The room was clean and very comfortable. During my stay I wish the pool was working but there wasn't any water in the pool. On the other hand, I also wish they had a coffee maker but they didn't have any.

Unbelievable how the rude the girl at check-in was to the two parties in front of me. Hotel was dirty and pool was closed. Arizona in June and the pool is closed, would have stayed somewhere else.

Despite first impressions, the room itself was surprisingly clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the pillows were actually very nice. The highlighted "amenities" pointed out to us upon check-in included Complimentary Coffee in the lobby (with an "Out of Order" sign handwritten on loose-leaf paper taped to it) and a 10% discount coupon for Dirty Birdies Sports Bar, which apparently shares a parking lot. As I found a parking spot between a car with torched-off paint and what appeared to be a retired police cruiser on its second life, my son pointed out that it looked like we were with "poverty-spec" vehicles from GTA. To be fair, our Jeep fit right in, caked in red dust with a rapidly spreading windshield crack from the heatwave. All in all, spending a night at Elev8 helped us average down the cost of staying at the Enchantment resort in Sedona and is now a part of the vacation that we're still laughing about.

The Spa was wonderful. After a full day on my Motorcycle it was nice to relax in the Jacuzzi. This hotel is a great location, with a few nice restaurants within walking distance. The room was well kept, the bed comfortable and it was very clean.

Old hotel in the bad part of town that has been remodeled a while back. Lots of homeless people around the area and the staff has no personality.

Front desk ladies were probably the best part. For over $230 a night offer a pool that was completely drained, sauna down (dirty) and hot tub dirty I was definitely disappointed. Halfways had this weird sewer smell to it. Rooms are motel decent . As a company if you no certain things aren’t available having over priced rooms isn’t okay. Literally paid over $200 to just shower and sleep. If ever in flagstaff again won’t be staying

And that when you say you have a pillow top mattresses it should be nice and soft the room we stayed in the bed was harder than the floor very uncomfortable Restless sleep. It can be this particular room that we were in we have stayed at this hotel many times.

Requested quiet room but was adjacent to a bar which was noisy until late. Pool was closed. No breakfast room or shared lounge area. Hotel is surrounded by busy roads so not easy to get in and out. Not walking distance from Historic Route 66

Sauna was not usable. Stairs and walls could use some love. Ceilings are extremely short. I am 6' 5" and had to duck to avoid it in 1 area.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The beds were not very comfortable and I kept waking up almost every hour. For those picky about beds, they were very firm without pillow top. I have a bad back, so appreciate a firm bed when it has that extra layer of cushion.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and the facility was clean. The design is a little outdated in the hallways but the room was great for a great price. We stayed in a double queen and it was spacious and nice. Loved the microwave, fridge, and other amenities.

The staff at front desk is LAZY! Sitting on their phones every time. One in particular didn’t even sit in the front, she sat in back so we had to ring the bell for any service. I think it’s very unprofessional to just sit there on your phone.

I love it's inside entrance with 24 hour staff. Big rooms. Location and restaurants and gas station nearby yet it's quiet after hours. I love it all here and have stayed multiple times since 2023 and never been disappointed.

The room is nice enough, not fancy. I have no complaint with the room. However, the hotel advertises a "Pet-friendly" place. Yet the fee for a single pet it $40, almost half the price for the room! I would not stay here if I were traveling with a dog or cat. They should not encourage guests with their "Pet-friendly" advertising and then charge them an exorbitant fee.

Reserved a king room but was told at check in, none were available. Instead was given a double bed room although I was traveling with my partner. Asked if we could move to a king room once one became available since we had a multiple night reservation but was told this wasn’t an option which was quite disappointing. Otherwise, no issues with the room or parking.

Nicely renovated rooms with firm but soft beds. Lots of parking, very nice pool area, and good food close by. NO coffee in the rooms, its free in the lobby, and lots of traffic noise, that makes it a 3 star. But i would stay again but not with a mountain view, there is a bar on that side with really good food but lots of noise from garbage pick up and food deliveries, get the pool view ones.

The a c did not work, then they moved me to a different room, and that a c did not work very well in the door was coming off the hinges

There was no Continental breakfast and the coffee which was provided was terrible. The hotel backs up against the interstate so if can be somewhat noisy.

