The hotel was pretty clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and hot tub would have been nice if jets were working. Not a lot of choices for breakfast but at least it was included. Would have been better if they had bagels, different variety of cereals, maybe some danishes or muffins and more then just orange juice for juices. Overall it was a good experience and priced pretty good. Did like the microwave, countertop, and refrigerator in the room. Shower was nice Room was roomy and beds comfortable but bring a pillow those are lumpy. Close to a lot of places to get food and drinks.

I've stayed there over a dozen times it's a good spot. Good location. Fair prices. The bed this time was unfortunately toast. A little audit on the mattress situation is due.

Hot tub and pool were fantastic! Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was as expected, pancake machine, yogurt, boiled eggs, couple kinds of toast and cereals, instant oatmeal, honeybuns, granola bars, and a couple fresh fruit options. Beds were comfortable but a little stiff for those of us that like a softer bed. A mattress topper or pillow top type cover would make all the difference. We would definitely stay again!

Great place when you have pets! Enjoyed that this location had a hot tub!

The late night and morning star were helpful and kind. The pool was not as clean as it could or should have been. The mattresses really need replacing with something softer. The bathroom needs a paint scheme that doesn’t look like I ate too much and let loose in there. Double pane windows would help block some noise but the walls are a bit thin. Other than that, the room was simple by design, fit our needs.

Simple and comfortable room. Easy parking. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice addition. Very friendly and helpful staff. I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The place is just along the historic Route 66 and you can walk to the old town just for the exercise, nice room though we did not get to use the pool and avail of the breakfast as we were on our way to Monument Valley...thanks.Nice

Pancake breakfast is good enough. Not that much selection though. The area we were placed to was located at the very right corner side of the building where there is no light. A little bit dark where you wouldnt be able to see the step. So be careful if you will be assigned to this room.

It was really clean, and the staff was so kind. In the morning, they were constantly refilling the breakfast tables. I only stayed a night, but it was a relaxing night.

Staff was super helpful. I asked for recommendation to see the Grand Canyon and they provided great insight. Loved their breakfast set up. When we requested towels or toilet paper, they were quick to bring it to our room. Loved the covered and heated pool. While checking in, receptionists should attempt to keep room information more private and not visible to others.

Breakfast options were limited. There is not enough lighting in the hallways and doorways. Staff was friendly. Decent room for the price.

Our stay was very brief, getting in late and leaving around 9:00 AM the next morning. So we didn't make use of the pool or any other amenities like that. The breakfast was quite well stocked with decent variety, keeping in mind it's not a "hot" site where there are scrambled eggs and sausage. But it was certainly a great value given those limitations. Overall, we were not disappointed with our stay. It's an older facility that seems to be pretty well maintained. The staff were very cordial. We would stay again.

I liked the pancake breakfast and juice that was provided, maybe beagles would be nice to add to the list.

We had a great 4 night stay and appreciated the updated room and no complaint about the breakfast or pool and hot tub. Free ice too. Just wished the beds were a little softer. Great stay overall though.

The outside may look dated but the inside of the room was a pleasant surprise - modern and sleek, especially the bathroom. Super close and walkable to downtown Flag. Plenty of parking. Front desk was warm and welcoming; check-in and out was smooth. Breakfast was solid (pancakes, bananas, peanut butter in to-go containers, blueberry muffins to-go, juice and coffee).

This is a great location. It was a decent property. The staff was beyond helpful. It’s a little older, but I figured it would be with our price I paid. It was a great value. We were comfortable and felt safe. We would stay there again.

Cool Route 66 decor in the room. Very spacious with a bar over the fridge; this is my favorite layout I have stayed in so far. It is an older building but it is very well kept and the room was very nice. There is also a pool and hot tub with hours from 7a to 10p. The pool and hot tub are in their own separate building. It's okay but prepare for the cool desert chill in the evening when going back to your room

Overall this In is the best budget In with high quality amenities such indoor pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Healthy breakfast with fresh fruits. The room is clean and updated.Linens and towels are fresh and clean. Thank you.

Don't know how they got all these stars but the only highlight was the friendly face at the reception. Everything else was way bellow average, not nice and outdated. Not recommended.. Especially considering the price... Travel across the US and had a much nicer hotels for half the price. NOT Recommended...

The rooms were spacious, but the restroom was small.

The room wasn't as nice as we had assumed from the photos and we kept finding hairs on the "clean" linens. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable. The staff was really nice, and the breakfast selections were the typical continental fare, but was good. They had a fresh pancake machine and nice fresh fruit every day. The staff were really nice, attentive and helpful, so that was definitely a plus!

