I have stayed some pretty bad hotels. So I just went for the cheapest one on my road trip to New York from Florida. I would not stay there again, even if you paid me too. The floors were filthy with water stains from I guess a previous leak from the air-conditioning. There was holes all over the walls. The sheets looked gray and dingy. They were supposed to be white. The curtain was barely hanging onto the rod all the enamel was pretty much worn off the tub that the whole bottom looked practically black just in case you have something booked and no other choice this was room 145. There was visible dust everywhere I mean, I didn’t expect the property to be whelm maintained, but it looks like the room has not even been mopped or dusted in months. There was also lots of noise from people coming and going all night most likely people just living at the hotel

That you are left alone no body bothers you The towels shouldn't be so hard to swap out for new/clean ones and the beds are not comfortable

Never even checked in, no one was at the front desk to check me in - after waiting over an hour. Never got refunded

The check-in/out was alright. The two rooms which we'd booked were not in the best condition. "You get what you pay for" was posted from a previous review is true.

The hotel is a good option for road travelers.

The room had not been cleaned or serviced prior to my arrival. Not only was it dirty, but it needed a professional cleaning crew to come in and overhaul it. The deadbolt did not work, there were holes in the walls, trash on the floor, no pillows, paper-thin blankets, toilet paper stuffed in holes in the corners (presumably to deter mice?) The bathroom was unusable. Disgusting bathtub, and the toilet hadn’t even been flushed. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This hotel doesn’t need cleaned, it needs condemned.

The room condition was bad. Patched walls from damage, sinking floors causing the laminate to buckle and jam my feet when walking. The sheets had stains. The toilet was full of urine, bloody tampon, and a cigarette. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The towel on the tub had dirty footprint stains on it. And the desk area smelled like wet dog. Not good. When I brought these to the attention of staff, he laughed. No attempt at addressing the issues nor an apology. Avoid this property.

The desk staff was friendly. No housekeeping came by to empty the trash or change the linens, plus the big bug I found in the bathtub. I took a picture of it and the owner was notified. No offer of a free night stay or anything. He said maintenance would come spray the following day, but no one showed up.

I had to change rooms 4 times they are very rude and nasty the first one the fridge was unplugged very nasty with water everywhere in front of the fridge and the whole room bad so she gave me another room and it smelled like a bingo hall lol and I had a toddle and a newborn baby so that point I was upset I wanted money back so I went up there she says I have one for you I went to it the window was closed i knocked nobody said anything I walked it it wasn’t even clean sheets an stuff off the bed so I was gettting very annoyed at this point well the last two rooms she showed us the ones by the office she said they are supposed to be the best ones we went to one and the fridge was unplugged and smelled soooo bad so we went to the other room it was better then the rest it wasn’t all that but it was soo late already an we had two babies we had to get a pillow from another room cuz the room we got had one pillow on one bed and only had one towel I asked the lady at the desk could we get towels and she said no there wasn’t any. So the next night we stayed we get a knock on the door cuz I always thought that housekeepers get ur trash when u set it out the door if u don’t want anyone to do your room i didn’t. Know that i was supposed to take it out my self I’ve worked housekeeping for about 15 years now I always had to set my trash out there If I didn’t want them in my room the trash sat there the whole time an the last day they want to say something the yell and cuss me

THE MEAN MAN AT NIGHT WITH DREADS AND LOOKS WHITE. HE GAVE A CRACKHEAD MY ROOM AND THEY SAID THEY GAVE HIM COKE AND HE PUT MY SAFETY AT RISK. THEY ALMOST CAME IN BUT I HAD THE LATCH ON. HE NEVER APOLOGIZED. THEN HE CALLED MY PHONE AT 2AM AND SAID LOUD MUSIC BUT I WASN'T THERE AND HE CUSSED ME OUT AND HUNG UP. HE'S A DEFINITE PROBLEM. I BEEN COMING THERE FOR TWENTY YEARS AND I DON'T WANT TO STAY ANYMORE BECAUSE HE'S ABUSIVE AND DANGEROUS BECAUSE THE CRACKHEAD COULD HAVE BEEN VIOLENT BUT JAH HAS ME

They charged me $20 extra wouldn’t take my credit card then the next day I didn’t get in till 2 o’clock in that morning at 11 o’clock they wanted me to check out even though I had a 34 day stay here. I had to pay another $20 cash that I didn’t have on me and they took my credit card and overcharged me and I couldn’t get towels. Everything I set up top you can’t get toilet paper. I went without clean towels. I asked for a broom, and there’s bedbugs so bad in this motel room.

