Very nice pet friendly hotel. Great location. Will stay again

This was such an enjoyable stay. The staff was delightful, the property and room were emaculant. And a plus that the hotel was very close to all the baseball fields we played at this weekend.

The property itself was great, the hotel is kept up nicely. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (room 406) reeked of dog pee in the carpets, if the air conditioner wasn’t on high the smell was overwhelming. It is a pet friendly hotel, and accidents happen. My home is pet friendly as well, I don’t let my animals urinate on the floors at home, if they did I’d have the floors cleaned professionally with an enzyme cleaner. I expected more from a Hilton Hotel.

From checking in the staff are truly amazing and helpful till check out. Friendly and enjoyable. The property was well cared for can see pride in the staff. Will definitely stay on next visit

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were helpful but our studio suite had floors that had not been cleaned thoroughly and there was dust in the wall crevices. Hair was on the floor and floors were sticky. Inside the closet was dusty on the floor as well. I recommend more cleanliness.

The location was peaceful and lots of parking. No worries. My family loved the space and comfort was a 10 star for us. Everything was good.store and mall vlose by on car 7 min. Can try to make a restaurant within the facility and bar would be nice. But what was there not to like. Everything was awesome.

Everything was great from the building to the rooms to the location. I traveled from Buffalo NY a planned A stay for the weekend an i dont Regret a thing about it. I’d definitely get a room again

Staff were professional yet friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Could have used a bit more help but the one lady did all she could to keep up. Pool was clean. We really enjoyed our visit and after three trips in the last year and all in a Hilton, I will always choose it again!

Paid for a suite, stove top didn’t work and neither did garbage disposal: one day we couldn’t get clean towels

I am waiting for an $1802.97 payment to Hotels.com on 2/21/2026 to be posted to the Hilton system…. I have already paid over $2400 to Hilton and this payment was not posted on the Hilton system. I would like this payment to be reversed and credited to my account.. I had a similar instance when my mother in law died and did not get any of the $4000 back…

They forgot to refill things in our room like, shampoo,conditioner,body wash,coffee and we never had enough towels and there was only three of us. When we came in late from a cheer competition and noticed these things we called the front desk to get them and they said it was to late at night, even though we never received them. We’ve been staying here for competition for 4 years but it’s time to find somewhere else.

The hotel was very pretty when I walked in. The staff was friendly. My room was very spacious. The water pressure in my shower was amazing! The shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/lotion smelt and felt great. There were no excessive or loud noises. There was water and fruit at the breakfast bar for as needed. The pool was clean. No strong odors of any kind, such as extreme air fresheners to cover anything, or unpleasant smells. I wasnt expecting a holding fee of 100$ when i checked in, in addition to what i paid for my room. The breakfast bar didnt seem like it was cleaned when I went by around 8pm, crumbs in the serving troughs and paper. My shower wasnt as clean as it should've been, brown and pink grime in corners and tracks. The conditioner in the shower was very low so it was a struggle to get out. Not that I was using the kitchen sink, but the garbage disposal was gross, you could easily see what was left in there. The pool towels were barely bigger than a hand towel and even less absorbent, so your room towel is a better idea.

The check-in representatives, Donna, was warm and friendly. The staff checked in with me to see if I needed anything on arrival and throughout my stay. King suite was comfortable. Room was warm. Space size perfect. Breakfast was good. I love the oatmeal and grits. The room was cleaned. Location to work was great. I will book here again. I would have liked for the curtains to block out the light completely. It is greatly appreciated when you work nightshift. The room wasn't dark enough for me to stay sleep.

The facility was lovely. Have stayed here numerous times before. Very clean, great breakfast opportunities. Love the indoor pool and gym. After checking out, we were charged a fee for a broken lamp shade. We were 3 adults and 2 children aged 13 and 15. We were not rambunctious and my children are very honest and mature. We did not break this lamp shade, even by accident. We used the light switches to turn the lights on and off. Had no need to touch the lamps. But of course, we have no way to prove it.

Our stay was in a two bed with separated seating/ kitchen area. Very nice over all. Over all staff was helpful and friendly indoor pool is heated but still on the cooler side.

I liked the indoor pool and the breakfast The pool didn’t have any towels and when my husband asked for some he was told there weren’t any. The pool was also overrun by a large group who were screaming and splashing. When the attendant came in she didn’t say a word to them. It made the pool a very uncomfortable place. We had also booked for three people. When we got to the room we had to make up the pull out couch ourselves.

The room size with kitchen, hotel dependencies and breakfast. Rooms outdated and without maintenance. The room walls and furniture were dirty and scratched. The room was not clean, mold in the bathroom, the shampoo holder broken. For the same price there are other hotels.

The shower and tub area, while clean, could use a bit of updating, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Very clean, well equipped, nice decor, decent breakfast, good value. Absolutely the most overall friendly staff of anywhere I have ever stayed. Our shower had very little water pressure. Mix up on what day the room was supposed to be made up caused us to have no towels one night.