Just yet another great stay here at this Super 8. 2 nights this time. Have stayed here many times when in town and already have resvs for April and May for spring snowboarding. the support staff w/great customer service and the place was clean. however, there was incident that occurred from 2-330am w/ a couple fighting outside a couple down rooms down which kept us up majority of the morning. this resulted w/ the cops showing up. i stayed here before and there werent any problems before until this time around.

The customer service was good, but unfortunately some of the other guest made the stay feel unsafe as all night they were screaming shouting and banging at doors. Even after cops made a well visit the noise continued and I consider it should have been better handled by the hotel being that it is part of there policy when checking in.

Staff was great, room and pool / spa was tired, many jets not working but it was nice and hot. Room heater was noisy and cycled on and off every few minutes keeping us awake all night.

The bed was a little harder than we are used to but the room was clean and the heat worked great. We utilized the pool while we were there and Kayla even restocked the towels. The only thing I would recommend is adding eggs and bacon or sausage to their breakfast. My kids cannot make it on cereal and pancakes alone.

I have been traversing the U.S. from the East to the West Coast, and this was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Finally, a bed firm enough to sleep in! Also, everyone was respectful and quiet at night so sleep was actually possible and the front desk staff put me in the back row, away from road noise - thank you! The hotel layout is wonderful - easy in and out with your stuff. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was heavenly. I was wonderfully surprised by this hotel!

Extra care amd consideration was taken with the planning and renovations. Honestly its comparable to a more luxurious branded hotel stay based on the look and cleanliness of the washroom alone. Beds were emaculately clean and very neatly done up with a more overall refreshing take on interior quality. They care and it definitely shows in nearly every aspect and all tied up at a super good value. A super high quality and super good value experience. Highly recommended for those on a budget and looking to save. Best Super 8 experience to date and that says a lot.

Very convenient location close to food spots, loved that we had a parking spot right outside of our room, and a clean designated grassy area for my dog to go potty. Breakfast was good too, they provide a lot of options plus fresh pancakes ready to make. Would stay here again.

I had booked 5 rooms for our group and they were clean, comfortable. The hotel is super close to bars and restaurants. Staff were polite and helpful, they let us use their local landline to call US numbers since our European sim cards were not working.

My favorite thing when travelling, we had an extremely clean room. Staff was pleasant and helpful with requesting a hair dryer and calling for assistance with our television. The morning breakfast was nice, and I liked that the front office has coffee/juice all day. Thank You Super 8!

My overall stay was nice, the room was clean but the floors left our feet a little black. Maybe bring some slippers to wear. The pool was nice. I would stay here again.

Great staff. The room was comfortable, clean, not small, and quiet. The hotel is in a safe location. The beds are comfortable (and I’m very picky). Our room was updated, but the hallways and pool were extremely dated. We didn’t stay at the pool for very long, the whirlpool was cloudy and the pool had a high amount of chlorine. The hotel is very close to NAU and restaurants. They are also pet friendly. We would stay here again.

It was a really nice easy and convenient stay for visiting and moving our daughter up to school. They are super pet friendly and will offer housekeeping for the pets beyond the standard. Fees are budget friendly and reasonable. Stay was actually quiet for being near alot. It is also short walks to plenty of food, stores and accross campus. Overall clean and lovely for a stay. The staff is super friendly and the free breakfast was good. Overall good for travel and short stays.

This was a great hotel and a cool location. Had a lot of options to eat around and gas stations nearby. The staff was friendly. Surprisingly enough the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple, nothing extravagant, but definitely not for those that want a lot of options.

The pool is in its own separate building. It was nice in one sense as it was temperature controlled, but when walking to your room after, especially, at night it was very cold and exposed.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent amenities and well maintained site. The staff were all lovely and really cheerful. The breakfast was excellent and the indoor pool and spa were the icing on the cake. We would definitely book again if we are in Flagstaff Thanks

Beautiful property. Well decorated. Great use of space. Super clean. You can see the pride that the staff have. The check in process is great. The staff is informative and kind. They have a pool and jacuzzi. Very clean. The clean out process was great. Thank you for your hospitality. Will stop by the next time I am driving through Flaggstaff.