Roaches.dirty.holes in walls and floors. Very very dirty bedding. Floors were horrible. Place should really be investigated n shut down. Health and safety hazards!

Mold and hair in the shower a film on both mirror wasn't clean with glass cleaner the curtain fell and the smell front the air/heater was extremely bad

The padding on bed was exceptional and TV service was great Bathtub was very worn and furniture decor was old and ugly

Everything including the workers didn't do there job correctly on night shift and morning shift come in and woke us at 7am threatening to call the cops if we didn't leave and then come back multiple time to bother us

Friendly desk staff, late evening and morning. The flooring (vinyl intended to look like wood planking) was coming loose from the floor in MANY spots. The A/C was set to 62 degrees ... the room was freezing upon entry. The entire room was damp and uncomfortable.

Nothing I didn't stay Place be remodeled and people work and keep it clean Bug. free.

My first room was dirty and raggedy. The sheets and cover were dirty. As i took off the sheets and covers the protective cover had blood on it. We asked for a new room we did but the key card wasnt working then we got another one. It was better but i will never stay here again looked nothing like the pictures. Plus it also had a C rating.

This was the absolute worst, most disgusting motel I've ever stepped in. A little tree air freshener hanging from the ceiling light. A dirty garbage can on a table by the door. Black grime on the bathtub. I have a video.

There was no breakfast. The location was very good. Right off of the main highway. I did not like the fact that there were no ice machines present. Be facility did not provide any drinking utensils. As far as plastic cups. But was a dead roach on my window drapes.

Door electronic lock broken; room fire alarm not working; operator loudly berates employees in front of customers; gunfire from adjoining woods but operator would not call police due to personal immigration issues, a customer had to file police report.

I’ve never in my entire life have stayed in such unhealthy conditions! I am traveling from Massachusetts and 12 hours in I had to stop for some rest! Thankfully I had extra blankets that I can throw over the beds because of how filthy they were. We just needed 4 hours of sleep to finish our long trip to Florida ! I've stayed at worse but not many. Room falling apart, dirty, TV broken, had to fix toilet seat, someone tried to break in while we were there. It's a dump but it's cheap so what do you expect. Would have been nice if they cleaned all the blood off the ceiling before we stayed.

Hole in the wall hotel, room looks clean but shower curtain is molded at bottom and needs to be thrown away, rust on top of mini fridge and rust on bottom of bed frame, laminate coming off furniture, Sheetrock poorly patched and not painted, handi cap shower has no hand held shower piece for a handi cap person to be able to use… on the good side, bed dens clean and fresh linen… AC works.

The receptionist was fine when we first checked in, we went to our room but as soon as we opened the door we were hit with the odor of mildew, we changed rooms with no problem but about 2 hours into our new room we began to see roaches! We immediately packed our bags and went to the off where the receptionist became rude and did not want to refund us. We got a refund and found a new hotel!

My experience was horrible. The countertops were nasty with barbecue sauce. There was crumbs all over the floor. There was soap residue all over the sink in the bath bathtub was disgusting. Also, the microwave had old food in it that was stained inside.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! i got a last minute room here due to no availability in the area anywhere else. the hotel looks run down & sketchy. the photos used on Expedia are not real!! the room i was given had ashes on everything, there was a STRONG odor that hit my nose as soon as i opened the door i didn’t even get past the doorframe before smelling the odor. the beds looked filthy, there was stains on the walls. i didn’t even stay the night there! & expedia is making the refund process very hard!

I drove in for my son's graduation. I had my daughter with her husband and daughter stay with me. The next day I went and picked up my other 3 kids to visit. The manager told me that they had to leave by 6pm or he would have all of us removed. The room was also dirty.

