Hi. I have reached out to no response. We booked the hotel and when we showed up and were told there was no availability. We had to scramble to find another hotel. The hotel has not refunded the payment of over $300. Hotels.com has said the hotel manager has to issue the refund. There has been lots of time wasted on this experience that should have been easy. After years of using hotels.com we will no longer book through a third party.

The room was next to the door that goes to the outside, that door slams so hard and loud that it rattles the entire guest room. People in and out all night, kids yelling down the hall as they enter the building.

If you book online through a third party it does not state that the rooms are pet friendly and if you are allergic to any animals the hotel staff CANNOT GUARANTEE the next room they give you has had an animal that stayed in the room. That would’ve been great to know before I booked the stay. I asked if they had a room that isn’t pet friendly and they said no. The staff were not very accommodating nor was the manager on duty. The room stunk like animal fece and when we went to pick our pillow up that we forgot in the room they were cleaning the room and spraying a lot of fragrance to mask the smell. They will not give a refund and they also charge for parking.

Arrived at 2pm and room was not ready but it would be ready no later than 3pm. Grabbed lunch and arrived back to hotel at 3:30pm and room was still not ready. Finally checked into room shortly before 4pm - 2 hours AFTER I was told room would be available. I was told room wasn’t ready because hotel was short staffed with cleaning the rooms. I love how the hotel inefficiently schedules their staff for how busy the weekend will be and that’s the excuse to make up for it. So their inability to properly run their hotel is my problem? I’ll definitely stay elsewhere whenever I’m in flagstaff next.

Omelettes were much better than scrambled eggs. Waffles are always a hit! We checked in Thurs night & checked out Monday. Our room was not cleaned during our stay. I did have the do not disturb type sign out one day & forgot to remove it. Another day it was out until after breakfast.

I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton Inn. Specifically, when heading to Flagstaff, this is my preferred place to stay. Always very clean, has a great staff, and the continental breakfast is fantastic. Also a great location.

The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. All the staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The location of this hotel is very easy to get to: close to I-40, 89A and Route 66 which means wherever you are coming from or desire to go, this property gives you handy access.

The hotel was fine. A barking dog kept us awake all night. When the dog barked the lady next door would scream at the dog. I went downstairs to the desk at 4:45 and they called the room but it didn't help at all. So needless to say,I wasn't pleased. The desk said they couldn't comp me because I booked through booking. I’m a truck driver ran out of federal hours wanted to stay at my usual Hampton and they refused to switch the hotel bc of some “rule” we’re all human and make mistakes. They offered no refund and couldn’t not accommodate else where. Thank you to the staff here at east

The “free WIFI” requires jumping through several hoops to get it. The last thing I want, after driving all day, is wasting a lot of time with Hilton’s questionnaire or app. Divulging my email and phone number I feel will result in more phishing and spam calls. It’s a bad plan for a tired traveler.

They did a wonderful job accommodating my dog… they even gave him a treat at the counter. I was worried that it would be smelly being a pet friendly hot but it was very clean. Will come back!

Hotel itself was as expected. Very nice and we would stay again. Conveniently located to the I-40 which gets you to the Grand Canyon and Williams. Restaurants and shopping close by. The staff was very helpful but kudos to the breakfast staff. The food itself was nothing to rave about but the people tending the breakfast were very very good.

