We were put in a room that was handicap accessible. I don't know why. We had to stay in that room. The shower was horrible. The built in handicap seat made it difficult to shower. The shower head didn't work well. The bed was a little hard. You can hear everything from the upstairs as it made it difficult to sleep.

Good location but the descriptions about the rooms are deceitful. There are no sofas in any rooms. We even paid more to have that. I won’t be staying here again.

The room stunk like pets so bad it was disgusting, the carpet was rolling up because it’s so hold. The doors I. The room would shut, the water in the shower was leaking the whole time, the outlets wouldn’t work to charge my phone over night, I waited at the front desk for 40 minutes before someone showed up to check me in .

Dirty. Towels paper thin. Pool dirty. Hot tub didn’t work. Ceiling has been patched above the bed, looks like it’s about the cave in. Breakfast buffet wasn’t good. Waffle batter was bad. 3 of us took one bite of waffle & threw it away. Buffet attendant was very rude. Not only to us. I heard her harshly tell a guest not to leave the lid of the chafing dish open. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if it was free. We had stayed at a Comfort Inn in Amarillo Texas the previous night and it was great!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They did have a full breakfast but not as good as many places we have stayed. No variety.

Breakfast was good We booked the hotel because there was indoor hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order and we didn’t get to use it while we did pay extra to stay at there compared to other hotels nearby.

They really need to change the pillows. It was too flat and I kept trying to fold it in half to get extra softness, but no luck :/

The heater got too hot. There are only sheer curtains to close so the sun woke me up. Not very busy during my stay. Good breakfast first morning but next morning all the eggs were gone and the sausage was rubber leftovers. The little fridge for yogurt and butter had frozen boiled eggs! Small assortment of fruit and cereal. Last two mornings were bacon and good scrambled eggs! As everywhere waffles available. Pool was cold, i couldn't use it. Room was clean, not good lighting at sink but a magnifying mirror to swing out. Handicap room. I never figured out how to use the shampoo dispensers. Its odd to have a pool and other amenities they have and only get 2 stars. I know now. Staff pleasant but I dont think he understood much english

The breakfast was fine since I don't eat alot but the breakfast room was clean and the food selection was fine. I enjoyed the breakfast attendant's cheeriness and helpfulness with information about the Hotel and surrounding area. Her name is Falu and if I come to stay there again, I would very much look forward to seeing her again. It would be nice to have an updated indoor pool area. It looked bleak and I decided not to use it. It would have been nice to have a dedicated area for dogs.

I liked that it was near a lot of stores. The drawer didn’t close properly, the towel had a stain, and the overall looked very old and dingy. It was to the point that I found myself checking for bed bugs. Also, the check in person spoke so quietly and did not fully seem to know many of my questions.

Heater kept room comfortable. Room was clean, bedding smelled clean and fresh. Breakfast bar was running low by 9am, get an early start cause they weren’t restocking. Staff friendly.

Staff was great and overall stay was good except the property is not well kept. The bathroom (toilet seat) was broken and the shower did not work properly. The coffee maker in room did not work, however, there was coffee available downstairs along with continental breakfast.

My family walked in ahead of me, and the man at the front desk didnt say A WORD, no greeting, nothing, until he said, "last name?" to me. Very rude, in my opinion. Room A/C was off amd room was very hot when we got in. Turnes it down significantly, and eventually the room did cool down. He didnt bother calling me about the incident. Instead of keeping it professional. He begins to raise his voice & tell me i had people in the room when it was a solo trip. Me being Navajo i felt he was racially profiling me because he thought i was drinking/partying. This was the worst stay ive had. The Manager was very unprofessional & the Staff could be a lot more positive/kinder.. Praying i get my $100 back. Wouldnt recommend anyone staying here.