No complaints. Everything was beyond my expectations.

Filthy! So bad we had to sleep 3 in one bed instead of using pull out sofa bed, didnt get under sheets and were gone in less then 10 hours. Disgusting!

1. The body soap dispenser was empty 2. The toilet paper roll was near empty 3. There were stains in the tub 4. Washing machines out of order 5. Tub kept filling with water 6. They did not vacuum around the beds and there was pet hair everywhere. The only positive is that the pool was clean and staff were friendly. For the price I paid, I feel like I should get half of my money back.

The stay at the hotel was very nice quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I would suggest updating the sleep sofa mattress and providing a printed TV guide for convenience.

The second room was about the same. However my main complaint was the misguided pictures on their website that showed a walk-in shower in the king- one bedroom suite, that isn’t true! They only have tub and shower combination in one-bedroom suites! Breakfast was average. The property is very clean and well kept However the living room furniture could use a serious upgrade!

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had one small issue with the TV, but overall the stay was exceptional! Breakfast was good and again the staff was welcoming as they greeted everyone with a smile. LOVE IT! There was nothing not to like. Great place to stay.

Went to visit my son at the Army base. The hotel was fine , the room was large, and the staff was really pleasant. Only downside is the dishwasher leaked, but nothing extreme (a towel on the floor did the job). They offered to move me to another room as maintenance could not get there until the next day. Our family’s stay there was wonderful! Room was extremely clean, pet friendly (we travel with 2 pets) we had a billing issue through the third party booking (hotels.com) but the front desk staff was quick to resolve the issue for us. The complimentary breakfast was great, area was very clean. There was a woman who suggested I made a strawberry cheesecake waffle the proceeded to show me where to get every ingredient. It was delicious. She just looked like she was having a great time working there. I wish I got her name.

The front desk people are terrible. My stay wasn’t even completed because they blamed Orbitz for not sending a confirmation number.

We had a suite that was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast. Each day except Sunday, the eggs and meat were cold. Sunday was much better than Friday and Saturday. I still rated the hotel a "5" as everything else was great.

The only thing I did not liked is that I have to ask for clean blankets, since the ones in the bed did not seemed cleaned. Other than that the room was cleaned, and customer service was a plus. The breakfast was good and they kept areas clean and replenished food.

The young lady who checked me in did not check me in correctly, then later on within the day, I was told that I may have to leave due to the incidental fee not being included in payment, which was the clerks fault for not doing her job! Then the following day a tall black guy belonging to the LGBTQ community was very un professional when I asked for pool passes for me and my son's. I was told the pool was shut down due to someone getting into the pool and they were not clean, then I go to the pool area and 2 guest are still in the pool! But for me and my son's we were denied access. I will never stay at that location ever again! The customer service was the worst by far.

Great property. Basketball court was my teens’ favorite amenity! Very comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was nice even on Christmas Day. Appreciate the staff sharing their morning to have breakfast available. Made the stay over the holiday perfect.

Nice & Friendly staff. Location is easy to get to.. Need improve on cleanliness, found a bud in the spare blankets in the closet TV remote was not working. Toilet was hard to flush. This hotel needs a remodel and updated repairs. Carpet in the hallways on main floor near elevator and other floors had rolls and it was worn and dirty. I won't be staying at this location anymore.

This was a quick late night stopover on a 24 hour drive- check-in was late- three young kids and adults were so exhausted but staff were so friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Lots of parking. Room was clean and comfy. Beds were so comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and hot and staff were on hand constantly replenishing and looking after guesss needs. Only negative was an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed but I think most are.

Nice hotel, kids loved the indoor pool and i liked the fully equipped fitness center. The nicely stocked convience center by the front desk had all of the favorites for a late night snack

The hotel and staff were great. Nice spacious clean room. Breakfast was great. Everything was wonderful. Seemed like it was safe and secure there also. Close to many shopping and dining locations.

Was staying here and according to the reviews it should have been one of the better options in the area. The staff was friendly but the room was filthy hand prints on windows, stains on the couch, pillows and hand prints on the fridge. At least the bathroom was cleaner than the rest of the room. There was a “breakfast” old fruit and not much else. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Uncomfortable

The service was really good at the front desk. I didn't like how dirty the pool was. I also didn't like how the teens in there were doing so much on the pool area and in the hallways.

Excellent stay. Nice, spacious rooms. A ceiling fan was the most excellent bonus, i wish all hotels had ceiling fans. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. It was a beautiful and celan environment.

But the suite we had wasn't cleaned throughly. It had a muggy smell, The chairs were stained by the table, as well as sofa pillows. The bathroom had a used towel hanging and clothes left in the draw from a previous person who stayed.

It’s the quietness for me.