Beds were uncomfortable and tv didnt work. Called to get help and was told someone would come by and fix it, no one ever came to fix it.

Quick overnight in our way to another destination but it did the job. Out of three different hotels we stayed at on this trip, this one was the most comfortable bed (we even stayed at a Home2Suites!). Staff was super nice and there are tons of places for fast food nearby. Easy on and off the highway. Not sure about amenities since we werent staying long but it looks like there was some work being done in the middle area.

We were charged an additional fee of f $11 per room, we had two rooms, because we used a third party to book, Expedia. There was no representation of this fee upon booking. Arriving at 9pm it left no choice but to pay. The fee felt as though it was a fleecing.

Not brand new but well kept up and comfortable. Very quiet. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day’s driving.

I booked the property because they stated they allow pets. I went to check in they turned us away because we have a cat. And I guess cats are not allowed there. I wish they would have made a notation before they charged us a cancellation fee the nightly rate for both rooms we had to cancel for not being able to use our reservation.

I enjoyed my stay I was in for 3 nights. I had easy access to the freeways to travel to where I was going 45 minutes to Sedona and 1 hour and a half to the Grand Canyon. Also very close to the airport so convenient. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great. Everything was expected. I didn’t use any of the amenities other than the laundry room and I truly appreciated that. Over all, I would stay again when I visit Flagstaff again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for travelling through. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a good, affordable option. One of the only reasons we booked this hotel was because they had a sauna, and unfortunately it was not available due to maintenance while we were there, which was super disappointing, but otherwise it was a good stay.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room was clean and updated. The restaurants nearby were not acceptable. The bar and grill next door closed the dining area at 8 pm but said they would seat us in the bar. It was very loud and packed. I was actually bitten by a dog of one of the patrons. There have to be nicer areas in Flagstaff to stay. Skip this place if you can but it would be okay in a pinch.

My only complaint with this property is that it was very noisy after hours. You could hear the music and people from the bar next-door and people on the property in and outside made lots of noise throughout the night. It was hard to sleep. But the accommodations and staff was great.

Very cute and polite receptionist! Everything was clean, neat and organized. I've seen some moronic comments complaining about not having a "do not disturb " sign (and I didn't had that, either, but that's not a reason to complain and rate it lower) or that the TV didn't streamed, only had cable (I guess they added that bc I was able to watch Netflix). Don't expect things as if you're paying 300$/night, be reasonable! Pretty sure it's my new favorite stay in Flagstaff and will stay there every time I'll be in town. I love the little gym, hot tub and sauna (which didn't work at the time because of some repairings - and that's OK!).

Expedia had it wrong. They don't charge a one time 35 dollar fee for animal. 40 bucks per night. Shower doesn't get hot. No art in room. Hot tub timer broken. Sauna broken.

Nice and quiet, and they welcome dogs. Nice color scheme and beautiful lobby. We were in a pet friendly room, not a carpet just noisy vinyl floors, and not a picture on the wall. It was rather barren and unfriendly. No coffee maker in the room but free machine coffee far away in the lobby along with a lot of junk food. No breakfast. On the outskirts of town.

This was the greatest pet friendly and pet welcoming hotel ever! There was nothing I would change about this property except the other dog-owning hotel guests who didn’t have their dogs on leash

We haven't used the other amenities (sauna, pool, etc.), but we've peeked inside and they seem very comfortable and have everything you'd need. The little store they have is also very convenient. There isn't a ton of stuff there, but it is nice being able to go grab a bottle of water or soda, and maybe find a little snack to munch on! The rooms are always clean and cozy. The location is great, just outside the noise of town, but close enough to grocery stores and places to eat. Good overall stay for a night. No breakfast service available

Our room didn't have lights on the headboard as described, but my daughter's room did. Everything worked and the room was clean. Nice shower & there was a mini fridge & micro wave. Lobby had a coffee machine with choices for cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates, & more. The small table between the beds was a little hard to reach from the beds.

This was a surprising gem on our trip. Super clean, extra hot hot tub, super fun bar next door. The design and decor is minimalist modern but simple and the rooms were bigger than expected.

The bedding was dirty as well as a couple of towels. The shower curtain was also dirty. I stayed for 3 nights and never received housekeeping.

