The first room was for smoking which the smell made me nauseous. I never book a smoking room. We were moved and so the room could've been a little cleaner. There were shady characters around the property. I don't think I will go back there. Sorry even though it was one night that was a waste of my money.

Location and price were perfect for long distance drive overnight stay. Restaurants and gas stations across the street Room odor when AC Unit operating. Vending and washing machines out of order

I didn't like anything at all except for the front desk clerk. The room was stained from smoking and all the furniture had stains on them. The fridge was questionable and the microwave looked like it came from the dump. There were tenants who live there who made us feel out of place and insecure. We did ask for a pet room which is obviously the worst roooms in the place. We checked out less than an hour after checking in and went to the Tru by Hilton down the road which I highly recommend.

Staff was nice, Room was not for handicap people, floors were very dirty, carpet needs replaced. Shower was good. Bed lumpy and not comfortable. Breakfast was not appealing at all. Went elsewhere for breakfast. Will not choose to stay there again. As much extra we had to pay for 2 small dogs not worth it.

The furniture (couch) had stains, there was no Fire Alarm in the room, you could smell the room was not dusted and vacuumed before our arrival, there was hole in the restroom wall.

The stay was perfect. Well stay there again... couldn't have asked for a better staff.

It was a great price, the room was good and it was close to restaurants. The room we stayed in 119 had a light fixture as you walked into the room and was hanging down. It just needs to be locked back in the spot. And towels looked a little dingy. Clean but dingy. Maybe order new towels.

I can’t stress enough how awful this hotel stay was. The bed was absolutely filthy—stained, grimy, and it reeked. The bathroom was even worse—mold on the tiles, broken fixtures, and a persistent foul odor. Every single amenity they claimed to have was broken or missing. The whole place felt like a health hazard. Save yourself the misery—don’t stay here.

I was worried about the room after reading some reviews but my room was clean and insect free. Definitely bring a fire stick to plug into the tv. Took me back in time before streaming. Got fresh towels when I asked for them. The staff was friendly. Honestly for the price it was a good experience The breakfast bar needs some attention. Tables were a bit dirty and I went more toward the end and they were out of stuff. One day was even out of waffle mix. Again for the price you can't expect much but when you offer breakfast I think it should be better stocked till it ends

Room was absolutely filthy. Looks nothing like the pictures. Our room had cigarette burn marks on the blankets. The guest next door to us had visitors knocking on their door throughout the night. Terrible location. Please save your money and book another hotel.

Tried checking in at 10pm after a 4 hour drive and was told there’s a $50 deposit when i’ve never paid one in the past

Nothing, my experience was horrible. I asked to cancel my room and was told that I couldn't. I waa told that I couldn't change my room because they were fully booked. My boyfriend went to speak to the front desk, he was told that he can change the room. We refused and asked for a cancelation with a FULL REFUND. I was told that I would get a full refund. I am currently waiting for my refund from the hotel. didn't like anything. The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. The microwave and refrigerator was dirty. The floor in the corner was dirty. I asked for a non-smoking room but when I got in the room, it smelled like Marijuana. People had their children outside the room screaming and knocking on the door

The one negative was the breakfast. There was not as much to choose from this time. There were no forks, spoons, or knives. I had to eat my toast plain and eat the yogurt with a coffee stirrer.

The double wrongs needed a little bit more cleaning and updating. There was mold on the curtains. Paint peeling in the bathrooms, and the mirror had graffiti on. My mini fridge looked like it had been in a fire.

Place needs urgent renovations and update and upgrade the breakfast. Furniture in the rooms are pretty much done.

I really don't recommend it at all, they were giving us a room without cleaning or fixing it, then they gave us another one and it was even worse, they didn't fix it for us and we had to go to another hotel.