This was the worse service I received from a hotel. The manager, Casey, was terrible. She was not helpful, she was dismissive and tried to scam me for more money. I booked a stay from 12/26-12/29 with my family because we were visiting Flagstaff. I checked in on the Hilton app and the app showed my check in date for 12/26. Once we arrived, I gave the front lobby staff my name and explained I checked in on the Hilton app. So, he said ok I found you and he gave me my room number but as he was going to provide me the room key, he said that the room is occupied. He contacted the manager, Casey for assistance with this matter. As she sees my room is already occupied, then all of a sudden the app date changes to 12/27 without any notice and she goes and tells me that she has my check in date for 12/27 instead of 12/26. How? When the app stated check in date for 12/26 before it magically changed to 12/27, and I showed her my Expedia itinerary where it showed that I already paid in full for my stay from 12/26-12/29. She stated there is nothing she can do but sell me a smaller room for the same price I paid for my stay on 12/26 or to come back on the 27th and my room will be available. Why would I pay another $300 for a room you clearly see I paid for already? Therefore, I contacted Expedia and two reps spoke with Casey and only solution was to sell me another room for the 26th. Expedia rep said no and found me another hotel and was not going to let Casey scam me for more money.

The only negatives were that the room was not cleaned well. The baseboards in the bathroom were very dirty and there was a tube of potato chips under the bed, also woke up with a dead cockroach in the bed, worries me that I may have brought some home in my luggage.

Walking in the man at the front desk was so fun him and my husband really got along great! I wish I had caught his name but he was wonderful. Complementary waters were given to us. The hotel and room smelled great. There were some things in the room that could have been cleaned better. Stains on the couch annd the rolling chair. Also why do you have king size beds with the tiniest square pillows. They don’t even stretch accross the bed. The bed was hard and we slept horribly. Stayed here once before and it was ok but definitely some details that lack.

One night family stay. Was nice probably will be back. Pool was cold for us and other families. Hardly any towels in the room for a 2 bed room. Glad it was only 2 of us because the 1 small towel per person isn’t great. Breakfast was nice room was nice and comfortable.

Property is very nice, however, check in process was not the best. Checked in online through the Hilton App and only needed to show my ID. Once I arrived they told me I had not checked in and other incorrect information. The clerk did not bother to check and had me do everything over again.

The parking was not that great, I was afraid to park so far from the hotel. Pool was not heated and cold. A heated pool and even a hot tub would have been nice on a cold, snowy day. My grandchildren love to swim but the small, cold pool was not something I wanted for them.

Gym equipment was one reason we stayed at the property, it was broken. I informed the front desk, they said they would try to fix it, they did not. I’m a disabled veteran and working out daily helps to maintain my mobility. Maintaining equipment is your duty, I’m very disappointed.

A beautiful, New, very nicely appointed hotel room suite. The breakfast was good. The check-in process was a bit lengthy, including one person who didn’t seem interested in her job and another person who was quite kind, but the computer wasn’t working for a while.

The hotel is clean and they offer breakfast with stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and even has a sitting area. I like that they is a microwave and fridge in the room and end a table to sit at.

Room was not ready at check in. Had to wait 2 hours to get our key. Coffee was cold in the morning. I felt bad for employee at front desk she was friendly and professional. Not sure if issue is you can’t find employees for housekeeping or not enough are hired. Another guest that was waiting for her key said this was the 3rd time this happened to her at a Hilton property (different states). In another situation she went to another hotel. You need to fix this issue.

convenient location, beds and pillows are worn out, lots of doors slamming, breakfast was ok, its free so dont expect too much. They didn't mention they charge 7.50 a day for parking but found out about it once i checked out. definitely wouldn't recommend this spot.

Lady who checked me in was not friendly at all. Lacked customer service. The morning staff were kind and welcoming to breakfast, saying good morning. Smashed my fingers a few times with the weird sliding restroom door that blocked the closet entrance. The modern microchip headboard was way too modern. Who wants to think of technology and work when trying to get comfortable and sleep. Coffe packets seems outdated evidenced by film of dust on the very bottom shelf where they were located, under the TV cabinet. Bed was way too soft. Mattresses may need to be changed out. And the kicker $7.50 for a parking. It’s not even a resort style hotel.

The room did not have any drawers, beds were not cleaned/remade for 3 nights, refrigerator was not working, no exhaust in the bathroom so it kept smelling and lastly the walls were paper thin so very hard to get sleep in the night.
