    Upon check in they had no ground floor rooms for disabled people. The staff checking us in was indifferent about this. Like he could care less. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor. The grounds were not kept up. Not sure if I will ever stay at a hotel like this again

    Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a light over the sink go out and they came and replaced it promptly. This location was convenient to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

    First room smelled like weed. The adjoining door was taped all around the seems with clear packaging tape. The next room smelled ok. Dirty along the floor boards and and the floor boards in bathroom dirty. Shower had dirty floor. After I rinsed it then it still was a little dirty. Floor was sticky film on it. It was gross. The ac unit had pieces missing from it.

    This property is adequate if you need a place close to NSU campus at a reasonable price. The amenities are minimal, including no hair dryer, no shampoo or body wash. Checkout is done remotely via a kiosk and the agent was in Chicago. Certainly not on the top of my list

    Rating: 1/5 Stars If you are traveling with family, do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this Motel 6 in Flagstaff. They do not care about their guests, they do not care about safety, and they absolutely do not care about your children. We found clear evidence of drugs/drug use right inside the room. When I brought this massive safety hazard to the staff's attention, they completely refused to do anything about it. Instead of handling the issue like professionals, they played a ridiculous game of cat-and-mouse, giving me the runaround just to speak with a manager who ultimately did nothing to resolve the situation. To top it all off, they cannot honor basic business agreements. We paid extra for an early check-in, and they completely failed to deliver on it, offering zero accountability or effort to fix their mistake. To make matters worse, Expedia was completely unhelpful when we escalated the issue. Apparently, they only value my children’s safety at a measly $25, which is all they offered to resolve a deeply dangerous situation. The moral of the story is that this place is totally content letting drugs stay in their rooms while treating paying guests like an inconvenience, and Expedia will not back you up when things go wrong. Management is a joke. Save your money, protect your kids, and book somewhere else.

    Very close drive to downtown and nearby stores. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Only critiques would be the mattress was a bit hard and I wish our room had a fridge. But it definitely serves its purpose for the night.

    I really did not expect a motel 6 to be this nice but it sure was. I was moving with all of my earthly possessions piled in my car and very worried that someone would break in. But I didn't have that worry at this place. The rooms were clean and the service was pretty good.

    It's a Motel 6. Expect Motel 6 in terms of flooring and finishes, but I was very comfortable there. It was near a highway but still quiet. No rowdy neighbors, tho I do believe this location offers studio apartments for long-term stay. It's also across the street from a strip mall with several places to eat and a small Walmart (tho that particular Walmart has only a very small grocery department). I would stay here again.

    When I inquired about the room service on my second night of a four day stay at the front desk I was told that they don't service your room until you check out and that if I wanted fresh towels I had to take the used ones and find the housemaid and exchange them. Also no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. If the hotel policy is not cleaning the rooms and not resupplying the toiletries they should at least advise of it upon check-in.

    The room hygiene and service at this hotel were terrible. The blanket smelled awful, and when I asked for a change on day two, I was told they don't clean rooms for multi-day stays. I had to track down the linen closet and change the bedding myself. Furthermore, there is no physical receptionist, just a remote worker on a screen who was incredibly unhelpful. When I complained about the blanket, he literally told me to "figure it out." I am deeply disappointed with this experience.

    I hope they are trying out new technology for check-in, check-out, office staffing. We spoke to someone on a computer screen, and had to manage technology that was not labeled, and was poorly described by the computer-generated staff person. This was abysmal, especially after traveling from 3 states away and arriving quite late at night. The woman on the computer screen, was impersonal, there was no eye contact, the instructions were vague or misleading, and the video instructions on how to place my ID in a "bin" were impossible to achieve. I can operate computers professionally, and have NO problems with airport kiosks, etc., but I was getting VERY frustrated. Finally, a live person came out into the lobby, and I thankfully handed her my ID. She refused to take it, nodded at the computer screen and said, "the person on the screen will help you." I responded, "Not so far!" These problems went on. I finally got a key from one of the machines, left, came back, and asked where my room was. She said to look at the map on the counter. I found it. It was taped securely to the desk with the text facing away from me. There was no North/South, etc, and no "Your are Here." all in all - a nightmare. AT LEAST, there was an elevator that I finally found, couldn't locate the ice machine. I will NEVER use this hotel again and if this is a new program, no more MOTEL 6 for me. Ridiculous!

    I like the woodland area but the traffic noise from freeway makes it hard to sleep when on the side close to freeway. The shower was dirty and i didn’t like the video check in. There was no sign or anything telling you what to do if no one was at the desk.

