Super 8 by Wyndham Fayetteville

Never will stay at this super 8 concentration camp. Thats how its managed. 11 am comes and a staff member with a clip board goes knocking on doors. This literally happened to us; she knocked on our door. I wasn't 3ft away getting ready to answer it. She opens the door!!!!! My gf still in bed!!! We were re-booking for another nite. They are not flexible at all!! We needed to bring my gf's dog. 10 dollar pet fee. Thats fine. But before you can bring a pet in? 10 dollars. We wanted to wait till the next day as we were waiting on money being sent to us. Nope!!! 10 dollars or no pet in room. Pool closes at 8pm. You must be out of pool by 8pm. Not 8:03. Staff in office is rude. Housekeepers are polite and nice. We will never stay here again!!!

Does not have everything listed as being in the room. Also the breakfast is nothing but cereal and its only 2 kinds. You pay a decent price to stay and cant even get bread to have toast like you use to.

We checked in at 10:00 PM and expected the pool to be closed which was fine. However their breakfast was horrible. There was nothing there except crumbs of raisin bran as soon as I got there I was already paid in full. The staff requested a $50 deposit saying it would be returned in 3 to 5 days not worth the money.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was great, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, but all they had was 2 different kinds of cereal usually when breakfast is included they have a big variety of things but I guess cereal is technically breakfast.

The staff is full of absolute idiots, room was FILLED with bugs and dirt, heater was broken (looked like it was punched) and gave an insane burning smell when on, smoke detector was out of batteries, bathroom door did not shut at all, tub was stained with what looked like feces as well as weird piss looking water stains on wall, there were cigarette stains on the literal blanket of one of the beds, overall worst experience will be with the incompetent staff who WILL lie if you try and complain to Wyndham, overall shit place, save your money

Nothing but the person I was with … with all that was wrong the staff was great and fast They gave a room and it was not cleaned out. They gave me a 2nd room and wasn’t cleaned out. The 3rd room was cleaned but bed cover with burn marks holes. It smelled bad. The shower knob was burnt could take a shower. The pool water was freezing to be indoors.

The in ground pool It smells like mold in the hotel there was tape behind the bathroom door, I cleaned the base boards myself with bleach, the shower backs up while your washing yourself so you have to wash your feet again separately when you get out. The sink also backs up when your just washing your face or brushing your teeth. The mattress was lumpy and caused me a great deal of pain

My granddaughter loved the pool When your taking a shower and the water backs up into the shower and the sink doesn’t drain so you have to take something to keep it open

U can't talk in ur own room without the staff saying you are being loud and it's not even your room that making the noise two fights happened down stairs from me and no staff came out and said shit about it... Also bring your own towels and wash rag because at checkout they will make a problem to where they gonna take some money out of ur deposit

Once I went into the room. It wasn't clean as I inspected the room. A condom feel from the bed to the floor. It was a ton on insects crawling under the bed and along the floor boards. He shower was stained from what looks like years of use. The freezer had other tenants remnants left in it. Need less to stay I checked out the same night. Couldn’t stay due the uncomfortable feel of laying in someone else’s fluids.

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were helpful. There were plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. For an overnight stay while traveling it is a great value.

Two weeks to get back deposit

It was close off the interstate. It did look like the sheets were clean. The fire alarm was beeping all night in one room, it smelled like a dirty diaper, it was clearly not properly clean and had scum on the inside of the shower…. That was one of the rooms we rented. The other room the faucet was seriously leaking a constant stream of water from the sink, there was no fire alarm, the room smelled like smoke, and the surfaces did not looked wiped, properly disinfected the toilet looked clean. ??‍♀️

Requested non-smoking; however, was booked into a smoking. When requested change, a $20 upcharge was going to be applied. It was waved; however, room did not feel like a non-smoking and it was clearly not marked non-smoking on the door. Wool sheet had hole marks as if it were cigarette burns. The bed sheets & blankets had cigarette holes in them , The staircase leading to the 2nd floor was reeking of urine also to receive new towels you had to take the old wet ones back to the desk to receive new ones..Eventhough it is a motel it could still be clean & kept up!

He tried to give us 2 double beds instead of the 1 king we had signed up for. “Breakfast” consisted of 2 cereals and 2 juices. The ice machine was broken and leaking all over the sidewalk.

The ice machine was out of order due to it being winter time and the line froze but when asking the front desk about it they did not offer anyway to get ice just informed that the ice machine was down and broke due to the cold weather. The times that the "free breakfast" was actually being served was a very limited time frame from 6 am to 9 am. NOT only was I disappointed in the limited time that breakfast was being served as morning #1 we were 30 min late for the 2nd morning we went down there around 7, or 7:30 am and the only FREE breakfast they actually provide is 2 different kinds of cereal, frosted flakes or risen brain they had orange juice, apple juice, milk, and coffee. They did have some tea bags out as well if you wanted to have a single serve cup of hot tea. No real sugar available only splenda. Then once we fixed a bowl we went to walk out from the front office where the "breakfast" is served and the front desk clerk says oh no you have to stay in here to eat. It was a Loud Blasting Noise whole night inviting other cars to participate in party Numerous expensive cars with totally black tinted windows stop by and leave while I was trying to get rest after day of driving ! Obviously I didn't get any rest and my driving will be dangerous due to luck of sleep

I had to pay a $50 dollar deposit even though I had a paid reservation. I had people walking by my room attempting to harass me. I have not received my deposit back but instead, they just tried to take another $50 dollars from my account. Will not be going back.