Upon arrival I was approached by a homeless man right in front of the office looking for money to buy something to eat. I declined to help but prior to going to my room, I stopped to buy dinner for myself. The man was at BoJangles so I purchased him a meal of his choice. When I went to my room the key fob didn’t work so back to the office I went. I was assigned another room. Possibly a dead battery in the door. Surprised that this isn’t checked. 4:30 AM went outside the room so my dog could pee. I was again approached by another homeless man. This scared me that right outside my door was this man asking me to buy tools he was selling so his family could stay in their room. I turned him down and promptly returned to my room. About an hour later, I went back outside to allow my dog to urinate since we were interrupted earlier. Thankfully he wasn’t there. The door closed to the room and the key fob didn’t work again. Back to the office and a kind gentleman let me in. He thought the lock might be frozen. I returned to the room and was able get in. The gentleman was walking to my room to assist but since I got in I was set. I then packed up my belongings and went to the lobby for breakfast. Quick bowl of cereal and brought my key to the desk. Told the gentleman about the 2 homeless men. Would I stay here again. Absolutely would not!

J’ai été très déçu de cet hôtel premièrement on a dû tenter d’entré dans la chambre impossible donc la fille de l’entrée est venu et elle nous a changer de chambre à trois reprises avant de pouvoir entrer c’était degueulasse ça sentais la cigarette et le renvoi d’eau il avait des trous tout partout et du poter avait été installé tout croche,le siège de toilette ne tenait pas du tout et la toilette était toute salle et quoi dire du bain et la douche était très malpropre et pas de pression d’eau et quand on est arriver dans le lit les draps était salles et tout tache et j’arrête car j’aurais encore a dire Je ne sais pas qui évalue les hôtels mais c’est rés mal évaluer Moi est ce que j’ai un retour de sous pour cela ou un recours car je suis partit tellement de bon heure incapable de coucher dans cet hôtel Est ce que vous allez me rembourser car c’est ce que je demande à Hôtel.com ???????????J’attend de vos nouvelles en français et si pas de réponse je vais faire autre chose c’est certain

The only good thing I can say is it seemed that the bathroom was clean enough but I did not wanttake a shower... I checked the beds bed bugs thankfully I did not see any so the bed was comfortable The mattress was disgusting and I know because I pulled the sheets back to check the bed stained gross but at least the sheets were clean.

The pictures of this property are a little deceiving. The first room they gave me was DIRTY!!! Smoke smell, carpet dirty as well as the tub, The toilet didn't flush, and the duvet had stains on it. They gave us a new room which was a bit cleaner but there was a cockroach in the bed on the day we checked out and even after we showed the front desk attendant a video they did not refund any of our money and said it may have crawled in when we opened the door. I would not suggest this property if you like clean rooms.

Told me they weren't going to bring to me anymore because I have a service animal then changed his story and said they only allowed people with animals to stay for 3 days at a time they're very racist I've noticed they only put people with tattoos and African Americans on the back side and only white people and older African Americans up front people that look like they're not going to be a problem or that they think people don't want to see in the back

This place is disgusting. When i arrived i was told to wait to make sure the room was ready, which i did. He told me i had to pay a $50 dollar cash deposit, CASH ONLY! I shouldve known from then that this place was questionable. When i went to the room it was gross, stains on the bedding, tub was uncleaned, sink was dirty, the shower curtain was mildewed. The microwave and refrigerator was unclean. I went back to the front desk to inform the staff memeber of my concerns and he had an attitude and told me hes not going to keep changing the room. Very rude and inconsiderate. He ended up giving me another room but it wasnt that much better. Because i literally had no other place to go with short notice because I was visiting from another state i went to the store to purchase cleaning supplies and sheets to make my stay a little comfortable. The gym equipment either didn't work or was rusted. The are had sketchy looking people around. I ended up going to the best western in Lumberton for the rest of my stay. Which i should've stayed from the beginning. When my partner and I went to check out the guy told my partner he had to check the room before returning our deposit. The audacity! Do not recommend.

Great experience! Location being close to a variety of restaurants was an additional plus. Friendly staff and comfortable bedding. Fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, as well as a hair dryer for the ladies. Ironing board/Iron to keep that crisp look among business associates.

