replacement room ( after we asked for another room), smelled worse. We had to buy a candle.

This is a nice, recently refurbish property with an excellent staff especially Beverly. Rooms are large, clean and only lacking a few features to make it superior. Clothing hanging space is limited. There are no drawers for clothing only a few open shelves. If you don’t need to unpack this would not be an issue.

Service however was wonky. They had this new front desk employee with the best intentions and attitude, but she’d screwed up my reservation. The key system kept glitching, keys never worked. Worst experience happened when coming back from New Year’s Eve celebration, we were locked out of our rooms for almost an hour, because the key system busted. Owner didnt have the best attitude. He was mad. He should have been apologetic. I expect a compensation because I had to stay in the starways for over 40 min freezing with my dogs to prevent them from barking and waking up guests in the middle of the night.

Just had a smell so I went down to my truck for 2 of those Febreeze from the truck. Management probably looked at me weird walking in with them after checking in lol but it did smell like feet or maybe even dirty water. Either way the smell went away. Luckily the windows open too. Rating would be if it wasn’t for that smell.

Great stay! The blonde haired lady at the desk (I don’t remember her name) was super nice and friendly. Clean rooms, nice staff.

It was a hotel. First room smelled horribly like smoke. Front desk did excellent and let us switch rooms. Housekeepers were super kind. Hallways smelling amazing. Beds were soft. Pool is outside and was warm (Aug/Sept).

Checkin was easy, and the desk clerk was kind enough to let us have her parking space as her shift was ending on a sold-out night. Rooms were clean and quiet too. We enjoyed our stay here.

Clean property with laminate floors in every room. This hotel is modern, clean, and staff friendly. The Breakfast has standard items like waffles, muffins, juice and coffee. Extra effort for the real scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. I made an egg-bagel-sausage sandwich and it was great. Would recommend anytime.

Those are the most important conditions for me and the hotel met them all and at a fair price.

Only issue were the guests across the hallway with their loud music. Left their doors open with the extra lock so they could go back and forth between rooms and were in & out constantly past 11 pm. We finally called the front desk and it all settled down. Not really the hotels fault. There are a lot of people living here for construction jobs but everyone was nice and kind. Would come back for a quick stay but not for a long trip.

The staff were great and the rooms clean. Good breakfast. Too close to main highway, so noisy at night. In an odd location for regular business travel. Transportation limited without car.

The staff was excellent, kind, and accommodating. However, the bathroom was not as clean as I would like, i.e., someone's hair in the tub, black ring in the toilet suggesting the room/toilet had not been used in a while and no one had checked it to make sure it was appropriate.

Convenient to airport and many restaurants, etc. Clean, friendly employees, good breakfast.

The pool was not open. Not even ready to be used. Continental breakfast just ok. Would prefer healthier options. Room clean. Comfortable. Was a good hotel for a short trip.

Staff was great. Building was clean but trash all over property. Linens were worn. I had a wash cloth that literally had holes.

The woman that checked me in was very friendly and informative. The bed was very comfortable , room quiet, and 3 minutes from the airport. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We had one small issue, reported it and it was handled immediately and with courtesy and professional service!!
