Sleep Inn Flagstaff

Hotel was good and in a good location near the stores we would be visiting.

Property was clean, associates were friendly and the room was nice! The breakfast was included and delicious because they had waffles.

Convenient location when catching a show at the Pepsi Amphitheater down the road. Only complaint was that parking can be a bit tough with large trucks and SUVs taking up multiple spaces.

The only problem we experienced was it was not possible to regulate the water temperature of the shower. Your only choice was way too hot. Everything else was great.

The Sleep Inn is great value for the money. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, the temperature in the room was great, and the free breakfast is a bonus. My son made waffles the two days we’re were there. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, English muffins, or bread to toast. We didn’t utilize the pool, but an indoor pool is great especially for the colder months. I highly recommend.

This hotel was excellent times 10,000!!! The property was extremely clean and well maintained! Our room was fabulous! A firm bed with great pillows! They did not have a handicapped room but they made the absolute best with a toilet riser and a shower seat! Much better than most ADA rooms! The shower was great!! The only suggestion would be to put shower gel in with the shampoo and conditioner. Bars of soap are difficult for handicapped users. Breakfast had many options and everything was delicious!! Front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly!! There’s even a grill area outside on a wonderful patio!! And, bonus, there’s a Walmart across the street! We WILL stay here again!!!

Wife & I heard a few others state no water pressure. I planned ahead. REserved another location the night before just in case. We were packing. About 0845 a guy at the door, we're about to leave, he's the Maint guy & checks the water, it WORKS! Great !!! Too late, we're out the door to another place. Apparently a Maint guy the day earlier didnt do something right and it affected many, maybe all customers. Bad luck. BUT, they DID reimburse us! :) NOISY Ppl NEXTDOOR that night too.

There were only two minor things that keep me from giving this property all 5 stars. The 2 queen room was very small and the bathroom was in two parts with the shower room having a pocket door. This saves room but was.very awkward to close.

The air wasnt cool enough. Rooms way too small. The bathroom is like an outhouse. Very very small. Toilet flushed awkward. Water pressure is very low. The shower extends into the room. The sink is nestled almost into the bedroom. Its very clean. Staff is friendly but its had its time. The room is so small the directv receiver sits on the fridge. Beds are comfortable.

The room did not smell nice. But they were "clean to the eye" it was okay to stay for the night. It's thay kind of feeling that you know it's not clean.

The rooms are definitely not worth the price! Couldn’t even plug something in without the light being turned on due to the way the cover was screwed in sideways. The shower dripped all night. Definitely not the cleanest place.

It was an overnight stop and looked at reviews to book here. Let’s just say it was not 4-5 stars. Homeless outside, renovated but not new or kept up. Looks used up. Hotel had a funky smell. Dingy looking. Room was clean. Food was ok. It’s ok but I’ll look elsewhere next time.

Easy check in, lots of parking, safe, restaurants close. Wifi was a negative because it required registration including way too much ch for personal information. So we simply borrowed the wifi from next door. Good breakfast but a bit crowded in the smaller area.

When I say great place to stay it’s a great place to stay! Honestly not one bad thing to say. Rooms were nice, right across from Walmart which was a plus since we had a 1 and 2 year old with us. Breakfast was nice! Easy to get to and in great location to get anywhere quick. Staff is very friendly and was willing to let me have late check out. House keeping very thorough and even stopped by to give us extra towels even tho I didn’t need house keeping. Will definitely stay again. Might be my new go to in flagstaff.

Close to NAU and the downtown area. Would recommend. We were in room 124 right are the beginning of the hallway and directly across from the indoor pool. Lots of traffic and noise.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk had fresh cookies. The free internet was a little confusing because it prompts you to make an account with the hotel brand. You just need to click below that and watch an advertisement, and then it worked fine. Breakfast was good and I loved that the ice machine had a water button so we could fill our water bottles.

3 nights for a reasonable price. Bed was not comfortable. I requested room service especially to refill shampoo, but shampoo was not refill. When I requested for room service, the staff gave me an unpleasant stare

The pool was quite nice. The hot tub produced lots of foam that had a strange layer of gray gunk on top of it (maybe dust?). The breakfast had limited offerings.

Had a great stay at a really nice hotel—comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The jacuzzi was excellent, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options to start the morning right. Definitely a place I’d stay at again.