We enjoyed the nice beds and free breakfast. The two pillows on each bed were a little small though.

When checking in we were informed that there were no blankets for the pull out sofa. they did give us a fitted sheet and flat sheet but no blankets. once in the room, there was not a trash can and when we pulled out the pull out sofa it had trash in it. the bathroom was dirty and not cleaned. there was only 1 towel in the room No coffee cups, And only 2 pillows. The Dumpster ia overflowing with trash over the top of the fence. The Matyress was like sleeping on a wooden board. Not comfortable at all.

Charged 25 dollars for travel with pet.....if you're charging for a pet, use the money to replace carpet with hard floors so the room doesn't smell!

The hotel needs renovations. The bathroom especially needs renovations. The didn't take card for $50 deposit , only cash … but when I called ahead they never told me that . And most hotels give 1 hour grace period to leave after check out time , but the guy at front desk only gave me 15 minutes !! The hotel is more run down than how it looks in the pictures . Usually quality in hotels are much more nicer than this one .

I was upset because it wasn't handicap accessible I couldn't get in the shower and I wasn't told this at time of renting the room or reserving the room and because I had an address in town the guy act like he didn't want to rent it to me to begin with but he did

The price was affordable. The location was excellent. Our room was below standard and I have taken several pictures to share with property.

Checked out a night early. I cant live with the conditions of this hotel while working construction out of town for as long as I am. I have photographs that do not reflect the photographs on the internet what-so-ever. I was planning to book for a further stay but between all of the pre existing pubic hair, candy on the floor, pee on the toilet, broken television, dirty mirror with previous patrons toothpaste spit and non vacuumed floors etc. I will be checking out early and calling state.

This is an old, rundown hotel that had sketchy stairs to get to the second floor. The room was ok at best, and the floors could have been vacuumed better. The sheets and towels were clean. The front staff were very polite and nice. You get what you pay for.

We walked into the first room immediately seen roaches and some type of animal feces on the pull out bed. There were blood stains on the sheets, pieces of crack pipes lied around in our second room, cigarettes butts in a non smoking room we requested due to having our children with us, overall it was just disgusting. The housekeepers were rude and complained about giving us new sheets and towels our second room smelled like mildew and the carpet kept getting wet somehow. JUST DON’T GO!!

Not going to lie at first I was sold to believe things were good until I went in the bathroom and there's no water supply at all. Yes, the front desk clerk agreed to give me another room, but the second room had issues as well. If I wasn't so tired this would've been last option honestly! Service was outta hand a little also

It is convenient, close to I95. It is not expensive, but also not very clean.

Bugs, had to change room because I was checked into a room that had not had any housekeeping service for a new guest and had....well, a used bathroom. Had to switch rooms immediately. Broken items in the room. Missing items in the room like even a missing trash can and the staff was unwilling or unable to bring me a trash bin because they were "all locked up in maintenance until the morning." So strange. Just dirty. Only positive was that it was a pet friendly hotel. Otherwise, not a clean hotel. Room was poorly stocked with broken or missing items. And... well....being checked into a room that was used and not cleaned from the previous night speaks for itself. Awful hotel .

the room was pretty gross, had yellow pillows and a couple of mystery stains on the sheets, the toilet paper wasnt changed and the desk wasn’t cleaned. The guy at the front desk was pretty friendly tho.

The staff was excellent and pleasant , the room was clean and neat. My stay was exceptional.

My room was disgusting, the pillows and the spread had makeup on them. The tub was filthy. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom. Shower curtain ripped up carpet filthy my feet after walking barefoot it was filthy..

After checking in to the first room, (where I saw roaches), I was given another room that was assured by the front desk clerk (she was really nice). It had roaches as well, but didn’t present themselves until late in the evening. Nonetheless, we ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night 😭

Location was good and service was great. Condition of the room was average. Bathtub was very slow to drain, the tub water valve had a constant leak, and the door lock was a little suspect. These are minor issues and still a good stay.

It was quite felt comfortable like home
