We had a unplanned, very late night arrival and were treated as if we were the favorite returning guests. nothing to not like except maybe the parking. Only because it was very late, very dark on arrival and the lot was full. Tight fit for our vehicle's but it worked out. Maybe a tiny bit more light in the back parking area.

Overall our stay was great. One weird thing was that the light switch would turn off the refrigerator. So we had to leave a light on when leaving the room so our food would stay cold.

By far the best staffed, La Quinta I like to stay in. Kaylah and Leeyah take really good care of their customers which puts La Quinta at the top of all hotels when I need to stay in Flagstaff.

We had a room on the third floor adjacent to a group that decided they wanted to party. Loud music, loud voices, and cursing were all part of the mix. We waited until 10:15pm to call down to the desk and we were told they would ask the neighbors to quiet it down. I called back at 10:45pm and they acted surprised that it wasn't quieter as they had told them they were just playing games and they were going to sleep. i assured her that it was not the case, they were just as loud as ever. i called back at 11pm and she said she hadn't talked to them yet as she was busy checking in guests. At 11:30, we fell asleep only to be woken by more loud noise. Not sure when it got truly quiet but it was after midnight. The next morning, the hair dryer wasn't working in the bathroom (tried both outlets) and I called down and asked if someone could bring me another one. The desk guy said yes and then hung up. never got the hair dryer...but i found out it it did work when i plugged it into the room outlet. PROs: check in was smooth, people were friendly. Breakfast had several options.

The only thing I saw was the dog hair on the base of the walls where there was carpet but not an issue just an observation! The stay was great! Breakfast was good! We were able to park right outside of our window which was nice! Staff was helpful and interacted with my daughter daily! There is a nice pool but it was a little cold so we didn’t get to swim! When we go back we will be booking this same hotel from now on!

The stay was really good, when we got in Friday morning at 5 o’clock the front desk guy helped us a lot. We’re trying to find a place to hook up our electric vehicle. Made the check-in process super easy and very convenient after a long travel day. Highly recommend this spot.

Quiet and easy access to I-40. Close to restaurants and shopping, only have to drive a little way. Pillows and bed were comfy. My third stay here in a year. Seems to me it’s kind of sliding down a little. Side entry doors weren’t clean,room bath accessories were generic as was the coffee choice.

I had a very comfortable room. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast; it was a good way to start the day. My only concern has to do with lighting. I was traveling alone and arrived after dark. I was directed to park around back. There was very little lighting in the parking lot which made me a bit nervous as there e was no one else around. When I got to the hallway on the second floor, the lighting was very low there as well. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was a highlight with excellent optio like eggs and sausages. I also lost an item during my trip, and Leah ( a lifesaver) went out of her way to locate it and returned it safely. I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

The hotel was clean and modern. We got a first floor room close to an outside door that made very easy to potty the dogs. There is a nice restaurant across the street called The Porch. I liked this hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Overall, my stay was very comfortable and the room was quite clean. The air conditioning was appreciated, as was the excellent breakfast (lots of options). The beds were comfortable and I slept fairly well. The staff were polite and efficient. The area felt very safe. The carpet in my room was torn up a little bit at the transition from carpet to linoleum floor. Normally I wouldn't mind (this is a pet-friendly hotel, so I assumed it was an exuberant puppy), but the torn carpet meant there were exposed staples, which were a bit hazardous as they tore holes in my sock and scratched my foot. Not a big deal but could be more harmful to a child or barefoot. Check-in was a little slow due to an influx of arrivees and a guest that was being a bit problematic, but the staff handled it well!

The rooms are lovely, comfortable quiet and well equiped. Breakfast is ample, varied and of high quality (note that the proteins such as eggs, bacon or sausage are on the South wall away from the other breakfast offerings and not easily noticeable while looking over the selection. This is our usual place to stay on our twice annuall cross country trek.

Very cheap and broken furnishings. AC/Heater functioned below average. Bathtub and shower had slow water leak. All in all disappointing visit and I would look elsewhere next time. However the breakfast was very good!

