Clean, comfortable hotel, conveniently located, with friendly, helpful staff and excellent amenities.

Place was clean and quiet. Close to a couple of restaurants and a Walmart. Breakfast was ok, the normal stuff. You do have to pay to park, which we didn't know.

I am not sure why you charge 7.50 a day for parking. Most hotels do not charge. I think I might reconsider next time I come to Flagstaff.

The cleanliness of this Express. It is by far the best kept hotel I have stayed in within the last few months.

Everything was perfect except the room didn’t have the exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Aubree was very welcoming, helpful and friendly during our check in process. She made everything go quick & smoothly! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff in the morning at the front desk was also friendly. Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is always good! N/A

Good clean facilities. No regular coffee in the room.

Usual IHG confort. It seems that the reception made check in much more complicated than needed or usual. Parking has to be paid, while it has nothing special compared to those in similar hotels and is not in the city centre.

The hotel was very clean, the staff friendly, the beds confortable, and it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was very good. We liked the coffee machines. The elevators were slow, but they were parked on 1st floor with doors open when not in use. This was welcoming and you didn’t have to wait for it to come to 1st floor. There were 2 tv’s, one in coffee area and one by the lobby in a room with tables, and both were set to CNN. I would have liked to have a choice, like Fox for the other TV. I was impressed that in the rooms, you had options for Fox and for Newsmax, among other news stations. So that was a bonus.

My family of 4 which includes two teens loved the breakfast. It was fresh with a good variety. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again!

The room had an adjoining room door which allowed the neighbors conversations to be heard. Tried to shower in the AM but the water temp was barely lukewarm. The best thing was the remote was in a plastic bag which was great for reducing germs. I am an IHG so I stay in a lot of Holiday I s.

They ran out of room keys the night we checked in but the front desk person took us to our room personally and didn’t charge us for parking.

Besides the fire alarm waking up the whole hotel at 6am evrything was normal for these properties. The nathroom could have used a fan, gets steamy quick with no relief.

We checked in a little late and the lady that checked us in was great. Room is clean and quiet, I tried to get a 12pm check out because my wife had a phone interview but they gave me 11:30am. The lady in the morning at the front desk wasn’t the best either and was kinda rude regarding the late check out. Decent stay though

The fifth floor was an unnecessary ADA room where everything could be heard in the next room, including a child that screamed for half the night. Lobby very stark, didn't match the ambiance of Flagstaff. and echoed. Breakfast ok, no whole grain toast or bagels, just white toast. The charge for parking seemed ridiculous given that the hotel owns the lot. Maybe it is for the mobile security camera that does not cover the whole lot?

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Flagstaff. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. We certainly would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

Tried to move reservation & they charged me twice and hung up on me after hours of trying to resolve it. I even paid for the insurance to cancel when initially purchased & they still told me I’m out of luck. Thanks for stealing my $136. I’d recommend everyone stay away from flag staff entirely.

Came to Flagstaff to move our daughter into the dorms (Go, Lumberjacks!). This was our second stay at this location. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. Continental breakfast was nice. Location is convenient. Just a stone’s throw away from campus and shopping. Will definitely be back again soon.

The parking was great. The location was nice. The hotel and the room were all very clean! The room was very nice and quiet! We also had a great view of the mountains from our room window. The property was well kept, had friendly employees and the breakfast had many choices. Additionally, the hotel was very near a Chick-Fil-A, Wal-Mart, and also a nice locally owned restaurant that I can recommend highly. Northern Pines on Butler Ave is very near the hotel.

My stay was not so good. After I came back to my room at 3 pm my door was ajar. The dead bolt was moved over so the door would not close. I understand this is how housekeeping works but how long had the door been left open? Anyone could have came in and stolen my valuables. I did call the front desk and explained what happened. I was put on hold so he could do a report. I eventually had to hang up because I had a meeting to attend. I waited 8 minutes before I hung up.

Property was clean, revamped lobby, older rooms but maintained. We had an issue at check in since it was an Expedia purchase. The manager rectified it in the morning and made it good. It was a late arrival and night person did not have 2 beds in one room. Initially, she suggested our son could sleep on the floor. My wife said no, so she put us in 2 separate rooms. We talked to the manager in the morning and she apologized and put us back together in one room with 2 beds for the 2nd night as well as gave my wife points on her IHG account for the inconvenience. Used Expedia many times throughout the years, heard of this happening, first time happened to me. Really, the local hotel fixed the initial issue so kudos to them for treating us right.