    This is a better Motel 6 than others I have stayed. If expect a typical blue door motel experience you will be pleasantly surprised at this location. There is also a Walmart across the street that is walkable.

    Check-in was great. The room was absolutely horrific. I travel a lot and this was the dirtiest room I had ever stayed in. My feet and my dog’s feet turned black within a half hour. The maid did not bother to mop and it was hard floor no carpet. It was sticky absolutely horrible. It came down to me taking my vinegar and water that I used to clean my dog bowls with and their towels to clean the floor. The towels turned black. Every time my dog would jump on the bed, on the white sheets they would leave black marks. The cubby holes where the towels go, were caked in dirt. I used one washcloth. That was after I cleaned it with soap and water. I wouldn’t even take a shower! I left a note for the maid telling her to do better. She’s lucky I didn’t tell her boss about it. I will never stay there again.

    We arrived a little late around 6:00 because our day was packed with adventure from local sites and needed a nap and by the time we woke up the pool was closed. We ended up having to leave before it opened again to make it to slide rock so we never got to use it which was partly why we booked this. The girl at the front desk was nice but the smell of Curry was overwhelming. The beds were super uncomfortable! The lock on the door was barely being held on and wouldn't have stopped anybody. At first we didn't have the remote for the tv but they brought us one without a battery cover. The shower and toilet were so small and odd, the whole room was just small. I thought for sure I booked 2 queen beds but I was told they have no queen beds. Only twins. The floor had hair, clumps of hair beside our bed. It smelled like feet. And the amount of dirt inside the AC unit that you had to sleep directly next to was a little unsettling.

    The location is convenient. It is located right off the freeway across the street , from walmart and catty corner to red lobster , olive garden and other renown restaurants. The location provides easy access to interstate forty and interstate seventeen. It's located at the hub for lake , mary , oak creek canyon , walnut canyon , san francisco peaks. If you have business at the northern arizona university , this location is conveniently located down the street from the south campus.

    I was there for three nights. The room was not serviced at all. I had to go downstairs to get more toilet paper. The bathroom walls had urine stains. There was an old sock in the corner of the room. Hot water lasted maybe three minutes. The staff said I had to contact Expedia since it was a third party. Absolutely disgusting. My sister wouldn't even shower since she was afraid she would get foot fungus.

    The room was very humid and the fan didn't work in the bathroom to remove it. I noticed some mold in the bathroom which concerned me because I couldn't regulate the moisture in the room. This is the second time I stayed hehe really not a bad place but, this time this problem did make it challenging to sleep. Also the walls were thin and the person next to us had the TV full blast all night I used white noise to drowned it out and wasn't my main complaint but, thought it was helpful to note for light sleepers.

    The location of the Motel. Near establishments in walking distance. Bedding was clean. Not too much traffic in the area and plenty of parking for visitors. Security would be of help due to other tenants upstairs being loud throughout the night. Others yelling around in the early morning hours by our room window. Had a very sleepless night. The shower felt as if it was going to fall in. New shower tubs need to be installed. Felt unsafe to stand in for a long period of time.

    The site did not have a clerk on site everything was a virtual clerk in a kiosk in the lobby. Was looking for a blow dryer cause our room didn’t have one but I had to wait for room service clerk. Which was not helpful in the moment. The room was standard but the cover had holes in them and the towels are small. The fridge and microwave did work and were handy.

    I booked this hotel last minute. Within 2 hours the roads got way to bad to travel through the mountains because of a freak spring snow storm. The roads were labeled only travel if you have to. This hotel refused and still refuses to give a refund even though I literally didn't want to put my life or my family's life at risk driving over the mountain, the only way out of Colorado to get to this hotel. We will never use this hotel in the future

    I always stay at motel 6 when I am visiting Flagstaff. From the grand canyon when I had time off. i been staying there for the last 7 years. Now I am retire when I do come back to Flagstaff I will be staying here because of the staff they are very nice. And they started a live person video chat kiosk so when the person isn't standing behind the counter you can talk to a person bye video chat and you can check in and check out with that person .it's the only one at the motel 6 at the woodland place i know everyone has their own opinion about hotels and motels they stay at i like too let you all know everything i just wrote is my experience and opinion about the motel 6

    Nothing. No real person to check in. Remote kiosk. One person in front of us on check in. The man put in the cash for the room into the machine and it ate $40.00. He ended up having to pay more than $120 for a $66 room, and after a long wait, the remote attendant said someone would be around the next day to device the machine to try for a refund. We had reservations so check in was easier, but still uncomfortable dealing with a remote screen. The room was so small, with no fridge or microwave.