The room we ended up in was clean and the bed was the most comfortable compared to the other properties where we stayed.Their was a glitch with the first room and we were quickly assigned another room. The staff were understanding and moved us across the hall. I have to shout out Derrick, who works maintenance. We snagged him in the hallway and he attempted to fix the lock. He was victorious after we moved rooms. Good work!

As long as they continue to allow pets and not exploit people with pets I will always stay at La Quinta.

Nice rooms. Great common area We were travelling with a friend…had adjoining rooms. We went to bed only to discover our friend was locked out of her room as the keypad was malfunctioning. It took 1 1/2 hrs for them to open her room. In the meantime we were up late waiting for them to get her in her room where all her possessions were. Then they proceeded to work on the door after she went to bed & she had to ask them to stop as she couldn’t sleep. In the morning when we checked out, they wouldn’t provide us with a receipt. Indicated that booking.com was responsible for sending us it. Per booking, that’s absolutely not the case. I have booked 100’s of room on booking & have always gotten a receipt from the hotel. In fact, stayed the previous two nights at Wyndham, booked through booking, and had no problem getting a receipt for our room. We have tried to talk to the hotel since & they refuse to print us a receipt.

I complained and took pictures and videos of bed bugs requested a refund and never got it as if they blew me off, they must think someone like myself can make things up even though I have pictures of my bites from the bed bugs

I always stay here when I come to Flagstaff. This time was different. I woke up in the middle of the night to cockroaches in the bathroom. Then I saw at least 4 on the walls in the main area. I reported this to the front desk but never received a response

Lots of staff getting in the way right now because they're changing out beds. Beds in boxes all over the halls on my floor. Bfast was pretty good but area for it is too open and chaotic and it isn't set up all that fluidly. Price was higher than I think I originally saw on this site too. I think an additional fee was added for some reason by the hotel and it made it less of a value. Overall only an ok stay. Also didn't like how low to the ground the toilet sat in the bathroom.

Reserved a king room and was given an accessible king room which the hotel said I had to take since no other rooms would be made available. The ice maker could be heard for half the rooms on the floor. Lady that checked me in was not helpful and was not willing to make the situation any better.

Parking had way to many moving trucks with trailers that toll about 4 to 6 spaces. I had to park at a relatives a few blocks away as no parling was available. The bathroom fan was broken and after I requested service, it was never provided, I had a not working lump and I had to go and get the light bulb myself as maintenance did not replaced. Staff was Ok.

The room was clean, cold, and comfortable. Bed linens and pillows were soft. Desk staff were responsive to questions and concerns.

We found out the refrigerator didn't work after we had leftovers to place in it. We were too tired and were leaving in the morning, so I let them know as we left. I got a double bed thinking they would be queen, but I guess that was my fault for not double checking. My sons are both tall (6'1" and 6'4") and had to share a bed. The room was small but clean. The beds were clean and it was pretty quiet. The a/c kept starting and stopping and the cool air would stop completely after a while. It could get cold, but would just stop. My son slipped while taking a shower, he was ok, but I was really surprised it happened. He said it was because of the shape of the tub. Overall the stay was ok and the price was decent.

We have stayed at this La Quinta numerous times. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast is good. The only thing that is lacking is brewed decaf coffee. The staff members are always pleasant and helpful. It is well located to take advantage of all that Flagstaff has to offer.

It’s my 3rd time staying here in 5 years when I come to the Flagstaff area. Always my 1st choice when looking to book a room. Check in is smooth, area is clean and great staff. Definitely a great recommendation for others.

The place looked brand new. Parking was close to our room making it convenient to access. Breakfast was chaotic due to the amount of folks but still tasty. Due to the cool temps we didn't attempt the pool. Would stay here again.

I have stated in many hotels around the world in my 68 yrs. This was by far the worst bed I ever tried to sleep in. And the amount of noise from around me made me very thankful I had brought ear plugs. The listing g said there was a restaurant, but no restaurant on site. After driving for 8 hrs all I wanted was a peaceful stay and a good nights sleep and a warm meal. Front desk person was very rude and not helpful at all.

Room and common area were very clean. Staff were friendly. The staff looking after breakfast did an excellent job. The only improvement I suggest is to turn up the burners on the egg and sausage serving dishes need to be turned up as the food was only lukewarm. Other than that, the food was excellent quality and had healthy choices.