The hotel looks nice but it's a remodeled hotel and the old bones of the hotel are starting to show sauna was kind of broken and rigged the hot tub didn't work although it was nice and warm the pool had no water in in it the remodeled part was pretty cool looking and had a nice facade the room could use some paintings it was completely bare a nice facade

1) Rooms can use a paint on walls where things were removed from walls 2) carpet in front of gym area was completely saturated for our weeklong stay which brings concerns for mold 3) For some reason staff insists on putting people in rooms directly beside your room even if the hotel is empty. We had someone next to us every night while many rooms were vacant doors away 4) This hotel charged card on file literally every day we stayed even though I booked through 3rd party I had $580 charged daily to my card on file & desk clerk couldn’t tell me why. Credit company froze my card due to strange activity. 5) Staff is very good for most part, GM is knowledgeable on book style mgmt just lacks hiring the proper sub mgmt to ensure specific tasks get done such as drying the carpet in front of gym area etc. Proper scheduling& task delegation would benefit this property immensely. At least 10 cleaning staff but no one to dry the weeklong puddle in front of gym & freshen area up where it smelled like mildew.

They should be at the front desk and people should not have to “ring bell for service”. Lazy!!

We've stayed here three times this year, traveling to CA and back. The hotel is clean, management staff friendly. We love that the rooms feature a real step-in shower, although they need to quit giving bars of soap and little squeeze bottles - upgrade to dispensers. There are dining venues right there and others convenient in the city. The area seems fairly safe for parking. The only down side: there's no elevator. So those with limited mobility must engage a room on the first floor.

Bed was uncomfy. Pillows were lumpy. Could be replaced. The balcony was ad added bonus. Room was clean. The restaurant is walking distance and pretty good food.

The thermometer was very easy to set. My only suggestion is that i’d like a keurig type coffee maker in the room.

Check in and check out we’re both very easy. Parking was not assigned so it was a bit of achallenge to find parking.

Awesome rooms and huge hot tub

My expectation of a loud sleepless night was never realized. For a basic place to stay, without a hassle, I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, modern looking. I do recommend mattress toppers if not a slightly more padded bed. It was very hard :) .

Check in with smooth apart from details were different from hotels.com regarding certain fees. They matched what hotels.com had listed quickly and there was no delay beyond a verification with a manager. We were in our room within minutes. Staff was friendly. The only confusion was the cleaning staff came into our room. When our understanding was, they were not going to be cleaning during our stay and there was no tag to say do not disturb.

Had a great stop through! Was a little worried with how cheap it was, but it was a delightful hotel with nice staff! Just be aware that some bottom floor rooms have a glass door open to the pool atrium.

This was a great place to stay while exploring some trails around Flagstaff. Front desk girls were always willing to help and accomodating. I LOVED their coffee machine that's accessible to all guests, I definitely got my espresso fix here. Their hot tub and sauna was also a huge bonus from all the trails I was hitting, it was perfect for recovery. It's close to the highway and other necessary locations like Walmart, Whole Foods and downtown Flagstaff (which is beautiful, by the way). Highly recommended, it's no question why they have such good ratings and reviews!

The first person at the desk was awful. We had an issue and she would not do a thing about it. I called Expedia and they contacted the hotel and not only did she do nothing but refused to give them her name. The young girl that was at the desk for the rest of our stay was fabulous, friendly and helpful. Non the less I will not be returning.

I’m overall, we love this hotel for the price and friendly service: there are a few things missing that we would expect from any hotel in this price range. Some of these include sheer curtains for the window- we don’t like a cave. Challenges with the TV set (no Netflix, streaming service even though they are built in). However, the front desk girl was very helpful in trying to navigate this for us. No coffee maker in the room, and even though this place is dog friendly, there are no designated dog run areas. I say all of this just for information but we would stay here again. Pros: the beds are comfy, bathroom is clean, lobby is stunning and the staff is wonderful.

For what it cost the hotel was excellent. For the location, next to intestate 40 in Flagstaff, it was surprisingly quiet. I liked this hotel.