Great facility and people. Just make sure you co Rick which one you want as there’s 2 in flagstaff. We booked one where we were and went to check in and it was the wrong location. But all in all it wasn’t a big deal

Bathroom was a joke, dark barley any light, fan sounded like a saw mill, sink is outside the bathroom & very tiny. Room was so-so but clean. Breakfast was very skimpy and pretty sad: basically skimpy bacon, scrambled eggs or mini egg omelet,juice machine broke. Would not recommend at all. Very out dated even for the price wasn't worth it.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. My only complaint was the noise, we were on the second floor and could hear the people above us walking around as well as anyone walking in the hallway outside our door.

The Comfort Inn was very "COMFORTABLE." The staff were professional, helpful and courteous. We needed to extend our stay for an additional day and they helped to make this possible, easy, and without requiring a move to another room or floor. The breakfast had many options (food choices), there was no TV blaring, the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room were warm and clean and the entire Inn was well maintained. We would return.

I made do, because overall it was manageable. I made the mistake of not reporting it to staff, but I do want to encourage others to avoid the problems I had by requesting a new room for themselves during their next hotel stay if their issues are similar to what I encountered.

Older hotel that is dated in some respects but make up for it in a well maintained and very clean room. Room did not have microwave as advertised but there was a common area microwave that worked. Breakfast selection is good but goes fast (weekends). Housekeeping is upon request and at additional charge. Overall reasonable for the price. Would stay again.

For Flagstaff it was OK. Just your average basic hotel. Staff at reception was nice. No complaints.

The property was outdated and neglected. Our room smelled bad and when we opened the refrigerator we just looked at each other and slammed it closed because it literally smelled like poop. The screen was torn, the lamp shade torn, the nightstand between the beds drawer wouldn’t stay closed so we tied the phone cord around the handle to keep it closed to prevent banging into it every time we got up. Breakfast was subpar. No fruit at all, coffee was disgusting, eggs were cold. I would not recommend this place. I have no idea how some people could rate it high. Oh, the sheets had a cheap floral smell to them, like a car freshener or something, ugh! There was no reason to ask for a different room because I’m quite sure there were no good ones. I have to say that check in was fine and the desk agent was pleasant enough.

The blankets were dirty. They were kids running on the hallway at 3:00AM. Not currently for the price.

Arrived for check-in and was told that there was no reservation in the system. I even showed them the reservation confirmation from Hotel.com and they still couldn't find it. Had to reregister at the front desk. The price was double from the price of Hotel.com and the available room was different.

Pet fee too high... it is usually for the length of the stay, not $35.00/night. Too many hotels in the surrounding area that are nicer & cheaper.

My children enjoyed the stay and it served us well as we were in the area for a specific event. Staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious.

The facility looks okay from the outside, although the neighborhood is pretty rough. The room was dated but appeared clean, but there were two cockroaches in the bathroom and one in my shoe the next morning.

This hotel was fine. The pool and hot tub were too dirty to use and the breakfast was blah. Cereal looked like it had been there for months… and the coffee was gritty. Room was clean enough.

Room: There was No microwave in the room. The brewed coffee was terrible and too bitter. And the toilet in our room sounded like a jet plane taking off when flushing, and not only in our room, also in room near us - we could hear it through the walls at 2am in the morning.-When making the reservation, the hotel stated said only $25 dollars for our 1- Pet, per full stay and no mention of this on website for this hotel location not the $35 per day/night.

We were there for 5 days and only asked for houskeeping on day 4 due to needing towels and the bathtub wasnt draining well. No service don except to unclog the bathtub drain. No cleaning whatsoever and they.didmt remove the towels or provide new ones until we complained!

Very nice. Clean. Stayed two nights. Our only hiccup was we failed to see the sign on the front desk counter that read housekeeping upon request. Also, our room was missing the door tag to request housekeeping. Front desk was very accomodating in getting us more towels.

It was centrally located for where we needed to go for a NAU graduation, Go Jacks!! Comfort Inn made a Memorable time for us, with no worries. Thank you Comfort Inn!
