    The elevator was broken. When we checked-in the staff informed us and asked us if that was ok. I asked them what was the alternative he just said "you can cancel your reservation for a full refund", mind you this is 6PM... Wished they were a bit more empathetic and offered a first floor or some other benefit.

    I did not really stay here. I reserved a king bed room and checked in. Unfortunately, the room is not clean enough. There was somebody's hair on the bed, a piece of chewed gum on the lamp. I cancelled the stay and changed to another hotel.

    The elevators were broken upon both arrival and departure. After we hauled all of our stuff up two flights of stairs the bathroom door was locked from the outside. The clerk apologized for neither issue. The maids and breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall you have to question how well this business is managed.

    I mistakenly drove to the newer hotel located in town. When I tried to check in there, I learned that my reservation was with their other location close to the park where my event was. I wish I would have stayed at the first location. The lobby of the hotel I stayed at wasn't as bright as the first hotel, and the parking less isolated than the first hotel. There was a pungent unpleasant smell in the hallway. But the room was clean and worked well for the one night I stayed. It's next to a Walmart and has a steakhouse a short walking distance from the hotel building. I don't know what the nightly cost is for hotels in Flagstaff. The cost for this one was affordable. That is certainly worth considering.

    However, why the room appeared clean at first, there were hints that made us believe cleaning are done quickly (understandable since it was graduation week). We did not receive maid service (trash removed, towels removed and replaced, etc.) while we were there. There were also upkeep repairs that were apparent.

    Only one elevator was in service at the time. There was an old oil smell that permeated the area. No extra linens left in the room for the pull out couch, however after pulling it out and looking at the springs that came throught the matress we decided against it. Also there were a previous occupants lace undergarments under there so decided against using it. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were extremely helpful.

    My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and had friendly dispositions. The parking lot was well lit with clear views all around. The best part was breakfast, there was a buffet with hot eggs, sausages and very tasty potatoes. There was a variety of other items to choose from as well. My only complaint is that the elevator had a very bad odor the evening I got there and it was still there when I left the next morning. But overall I was happy with my stay.

    Checking out in the morning was a nightmare. We have brought our dog who is 14 years old chocolate lab. And the elevators were broken and the front desk did not help or acknowledge that it was broken, carried our dog down. There was no sign that the elevator was broken. There were stains on our bed sheets and the room was not maintained properly after driving 12 hours on the road. We will not be returning.

    Nice place. Room with Kitchenette but strangely there were missing forks that they couldn't replace. There was only one elevator (hopefully temporary) causing extending waiting. The indoor pool and whirlpool were nice. Breakfast was adequate. Walmart across the street. Cracker Barrel nearby. Towels were soft (yay!) Bath soap left a residue (ugh). Overall, a good choice for a short stay.

    When we were there, someone was having a family reunion and decided that the front area would be a perfect place to host it. The staff did nothing to deter this. It was very loud, children were running everywhere, and the families basically ate all of the food at the breakfast time. I’m pretty sure that they even had family who was not staying there hanging out.

    The first thing you notice when you walk in here is the smell. It smells like cats/dogs. There are a lot of pets here just as a heads up if you have allergies. The room was okay. Sheets were clean and it wasn't as smelly in the room if you blast the AC. The breakfast is just average. Pool was crowded. The hotel is fine if you are in and out.

    As a previous reviewer noted on March 24, 2026, there was only one working elevator during our stay on March 27, 2026, as well, and it was very warm when riding in it (no a/c). We booked a room with three guests, but there were no linens and bedding for the third member of our party in our room (staff promptly provided it when we requested it). In our room, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I wondered if housekeeping even cleaned the room or just made up the bed with the same sheets. There were no utensils (forks, spoons, knives) and empty salt and pepper shakers (if you're not going to provide that, ok; just remove the shakers altogether. Also, the toilet wobbled when you sat down on it. Lastly, the coffee maker had the wrong sized coffee filter pack tray for that coffee maker, so it would not slide into the coffee maker. Although some may consider these small or not significant, the lack of attention to details and the lack of cleanliness was significant for me to mention and rate accordingly.

    ' The La Quinta on N Bronco way did not compare. Internet was very difficult, neither I nor staff ever got my laptop connected. Television didn't work, then only partially worked after staff made repairs; the in-room coffee machine had mis-matched parts, so could not be used. Overall an upsetting experience with multiple trips to the lobby. That said, breakfast was good, desk staff helpful, and the facilities lacking attention.

After checkout I was severely overcharged as I booked through hotels.com and prepaid but charged for the room at checkout.     For the price, it wasn’t worth it. My window view was an A/C vent and the room was so so, looked nothing like the pictures. Plus $160 for what it was and the tv was from the 2000’s with basic cable. The staff was super nice but I did get double charged and still waiting on my refund. Probably won’t stay here again.

    Room was pretty dirty, TV sound was limited and could not be heard at all. They must have some sort of parental lock on the sound. Very flat pillows two on each bed, and when we requested more as we have two kids, they said they didn’t have any. We asked if they had a pack n play and they did, but it was quite literally thrown on the floor in our hotel room and was broken. Not sure if it was already broken or if it was broken by the staff member tossing it on the floor. No towels in the pool, had to go ask the front staff and they ran out. Had to wait 5+ minutes at the front desk to get service on two separate occasions. Breakfast was subpar. This has been our favorite hotel every time but we will not be back.