The room was clean enough but what they did was take a large multi complex hotel and make it all kind of one building so the floors are uneven you can see the staircases used to be exterior staircases they put some paint on the rooms themselves are tastefully done and clean the beds were comfortable and the spawn fitness room are nice however in terms of price the value just isn’t there they don’t have breakfast they do have coffee but it’s not very good so there are other hotels that offer a better value in the area it’s very much trying to be like a boutique which instead of a hotel or a motel which it really is

It was our second stay here and not disappointed. Wish the ac worked better but other then that it was a restful stay.

Room was very light and airy and it is obvious that it has all been recently updated. Everything in the room is new and clean. There is no coffee in the room, but there is always complimentary coffee in the lobby. The courtyard area is well maintained.

What a great little Hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and up-to-date. The facilities all around the property are very comfortable and pretty. Everything is very well kept. The beds are super comfortable.

It was amazing! The night shift receptionist was great and very welcoming. Also during the day the sauna wasnt working and the lady during the day went above and beyond to get the key to work for my sister and I. To no avail but she was lovely. Beds are comfortable as heck!

Yes the property was walking to pets however our room let's move detector went off in the middle of the night because the battery was dead the jacuzzi was down in the sauna we cannot get into you we were there for a surgery and had to be up at 4:00

Booked this hotel solely for the spa hot tub/sauna amenity only for them both to be not working! The hot water in the room was not good either. Paid an extra $25 for an early check in only for the room to be dirty. Really wanted to like this place but wouldn’t book here again sadly

Place is spotless and very nice. The dog charge was 40.00 dollars. There is a dog run they gave my dog a treat bowl with bags, treat, and a tennis ball.

They have multiple usb wall outlets. No need for a brick, NICE. All hotels should get a clue. Unfortunately the coffee machine was down.

Was unable to secure a room on the ground floor and there are no elevators.

We are allergic to animals and our special instructions to be out in an animal free room But we’re told on arrival they do not have designated pet free rooms.

They are pet friendly but there is a lingering dog smell in the room and we didn't have a pet

no complaints the property was clean and well lit

Overall, our stay was very good. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Room size is amazing, plenty of room to move around, great shower. The only "con" we had was the bed. King size bed with plenty of pillows provided, but it doesn't sit on a typical frame. The only way I could describe it was a mattress atop a trampoline, very bouncy. If one person moves, both people are moving. Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean and amenities were nice. Would definitely stay again when we're back in Flagstaff.

Very nkce hotel. Bed were comfortable but a lottle hard. Pillows were tiny and soft, but ok. If doing laundry, 1 of the dryers doesbt dry your clothes, clothes came out almost as wet as they went in. Other dryer worked perfectly. Was very clean and staff was super friendly.

Hotel was clean and affordable. The dog area was great. The beds were so uncomfortable, my body hurt. The water pressure was non-existent and the buodking was loud in general. There was so much space around the door, you could every little noise and the upstairs was noisy and stomping around until 1am.

Came into town to drop my son off at college. Stayed two nights. Room is fair. You will not get your room serviced, even if you ask. I requested this service at 9am and didnt return till 5pm. Room was not touched. Went to the front desk and the same person who wrote down I wanted service lookee me straight in the eyes and said, oops, my bad. I did get towels from this person. I emptied my own trash and made my own bed. If this service is not offeres then just say so.

I did a fast over night trip and it was a nice hotel. Stayed there before and very please. Plus reasonable price!

I don’t think they cleaned the shower as there was hair on the shower wall and what appeared to be blood spatter at the top of it near the shower head. There were also black marks along the wall by one of the beds. Someone unlocked our room door around 12:30 am. I thought it was my son. Nope. I open the door to see a man walking down the hallway. (Thankfully he was nice and apologetic) But, seriously….WTAF?! Then to top off the night of horrible sleep, I’m awakened at 6:00 am to some man yelling at his co-worker outside of their room. Like he was about to go to blows with dude. If you don’t want a good nights sleep…then this place is for you. There was only one front desk person that actually cared and that’s why there are 2 stars in that category.

I was a little disappointed that this hotel was rated three stars. The room was decent and clean but outside of that it wasn’t that great. The elevator was out, the hallway smelled of smoke and the night receptionist was not too friendly.