Horrible stay advertise pets stay free and then they charge you and the rates of the pet depends on who is working at that time. Someone came into or room and took belongings and the front desk said there is nothing they can do about it. Horrible place do not go and the roaches are huge!!!

Unfortunately, this hotel was not what I expected. The low cost turned out to be a failed attempt at accommodation. The problem starts with the lack of hygiene at the reception. The entrance mat was very dusty, and the lack of air circulation already gave us an odd feeling. The room seemed clean but was very basic. It's more for those who just need a place to sleep and nothing more. Unfortunately, this hotel was not what I expected. The low cost turned out to be a failed attempt at accommodation. The problem starts with the lack of hygiene at the reception. The entrance mat was very dusty, and the lack of air circulation already gave us an odd feeling. The room seemed clean but was very basic. It's more for those who just need a place to sleep and nothing more. I paid premium price for a room and it was like hell. The place needs to be leveled. It was so old, the sheets were all stained. The floor was old and three different kinds of flooring. The bathroom looked like one from a shipping dock. I'll never stay there again. And it makes me wonder does Wyndham check these places.

At this price point it’s a good deal. Maybe only 1 other place on a Saturday comes close to the pricing and everything worked - tv and heater {winter} plus refrigerator and microwave. Bed is okay. Stay is very friendly and provides good customer service

I booked a room with a confirmation number for 54.00 for 1 night 1 double bed . Tat at room was not available They gave me a room for 92 .00 that includes the pet fee No coffee pot in room Not able to use WiFi The room was dirty, the floor was dirty and the table had rements of food on it.

I cannot, in words, explain to you how revolting this “hotel” was in nearly every capacity. Everyone on staff/management who is complicit in the state of this place should feel genuine shame. We pull up to the lobby to check in, and are greeted by an ornery woman peering through a plexiglass bank-teller like window. We get our room key and drive past piles of garbage in the parking lot to park in front of the room. You step inside and are greeted by brown stained walls, paint chipping off, light fixtures hanging by wires, smoke detector ripped off, beds that if seen under a blue light would make even a coroner vomit profusely. And the door was held shut only by a rickety little lock. We put our suitcases in front of the door. I am no snob, I didn’t expect this to be a luxurious hotel by any means, but my god. If you think “it can’t be that bad” please rethink. It is that bad and worse. We were there for 30 minutes, 20 of which were spent scrambling to find another hotel last minute. There have been homicides at this hotel, which I found news articles for to reaffirm my suspicions. Like I said, I’ve never written a review for anything. It was dirty, there was a cleaning rag dirty left on top of the toilet, the tv was left on when we got to the room ...it seems like someone was just watching tv there also there was hair around the bathroom mirror, i check in very late...we stay because we were just tired to look for an other place

Lots of loud people screaming across the parking lots, doors banging all night, and definitely a full time residence for a lot of folks, which is just downright a shame. Front desk completely unattended for almost 10 minutes (clerk was apparently out eating somewhere, then it took a full 15 minutes to get through the check in process, despite my reservation). Property was absolutely filthy, full of litter, broken glass, etc. everywhere, and in such bad disrepair! To name a few: one of the bed's headboards in my room had been ripped off the wall and not replaced, wall sconce above it smashed in, zero water pressure, no drain covers over sink/tub (and yay, there's a wet used Band-Aid clogging the sink pipe!), everything leaking, stained, burned or broken... and just nasty! On a positive note, motel is literally 5 feet from a McDonald's, if that's your thing. It's also super close to 95, which meant a thankfully quick exit out of this dump. And finally, major kudos to the housekeeping staff- the room was relatively clean considering what they had to work with!

There were roaches in the room. You can hear everything. Ambulance and the fire department showed up several times. I think people OD because there were a lot of junkies. Not from the area so I didn’t know but never again.

The condition and upkeep of the hotel looks like a Covid contributing factor. It was so unsanitary I could not stay because I was afraid of getting sick, bitten or bedbugs.

The room was okay. The floors were filthy though and the people staying at the motel were shady looking and suspicious. They were up until all hours of the night smoking marijuana and talking loudly. There were many people driving in and out of the parking lot past midnight. And there were many people walking in and out of the room next door to us.