My husband was eaten alive as we tried to sleep in room 142 We found bed bugs in the bed My husband was bitten many times big welts head to toe We killed the bed bug we found & it was full of blood Unacceptable habitation! Blood pathogenic parasites are dangeous to health & well being We had to leave by 3am it was so bad The office personnel said “That can happen “ & didn’t refund our $ we had to go to another hotel

This was an unexpected gem. From the pool/jaccuzi, to the beautiful room with a fridge and microwave. The 24 hour complimentary juice and coffee was a nice touch. Of course the room comes with a complimentary breakfast, as well. Incredible value on Route 66

I had someone banging on my door and window all night. I had to call the front desk several times. Got no sleep until 5am. Horrible experience!!

The rooms were super clean. We haven't stayed in a hotel this clean in a long time and we were really surprised by the cleanliness. The pool and jacuzzi were working. Pool area seemed a little dated but it wasn't too bad. The fact that it's indoors is nice. Staff was super friendly. Great place to stay!

I asked for upstairs and it was super quiet. Yah! Very nice functional bathtub, plenty of hot water too. I like the mini kitchen island for preparing coffee or microwaving something.

The room was clean & the staff was nice but the neighbors were awful. Loud, smoking everywhere, one even had a charcoal bbq outside their door & the smoke smell invaded our room. Loud, drunk tailgating going on.

Bed hard as a rock, so much traffic noise all through the night. If i had not taken meds, i would of just left real early!!!!

Property is conveniently located with a 10 min walk downtown and a light breakfast is included. I left some items behind and they located them for me AND mailed them home.

The bed was horrible! Both of them. We booked a double queen (no choice at the time).

I loved the room. It was updated and had nice Arizona art. The breakfast area was very clean and very comfortable.

For Softball Tournament was close bye and just needed place to stay.

The pictures are deceiving , the hotel is old and needs renovating , especially in the pool , looks very run down , the hotel also needs cleaning and new painting , the breakfast is a continental breakfast not a buffet breakfast , be aware of that.

Great location to walk to restaurants and get to downtown quickly. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub could be a little cleaner.

Was a decent place to stay.

The room was clean and had convenient parking. The price was reasonable for the area, but it is very busy and hard to turn left out of the parking lot. The bed was okay, but the AC did not keep the room cool, so we did not sleep well.

Stayed here for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. Room was clean and spacious. Quick breakfast was available starting at 6am.

A spacious and clean room that was conveniently close to downtown Flagstaff. Breakfast was pretty minimal, that's my only negative. But for the overall amenities and location, I thought the value was great.

Especially loud sounds from other rooms. Hotel management have to make policy’s for that. One room there is almost 10-15 Chinese people sleep and make too much noise. I don’t know how hotel allowed that much people in one room.

Rooms were clean. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was minimal but enough to get you going.

Great stay at Wyndham. Good food options for vegetarians. Affordable and comfortable stay. Fridge, microwave oven were provided.

My friend and I were blown away by this Super 8! The front desk staff went above and beyond on check in, bringing more blankets, giving us information about the property, and making sure there was enough food at breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and covered so you can enjoy them all year. The hotel was located in a central place to get to all of the things we wanted to see. We were actually so sad to be leaving this hotel to go on to our next location!

It was my second time staying here within a week due to some unforeseen medical stuff. This place was quiet and clean. Staff were so nice both visits. If I have to stay in Flag, I will be coming back here.

Great stay on the way to the gran canyon

Friendly staff, clean.

We used the hotel as stop for accessing Grand Canyon and Horse Shoe bend. Hotel (rather motel) was easy to find. Located in walking distance from historic Flaggstaff downtown. Rooms were clean. Good place place to stop for few days as partoif the road trip. Breakfast for pancakes or cereal. Would recommend

Had a great stay, nothing all that bad to say other than the stained sheets and awkward pillows.

Management accommodated our request to change rooms due to our neighbors late-night movie watching and music. Walls are thin! Comfy beds, room was clean but a bit beat up. Nice AZ photos on walls. Decent breakfast. Great location next to NAU which is its best feature.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and daily housekeeping was a nice surprise. It’s hard to beat the value — breakfast included at this price is fantastic. The location made it super easy to explore both the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

Nice Super 8. Dining nearby was adequate. Breakfast supplied was decent.

Room was very clean. Furnishings and bathroom were in great and clean condition. As well.

Greeted with friendly staff upon arrival. Got to my room and had a noticeable crack in the doorway jamb when door was closed and could feel cold air coming through at night. Only real complaint. Bed was huge! Pool was completely enclosed for all year swimming. Grass area next to it for pets to do business in and equipped with bags to clean it up. Breakfast in lobby was OK. Would consider staying again.

It's great a stay. Hot tub is a plus. We really enjoy staying for couple of days