    The hotel was very clean. It didn’t offer breakfast and was about 1 1/2 hrs from the Grand Canyon. The motel was overall clean and the beds were comfortable. I think it was overpriced for what it offered.

    Path to room by elevator and staircase was untidy. Floor entrance ground had all sorts of stains and gum marks. Pool which was not open - contained greenish standing water covered in dust a debris floating at the surface. Room floor was not cleaned/mopped properly and hair on some of the towels that appeared intertwined in the towel material. Bed comforter had stains. When we called to get the WiFi password - the phone was filthy. Brown stains on the side of handle. The screws were loose on the Security lock on the inside of the door 3 out of 5. Had to place screw back in. Upon check out - there was no in person in the office. Instead a live kiosk agent was assisting via an automated camera machine. Thus, lack customer satisfaction.

    It was great. Lots of options. There was some cleaning issues but staff came and remedied it immediately. The beds weren't very comfortable. We had a kitchenette but the stove was induction and there were no pans, so we were unable to use it. Since it was spring break the room was quite expensive and compared to the other stays in flagstaff the value wasn't as good.

    Very small rooms. Not enough space to open a suitcase. Window really needed to be cleaned. Two towels for 3 people. Cleaning solutions gave off very strong smell - clogged up sinuses (maybe we are just extra sensitive). The shower pan was split and had black substance in the crack and the non-slip surface was stained making it look unclean. We didn't use the shower.

    The staff was amazing. They were very pet friendly. Parking was great we had a 20ft uhaul with a full car hauler attached and parked with no issues. We had stuff in the back of the truck we were hauling and noone messed with it overnight.

    Property was not kept up well. My husband had to wipe blood off the bathroom wall with a wash cloth and when I called the office to have more brought to our room they told me to come get them. Also there were unruly unattended kids throwing balls next to my car I didn’t appreciate at all. Just not a good experience at all, thank god it was just one night.

    Super thin walls; we could hear the neighbors and freeway almost constantly. The room keys were very sensitive; we had to get a new key twice even though we were careful about keeping the card away from any devices or other cards. The check-in was a little strange with the video call in the lobby and not an actual person in-person. Glad to have a decent shower and everything was relatively clean, besides the occasional stains. Limited towels in the bathroom area; only 2 big ones and the room sleeps 4. Still glad to have a roof over our heads and bed to sleep!

    Small room, toilet was not so clean. Only two little soap no shampoo or lotion. It has a hair dryer and a iron which is convenient for a lot of people. I don't know if they work because I didn't use them and a working flat Television. A lot of parking space. We felt safe on this property. Beds are smaller and made noises every time I moved. I forgot i rented two rooms my nephews moved the mattress they found a lot of garbage under the mattress.

    When checking in we had to talk to a young lady through a kiosk and it did not go well. We had reservations ahead of time, not sure if she had access to them but she could NOT get the credit card machine to work. After waiting for several minutes she finally just gave us our room keys and allowed us to go to our rooms. She asked us several times if we had already paid and we couldn’t understand why she didn’t have access to that information. It was late, we were tired and just wanted to get to our rooms and get some rest. After finally reaching our rooms the floor was dirty and it really needs updating. I doubt very seriously we will be staying there again.

    I wasn’t expecting luxury, I got what I expected out stay. Only used the room to sleep and shower. The room was tidy but small. The kitchenette didn’t have anything to cook with so bring your own if you’re needing to make meals. The fridge was a decent size which was good for what we had and the laundry area was nice to have as well. Location was about 30 mins from Sedona and about hour and twenty from the Grand Canyon. Which worked well for us.

    Room smelled like a kennel. I’m a pet friendly person but these rooms smell like pet kennels. Pet hair all over the floors. I had my own wipes & cleaners. I wiped surfaces & floors repeatedly. Wipes were black & covered with hair. Rooms often sell out so business is good. Basic sanitary bedroom is all I expect to pay for as a customer.

So bad, had to get the plunger from the front desk to get it to flush, for both days. No microwave or fridge, must be i.     Bathroom fan was broken with a high pitched sound that irritated my tinnitus so if you need the light, you will have to deal with the sound. The cleaning staff also went through all my trash and decided to give my yesterday old fries with grilled onions and cheese to the local birds. When you check in, you have to deal with the agent through a kiosk, both check-in and check-out gentleman were nice and the checkout guy said he would comp my room but I havent seen anything regarding this. It's what you would expect with a Motel 6.

