Clean room, AC and staff were very good. This property was well located and great base to explore downtown Flagstaff and surroundings. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very nice property and staff. However, most hotels provide complementary breakfast...this hotel does not. It will cost an additional $15 PP. Other than that a great place to stay.

Clean room and very spacious. Bed was large but hard. Luxury pillows and covers. Bathroom seat was lower the ground and slippery shower. House keeping was lound in surrounding rooms being cleaned, ruined our sleeping in plan :( thin walls!

What a great hotel! The only reason for the 4/5 stars is that Hilton and Hotels.com need to be better partners. I reserved via hotels.com and the hotel advertised free breakfast for Hilton members. We found out later the “fine print” was you had to book it via the Hilton’s app to get that benefit. So even though we are members of both it didn’t apply to us. Breakfast was fabulous and definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. Just something for both to consider.

The room! I spend almost 200 for a dusty room. Thinking "the Hilton " would be more fancy for the price. I use to be a housekeeping supervisor and we did way more than your staff are doing. Crumbs in sofa, bathroom had hair on wall, dust in cabinets. I was blown away it being a Hilton.

The place is very clean, beautifully and practically designed, and very comfortable.and we had great view from our 3rd floor window, shower and room supplies and toiletries are awesome. Staff is great, nice, polite and helpful and breakfast was fresh, delicious in a most enjoyable and relaxing vibes in the dining area with superb service. Overall it was an excellent experience and we'll definitely return! Thank you!

This hotel is in a convenient place. Walkable to eating and drink places. My room was very clean and the beds so comfy. I was on the bottom floor. The person on the floor above tromped around quite loudly. In the morning, one of the guests' dogs started barking in the hallway.

For EV owners, there are 3 Level 2 chargers here. J1772 connector and 30 miles of range an hour. For all others, a very nice place to stay! Sizzler is across the street, Denney’s is nearby as well as a restaurant next door and in site. Some fast food restaurants also east walking distance. The hotel restaurant is no longer a buffet, your order from their menu which is on a blackboard.

This hotel is very quiet and clean. Although they were renovating, I didn't hear any construction work while I was there. I appreciated the friendly outdoor seating area at the entrance, which was a lovely spot to walk my furry friends; the neighborhood was peaceful with light traffic. The staff was welcoming and helpful. One feature that stood out for me, compared to other Hilton locations, was that the breakfast area was separate from the main lobby, which made it a bit more challenging to grab a bagel or orange juice while on a leash with my pet. The room was spotless and peaceful, with beautiful details like elegant Roman shades decorating the windows. I'm unsure if all rooms are identical, but I especially loved the spacious workspace for my documents and laptops, available on the TV side. I also enjoyed the carpeted, clean stairs as a great alternative to the escalator—perfect for a quick exercise break with my companion. Additionally, the small convenience mart next to the reception was a wonderful touch, perfect for grabbing a little chocolate or snack. Overall, a positive experience with friendly service and comfortable amenities. I love Hilton! ❤️

Refrigerator kept freezing froze my husband's medicine that we are no longer able to get due to our move it was his 2 month supply. When I mentioned this to the lady at the front desk she just said turn it down showed zero concern

It is a realy nice propoerty. Breakfest was not included (actually it wasn't clear, as my daughter went there and they wanted to charge her). But overall we liked the place very much. The swimming pull is just next tot the lobby and a big window seperates it. Doesn't look like a great fun to be in the lobby and watching the people there, and vise versa. Also, there was this guy who was blowing with the blower the leaves in the parking lot. He did it for hours during noon time. It was also mind blowing :) The staff in the reception was corrective. Not really nice. Only informative.

Yes, but the walls are too thin! The room next door had a dog and it was loud. Also, my family arrived to the room and within 5 minutes the lobby was knocking at our door stating they received 2 noise complaints.

This hotel is very clean and nice with a great location. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the room smelled so strong of freshener. I Thought it was just me, but my husband thought so too. After we left, everything we had with us was penetrated with that scent. It reminded me of being inside one of those perfume shops at the mall. :/

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I asked for a handicap accessible room (for hubby, who recently had hip surgery)and it was superb. The staff was super helpful and courteous. The room was beautifully decorated as well.

Part of parking lot was closed due to renovation and that made it little difficult to find a parking space at night. However, the stay was great overall.

The beds were so hard, it caused my back to spasm all night where i got no sleep. First thing at 7am you heard EVERYTHING in the hall. I didnt even both with the breakfast i pre-paid for as i was so tired, and sore. Then the red rash broke out from the bedding. Maintenance calls and i waited for them to arrive. He tried to come back but i wanted to see his 'fix'. He knew the TV HDMI ports were bad. I didnt even think to swap cables and ports. Then he again knew the plugs were going out stating it was a big project to fix.. Manager offered a $25 GC IF i signed a consent form i was advised NOT to sign by my legal rep. BUT i could not talk to the manager as she wasnt there and wouldnt return my 5 calls over 2 days. Tried to enjoy my vacation. Came back, still no manager nor did she call. I was NOT able to switch rooms or hotels as EVERY hilton was apparently booked in flagstaff. They would NOT refund because Expedia wouldnt allow. We left early. This place is NOT a Hilton standard.