After we got to our room we found that the tv wasn’t working because the previous guess added a code that the hotel couldn’t remove. No “sorry”, no “here’s what we can do”. The staff basically did not care! We contacted hotels.com and they reported there was no one to fix the tv until the next day however, they gave us a refund for our inconvenience. Thanks hotel.com…. Never again will I staff at La Quinta. Better staff training!

    I know the hotel is new in that area, and it always has reasonable price. Rooms are spacious. It was quiet the two times I stayed there. I like the walk-in shower. Coffee in the lobby tastes good at this location. Front desk staff were nice. I had a quick check-in.

    The room was very clean and I loved the high ceilings of the room we were put in. Location of the room was very convenient since we had a pet with us. However, after a long day driving, we had no hot water to shower. The hot tub was not warm either. Went to bed hoping to wake up to hot water, but that was not the case. Absolutely no hot water in the morning either so none of us got to shower before hitting the road for another long day of driving home. Very disappointing as one thing you expect is a hot shower in a hotel.

    The hotel has a smell throughout the common areas and rooms. I can’t describe it but it was unpleasant. Overnight was very noisy: dogs barking, stomping up and down hallways, doors slamming through the night. I would not stay again.

    The room was pretty good size and fairly clean, but the design was a little bit weird though. The mini fridge and microwave were outside of the bathroom door, and the door opened outward so if someone had the fridge or microwave open, when you came out of the bathroom you would run into them. Breakfast in the lobby area was decent, and the pool wasn't bad either. My only other gripe would be that checkout was at 11, and housekeeping started knocking on the door at 10:15. We told them that we needed some more time so they came back at 10:30. I was in the bathroom and tried to tell them I was still in here, but they walked into the room and I repeated myself, and they quickly left. Just don't know why they were in such a hurry before it was even check out time.

    I had to downgrade my room from a suite to a delux room because the room wasn’t cleaned. Slept the night and noticed we didn’t have towels. Same night we came back the room was never cleaned. According to the night staff it didn’t get cleaned due to lack of team members. The morning of check out the manager said we were supposed to request housekeeping. These are both different answers I got so we had to get clean towels at the front desk because again housekeeping was under staffed. Not pleasant when you have to clean your own room and go get your own towels.

    The 2nd queen bed in the room caves into the middle. We were uncomfortable all night because we couldn’t lay flat. We were constantly seeking a more comfortable position. This mattress needs to be replaced in order for anyone to sleep in that room.

    We are party of 7. Went to breakfast at 8:30.. Very little available. Was told they were reloading. We returned at 845. Still not much available. Talked to front desk and he said they were catching up. Then they closed down food area. No breakfast! Hot tub warm, not to temp. Lot of foam. Kids swimming in hot tub.     Their was no soap in the shower...alittle late to have housekeeping come when your already showering....the shower curtain/shower rod was not fit for the bathroom....made the curtain draw to the middle of the rod on both sides..so completely soaked the floor and was cold because the curtain was open on both ends....no insulation upabove the higher floors...heard every footsteps for 2hrs!!! Will not be back to this hotel...staff was friendly

    The room was in decent condition. One of the elevators was broken, the other smelled really bad. On our floor, there was rancid food garbage on the floor next to the garbage can which was making the smell, that was left there for 8 hours that we were there, not sure how long it was there before we arrived. The indoor heated pool was one of the draws of us choosing this hotel. The hot tub was green, cold, and the bubbles were foamy. There was no sign or mention to alert us if it was out of order. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    Breakfast would be good if there were more of a variety. The front desk person who checked me into my room wasn’t too friendly, there was no greeting or smile the person had a frown. The room was clean other than the floor from the bathroom cracking. The check-out person was friendly, I was acknowledged with a smile and was asked how my stay was?     Overall the cleanliness definitely wasn't great. There was a child sock behind the matress, little jewls all over the floor, and mud streaks on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was just okay, no meat iptions and watery eggs. Front desk staff was young and didn't seem like he wanted to be tgere. The pool was the best part of the stay. Well maintained and clean!

    Room was a good size, beds were pretty good, pillows pretty good. Bathroom was a good size but had poorly installed laminate flooring. Wasn’t super “clean”. That wasn’t even the problem. The room was an echo chamber. Every noise from the hallway was very loud in the room as well as the noises from adjoining rooms. They did not enforce their own 10pm quiet hours. There was a party in the lobby well past 11pm.

    It was welcoming, friendly staff and my favorite thing of all, they allow dogs (large breeds even!) Which is a hige thing for my husband & i since we're usually traveling with our GSD. The room was clean, spacious & very comfortable. The bed was just right. It wasn't hard nor too soft. When you pull in, there's an overhead at the entrance of the hotel, in case its raining and such. Overall, a very pleasant stay, we'll definitely be coming back here when we're in town.