    One word: bedbugs. I want a refund. I woke up and was covered in bedbug bites. I actually caught a HUGE one and put it in a cup to show the front desk. They have a person on a screen, not a real live person. He did not care and said he would notate it for the maintenance crew to check out. But i spoke to the maintenance guy and he just took the cup with the bug and threw it away. He didn’t even kill it!

    Where to begin. We checked in but ran errands before actually going to the room. We got to the room shortly before 8 PM. We needed to use the restroom right away and our shoes STUCK to the floor! There were sticky stains in front of the toilet. I think we all know the rest. I went to the front desk and was told all of the rooms were full and he was the only person on duty but could give me a mop. I took the mop and cleaned the floor. When I went back down and asked for sanitizer, he was suddenly able to come up to the room if I needed. The floor next to the bed had not been swept and the sheets on one of the beds had a stain. We were woken up shortly after two AM to a woman screaming (in the motel), which resulted in police action (including a K9, parking lot search by officers and one officer blocking the entrance of the parking lot). I had already decided we would not come back to this location and I know that DV issues can occur anywhere but that was the “final straw”.

    Exactly what you'd expect from a motel. The room itself was clean but the AC filter was filthy. It filled the room with the smell of mold and mildew as soon as I turned it on. Had to manage without any AC. Lamp lights near the bed didn't work. There are so many phone line outlets and very little electrical outlets and the ones that are available are so far from the bed and their positioning made no sense compared to normal hotels. The water faucet needs changing. Its extremely pressure sensitive and I had to very carefully move it to the right sensitivity so it wouldn't sprinkle water on me. Would only recommend if you're on a tight budget and don't care for convenience or quality.

    The first room had a stain on the bedspread and the shower looked like it hadnt been clean. The guy at the front desk was helpful, and switched us right away to the room next door. That room looked cleaner but had a weird smell. We were tired from a long drive and just stayed. We figured out later the smell was of wet dog. This shower, when we untied the curtain, a wet towel fell from it.

    The room wasn’t very clean, the door didn’t close properly, the property wasn’t taken care of, there weren’t enough parking spaces, and there wasn’t a person present for check-in - I had to check-in via a remote individual on a computer screen which required me to stand with my back to the door.     The motel utilizes AI chatbots (robo receptionis) instead of staff. That was not a problem until I found out at 5:00 AM that my toilet was clogged from the light use. The chatbot fix was to show me an image of a plunger and send me to local Walmart at 6:00 AM. I got a total of less than 5h of sleep as the previous day I drove 500 miles.

    This was the first motel 6 that I stayed in that was not equipped with fridge and microwave. In addition my “queen” bed was actually an uncomfortable full size, two completely flat pillows, and thin sheets in a cold room. They advertised “tub showers “ and in fact was a shower similar to those in prison.

    The bathroom in our room didn’t work, called the front desk to ask and someone would be able to come and check it out and they said it wasn’t their problem. We have a toddler and we had to leave in the middle of the night to use the restroom elsewhere. I went to check out and the front desk told us that there was nothing he would do or could do. Very unprofessional and overcharged for the room conditions that were very dirty and you could no one has been in that room to do proper cleaning or maintenance.

    The motel is old and shows its age. The room needs a deep clean and an update for sure. The flooring was in bad condition, the shower drips and splashes on to the bathroom floor. Not shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom walls were very dirty. The toilet has stains in the bottom of it that looks like poop that will not flush away. The bed was ok and seemed clean.     When we told the front desk they admitted that they should have vacuumed out HVAC system prior to the new season but didn't. Multiple, subsequent attempts to get a response from the manager after our visit were ignored. I don't have a lot of confidence in the cleanliness of this property.     This was one of the nicer Motel 6s I’ve stayed at in terms of location and the condition of the property. However, this was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I woke up several times in the middle of the night and by the time I woke up in the morning, I could barely move because I was supposed to and four from sleeping on the rock that they’re passing off as a mattress. I literally stayed in a different Motel 6 in another part of the country only a couple days before, and the mattress there was great, so clearly this is a problem specific to this property. I’m sure it doesn’t help but it sitting on a cheap metal platform, but whatever the reason not the location I would ever stay at again for this reason.