Room was very clean. Soft, comfy bed. Plenty of parking. We were pulling a trailer and there are many places to park extra long vehicles/trailers. Parking does cost $7.50, but it is per vehicle, so it did not cost more for taking up multiple spaces. Breakfast options were excellent and food was good.

Easy hotel to get to from the freeway

Unremarkable. Breakfast was meh. I travel a lot and stay at Holiday Inn Express for the breakfast and coffee. This location however did not deliver. The room was clean. Everything else was as expected.

Additional deposit fee beyond what was already placed to reserve the room, which being mediocre at best makes this unacceptable. I recommend finding another hotel with less hidden fees.

The lady who checked us in, was the best one I have had yet. Our stay was outstanding and I’m very grateful for ALL of the staff being so nice and friendly. I was amazed at how friendly the staff was at breakfast and the the breakfast was great, too! Had many options. The room was small, but so comfortable and had all we needed. Thank you!

I didnt appreciate the extra $25 I was charged when I checked in. I was told I would get it back but so far I have not received my credit. Charging for parking was totally uncalled for.

The hotel room didn’t seem family friendly to me for multiple reasons.. the bathroom tub is clogged. Multiple requests to unclog didn’t seem fruitful. The hand wash provided is a liquid fixed to the wall. That is so high that kids cannot reach to wash hands with soap. The worst was the pool was closed for maintenance for both nights that we stayed. The kids were disappointed. The breakfast was good though and the breakfast staff were wonderful.

Beds were amazing as usual. The pancake maker was an awesome ad as well! I do suggest allowing motorcycle parking under the awning or near the bikes racks on the sidewalk (out of the walkway).

The room just didn’t seem very clean. The bedspread had blood on it. I could have sworn I reserved a king bed and we didn’t get that. Expedia customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I might not use Expedia again.

Clean enough. Towels were "rough". Despite paying up front using hotels.com, there was a check out free for cleaning and parking that was never explained up front at check-in or anywhere. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. No decaf coffee and eggs dry. So just ate a bagel.

We liked the location and the staff was great. Our room could have been cleaner, namely the bathroom.

There are undisclosed fees that are added to your bill upon check in. Go somewhere else.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Overall, a good experience.

Our TV in our room didn’t work, went to the front desk. Said he was going to bring us a new remote. After 45 min went down to the front desk and he was sitting in the sitting area watching TV I asked “did you get the remote”, “oh yeah” it was sitting at the counter. Again that didn’t fix the tv, I went down again and he ended up bringing another remote and said if this didn’t work then there was nothing he could do and we were just out of luck. Well that is just what we were, no TV and it was too cold to go outside to the pool. We went to dinner to pass the time but it was awful.

Clean room, very nice/comfy bed, great room amenties, and good breakfast options.

I did not appreciate that many food options in the breakfast buffet were finished and they took a while to replenish. Including coffee.

This hotel was as great as I expected it to be. Clean, warm and convenient. Hot breakfast was good and tons of options. The staff was really friendly and extremely help. Everything was in working order. Definitely recommend!

We reserved one standard room with 2 Queen Beds from Dec 27 to Dec 29. They did not have room with 2 Queen beds for us when we arrived on 12/27. I don't know it is expedia or this Holiday Inn issue. It is terrible for us if we couldn't find another hotel to stay. I called Expedia. However, they couldn't help at all and they couldn't refund to us because they don't have right to make this decision. I called on 12/27. They still did solve this issue. I called today 1/1/2025. They still don't have right to make this decision and wait for the right people to make decision. I still have to wait.

The only notable part was their breakfast. We had to request for Room service.

No sleep/called front desk 4 times. Did nothing to control it.

After 16hours of drive the front desk personnel didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. It took him a while to acknowledge me and then he was nice to me.

The best thing about the hotel is that they have an electric vehicle charger available!

Was surprised we had to pay to park. It was very cold in the lobby for breakfast. No milk for cereal.

Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Exhaust fumes into the room from the vehicles park outside by the window. That should be a non-idle area.

not friendly staff upon check in that’s it.not answering our question how much is the cost of charging our electric car?so we just got our keys and left the counter.