There was a heavy smoke smell in the air although it was advertised as a non-smoking room. The blankets had cigarette burns and when I made several calls to the front desk it was just busy. I walked down there to ask about the wifi and told it was being serviced. I don't think there was any at all. Remember it's only $64 per night with tax.

Hotel has mice and one climbed in my bed. When I tried to cancel and get a refund the owner did not want to give it to me so I lost money and paid more to stay somewhere else. Hotel also has a very bad roach problem.

I stayed here with my children for 1 night on our way to NY from FL. 1st i was nervous taking my kids out of the car at 11pm with all the unsavory characters walking around. Then i go into the room, the heater/AC is broken. Both beds have numerous holes in the bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases, etc. The tub had burn marks and stains and the entire room smelled moldy and stale. But the worst part is that our door wouldn't lock properly. It batley shut and the lock mechanism was broken off and just had some AA batteries hanging from the it.

Website advertises pet stay free. I have stayed at this property several times in the past always was comfortable staff was always nice apparently they have changed from a Motel 6 to a travel lodge. I’ve never been given issues before at this location about my dogs and was never charged anything suddenly they wanted a $20 per day pet fee on the first night on the second and third night when I asked they did not charge me a pet fee well then my adult children went down to get some thing from the office and they were told that they needed $40 for a pet fee for the prior day and that day or we would need to leave. In addition to the harassment about my pets there was pizza left in the room on the floor it was so old that my dog couldn’t even chew it when he found it. There was a coating of dust all over the sink and counters refrigerator microwave absolutely everything indicating they’re doing no Covid cleaning. They were strange stains on the wall which I have contemplated if it’s blood or not. In addition they put us in a room next-door to a room that was being remodeled so all throughout the day I had to listen to drilling hammering banging and any other sounds it go along with a remodel agitating my dogs causing them to bark. I will not stay at this location ever again I will go find where the motel six moved to where pets truly are free

Front desk staff was pleasant. Loud trucks early in the morning. Also, the room curtains allowed light into the room - all night long. The exterior was well-lit, which was good for safety, but it was annoyingly bright in the room. They should keep the lights and get better curtains.

The sink was totally blocked, the baseboard was coming away from the walls, the heater fan would not turn off without turning off the heater and was incredibly noisy. Not enough towels and not enough bedding for the chilly weather. Compounding all of this, was that the mattress on one of the beds seemed to be coming off the frame. We feel sure there are many better places to stay for a similar charge.

There was a huge roach problem. I have pictures of multiple roaches. There was constantly somebody arguing outside my room keeping my husband and I up all night. The towels and rags were gross. And the shower had someone’s private hairs in it. I will never go there again.

I didn’t even stay in my room because it was SO DIRTY N DISGUSTING ! Literally. No exaggeration. I don’t know how they still have a business because they r taking people money in exchange for GARBAGE !! I paid for the room and when I got there I decided I could not even sleep there. The WORST room I’ve ever booked. WILL NEVER in my life or the next life ever book this trash hotel: motel again.

Despite the clerk being friendly, the room was poorly cleaned. The first night, there was a huge fight in the parking lot where I was staying. The neighbor right next to me was up past 3 am banging on the walls and yelling and being loud. When I went to check out at 8 am, he got mad that we woke his kids, but had no concern for my children trying to sleep.

Fourth time staying here. Service is always great, the room itself is always decently clean, theyre pet friendly and the area is convenient (food/gas). My only complaint is the amount of trash laying around the property.

Front desk check in employees were very rude. I payed for a king bed room and they gave me a double bed room. When I asked if they could fix it they said I needed to contact the third party that I booked with. Very unhelpful!!

Second time staying here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is always clean and comfortable. There's a grass area in the back to walk your pets in. Love the wood floors. Will continue to stay here when visiting my family.

The gentleman in the front desk was very nice and helpful, the room was clean.