    First we didn’t have sheets for my son to use the pull out bed and had to track down a staff member. Only one elevator worked and it took FOREVER to use it. Breakfast was poor quality and minimal seating. The worst part was whoever was above us had a dog or a large child or someone who kept running back and forth from about 6pm-10pm and then 630am-10am and would not stop so it was hard to sleep or even concentrate.

    Exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in this hotel chain many times and they have ranged from not so great to pretty good but this one is excellent. Very clean, the upgraded rooms are affordable, large, and cozy. I loved having the desk and the second TV. I work from home and it was perfect setup for when I needed to work that evening and morning. The pool was sparkling clean and the jacuzzi was nice and hot (which is rare), the fitness room was excellent especially for a hotel. I did find the water pressure to be pretty low in the shower, toilets, and sink. Otherwise, can't wait to go back in 3 weeks!!

    Overall the hotel is kept well. Very neat and clean, rooms are perfect and breakfast has great options for on the go! My only gripe is you can hear everything lol all night I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms and people walking the hallways and the train. Also a tip for housekeeping, check the alarms in the rooms during cleaning I heard so many alarms even ours went off and I’m assuming in the empty rooms the alarms were ongoing for minutes until they eventually shut off on their own.

    Very tough very very tough day. Dog hair on the bed when I cleaned the dog hair off the bed with a face towel. The face towel came away. Dirty hallway smelled it was just a tough day. Very unfortunate. I generally stay within the Marriott chain. I needed alternative accommodations and it just simply was a bad Night. Very unsafe transient homeless on the corner. Make sure you lock your doors.

    Other than this, rest of the stay was very comfortable. No other issues. The soap is divine and AC worked great. Very comfortable room to come back to, after a long day of hiking and being outdoors. We did not use the pool or other amenities. Fridge and Microwave in the room was very convenient

    We had an event at NAU and got off late. When we got to the room there was no shampoo, conditioner, not enough towels, no bedding for the full out bed. I was not happy to deal with this at 11pm. I was expecting to get into the room and taking a shower. Well that did not happen because I had to wait to get all that stuff that was missing.

    It was disappointing. The shhets given to us to put on the sofa bed in our room had holes in them and the person sleeping on the sofa bed didnt get a pillow because the front desk staff said that they ran out. There were food crumbs and wrappers found on the floor of our room and there was no shampoo in the shampoo bottle when i took a shower. The walls are thin and the room above us had little kuds running and jumping at 5:30am both mornings.

    Would have really enjoyed our stay except for the barking dog in the next room. Booked an accessibility room, was not warned that the first floor was the main floor that housed dogs. Barked most of the evening and non stop during the early morning hours. Feel like there should have been some communication on website or by staff at check in, which is why the three stars

    This time, someone had thrown a wet paper towel to the top of the ceiling in the shower, and it was stuck there when we tried to shower. It was missed during the cleaning. Everything else was great except that we had to leave early for an event and the breakfast did not start till 7 on Saturday and Sunday. (I should have checked this before). Overall will still stay here when I come up to Flagstaff.

    It’s fine for a one night stop over; it’s clean and easy to get to - but my issue is that there was no shower curtain (it’s a bathtub/shower room with a rod) and I was told that even though there are supposed to be shower curtains - “they can’t find any” lol. For what they’re charging for a basic room, the least you can do is have a shower curtain. The people at the front desk are really not very helpful - I got no “sorry we can’t find a shower curtain” or anything even close to that; just sort of rude and not helpful.

    Couldn’t check in early to the room we booked so we got charged for the larger room even though we had the smaller room. The cable was completely disconnected from the tv. The iron didn’t work, we had to get a replacement. The water pressure in the room was TERRIBLE. The elevator smelled like dog poop. The only good part was the breakfast and they were out of half of the food anyway.

    We have stayed several times in this hotel and never had issues. This last time our tv remote didn't work, bodywash bottle empty and our room phone didn't work. I reported the phone and it was never replaced.

    We especially like this property for the location as it's close to family we're up there visiting. It could use a little updating, but overall, we like staying here.     The door on my room 334 is not properly fit for the door way you can see thru a space at the bottom of the door and my son kept sticking his hand thru it. The AC unit in this room does not get lower than 70 and it is Arizona it is hot during the summer at night and me and my 3 kids were hot all night.

    The long hair woman checking us in was pretty miserable. Said there was an additional charge to be checked in early I arrived about 45 mins early. I declined she was not pleasant at all. Then in 10 mins she left and some guy came and check is all in 30 mins early anyways. First time I've ever had a hotel charge a fee like that then but then it was pointless in the end so kind of irritating. The room had a kitchen and sink but no paper towels. The forks were missing from the drawer thankfully my take out dinner included plastic utensils. Bed was ok but pillows were not great it was like 4 different pillows. The next morning breakfast was really bleak. No breakfast meat only eggs and biscuits and I'm pretty sure a homeless guy from the Walmart next door was in there getting breakfast. Will not return.

    The pool and hot tub chemicals were off. The hot tub foamed up all around me and the pool was cloudy. I told the front desk and maintenance and it still took them 2 days to do anything about it; very disappointing. The breakfast was disappointing too.
