Easy and pleasant check in. Perfect rest stop for us on a long road trip.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, no frills, no thrills, but it was clean and quiet, comfortable bed, reasonably priced in a convenient location with easy parking and a friendly staff. If they were able to add a bit more to their breakfast menu it would be excellent. We will stay there again.

If you are someone that wants a hotel where they can sleep at night.Then this is not the one. While it clearly could be situational, I doubt it as this was my second time, i didn't choose it this time myself, or I would have chose differently. That being said they do nothing about guests who are running up and down the halls...The, entire, night. There are also people smoking in the rooms and it went right into mine. If I am completely honest though, my biggest issue was the fact the ac did not work. I was originally put on the second floor that did not have a working unit, moved to the 1st floor where the same thing occurred, but I was told that is just how the unit works and it was at full capacity, even though it was stuck on 77 fan, only no cooling, buttons didnt work. I spent the night sweating as it was 97° outside, and being woken up every 20 minutes by HUMANS barking in the hall and smoking cigarettes in a humid room..so do with this what you will idc but it wont be me again lol

Nothing I booked my stay for $102.72, confirmation #6735375081. But during check out I was charged $202.71. I will be reporting this and calling my bank. I want this rectified immediately. The lady in the front desk did not informed me of the new price and proceeded to charge me. She refused to reimburse the difference. The room was dirty and had insects roaming around. I had to slouch in the shower because of how small it was. There was barely anything edible at breakfast. Old coffee, stale cereal, old bread and boiled eggs that felt like gas station eggs. People was slamming doors, including housekeeping. Other guests were allowed to blast their music early in their morning.

AC did not work. There was a big group of people hanging out drinking and making a lot of noise at the back of the hotel. These folks were also guests. They had the back door propped open with a brick.When I advised the front desk they didn't care

The staff were ok the facility was at a good location We had to switch rooms because the tv didn't work and there were roaches in the bathroom. We got to the new room and the phone didn't work. We didn't have another place to stay so we had to put up with it. A refund would be nice.

Convenient to 95 Let’s educate the masses as if they never stayed at a hotel ever in their life.just please have any consideration of others while coming and going from your room,when you open the door it slams shut waking up the entire building as it echos thru the hallway.believe it or not there are others in the other rooms that are trying to sleep.

Everything was fine up until the morning when I had a cockroach crawl across my bed. Ick

The AC was closed so the room smelt a little humid. The room was clean. Breakfast options could be a little better. Staff was very kind and polite.

Parking was easy but someone tried to break in our car our first night, unsuccessfully. Also, they advertise breakfast until 9:30 but when we went to get breakfast, there wasn’t anything available. Usually you could smell food but nope, nothing outrageous whole stay. The heat would go up but you couldn’t get the temperature to go down so we would heat the room then turn it off to prevent from being too hot. Overall the stay was a 2.5 out of 5

Location. TV was difficult to use. Bed frame is easy to kick and noisy when kicked. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable. Damage deposit is an insult and 7-10 days to get it back is too long. Depending on price we'll probably stay next door in the future.

My only complaint about this property was the fact that the breakfast choices were minimal. They were out of waffle mix, so that left cereal, which I do not eat, and toast or bagel. However, I will compliment the desk clerk on duty the morning we checked out, 2/20/2026, as she offered us a number of ways of making it up to us, including a $10 rebate on our room rate, which we accepted. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. No place to hang wet towels, e.g. door hooks or towel bars.

The breakfast was not what I expected. No pastries, no eggs or meat. Only toast, bagels, yogurt. Not much at all. Everything was fair, shower door did not close all the way and the handle on the nightstand wasn't attached on the one side.

Location off I95 We stayed same time last year, no issues. This time about 12 pm, on first floor, people were slamming their doors shut for over an hr, about once every ten mins. Then it sounded like people were bouncing a basketball in the hallway, bang, bang, bang. No carpeting in hallway, just linoleum. Other than that , it was okay. No one at front desk in morning to complain to.

The mattress was comfortable. Good quality mattress. Nice comforters. I had a double bed suite. There were gnats in the first room so, they gave me another room the second night. No, place to hang robe or clothing in the bathroom. Waffles and coffee are hot and no other hot breakfast. Decent overall. The bottom frame of the bed was noisy. Someone was knocking at my door at 2 am. I didn't answer.

The room was clean and comfortable beds as well. My only two comments for upgraded consideration is there was only half a roll of toilet tissue and there was not an additional back up in case needed. Also, as we arrived late in the evening from traveling all day and we knew we were going to sleep past the breakfast hours the next morning to sleep late however at 9:00 a.m. we were woken up by the loud vacuuming of the personnel cleaning the rooms that were in our area that had already checked out. The vacuum cleaners are very loud and disturbing.

The room was clean but you but me on the second floor all the way down the hallway with my wife having dementia and having difficulties walking. It was a great stay. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The room was way above comfort, clean, quiet and restful. Whenever I visit any cities in the USA . . . . your hotel will always be my first choice. Thank you for having me.

The staff who checked me in was real friendly. The hotel is close to the highway. The hotel appears to be old but well kept. I did see a couple of bugs: one on my pillow and one in the bathroom. The beds and pillows are comfy. The starbucks nearby is a plus! For a quick overnight stop, this hotel does the job.

Everything was very good. I really liked that they had reusable shampoo, conditioner, body lotion bottles in room! We’re a big eco friendly family! Would highly recommended having a body wash bottle also instead of soap bars, to prevent waste of bars barely being used for one night stays.