Front desk clerks were friendly, but not well trained I booked one more night at the desk, the lady entered the info and told me to come back for rekey and pay in the am. When I went by next am, I was told by a different person that there was no booking entered, she helped me booked it again and rekeyed my cards. I specifically asked for them to empty the trash cans and add some clean towels, I also made sure she included breakfast for all 3 guests. I was charged $50 deposit twice as it was '2 different bookings'. And here we were back in the evening, no one emptied trash or refilled the towels. I had to call them just to do that. Then the next morning when we showed up at the diner, we were told only one breakfast was included and we needed to pay the other 2 guests. At this point I was so upset since nothing seemed to be right. I explained to the diner staff that I told the lady who booked the room to include all 3 breakfast which she said she did, even told me it'll be extra charge and I paid for it. The diner lady was kind enough to tell me she could write 2 but she couldn't do that for all 3. I know it wasn't her fault and I hate to add more work for her. So I walked to the front desk and explained the situation. They were able to change it to 3 by the end. It's really not a bad place at all and the price was reasonable. The rooms are very small, the elevator was not functioning so we had to carry bags up to third floor. The refrigerator pulled right out on the floor when trying to open the door. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. It is not a typical Hilton. Just stay away.

Pet friendly yes, good parking and easy to get in and out. Didn’t like front desk stuff on my first two days, particularly the manners of the male. The hotel price is ok but they charge for breakfast, other hotels similar prices don’t.

Our experience was great! They even welcomed my 10 month old puppy. The staff was very friendly, and the housekeeping was excellent! The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was a hell of a lot better than the Denny's across the street, and the cost was half as much. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable! I also liked the location. It was located just off of I-40 and I-17, and also within walking or very short driving distance to Denny's, Sizzler, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden. My fiancé and I agreed that this will be our "go to" Hotel every time we visit Flagstaff, which is quite often.

I didn’t realize the pet fee was double of what we usually pay. Somehow l didn’t check before, that they charge $75 a night pet fee, but it worked out okay.

Traveled from San Fran to Dallas and stopped short notice in Flagstaff. They were great at getting us booked short notice with a dog. Clean and the staff is very friendly.

A beautiful room in gorgeous Flagstaff, I absolutely loved it here.

It was spacious, I mean the rooms were great, depending on what you get and everything the hotel has is easy to find.

Could use a facelift. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Start with the two positives. Great location and lobby is beautiful. However, one elevator to serve the entire hotel is unsatisfactory and the room was so small. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, we were sore the next morning. We also didn’t sleep well due to too many guests dogs barking at all hours. The walls are extremely thin, so you hear everything everybody is doing and saying above, below, next door, and and across the hall from you. The toilet flushes violently and the shower smelled like mildew. The breakfast buffet that is delivered in thermo bags and scooped into warming trays was mediocre for the $15 price tag at best. We won’t be recommending to anyone or returning.

A wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the kitchen staff was so kind and accomodating. The room itself was definitely better than expected. Went for a grand canyon trip and it was centrally located close to there, about an hour and a half out, and sedona was 44 minutes so it was perfect.

Friendly staff. Could improve on laundry room, i.e., adding a sign indicating where to get detergent and help with change coins for the machines.

Great location close to everything and children friendly

No restaurant to eat at or off-site restaurant to room service like in the past. Ordered a pizza and desk personnel let it sit there for 30 minutes before i finally called to find out it was delivered to desk not room. Desk never called or left message. Unacceptable

On a brighter note.. all of the staff I had interactions with were kind, helpful, and extremely friendly.

Clean well kept up hotel. Easy check in, nice staff. Pool and hot tub area were in good shape as well. Quite a few people with dogs, no issues seen with cleanliness. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 15 years, always the same, well kept property. Nice job, thank you!

Even on my birthday.. they could check in other people before 3pm and they left me waiting until 3pm

Clean hotel, friendly staff who had great suggestions for local attractions and dining. Breakfast buffet was good and had variety of options.

Bad ripoff. Wanted $75 for our small dog for one night. The other places we stayed at got $15 - 25. Very expensive for nothing special. Also wanted $15 for their cheap breakfast when less expensive hotels included a great breakfast, especially Holiday Inn Express. Much better value. Also gouged me $35 for a bottle of wine that I got for $17 in a supermarket the next day. Won't go back.