It was a good experience. Frankly, the BRIGHT SPOT was a vibrant young lady named Jenn. I went to exchange towels, she saw my armload and said "Full Set?" Yes ma'am, she hustled, put up BRB sign and escorted me to housekeeping for a full set, throwing the dirty on the floor. Pleasant, helpful, and a Ready Smile.     The sink was very slow to drain. The toilet would not flush. The shower had mold in the corners around the floor. The floor of the shower looked so bad that I put a towel down to avoid standing barefoot on that tile. The shower did drain properly. All was reported to the front desk at checkout. Rooms in the rear of the property back up to I-40. Noisy.

    OK for an overnight stay. Annoyingly they charged me an extra $5.56 for a fridge. This was Arizona - it's normally hot and a fridge is essential. I don't understand why some Motel 6 include it in the price and some don't. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings just opposite - 1 minute walk - can recommend the food there.

    The customer service at the front desk was excellent. The room itself was satisfactory, but the bathroom presented some issues. The toilet did not flush properly, and the showerhead was positioned in an unusual manner. Upon checking out, we inadvertently left an item in the room, which we realized a few hours later. When we returned to inquire about it, the staff initially checked the lost and found, consulted the cleaning staff, and then checked the room. Unfortunately, the item was not recovered, and it was no longer present in the room. While this was our oversight, it does raise concerns about the staff's integrity.

    Ive stayed at this location 4 or 5 times this year and this was the dirtiest room. Floors were filthy, looks like mold on the bathroom floor and in the shower, the shower doesnt drain, walls and doors were dirty, there was even soap scum on the sink from the prior guest. Very disappointed

    Staff were very nice, the grounds were clean, near shopping center and the college. Walls were thin and I had a loud annoying neighbor that I now know all about her son and her personal life and you could hear roadway traffic depending on where your room is but i would stsy again. My room was decently clean and bed was not bad to sleep on.

    Lady at check in was AMAZING super nice I didn’t catch her name blonde, mid 40’s maybe older. But the rooms were just ok, way over priced. Bathroom has mold spots on the walls from poor ventilation in there after showers and the steam. Beds are terrible, not comfy. Fridge/freezer not cleaned had pizza box in there when we checked in. Iced up so much the freezer doesn’t close all the way, fridge is iced up as well. Did I Lysol the bed before I slept, yes that’s how unsure I was. Towels had hair stuck to them clearly not mine, Went and bought my own, I just couldn’t do it.

    The “whiny” issue: The TV did not work properly and we could not connect to the TV with our phones. The front desk DID send someone up for THAT but it didn’t help. The good things: There are restaurants, Walmart and other shopping directly across the street. If I were to rate this hotel, excluding the medication situation, I would give it a 4 out of 10.

    Bare necessities which I expected- i’ve stayed here several times in years past and since then the property has not been kept up. The bed was comfortable- I didn’t want to use the shower since the shower floor was dirty. The room i stayed in needs curtains that fully close and definitely new flooring. Fortunately, they did not have carpet in the room I stayed in. The front desk was friendly upon checking in and checking out. I didn’t have high hopes but it was fine for one night with my dog

    Would not stay there again. Needs alot of work. Toilet very loud when flushing. Sink cracked, shower looks like some kind of drain work was done and mold around glass walls and shower door. Someone kept letting a door slam... We think it was either from the office (directly below us) or one of the adjacent rooms. We were woke up several times. At 3:30 AM I was woke up by a door slam, looked out the window and a guy was taking pictures of our MC. I confronted him and he said he thought it was belonged to someone that was bothering him!

    By far the worst experience we've ever had! Do not go here! While I understand it's a motel 6, my standards weren't too high, I didn't expect the rooms to be filthy and full of bugs! We paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night since we got in so late. We showed the front desk pictures and videos so she moved us rooms. The 2nd room didn't have live bugs but was filthy and had dead bugs! We've been trying to get a refund for the two nights we didn't stay but the manager does not return hotel.com calls to rectify. Hotels.com has been in communication but I don't get a refund due to the lack of communication from this hotel manager! It's not a lot of money but it's just about the principle. This location is being rewarded for its lack of accountability by the manager!

    No complains about the room whatsoever, bed and bathroom were clean. Ac, microwave, fridge, and tv all worked fine. Shower only had a bar of soap no shampoo/conditioner, but Walmart is the front door neighbor. Area seems a little sketch, but it was a quiet night so no real issues there. Nice lady at check in and checkout. Overall a good value for the price considering I booked the same evening.

    I will not stay at motel6 anymore. The first rooms door had been beaten in and repaired but did not close properly so we requested a different room. The new rooms door atleast locked secureley . The frint desk lady was nice but overall a vety scary and dirty place
