Decent price, convenient location.

I recently had a very good experience. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and satisfying. Everything was well-prepared, and the service added to the pleasant start of the day. Overall, it was a simple yet enjoyable meal that made my morning better.

Two beds were very uncomfortable. We would not stay here again. Breakfast was not good.

Again, lighting in rooms not sufficient for leisure reading or work as desk area has only a desk lamp, and a free-standing chair has no lighting to allow for reading. Overall room lighting is minimal and not situated for efficient use.

Always a great stay, no issues checking in, rooms are neat and clean.

We arrived after 11pm and ended up having to call the hotel to get the attention of the front desk staff - a bell would be helpful! Staff were very nice. Breakfast area was constantly packed while we were there, and lines to the waffle makers made it difficult to maneuver around the rest of the area. Road noise was very audible from our room, but we did appreciate the blackout curtains.

Maintenance, we reported a closet door not sliding. It was never fixed. Ac would cycle on and off difficult to sleep. Window covering slide cord broken. Just not the way things were a few months ago during that stay

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked and beautifully maintained. Room was clean with nice bathroom. Pillows left a little to be desired but we were fine for one night.

Everything everywhere clean, no smells! Two restaurants within walking distance (Del Taco in same parking lot)!! Staff friendly. Great breakfast, except eggs are instant and have bland taste. Plenty of pillows, comfortable beds, quiet AC. Beautiful, warm and cozy ambience in the main lobby with a fireplace!

It was good for an overnight as we were passing through, but I don’t think I would stay multiple nights because my back and hips would not be able to handle it.

Loved the pool area, the room, the cleanliness, the vibe of the lobby was great as well. Love the availability of coffee/tea/hot water. The only thing I would request is to have an additional chair in the room, so that two people can sit down and not always have to sit on the bed. There is a chair with the desk, but only one person can sit there.

Well appointed room, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff who made us feel very welcomed. An awesome shower with great water pressure. The front desk worker was even making some color sheets for the children in the breakfast area.. The room darkening shades were very appreciated as well. The bed wasn’t as comfy as I had hoped for. Pillows were not to my liking because one was too flat but two was too much for neck comfort.

Love the warmth it brings when our family go up every December. The free complimentary breakfast is great and we love the indoor pool. Big reason why we stay here. I enjoyed my stay

The rooms and hotel were kept really clean and the staff were very kind. The included breakfast was great too. The hotel is right by a busy road so our room got quite noisy sometimes. We needed a white noise machine. The mattresses were also too hard for my liking too.

Rooms are outdated and can use some more modern furniture. The amenities were ok but the indoor pool was extremely cloudy and didn’t look clean. Not sure if it was too many chemicals or not enough.

The breakfast area was waaaaay too small for the size of the hotel! The lines (for regular food and just for waffles only) were 20 people deep! There was nowhere to sit, either. People were loading their plates up and taking them back to their rooms. It was a mess because of the big crowds. We felt bad for those who had to clean it up.

The couch bed was absolutely horrible. Very thin and you can feel every spring. It also already had sheets on it so wasn’t even sure if they were clean or not. And the shower door opening only in the opposite side of the shower head made it extremely hard to bathe a child without getting soaked myself.

Originally got a room in the back facing the highway, it was a bit noisy so I asked for a room not facing the highway and was accomodated, only problem was the room facing away from the highway (parking lot side) had tiny little windows high up on the wall. Very poor design. I asked to be switched back to the highway side despite the noise.

They checked us in incorrectly...gave the same room to another. So another couple walked in on us an hour later..a man walking in in my daughter taking a bath. Not impressed. It also means the room we stayed in was much smaller than we paid for.

Our experience at the Hampton was beautiful. Staff was outstanding. So peaceful & quiet.

Great room for seniors to relax after a long day of traveling and driving. Good breakfast to start the day and exercise room to keep in shape. Looking forward to another stay at this location.

Lobby was great, rooms are old and outdated. Dark hallways, towels are old and rough and toilet paper is just short of tree bark! The mattress was so bad! Adios, Hampton Inn, not again!

Arrived late after a 14 hour drive from Denver and I felt not only welcomed, but very safe. My room was clean, comfortable, and the included breakfast offered a lot of options. Thank you for a great time!

The hotel room was pretty spacious and it had everything we needed. A small kitchen, two queen beds and a pullout bed for my oldest. The price was appropriate as well and free breakfast was provided between 6-9am. Also the poll and the hot tub are indoors which is perfect for flagstaff Definitely worth staying at this hotel.

It’s not our first time in this hotel. It was great stay but the beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. That’s it. Well, breakfast could have a bit more variety but it’s more like a plus item, and not a deal breaker so it was fine. The rest was great, like always.

Omg love this hotel!! Very clean and beds were comfy. Kids had so much fun in indoor pool. Definitely will be bck to visit flagstaff again. Hotel is near Walmart and a lot of food places were it makes it convenient. So close to NAU too…

Beautiful lobby! All decorated for Christmas! Felt super cozy walking in. The room was clean and had a good layout for our family of 5. Stayed here for the Northpole experience. Easy drive to the Little America hotel. Overall great stay!

Staff seemed over worked and things were slipping. E.g., no toilet paper in the bathroom near breakfast. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom fan could not be turned off or it made a horrible screaching sound. Did not have the ability to leave the room fan on sp it turns on and off all night disrupting sleep.

This has become a repeated issue. Nosure if with hotels.com or the hotel itself. Non of the outlets worked. Usb did not work. Tv did not work. Allowed me to enter my passcodes, then froze. Indoor pool was cold. Manager offered to refund us 50 dollars in rewards for the trouble, but could not. Because we booked through hotels.com. this isn't my first time having issues with hotels.com. bookings. Think i may have learned my lesson this time. Mught not use them again.