I really did enjoy this hotel for the price and I would say it’s worth it if you’re in a pinch and need to stay at night or two in Flagstaff the beds were comfy. The pillows and the shower was pretty good.

The room was tiny, and ridiculously overpriced. Walls were thin and we could hear people in the rooms next to ours and definitely above. The bed was uncomfortable, and we couldn’t get the temperature quite right.

OMG SMALL PARKING SPOTS PERFECT FOR SMALL CAR. For the amount of unusable parking spots the hotel could widen the parking spots.

Sleep Inn is a very good value with free breakfast. Counter staff were very courteous. This location is close to most activities including the Flagstaff Snow Park. A short drive from the inn. Enjoy!

We liked the short trail off the parking lot for a morning walk. I was worried about freeway noise since it is right next to the freeway but it was not a problem. We liked the ambience in the lobby. The indoor pool and hot tub were great.

Staff was great the room was way less quality in comparisons to all other sleep inns we have stayed at. The drains around sink and shower were not clean, shower dripped constantly. The toilet was loose every time you sat or got up it moved. No shower body soap unlike every other sleep inn that we have stayed at.

My only complaint: Some of the guests were driving huge pickup trucks loaded with generators or welding gear in the beds. They backed these diesel trucks into parking spots outside the room windows and let them run for 10 to 15 minutes, SHAKING AND VIBRATING MY ROOM WITH NOISE at 6 a.m. both mornings

The property itself was great nice and clean... We stayed near the freeway and didn't hear any vehicles going by nor the train... Staff was great as well... Check in went smooth and receptionist was great as well. Wouldn't mind sleeping there again on our next trip

I took a day trip with my family to flagstaff and decided to stay the night. We were looking for something affordable with breakfast. Not only was sleep inn affordable, the continental breakfast was just what we expected and to top it off my boys loved the indoor pool. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay

I read the great reviews and decided to book my stopover at the Inn. What a great surprise! The staff was warm and inviting. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good combination of hot and cold items including eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice, and coffee. It's also very close to Interstate 40. A bonus is that it is directly across the street from a shopping mall. So, if you forgot to pack something, you could easily walk across the street and buy it.

The king size room but a bit smaller than I’m used to but we did outdoor activities ever day and didn’t spend much time there. Go visit Walnut Canyon National Monument! It’s awesome!

The room is clean. The location is very convenient. 1minute to Walmart and restaurants. It offers free breakfast which is good too.

The room smelled and felt clean! No evidence of smoking or pets - a big plus for us! Bedding was nice. Mattress was above average. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and good food. And they had enough food, even during the last half hour. Parking lot needs a few more spaces. It's not posh or fancy which is fine with me. Easy cancellation policies. A very nice place to stay for very reasonable prices. We will stay there again.

Mt family and I have stayed here in the past and it has been constantly a great place to stay.

I like the Sleep Inn fine but I request adjoining rooms 6 months in advance and didn’t get them. This was because there was a tour group staying there. I didn’t even get rooms with doors close! I requested this for a reason. This was very disappointing.

Easy access to everything, breakfast was decent. Room was a little small but worked great for my daughter and I for one night. Quiet and close to NAU. Bed was comfortable, I slept great!

The property was very nice and very clean, especially for the price. I saw many reviews about the rooms being too small, but our room was actually one of the bigger DQQ rooms we have been in. Now im not sure if we accidentally got put into a ADA room or not, which would account for the extra space. The breakfast was pretty good and nice and hot with a good selection. The pool area was very clean and the water felt amazing. Overall if im ever in Flagstaff again I would definitely choose to stay here

Nice small hotel close to NAU. The room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave in the room. Small, continental breakfast was included, and the rate was very reasonable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

As someone who has allergies the bathroom body wash, hand soap, and shampoo should be fragrance free. The shower flower felt slippery and oily. The door getting into the shower has an awkward way of opening. The room has great lighting but feels crowded. The breakfast was amazing!!! Overall it was not a bad experience. One thing we did notice the parking spots are tight especially for a truck.

Dirty room, very limited breakfast options, laundry is at the laundromat across the street, with limited hours, extremely noisy with people, fighting/shouting in the hallways, and very loud and unruly in the pool area and front desk staff not doing anything about it, and to be honest, I think they were maybe 18 years old so that’s a lot for them to try to handle.