Friendly staff for check-in. Nice decor in lobby with a multi-flavored coffee machine (free) as well as snacks for purchase. VERY convenient walk within the parking lot to Dirty Bird restaurant / bar with good food breakfast lunch dinner. Other restaurants within walking distance across the street. Clean, comfortable room with micro and refrigerator.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Sauna was not working properly; does not get very hot. Hot tub not working at that time. Pool was fantastic. On the first floor, I loved the porch onlooking the pool, peaceful. No breakfast but coffee is available. Staff friendly and kind. Enjoyed my stay overall.

It was such a clean hotel and the beds are comfortable. It’s also roomy as we stayed with our 2 dogs as well.

Nothing special. Very minimal and far from cozy. Odd noises kept us up at night so we were out and on the road very early. Should have stayed closer to downtown which is very charming with lots of shops, restaurants and history.

We had a great stay. Everything looked newly renovated. We also enjoy the hot tub being inside.

We have been there many times befoe. This time was NOT a good experience. They have taken out all of the coffee makers in the rooms, they had NO coffee in the building. We had to ealk to the store next door and pay over 3$ for a cup of coffee a piece. The hot tub did not have enough water in it so it was shooting water out of it and in your face. The pool had leaves in it. And was not heated like last year. The front desk help was amazing! But we wont stay again. Very disappointing and we go to hotels almost once a week.

Not a great experience with the front desk. Gal who checked me in chose to argue about the pet fee which I had received an email two days prior that it was $35 one time plus tax. Even after I showed her on the phone she was snippy. The hot tub was broken. The part never came in and it was never fixed as promised before I left. Judging by the color of the water and tiles it had not been fixed for months. The ice container had the plastic liner still in it from the last guest. When I took it up front to get a new liner and have it cleaned I had to call the front desk twice. It wax 1/4 mile round trip from my room to the desk . No coffee maker in the rooms - who does that. The fob to the side door stuck several times for multiple guests. I had to report that too. For a pet fee- the pet area is across the parking lot - all gravel - no grass. And the restaurant is not on premises. This is good for one overnight stay. It is remodeled . The rooms are vinyl plank flooring so no pet urine smell which was awesome and it was an updated room. Better customer service and coffeemaker in the room would have given it a higher rating. Lower your pet fees and don’t argue with guests.

It seemed like a party hotel. It was dogs barking, the smell of marijuana in the hallways and loud partying until 3 in the morning. The room overall was nice and spacious but probably won't stay again. As a driver, being able to get proper rest is important. Would have been better off sleeping in my truck. Very disappointed

Unfortunately; people don’t think or are rude and don’t care…and cars parked right below your room start leaving around 6- 7am waking guests up. The staff was pleasant & nice. If you want to sit on the upper balcony at night, the security lights are affecting your outdoor experience as to where they’re located. We were on the top floor and noticed both us and other guests were confused/struggling to bring their stuff up from their cars to their rooms as there are NO elevators in the building to reach the 2nd floor making guest irritated and asking how they get their stuff up to their rooms without making multiple trips to their vehicles?…The luggage carts are on first floor (you have to find them first) then you can load all your stuff on the cart and take them to the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor & walk all your stuff up the stairs and put them on second floor luggage cart to your room? Remember; you have to do this all over again when you leave. We did not use the pool although it did look inviting and nice. For this hotel, I would say it’s over priced for your stay.

It was a wonderful area to stay in. You need to change pet friendly fees charge with bookings. Wrong info, only thing that was upsetting when I arrived. Had to pay extra fees!

Very clean, nice dog park. Facility was comfortable & clean. Took a long time to check in even though I had prepaid. Check-in staff wasn’t very welcoming. Air conditioner wouldn’t work when we arrived & it took a while for staff to fix the problem. I have stayed here before & would come back again. My first experience was excellant.

My total was 105 through expedia, but i was charged 127 and really wasnt given much of an explanation. Towels and sheets had yellow staining.

Pet fee of $40 a bit steep, especially per dog (we had 2). Breakfast was very skimpy. Location was good.

The property was nice for an overnighter with our dog. It seemed like a Motel 6 that was converted to a modern boutique-type place. The room needed more furniture. It was too big and bare. The young woman who checked us in was very friendly and the dog goodie bag was a nice touch. I also liked the free coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby.

We booked on Expedia and it was very convenient. Desk staff was very welcoming. We had a service dog and they offered us a welcome gift for him. It had a couple wooden bowls with some treats and a tennis ball. VIP!! (Very important pup)