What i like is its located near places to eat walking distance even gas station and right behind mcds. the front staff was great but the housekeepers didn't knock on the door all the time they yell like who need towels the towels i had was hair stuck in it and the noise level of other guests was to loud i was woken up because of the bass they have in the cars. They had vicious dogs like pitts no leash one actually came to me lucky i was in car first they need to watch that cause if i got bit i would've sue they need to put sign or tell people noise wont be tolerated and if they have a dog need to be on a leash all the time and for the housekeepers its states on there daily house keeping but dont input need to take out own trash and if have to trash cans was ful and over the place so maybe need to add they dont really do housekeeping they just say that

Liked the amount of available parking. The sheets looked stained, our key cards would stop working end of each business day, we had to request for the supplies to be restocked each day, room was not serviced while we were out, beds not made or stripped and re supplied/made. Overall it was not somewhere I could recommend or will be using again😡

I like that you can have your pet and there lots of places to eat from in walking distance even gas station. I dont like the fact there was people pulling up and had very loud music playing all types of nights and the people who had vicious dogs didn't have them on the leash. Also you have to take own trash out i dont get daily housekeeping on the site if you have to take trash out the towels had hair on it blankets had burn marks in it overall for the price i got was ok but if i had to pay more they need to improve on housekeeping rules, cleaner bed sheets and towels,noise reduction and keeping pets on the leash

The reservation was specifically made for a non smoking room. The room received was a smoking room. As soon as we walked in one of use couldn’t breathe. We tried to get the from t desk to change it they stated they had no other rooms. We were miles away from home and simpler needed rest. We had to do with what we were given. The sheets smelled like smoke there were cigarette burns on the comforter. Worst room I have ever stayed in

Overnight stay while traveling home to FL. Outside walkways had quite a bit of trash. Only one ice machine for entire complex. Traveling solo female made me a little leery to walk outside to get ice. Could park car right at door to room Traveling with cat which made things easier. No charge for cat.

Property was clean and price is right. Location is very convienant.

I liked that you park right outside your door. Bathroom floor many hairs found had to wipe down all bathroom. Walls had stains also. Towels were dirty and stained. Under bed looked like it has been cleaned forever. Middle of night went to toilet flushed it water was coming out from bottom.

It was fine for a one night ravel motel but it was tired, the bed was past its sell by date. As a hotel it just was average nothing god awful but nothing special.

The stay was great, it was clean. The front office lady was nice at check in. The ac was kind of loud and the curtains were tore up a little with holes in them. Overall it was a good stay.

The clerk at check in was rude. The sheets had fresh human liquid stains on them. The phone in the room did not work. When I called the front desk, the clerk told me that if I want clean sheets, I have to come to the front desk. The beds were uncomfortable.

this time was not good I always stay at the Travelodge when I come into town and this time coming into town they try to charge me before way before I even got here before check-in time was here and then when checking time came I come here and there's towel dirty towels stuff in the room and dirty linens there is no extra toilet paper none of that stuff so the room had dog hair on the floor and like I said most of time I am very happy with my stay here but not this time

Break fast was supposed to be included and was told by the staff that it is only meant for gold class!

Was listed as a non smoking hotel. The first room we entered strongly smelled of smoke! The second one mildly smelled of smoke. We saw two other guests walking into their rooms with lit cigarettes and one other guest relaxing in his room actively lounging while smoking! Thank goodness we we’re getting on the road early and weren’t showering because the towels were, not only, not clean, they clearly had body fluids on several. Some efforts were clearly made to update rooms but overall disappointed.

No blankets & room is filthy food in drawers. Dirty linens & towels. Leaving. I stayed here 2 yeRs ago and completely different. Too much construction not accessible. A horrible experience!!!!

The heater in the first room did not blow. The heater in the second blew but not hot just warm. I only had 5 hours to sleep before leaving to get back on the road. I could not waste any more time to change rooms again.

Very noisy outside. It was ok for an overnight stay.

Clean room friendly staff. Nice size TV. close to a McDonalds and I95

I was given a handicap accessible room so the room and bathroom were spacious. Only problem was the floor was not level, but was not an inconvenience, especially since I am not handicapped.

Safe, clean, had amenities including fridge and microwave. Nothing bad about it!

The floor was dirty, the bathroom tub was pink. There was also a weird smell in the room. The tv kept glitching and there was bug crawling around the place. I wasted my money staying there and will never be rebooking there.