Everything about the Sleep Inn was wonderful. The room was exceptionally quiet, clean and sturdy, very modern too with up-to-date amenities, very well-appointed. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and would DEFINITELY recommend this property.

Convenient clean place to stay. Lots of construction workers were staying on property (working elsewhere) and parking was only complaint. Even with handicapped parking none was available best

Good location across from Walmart and by freeway. Property a little dated but clean. Fridge made noise and odor in room without ac. Breakfast was good

The location of our room was not ideal. We were next to the elevators and stairs to the second floor. So we had continual noise of customers entering and exiting the second floor. There was also a great deal of street noise. The bathroom is not designed very well. The breakfast buffet was good, property was clean and staff was friendly.

Stopped over a quick sleep. Staff was great at giving us a late check out since we didnt arrive until 3am. We really appreciated that. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

All around great place to stay

They had a free breakfast, but it was the same thing every morning. It was good, but a little variety would have been nice. The parking lot was very full. We almost couldn't find a spot one night.

Parking was a bit of a pain on Saturday night; a bunch of jerks had double-parked their cars. With the size of the lot, I kind of wish that had been enforced better. But that's about it as far as any problems I had. Great stay, overall, and the location was pretty good too.

This was the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during a trip to the grand canyon. I recommend it to anyone staying in the Flagstaff area.

Very kind and friendly hotel staff. Rooms were nice for the price. We have a large family and the hotel was very accommodating. We had full days of hiking in Flagstaff and exploring the Grand Canyon. Nice place to rest up at the end of our long days.

The rooms were clean and the linen smelled good. The air conditioner could use some attention, it didnt cool our room to temp we like. Check in was super easy and got to our room within a couple minutes instead of the usual 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice with a microwave oven and small refrigerator. The bathroom area was a little small but was clean and in good repair. Everything was in good repair and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The free parking was good. The indoor swimming pool and spa were great. The free continental breakfast was great. The worker kept all areas clean and supplied with food. We had NO complaints at all!!!

Always a pleasure to stay there when visiting our son. Morning breakfast is always good and plentiful. We will come back.

Best sleep ever

Quiet, very clean, great little breakfast with regular sized muffins (not the stale puny like at others) eggs, ssg, yogurts, juices etc.! Pool & spa were good. Bathroom is small and didnt have a fan, but shower was good & dug the soap setup. The only issue was the TV was stuck on tiny screen & the remote wouldnt work. Luckily we were too tired to care. Comfortable rest. No disturbances. A bit pricier than others but worth it for the cleanliness, amenities & great breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are really nice. Parking space is to cramped. Our 2nd day eating the continental breakfast the lady was not restocking the food. It was taking her awhile to get things restocked. The 1st day the lady did an awesome job. Thank you for a good stay.

Was very impressed with this affordable hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Warm buffet breakfast. Clean pool, very hot jacuzzi. Only downside was the room was a bit small but otherwise… would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean new property with very pleasant staff. Great for a night's sleep if you're in town for a night. Interstate access and proximity to shopping for food or the basics is a huge plus as well.

Only complaint there are no usb ports in the room. Desk staff is excellent!

Enjoyed the stay. The King room was not cramped. The water pressure was good. Plenty of pillows. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the coffee was especially good. Television listing was good.

There were 3 of us staying and only had an office chair. We saw other rooms with 1 or 2 arm chairs and our room didn’t have any even 1

This is a motel but way nicer than many hotels I’ve recently stayed at so don’t let the name fool you! It feels like a mom and pop type of place. It is small, and intimate. The hotel, lobby and rooms are all modern and nicely updated! The beds are comfortable and the bedding was nice. The staff were super friendly, helpful and genuine! Sincerely cared about helping with any request. Breakfast was included and offered a bunch of options! The breakfast area was nice and bright and there was never anyone without a seat, despite this being a small Inn. It’s in a quiet area with lots of restaurants and local shops. I highly recommend this Inn. I would stay here again!

Beds were so hard that after the first night my lower back was in extreme pain for the duration of our 3 day trip. Husband woke up sore and stiff every single day. Will not stay at this location again simply for the poor night's sleep.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was clean, but small. The bed was comfortable, and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The pool was clean.
