I made a reservation on Booking.com. When I showed up to check in, it was extremely difficult to communicate in English with them. All they could tell me was that they don't take reservations from Booking.com even though they are listed there. When I asked what the rate of reservation that night would be, it was double what was listed when I made the reservation on the website.

It is, literally, a slum. The room was spacious and passably clean, BUUUUUUT...... There were people hanging out, drinking and smoking all night, walking around talking loudly. I am a tough guy, and grew up in tough neighborhoods, in a tough era, and the courtyard and defunct pool area reminds me of the worst of the drug infested areas in my city- IN THE 90'Sil. If you don't understand that reference, think New Jack City or Colors. No one bothered me, but if you aren't confident of your ability to be a tough mark and display your toughness, spot trouble coming and avoid it, and/or to be able to handle that trouble if you can't avoid it, STAY AWAY. If I had anyone that I loved with me, I would NEVER had kept my booking. Hell, I wouldn't have kept mine, but I wasn't sure about getting a discount after booking it online It looks like an inner city drug den. I'm willing to argue that it IS an inner city drug den.

The room was dirty and unclean. The floor hasn't been mopped in weeks with the amount of dirt that was on it. It hasn't been swept. There was a layer of dust on all the furniture. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. There was a ring in the toilet. Should I go on?

Pillow cases were dirty and the room could use a little extra cleaning. No complaints otherwise. The room was nice and spacious. No bugs that I saw. Nice staff. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you all!

The nice lady in the office I don’t recommend they accepting a $60 for a deposit when the room wasn’t up to standards at all. They need some updated upgrading people was standing on the outside of my door.

The guys who are in charge of servicing people are friendly and kind. The place and the bed sheets smelled so bad, it was not clean. Fortunately that day we had our sheets in the cars, so we could use them to be able to sleep.

I didn't like the fact that the people in the room next to mine started fighting and slamming doors at midnight and kept it up til 6 am!! I didn't like the fact that my room was filthy and had no running water. It took searching the hotel to find a room where everything worked. We were given 1 set of towels for 2 people and no toilet paper

We had to switch rooms because the first room had linens full of body hair and pillowcases with still powdered makeup on. The second one was a double, dead roaches and a couple alive running through the room, one of the beds was still dirty, and one was acceptable. The towels were worn out and full of dirt on them, in all shades of gray. The staff was gentle and the lady at the front desk was very kind

They didn’t have any entertainment shows or decided such as Netflix or Hulu just cable. The room I had booked was not cleaned and we found dog poop under the side of one of the beds in the room. My friends and I had to ask a staff for cleaning supplies to clean the room correctly.

We booked a room with a walk in shower. This Knights Inn did not have any rooms with a walk in shower for my wife who is in a wheelchair . The wheel chair could not go through the door into the bathroom! We want a refund to our American Express Card!

The bathroom was Disgusting the tube had black stuff in the grout. It was fruit flys in the room and also regular ones. Cigarette burns in the comforter.I took it as a lost and left less than 30 minutes and another thing the towels were stained

The toilet in the room would not flush, but the watwr ran constantly. I told the woman at the front desk. She said someone from maintenance would come and check on it. Nobody came. I told her she might want to check on it because with the water constantly running it would cost the motel in the long run. I was ignored.

to check in , it was difficult. the lobby has been closed for 2 years . with no instructions posted on the door , you have to go around the side to a small window with a slot similar to a late night gas station. with the lobby being closed it means that there is no breakfast available. i think that a 2 year lobby closing there was enough time to update the online information. overall the stay was acceptable. i visit the area twice a year minimum. i will check around next trip.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the sheets were stained the towels were stained didn’t even dare sleep, Tried to order pizza they would not deliver to that property because it’s so sketchy. I can’t even believe that the Knights inn allows their name to be attached to that property

This hotel needs some renovation throughout the room. I don’t mind a mismatched seating toilet or other old appliances. But my BED MUST be CLEAN. We found wet semen stain on bed sheet and pieces of female hair. They should lower the price.

It's has been improving over the years and I was actually impressed. I just need a room for the night and expected worse. Just remember to lock your car doors and room door, and get your deposit back.