I didn't feel all that safe, seeing & hearing foot traffic as well as cars and doors closing, and the fact that with the door being closed it really wasn't, I could see outside through the door(gap), the chain lock was busted, hanging by a stripped nail barely hanging on/in itself.

I didn't feel all that safe, seeing & hearing foot traffic as well as cars and doors closing, and the fact that with the door being closed it really wasn't, I could see outside through the door(gap), the chain lock was busted, hanging by a stripped nail barely hanging on/in itself.

Front desk refused to give us extra pillows or an extra blanket, cigarette burns on blankets, sheets were stained, beds were highly uncomfortable, room was DIRTY, walls are paper thin and could hear people next door having normal conversation, sink leaked.

I will never run another hotel at that place. It was awful and the room was nasty. It has cigarette burns all in the blankets hose in the walls bathroom nasty, and the room was awful all the way around they would not give me a refund so I had no choice but to stay and then they charge me a deposit after I had already made room reservations, and I would never ever recommend anyone to stay there. They are nasty rude and that room was so nasty. I wouldn’t even want my dog to say it, but I had no choice at the time I asked for my money back and I was told they could not give me my money back nor my deposit back

Thought the place was ok for an older hotel. Shower was broken and had tape on shower head, comforter had cigarette burn holes and smell of place was not good. You could see daylight through the door casing.

Staff was very polite front desk housekeeper the room was all right I didn't have no problems the only thing I did not like was being at the back of the building I like to be up front on the bottom floor

I had a really nice time and everything was so clean and nice and the staff was very understanding and cooperative and I just love their heated pool

We booked this hotel because the room advertised having a sleeper sofa. After driving 6 hours, we got to the hotel only to find out that it didn't have a sleeper sofa. The hotel refused to accept responsibility for the listing, and they refused to give me a refund so I could book a room at another hotel.

Staff was very rude had to have a deposit which I was not informed about it was not a handicap accessible room I was put on the top floor

This place was absolutely disgusting. We didn't even end up staying, and I couldn't get my money back. There was garbage on the ground scattered around the outside of our room, and a horrible smell as soon as you walked in the room. The room had a real dirty feel to it, and I was worried about bugs.

Staffs are not friendly at all. Saw a roach in the room getting cleaning towels was impossible and no towels la for the pool. I will never do business with super 8 again

Disgusting location would not recommend to anyone. Sheets and room filthy asked for new sheets those were filthy aswell, with hair and stains, ask for newer sheets and got the same result absolutely trash of a place. On top of that a domestic violence outside of our room woman, man and a teen girl all involved in some kind of domestic dispute which turned physical. I have pictures and much more to prove everything. Please book elsewhere.

Oder in room, lack of breakfast items fire alarm was hanging by wires in the wall, gap between door let air in and possible critters. We checked out early, total stay was 7 hours.

Walked in the room to dirty bed covers, cockroach eggs in the refrigerator, and drawers broken off their tracks. Great for my 5 and 18 month old. Staff had a problem with me asking for another room, finally gave in and changed to pretty much the same thing in another room. I was told all the rooms have broken drawers. Then the smoke detector started beeping from a low battery. Was told the same thing, all the rooms are like that. Then was told to just unplug the thing. I contacted corporate. They said they would send it up the chain, and I will hear back in about a week. Well, i hope your hotel doesn't burn down killing all your guests. I don't recommend it, even for the cockroaches.

The room I checked into was not cleaned and the staff was rude ! There was someone else soap in the shower, hair in the shower, actual dirt or something on the lamp, something brown splashed on the walls. Burn holes in the linen and did I mention the )staff except for one) was rude. I couldn’t get a refund or get the room cleaned because housekeeping was off those hours I was handed a spray bottle of awesome to clean MYSELF! I have never seen something like this befr when I see the name Wyndham attached to it but now I’ll reads goggle reviews as well and when I did I’m seeing I’m not the only person to experience this. The next day housekeeper came up to look at the room with pen and paper to see my complaints then left she cleaned nothing ! Don’t go unless you’re desperate READ REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND EXPEDIA SMH

I set my search parameters to show only hotels with free breakfast. When I went to the lobby the next morning, I found the Super 8’s “breakfast” was two kinds of cereal and a pitcher of warm milk. This place is a ripoff. Do not stay here.

Breakfast included meant fruit loops. I mean it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen but you definitely get what you pay for, or don’t.