The only downside was the shower. The water pressure was a bit low, and water tended to overflow outside the shower area pretty easily. Aside from that, no complaints. The room looked great, the TV worked well, and everything else felt just right for a quick stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It's a good hotel to stay at.

Staff was helpful and professional. Room layout was a bit odd but functional. My main gripe what’s the bathroom. The fan went on when you turned on the light and made a lot of noise. It would easily wake up another person who was trying to sleep. This becomes a major issue for 4Oldr people who wake up more frequently during the night and need to go to the toilet.

This La Quinta is laid out perfectly for traveling with pets. I’m staying in a room that opens into a small enclosed courtyard where I can open the door and let my pet run in a safe, clean, enclosed area. I never expected traveling with a pet would be so accommodating.

It was a perfect hotel for our short family trip. The rooms were spacious and the location was perfect especially if you’re visiting for the North Pole experience.

It was bad from check in which took at least 40 minutes. I had booked a pet free room on the top floor and they had us on the 1st floor with all the pets and the new girl did not know how to move us to another room. When we finally got a room on the top floor it was boiling hot in that particular room, opening the window and turning on the air did nothing to cool it over our 2 night stay. The hotel is seriously dated. The furniture needs to be replaced, the stools in the breakfast area are dangerous, the legs feel like they will give way, someone is going to get hurt. The lobby at breakfast time is packed, nowhere for people to sit.The breakfast offerings were not good and the napkins were cut in half! We have stayed in La Quinta in Paso Robles and San Luis and there is no comparison, those are beautiful, modern, updated hotels that we love going back to. We would never stay at this La Quinta in Flagstaff again. It needs serious updating from the decor to the furnishings (inside and out), ,to the fireplace that didn't, work. The elevators also took forever. The chocolate chip cookies were good but that was it. Not a good experience.

Nice hotel but our experience was ruined by the front desk. My toddler got sick in our bed in the middle of the night. We contacted the front desk for new bedding and were told it was locked up for security reasons. The girl said she could give us some towels to lay on, what a joke. So after stripping the sheets and cleaning up, we had to lay on a bare mattress and a towel with no blankets for the rest of the night. The hotel management gave us a simple apology and no accommodations. Won't stay here again since they can't even provide sheets and blankets.

I liked the property and the service and the rooms. However the breakfast was terrible, Boiled sausage and barely warm and watery powdered eggs. Those were the only protein options. No condiments for the eggs were offered. No salsas and no cheese. Very substandard to what we are used to. We were there three nights. Was the same every morning was not an anomaly.

The room was in good condition. The breakfast was horrible! I think you need to change it up a bit. The only fresh fruit was oranges that were over a week old. Try a little hash browns. Definitely more cut up fruit. Staff was very nice. Love the location. Bathroom needs more washcloths.

The stay was great. The room was clean. We had a problem in the parking lot between the front entrance and the side entrance. My granddaughter got out and tapped the car next to us. A woman was sitting in the car. She rolled down her window and was annoyed and angrily chastised my Granddaughter even after she had apologized. Shortly after we saw the woman on the 3rd floor, she was an employee. Perhaps employees she not park in the prime parking spots and learn to accept apologies for accidental incidents.

I only stayed overnight but I wish I was staying longer, the room was so nice, especially since I had to bring my cat with me as I was moving across the country. The staff was great and I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Thank you!

When I walked outside the room I saw that my wall shared a wall with the elevator maintenance closet. Every time the elevator was used the machinery started up that created a hum and vibration. The cleaning crew had placed my chair touching the wall, so the hour I sat in it I was exposed to the vibration of the machinery and my body had a negative response. I am a licensed BioGeometry practitioner and I have studied the effects of frequencies on the human body. It is not safe to be exposed to high levels of electricity. I recommend that room be the last to be rented (if at all) to the public, as it is above the laundry area and shares a wall with a maintenance closet. I appreciate the opportunity to share this experience with your management team.

Good spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. Two just 'for info' mentions - very odd to have two swing doors into the bathroom...slightly limited privacy as they don't shut like a normal door - never seen that before! Minor point, breakfast ended at 9.am - seemed slightly early by comparison to our other overnight stays in the past 3 weeks.