I travel with my service dog and OM started harassing me and wanted to know what my disability is and legally he is not allowed to ask me that! And he started yelling at me and told me he can do whatever he wants. I offered to show him my service dogs papers and he said no and he came around the counter to look at me and look at the dog and he said, what is your disability?.. I was about ready to call the police and have him arrested. he was a completely out of hand!! The girl at checkout in the morning was completely opposite. She was very nice. She apologized for him. And told me she was going to tell a manager or someone and if they could call me. I said yes. No one has called me. I will never stay there again!

I always choose this property when I go to Fayetteville to visit family. It is convenient, nice and the staff is friendly.

There was rude employees aside from one who was a previous bus driver. Still haven’t gotten a call back from management. There was blood stains and multiple stains on the sheets and mattress cover and pillow. And a hole in it. Plus hair. And apparently there was no extra ones (mattress covers) and cleaning people left. So we had to make the bed ourselves with no mattress cover. I guess they clean them and put it back and that’s disgusting first of all second there should be multiple back ups and it never should have passed inspection. There is zero way they didn’t notice it unless they don’t strip beds inbetween. There was also hair and the towels smelled like spit up milk. No way it was cleaned and again had hairs on them. Absolutely disgusting

The shower curtain was torn in four places and stained the tub was cracked and discolored. There was a hole in the shower wall covered up with blue paint tape that was torn. There was dirt and mold under the bars handles in the shower. There was water running all the time the entire time I was there that was water running in the wall next to the toilet.

The staff was great. Our stay was great unfortunately the breakfast doesn't have much to offer. The sink in the room was clogged therefore it continually filled up with water. The beds were comfortable. The power went out about 4 hours before checkout, so we had to get ready in the dark. Overall checkin and checkout staff were awesome.

When I arrived , check in was easy , the room was decent and clean but I didn’t end up staying . I left to grab food and when I came back there were some cockroaches under the bathroom sink so I packed up and left . The front desk and manager were apologetic though and refunded my $50 required deposit , had to contact hotels.com to refund the stay and they did

Otherwise, the rooms were nice because they were new, housekeeping was outstanding, and the lady that came afterwards to work front desk was simply amazing.

The property itself is conveniently off of the interstate. But the rooms was old. There's not too much selection for breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

Property staff was nice. Room was clean. The breakfast served was very limited compared to other hotels. Only stayed 1 night so it wasn’t bad but wouldn’t want jt if I stayed multiple nights.

Everything was great except the charged an extra (30$ us) for my cat which was not indicated when i made the reservation . All the rest was great , clean ,confortable and good bed.

Extremely clean and bed linens are luxuriousilu soft. I have been to 4/4 star hotels which wasn’t this good. I have seen many negative post about roaches etc. my room was super clean and new and there was no roaches etc. so I am not sure why those reviews made those claims but I’ll definitely give this hotel 10/10. Very affordable also. Close to all the food places. Walking distance.

Took 4 days to get fresh towels. Coffee maker did not work, WiFi was up and down. Two years ago it was nice place.

I’m the type of person that brings cleaning supplies with them when I go stay somewhere that’s not home. The room was beautiful, the bathroom setup was amazing. The only problem I had was when I walked into the bathroom there was roaches and lil black bugs crawling everywhere. It wasn’t that many but I had to clean the entire bathroom. After I bleached and fabuloso everything I did not see anymore bugs for the rest of my stay.

Adequate for the price and pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Toilet was wobbly and bathroom door was difficult to open and close. Breakfast was OK.

Bed was comfortable and everything worked. Conveniently located. But saw two roaches in the shower and one in the hall and two large millipedes in the hall and the hall didn’t smell good. It was ok for one quick night but wouldn’t want to be there longer.

When we arrived and checked in we made it to our floor and every rooms linen and dirty towels were in the hallway. It's unsanitary to leave dirty wet linen in the pathway of other guest. The floor and room smelled wet & moldy. I immediately requested a refund and left the hotel. I couldn't believe that housekeeping didn't clean each room individually. But to leave such filth out In the open for other guest to encounter was mind blowing!

Not worth it! I get that it’s cheap, but pay $10 for a MUCH better hotel up the street. Rooms are very small, filled with cockroaches…. Mattress and frame is so cheap; it’s barely a bed. Pillows are like cloth filled. They don’t have supplies to restock. No water, machines don’t work. Lights don’t work in the room. Breakfast has 3 options, egg, waffle, bread. Fleas and insects everywhere.

No paper towels in the men’s bathroom in the hallway. Ice machine was broken. Our main light when you first enter the room was out. Only one wash cloth. The hair dryer needs to be mounted on the wall!

Cleanliness was excellent, breakfast was okay, AC was barely sufficient in cooling, website listed a pool but this facility did NOT have a pool (we ended up going to the pool at a hotel next door, which was excellent)

The room was very nice and the check in went well--Clerk was accommodating and friendly. The guests were a bit noisy slamming doors but other than that it went ok.

If you black mold in your room this is the place for you!! Between: waiting almost 20 min at the front desk before someone finally showed up to check us in, the undisclosed pet charges of $45 during booking, black mold on the curtains, swapping rooms 3 times to finally find an acceptable room...and being offered a full refund because apparently there were no other rooms available..... judging by the emptiness of the parking I doubt the place was fully booked... Anyway this Sleep Inn of Fayetteville NC. To date this is the worst experience I had with a motel / hotel.. This is not what you want to deal with after 12 hours worth of driving...

A/c did not cool room well. Seemed to work, but room just didnt cool off. No hot water dispenser in breakfast area, no tea bags, no sweetener for coffee. Breakfast 3/10

The first room was infested with roaches and the second room the a/c wasn’t working properly and we didn’t really sleep because of the infestation and the hot room the gentleman in the morning didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered and was on his phone. The only bright spot was the overnight lady she was kind and trying to help even though the problems weren’t her fault.