The nastiest part was that the sheets on the bed had obvious semen stains (of which my husband took a picture of to prove it). We did not end up staying the night as we decided it was worth the 3 hour drive home to sleep in our own bed.

Our bed had a used plastic fork and a Miller beer bottle top on it when we checked in. the towel rack was broken. There were roofing nails on the parking lot ground, from the rooftop construction going on. Lots of homeless people asking for money or cigarettes. I wouldn't stay there again.

Horrible Service!!!!!Booked my stay on the Hotels.com app at 2:32am ,then arrived at the location at approximately 3:00am after my reservation was already booked and paid for I was told by the front desk guy that my reservation was mad to late and he could check me in .He said “Any reservation made after 12:00am is consider the next day “which I still don’t understand .Then he says he can’t find my booking info without my ID which I had and the card that I paid with which was a virtual card I could display from my phone.He then proceeds to say he can’t do anything but sell me another room.I declined then he tells my wife that all we need is the 100$ cash deposit which I had then when I walk up he says I can only use my card.So I call for a refund they contact the clerk and he lied and said he told me I could pay cash but I didn’t have the money .By then I had another room already booked.

Absolutely loved the standing shower! One can tell they recently updated this room. Girl at the desk was friendly, she called our room to see if everything was ok. We noticed security man walking around the building. We felt safe and comfortable. Btw, rate was very good for king bed room.

We did not stay because of the location. It's in an area that I didn't feel safe. I chose the no refund option because of the misleading pictures and reviews. So money wasted. Lesson learned.

Outdoor looks patchy but that did not bother me. Expected clean room, and quietness and that's what I got. Pet friendly hotel, desk agent very polite and helpful. 24 hours desk service meaning I didn't had to wait for someone to show up at 5AM for check out. I will stay here again next time I am back in Fayetteville.

The hotel was close to location, where I was visiting. I was dissatified with how they embellished the establishment. They did not serve breakfast as was stated online when I reserved the room.

Never got into the hotel. The desk clerk was very rude, and unprofessional. The hotel charges a $100 deposit and the hotel is in a bad area. If anything they should give me a deposit in case something happens to me.

I'm not terribly picky and I can usually stay in an inexpensive place that is a little south of "good" if the price is right, but honestly this place is rough. There were cops there responding to a call when I checked in. The people working the front desk were very friendly.

I'm not terribly picky and I can usually stay in an inexpensive place that is a little south of "good" if the price is right, but honestly this place is rough. There were cops there responding to a call when I checked in. The people working the front desk were very friendly.

Staff is rude. Room not clean. Fire hazard. No bath towels. Not clean. Sheets dirty. leaking toilet. The sheets had hair on them. Wished i would have taken a picture. Stayed in room long enough to see these things and asked for a refund. Which they then said I couldn't have. Said I would have to take it up with expedia so I called my credit card while my friend was calling expedia. They gave a refund for two of the three nights.

The ladies at the desk were very engaging and helpful . The man house keeper was rude and was resist with giving us towels and toilet paper although we didn't want him in our room to clean. The bathroom was in awful state , the water from the sink was spewing out when the pipe was open. The toilet paper was the cheapest paper ever It dissolve in your hand. The shower set up was awful and the water got all over the place. There was some much drug and prostitution trafficking with pimps . The police was there to many times. We were to glad to run out of there never to return nor recommend it to my worst enemy.

The room was nice. It was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, Check in, however, was horrible. The woman at the front desk was very rude. Every time I tried to ask a question, to clarify something on the check in paper, she was snappy with her reply.

You get what you pay for, didn't have my reservation. No soap in room, ran out of hot water. Beds were old, cigarette burns in sheets. Shower curtain didn't work. Staff was nice but it's a run-down property

I booked the wrong room by accident and staff ruby was very very nice and helped me out . She deserves a raise or more . Very. Friendly

Comfy bed and newer, wood furniture are nice. Couch and fridge are throwaways.The rest of the building is falling apart from old age and what looks as and smells like water damage. No WiFi or phone ports for power. Not much lighting. Front desk clerk was professional but not very cordial. No breakfast provided. No deadbolt on the front door.
